참깨탈지박(DSM)으로부터 알칼리(AEM) 및 염수추출법(SEM)에 의하여 분리참깨단백(ISP)을 제조한 결과 회수율은 각각 43.06, 41.13%였으며, ISP의 조단백 함량은 각각 90.14, 91.08%였다. 현째까지 알려진 바로는 AEM이 가장 적합한 추출방법인 것으로 알려지고 있으나, 회수율 및 단백함량 등을 종합적으로 고려할 때, SEM이 우수한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이들 ISP의 아미노산 조성은 필수 아미노산중 Isoleucine, Lysine이 FAO 권장치 이하였으며, Lysine 함량은 FAO 권장치의 57-64%에 그쳐 제한 아미노산으로 밝혀졌다. We are manufactured isolated sesame protein(ISP) from defatted sesame meal used for extraction method by alkali(AEM) and saline solution(SEM). The recovery yields were 43.06, 41.13%, and crude protein content of ISP were 90.14, 91.08%, respectively. AEM was reported the most suitable extraction method. But in the case of consideration the recovery yield and crude protein content, SEM was a excellent extraction method. Amino acid composition of ISP was represented the low level to isoleucine and lysine than FAO reference pattern. Expecially, lysine was a limiting amino acid, the content was about 57-64% level of FAO reference pattern.

Increase of EVA(Economic Value Added) mean increase of productivity. We have to maximize cash flow by investment in order to increase these EVA. And we have to increase the investment profit or decrease capital expense in order to maximum cash flow. In the result, we need to increase excess profit percentage. If we take decrease investment property expense and take increase excess profit percentage, the EVA increase. Therefore, if we apply to these EVA it'll be helps improvement of management result, increase of productivity and value creation of enterprise by stocks value high.
인간 시각 특성을 利用한 프랙탈 映像 符號化에 관한 연구

본 논문에서는 낮은 비트율에서도 일정 수준이상의 주관적인 화질을 얻게하기 위하여 먼저 HVS(human visual syatem)의 성질에 따른 가중 분류 기법과 함께 DCT를 이용한 주차수 영역에서의 프랙탈 영역(fractal class) 분류법을 사용하여 영상을 분할한 후 분할된 영상에 대하여 적합한 프랙탈 압축 기법을 적용하였다. 또한 복원된 결과 영상에 있어서는 평탄영역에 대해서만 후처리 저역통과 필터를 통과시키고, 이를 초기상으로하여 나머지 프랙탈 영역(중간 영역, 중간 에지 영역, 에지 영역)에 대한 복원을 하였다. 이는 프랙탈의 복호화 과정에서 초기상에 무관하게 복원이 가능하다는 성질을 이용한 것이다. 제안한 방법에 따른 실험결과는 HVS에 따라 영상을 보다 효율적으로 분할하여 압축율과 함께 주관적인 화질을 향상 시켰고, 영상의 텍스처, 에지 영역에는 영향을 미치지 않으면서 평탄 영역의 블록화 현상을 상당히 개선하는 효과를 보였다.

Dae Gon The study was conducted to investigate the effect of breed, sex on fatty acid compostition. Hanwoo and Holstein used, in the study were classified by sex. The results are summarized as follows ; Oleic acid and unsaturated fatty acids(UFA) percentages of total fatty acids in Hanwoo were higher than in Holstein, but palmitic acid and saturated fatty acids(SFA) were lower in Hanwoo. Oleic acid in steers of Hanwoo and Holstein tended to increase compared with bulls. Oleic acid in rib loin and top round were considerably higher in Hanwoo steers than in Holstein steers. In Hanwoosteers, oleic acid and UFA tended to increased while stearic acid and SFA decreased as marbling degree increased.

Various skin conditions such as diabetic dermopathy, necrobiosis lipoidica diabeticorum, bullosis diabeticorum, granuloma annulare occur frequently in diabetes, although common lesions may be associated by chance. Pemphigus vulgaris(PV) is a blistering skin disease seen predominantly in elderly patients. This disorder is characterized by the loss of cohesion between epidermal cells with the resultant formation of intraepidermal blisters. These blisters rupture easily, leaving denuded areases that may crust and enlarge peripherally. In half or more of patients, lesions begin in the mouth: approximately 90% of patients have oromucosal involvement at some time during the course of their disease. But the relationship of this disorder with diabetes is not clear. We experienced a case of pemphigus vulgaris associated with NIDDM in 67 years old woman who was admitted due to painful oral ulcer and control of blood glucose, so we present this case with a review of literatures.
Efficient function call tracing with link-time binary rewriting for CE devices

<P>As the scale and complexity of software components in consumer electronics increase, the importance of performance optimization is rapidly growing. Consequently, the demand for performance optimization tools tailored for the consumer electronics environment is stronger than ever. A function call tracer is a vital tool for investigating relationships between functions, invocation counts of a function, and elapsed time in a function. Despite its importance in performance optimization, the limited capability of embedded hardware prohibits use of existing dynamic binary instrumentation tools. Moreover, the use of closed proprietary components excludes source-level analysis tools out of viable options. In this paper, LITIFUT, a function call tracer designed for consumer electronics, is proposed. This tool rewrites an executable file or a library file to inject profiling code during the linking stage. This approach achieves as little performance overhead as source-level instrumentation and as minor developer-intervention as binary-level instrumentation. The prototype implementation supports the two most popular embedded processor architectures. The evaluation with a real-world embedded software application showed that LITIFUT successfully profiles program activities with insignificant overhead.</P>
Repurposing Screens of FDA-Approved Drugs Identify 29 Inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2

COVID-19, caused by the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, has spread globally and caused serious social and economic problems. The WHO has declared this outbreak a pandemic. Currently, there are no approved vaccines or antiviral drugs that prevent SARS-CoV-2 infection. Drugs already approved for clinical use would be ideal candidates for rapid development as COVID-19 treatments. In this work, we screened 1,473 FDA-approved drugs to identify inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 infection using cell-based assays. The antiviral activity of each compound was measured based on the immunofluorescent staining of infected cells using anti-dsRNA antibody. Twenty-nine drugs among those tested showed antiviral activity against SARS-CoV-2. We report this new list of inhibitors to quickly provide basic information for consideration in developing potential therapies.
