      • 통조림용 가다랑어육의 식품성분

        가다랑어 혈합육을 보다 효율적으로 이용하기 위한 일련의 기초연구로서, 가다랑어 혈합육의 지질성분, 함질소엑스분 및 구성아미노산 등을 보통 육과 함께 분석하여 비교, 검토하였다. 보통육은 혈합육에 비해 수분, 조단백질 함량은 약간 많은 반면, 조지방과 회분 함량은 혈합육이 약간 많았다. 휘발성염기질소량은 보토육이 22.7mg/100g, 혈합육이 46.9mg/100ㅎ으로 혈합육이 보통육에 비해 선도저하가 훨씬 빨랐다. 보통육과 혈합육의 총지질 조성은 각각 중성지질 79.7%, 71.9%, 당지질, 6.8%, 9.5%, 인지질13.5%, 18.6%로 이루어져 있었다. 중성지질의 성분은 free fatty acid ac triglyceride, 인지질은 phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl, 인지질은 phosphatidyl choline이 주성분이었고, lysogud 인지질의축적도 확인되었다. 총지지르 중성, 당 및 인지질의 축적도 확인되었다. 종지질, 중성, 당 및 인지질의 지반산 조성에서 보통육은 16:0 및 18:1을 주체로 한 포화산 및 모노엔산의 조성비가 혈합육보다 높았으며, 혈합육은 폴리엔산, 특히 22:6의 비율이 월등히 높았다. 16:0. 18:0, 18:1, 20:5 및 22:6 등이 주요 구성지방산이었다. 유리아미노산의 조성은 총함량에서 보통육 쪽이 많았고, 보통육에는 histidine, 혈합육에는 tauring의 보통육에서는 680.9mg.100g 정도 전존해 있었으나, 혈합육에서는 IMP의 분해가 급속히 진행되어 73.1mg/100g에 지나지 않았다. TMAO 및 TMA는 보통육에 비해 혈합육에 휠씬 많이 함유되어 있었고, total creatinine은 보통육 쪽이 많았다. 구성아미노산의 조성은 양시료 간에 별차이가 없었고, glutamic acid, aspartic acid, lysine, leucine, alanine, isoleucine 및 arginine 등이 주요 구성아니노산이었다. The lipid components, nitrogenous extracts and amino acids of dark muscle(DM) of skipjack (Katsuwonus pelamis) were analyzed and compared with those of white muscle(WM). WM was higher in moisture and crude protein content, and lower in crude lipid and ash content than those of DM. Contents of volatile basic nitrogen in WM and DM were 22.7mg/100g and 46.9mg/100g. Total lipid(TL) of WM and DM consisted of 79.7%, 71.9% neutral lipid(NL), 6.8%, 9.5% glycolipid(GL), and 13.5%, 18.6% phospholipid(PL), respectively. NL was mainly composed of free fatty acid, triglyceride, and PL was mainly occupied by phosphatidyl ethanolamine, phosphatidyl choline. Also lysophosphatidyl choline and lysophosphatidyl ethanolamine were identified in PL. In fatty acid composition of TL, NL, GL and PL, WM revealed higher contents in saturates and monoenes such as 16 : 0, 18 : 1, while DM showed higher contents in polyenes such as 22 : 6 especially. The major fatty acids of these samples were generally 16 : 0, 18 : 0, 18 : 1, 20 : 5 and 22 : 6. Contents of total free amino acids from WM and DM were 5,982.3mg/100g and 4,450.7mg/100g (dry base). Of free amino acids, Tau concentration was much higher in DM than in WM, Ala, Gly, Met, Arg, Thr were also high in DM. But His was much higher in concentration in WM. Content of inosinic acid(IMP) in WM(680.9mg/100g) was higher than that of DM(73.1mg/100g). The degradations of IMP proceeded very rapidly in DM. DM contained much higher trimethylamine oxide and trimethylamine than those of WM. The profile of combined amino acids in these samples were very similar, and main amino acids were Glu, Asp, Lys, Ala, Ile and Arg.

        This thesis aims to study the symbolic meaning of the motive of "room" and "mirror" that is made up the works of Youn Dong-joo. The findings were as follows; 1. In the course of Youn's develop of poems, the motive of "room" and "mirror" appears a symbolic space. 2. Process of developing poems is constringed into imagination on the axis of the motive of "room' and "mirror". 3. The motive of "room" and "mirror" involves archetypal meanings. 4. The motive of "room" is a symbolic space in which all the current conflicts disappear and reconcile themselves. 5. The "room" of Youn's poems is a representative space that intensify the historical ego and periodical ego. 6. The poems of Youn contains the symbolic meaning of recovering homeogeniety.

        The removal organic materials are important in the drinking water. Activated carbon was used in water for purification of non-biodegradable compounds and was proved to be an effective process for removing many VOCs. And so, the major objectives of this study are to evaluate an sawdust carbon for the removal of non-biodegradable compounds. Adsorption equilibrium data was generated using conventional bottle-point techniques for determining the Freundlich isotherm equation. Sawdust carbon was effective to remove TCE than coconut carbon. So, Sawdust carbon had the value to make activated carbon to remove TCE.

      • 과불소우레탄 공중합체의 합성과 표면특성

        Perflurorourethane copolymers were stnthesized by free-radical copolymerization using a fluorine-containing monomer and urethane monomers as starting materials. The fluorine-containing monomer used was perfluoroalkyl alcohol(FOH), and the urethane monomers used were tolylene 2,4-diisocyanate(TDI), hexamethylene diisocyanate(HDI), and 4,4-methylene bis(phenyl isocyanate)(MDI). The surface properties and surface modification ability of the perfluorourethane copolymers prepared were investigated. The surface free energies of polyethylene(PE) films modified by the perfluorourethane copolymers and their surface modifkcation properties were also investigated.

      • 멀리뛰기 발구름 동작시 아킬레스건각이 도약속도와 도약각도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of lower leg planting angle an on take-off motion of the long jump. The Achilles tendon angle defined as the angle between shank and calcaneus with projection to XY plane was introduced to interprete lower leg motion uring last foot touch for the flight phase of long jump. A typical high speed film analysis technique including DLT method was adapted to record and analyze total of nineteen long jumps performed by elite athletes at two different track and field events. The following were found that: 1. The relationship between touch-down velocity, take-off velocity, range of vertical velocity and flight length were significantly related each others as r=0.6383, 0.6395 respectively at t=0.01 level. 2. It was not possible to reveal the relationship between take-off angle and flight length. Due to highly consistent take-off angles shown between the long jumpers. 3. The angular displacement of the shank during the last foot contact just before flight phase was negatively related to the flight length(r= -0.6149). However, it was not possible to find the relationship between the aehilles tendon angle and flight length. 4. As the range of the body C.O.G lean angle increased the last step foot contact time significantly increased(r=0.8625). 5. The foot contact time of Korean elite long jumpers was somewhat longer than that shown by foreign Athletes. It is concluded that maintaining touch-down velocity during initial phase of foot touch and increasing take-off velocity would result optimal take-off angle and good record. Decrease in the angular displacement of the shank, foot contact duration, and the range of body C.O.G lean angle were found to be important to improve the flight length.

      • 노인 구강건강관리 실태에 대한 연구

        본 연구는 고령화사회에 접어든 우리나라의 노인구강건강을 증진시키기 위한 기초자료를 마련하고자 서울특별시에 거주하는 60세 이상 노인을 대상으로 일반사항과 구강상태, 구강보건인식도, 치과진료 및 구강보건교육 경험도에 대한 설문을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 조사대상자는 모두 177명으로 여자 81.4%, 남자 18.6%였고, 연령은 70-74세 27.7%, 65-69세·75-79세가 각각 19.8% 였으며, 학력은 무학이 49.2%로 가장 많았고 초등학교 졸업이 36.2%로 나타났다. 거주형태는 자녀와 함께 사는 경우가 58.2%, 혼자(부부) 사는 경우 41.8%였으며, 직업은 무직인 경우가 90.4%로 많았고, 전신질환은 58.2%가 가지고 있지 않았다. 2. 조사대상자의 구강 내 증상은 저작장애가 64.4%로 가장 많았고, 잔존치아 개수는 25개 이상이 26.0%, 계속가공의치는 대상자의 56.5%가 장착하고 있었고, 대상자의 56.4%가 구강건강이 좋지 않다고 인지하고 있었다. 의치필요자는 총 66.7%, 의치장착자는 총 44,1%로 필요한데 장착하지 못한 노인이 33.9%였다. 잇솔질 횟수는 하루 2회가 50.8%, 시기는 아침식사 후 85.9%, 저녁식사 후 76.3%, 방법은 좌우로 38.4%, 위아래 20.9%, 세치제는 치약이 80.8%로 많았다. 치실과 스케일링 인지도는 각각 16.9%, 36.2%로 나타났고, 음식물제거는 이쑤시개 사용이 46.3%, 치실 3.4%, 구강병대처법은 치과내원이 62.7%로 조사되었다. 최근 1년동안 치과방문경험도는 45.2%, 무면허진료와 구강보건교육 경험도는 46.9%, 18.1%였으며, 우선적으로 필요한 치료는 의치와 보철이 각각 26.6%, 22.6%로 많았다. 3. 연령이 높을수록 의치장착도와 필요도는 높게, 계속가공의치 장착도는 낮게 나타났으며, 저작장애는 연령이 증가함에 따라 크게, 잔존치아 개수는 연령이 증가하면서 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 치실과 스케일링에 대한 인지도는 연령이 증가함에 따라 낮았고 혼자(부부)사는 노인이 무면허진료 경험도가 56.8%로 높았다. 구강건강이 약하다고 인식할수록 무면허진료 경험도가 높게 나타나 유의한 차이를 보였다. This Thesis was made to offer the data for oral health of the old and to improve their oral health. The subjects of this study were male and female old people who were older than 60 and have lived in Seoul. The questionnaire was made up of population sociological characteristics, oral condition, recognition of oral hygiene and experience of treatment by unlicensed and oral health instruction. The results were as follows : 1. The subjects consisted of 81.4% female and 18.6% male, 27.7% were 70 to 74 in age, 49.2% of the surveyees had never gone to school. In living type 58.2% of the subjects have lived with their children, the unemployed are 90.4% and 58.2% of the subjects had no general disease. 2. 64.4% of the surveyees had masticatory dysfunction, the rate of remained teeth is 26.0% in over 25. 56.4% responded their oral health is weak. The proportion of people wearing denture was 44.1% of the people who need denture and 33.9% in need of denture had no denture. In survey on toothbrushing, 50.8% brushed their teeth twice a day, 85.9% brushed after breakfast and 38.4% used their toothbrush up and down. The recognition of a dental floss and scaling is 16.9% and 36.2% respectively. 46.3% used toothpick in the way to clean food debris and 45.2% visited dental clinic within a year. The rate of experience of the treatment by unlicensed and oral health instruction is 46.9% and 18.1% respectively. 3. The rate of wearing denture, need for denture and masticatory dysfunction is higher and recognition of floss and scaling is lower at the older subjects. The old living alone(coup1e) had higher rate of experience of treatment by unlicensed than the old living with their children.

      • 사이토카인과 Lipopolysaccharide 자극에 의한 RAW 264.7 세포주의 nitric oxide 생성

        Macrophages have been implicated as a major class of effector in the host response to neoplasia. Cells of the monocyte-macrophage lineage are known to exhibit tumoricidal activity following stim-ulation by γ-interferon, tumor necrosis factor, BCG and bacterial products such as lipopoly-saccharide (LPS). While the mechanism involved remain obscure, the generation of reactive nitrogen intermediate (RNI) by activated macrophages is considered a maior participant in mediating the tumorstatic effect. But much of what is known about the induction and release of RNI has been elucidated by using freshly isolated cells from blood and other tissues of experimental animals. In this study, we used a murine macrophage cell line, RAW 264.7, and found that these cells showed above 99% positive of pan macrophage marker by immunohistochemical staining. These cells could produce nitric oxide (NO), when incubated with γ-IFN or poly I:C. Incubation of RAW 264.7 cells with γ-IFN for 48 hous in the presence of LPS agumented NO release in a dose dependent manner. Whereas, treatment of anti-TNE-α antibody or antisense TNF-α oligodeoxynucleotide inhibited the release of NO_2 by γ-IFN plus LPS activated macrophages. The production of NO was also inhibited reversibly or irreversibly by N^GMMA,NAA,arginase or DPI. Thease data suggest that RAW 264.7 cell line may be useful for the in vitro evalulation of biological response modifiers as well as the study of signal pathway of NO release by macrophages.

      • 尹東柱의 詩의 世界認識과 自我同一性

        The aim of this paper is to observe Dong-joo Yoon's world-recognition, the loss of self-identity and his attitude of recovering it. The imaginary structure of the world-recognition and self-identity in his poetical world is closely associated with the periodic situation of the age. The aspiration toward self-consciousness under the oppressed actual world reveals the attitude trying to overcome the sufferings and suppressions of the period, achieving the self-identity. The symbolic images diffused as a deep structure in his poetry(night, room, period, star, self) contain the historically-minded meaning of searching for self-identity under the oppressed actual world. Now, I would like to summarize my points as follows : 1. The world-recognition reflected in Dong-joo Yoon's poetry reveals introvert attitude. Negating the present time and dreaming of the reconciled world, his consciousness includes the view of world toward the future. Accordingly, he shows the introvert attitude trying to achieve the self-identity through the view of world toward the future, negating the periodic situation. 2. He recognized the actual world as the age of losing the self-identity. Grasping that the suffering and oppressed world as unable to the historically continued, recognizing such a situation as the age of losing the self-identity, he regarded such a periodic situation as the world without the present time and space of life. Accordingly, the tried to move toward 'the reminiscent native place of his childhood', the universal space of life, that is, the reconciled world of stars for the purpose of overcoming his own anxieties and conflicts in the world. 3. For the purpose of overcoming the world without self-identity, he shows the positive attitude to strengthen the existential consciousness of self-identity. Namely, he tried to recover the continuity with the diachronic world in order to overcome the oppressions and sufferings of life. That is to move toward the world dreaming of the harmonius reconciliation of self and object. This attitude can reconcile the opposite consciousness between self and world, moving toward the transcendental imaginary world. The represents the world of self-identity trying to to do his periodic duty given to his in his people's gloomy situation.

      • 불소계 투광성 고분자 중간체(FCAF)의 합성

        고부가치의 불소계 투광성 고분자는 반사방지 필름, 반도체 보호필름, POF(plastic optical fiber) 및 섬유 가공제 등 광관련 소재산업에 폭넓게 사용되고 있어 최근 이에 대한 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 발연황산(SO₃/H₂SO₄)을 이용한 DCIPFB(1,2-dichloro perfluoro butyl iodide)의 산화반응에 의해 대표적인 불소계 투광성 고분자인 Cytop 중간체의 하나인 FCAF(fluorinated chloro acyl fluoride) 합성시 반응온도 등의 대표적인 실험변수에 따른 FCAF의 합성특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 반응온도 및 반응시간의 증가와 더불어 DCIPFB의 전환율은 증가하였으나 FCAF의 선택율은 감소하였다. 이 때 생성물의 정성 및 정량분석을 위하여 GC/MS 및 GC를 사용하였다.
