      • 체육연간 계획에 의한 뜀틀운동 수업후 기능 수준에 관한 연구

        중학교 기계체조 교과의 뜀틀운동을 연간 지정된 수업시간으로 경험을 시켰을 때 어느 정도의 동작표현이 가능한지 또한 동작표현의 가능성을 위해서는 어느 정도 수업시간이 필요한지를 진단하여 현행 체육 교과과정상에 문제점이 있는지를 알아보기 위해 양양군 H중학교 남학생 111명을 대상으로 1992년 6월부터 7월말까지 측정한 결과가 다음과 같다. 1), 1학년의 경우, 연간 배정된 수업시간 후 평균 평점 3.11(62.2%), 추가 3시간 수업 후 평균 평점 3.71(74.2%)로 나타났다. 2), 2학년의 경우, 연간 배정된 수업시간 후 평균 평점 3.16(63.2%), 추가 3시간 수업 후 평균 평점 3.73(74.6%)로 나타났다. 3), 3학년의 경우, 연간 배정된 수업시간 후 평균 평점 2.82(56.4%), 추가 3시간 수업 후 평균 평점 3.53(70. 6%)로 나타났다. 위를 종합하여 보면 1. 2학년은 수업시수 8시간 정도에서 목표수준에 접근되고 있으며, 3학년은 8시간 이상의 수업을 통해서만 목표수준에 도달되고 있음을 알 수 있다. We measured the ability of male students in H middle school of Yan-yang Country from June, 1992 to July the same year. We had outcome as follows after having diagnosed how much expression of action was possible in appointed school hours and how much school hours we needed in order to achieve the possibility of expression of action, in order to observe that there are problems in curriculum now in use. 1. In case of first year, the outcome shows average score of 3.11(62.2%) after assigned school hours a year and 3.71(74.2%) after added 3 hours. 2. In case of second year, the outcome shows average score of 3.16(63.2%) after as signed school hours a year and 3.73(74.6%) after added 3 hours. 3. In case of third year, the outcome shows average score of 2.82 (56.4%) after assigned school hours and 3.53 (70.6%) after added 3 hours. When we put together contents above, we come to know that first year and second year reach the level of target in 8 school hours, third year reaches it only by 8 school year reach the level of targets in 8 school hours, third rear reaches it only by 8 school hours or more. More gymnastics unet is needed in order to reach each item's target level in present curriculum and it seems that more difficult skill is not needed if the target is put on improving the ability of adaptation. That is to say, the degree of difficulty is needed, which is fit to present gymnastics unit and it is neede to reconsider that general curriculum's target level demands the level of professional playe.

        J. C. Lagarias showed that the set of primes dividing certain second-order linear recurrences has positive density. He stated three cases of density for the set of primes that dividing the terms of the recurrences. The aim of this paper is to develope a very large integer analysis system for a density of the set of primes dividing linear recurrences by Java technology. Also, the system can visualize the density of the float type of some particular linear sequences.

      • 벼꽃으로부터 두 개의 calmodulin cDNA 유전자의 분리 및 특성 연구

        Ca^(2+)은 신호전달과정에서 중요한 작용을 하는데 CaM은 이러한 Ca^(2+)이은의 modulator로서 중요한 작용을 하는 것으로 알러져 있다. 벼꽃의 cDNA library로부터 rice genomic DNA(RCaM-2)를 probe로 사용하여 30여개의 Positive clones을 얻어 이 중 두 개의 벼꽃 calmodulin CDNA clone을 분리하였다. RFCaMs CDNA clone의 총염기수는 RFCaM-3은 831p, RFCaM-4는 751bp이고 open reading frame은 각각 149개의 아미노산으로 구성되어 있다. RFCaM-3 과 RFCaM-4의아미노산은 동일하지만 nucleotide 순서는 상당한 차이를 나타내고 있다. RFCaMs CDNA clone의 open reading flame은 protein serine/threonine kinase에 보존되어 있는 catalytic domain을 가지고 있다 RfCaM-3은 5'-untranslated region은 105bp, 3'-untranslated region은 270bp이고 RfCaM-4는 5'-untranslated region은 78bp, 3'-untranslatedregion은 283bp이다. RFCaMs는 Arabidopsis와 70%, potato와는 92%, carrot과는 98%의 유사성을 보였다. Genomic southern blot분석에 의하면 벼의 clamodulin 유전자들이 7-8개의 multigene family로 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. Two different calmodulin (CaM) cDNAs (RFCaM-3 and RFCaM-4) were isolated from a rice flower cDNA library by screening with a rice genomic probe (RCaM-2). Both cDNAs are 90% sequence homologous inside the coding region but are highly divergent outside this region. The polypeptides encoded by RFCaM-3 and RFCaM-4 show identical sequence homology. Comparison of the deduced amino acid sequence of the RFCaMs cDNA clone have identity to Arabidopsis (70%), potato (92%), carrot (98%), and barley and soybean (98%). Southern analysis revealed that both cDNAs are encoded by different genes. Four intense and a few weaker bands were observed in the restriction fragments. Most restriction fragments showed high intensity hybridization signals under stringent conditions, suggesting the presence of a small multigene family for CaM in the rice genome as in other plants.

        GIS를 이용한 산불발생위험지역 구분

        산불로 인한 재해를 미연에 방지하고 피해를 저감하기 위해서는 산불발생위험지역을 사전에 파악하여 예방대책을 세울 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 산불발생인자에 따른 산불발생위험지역을 구분하고자 겸상북도 의성군에서 발생한 산불피해지역에 대하여 임상, 지형 등에 대하여 조사하였다. 조사된 요인들 간 독립성 유무를 상관분석을 이용하여 산불발생과 관련 있는 7개의 주제도를 선정하였으며, 선정된 주제도를 조건부확률과 지리정보시스템을 이용하여 산불발생확률을 계산하였다. 계산된 산불발생확률을 20개 등급으로 지수화하여 산불발생위험지역을 구분하였다. In order to decrease the area damaged by forest fires and to prevent the occurrence of forest fires, we are making an effort to improve prevention measures for forest fires. The objective of this study is to classify hazard regions where forest fires occur based on the factors that contribute to the occurrence of forest fires. Forest fire sites in the Uiseong-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do were surveyed according to the factors of forest type and topographic characteristics where the forest fires occurred. We used a correlation analysis to determine the forest fire occurrence factors and a conditional probability analysis and GIS to determine a forest fire danger index. The resulting forest fire danger index was used in the classification of forest fire occurrence risk regions.

        Minimal inhibitory concentrations of total 148 strains isolated from blood culture at Seoul National University Hospital were determined by Vitek System. 90% MIC of gram-negative bacteria against amikacin was 2-16㎍/㎖, and those against beta-lactams was > 16㎍/㎖ in general, Except Salmonella spp,. 90% MIC against chloramphenicol and tetracycline was >8㎍/㎖. Range of 90% MIC against vancomycin was ≤.5-4㎍/㎖ in case of garm-positive bacteria, except Enterococcus spp. which showed 90% MIC as >16㎍/㎖. Against ampicillin, 90% MIC of Staphylococcus spp. was >16㎍/㎖, but those of Streptococcus spp. was ≤.25-2㎍/㎖. Streptococcus viridans group showed 90%MIC against penicillin as ≤.03㎍/㎖. Susceptibility of gram-negative bacteria was generally 98% against amikacin, and those of gram-positive bacteria was 80% against vancomycin. 34% of Staphylococcus spp. was resistant of oxacillin. These results may be useful for the primary selection and the dosage determination of antibiotics in the treatment of patients with bacteremia.

        Investigation of magnetic properties on spin-ordering effects of FeGa<sub>2</sub>S<sub>4</sub> and FeIn<sub>2</sub>S<sub>4</sub>

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>We have studied crystal and magnetic properties of chalcogenides FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> and FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> with X-ray diffractometer (XRD), magnetic property measurement system (MPMS), magnetometer, physical property measurement system (PPMS), and Mössbauer spectrometer. The crystal structure has 2-dimension triangular lattice structure with <I>P-</I>3<I>m</I>1 of FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB>, while FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> has inverse spinel with space group <I>Fd</I>3<I>m</I>. The AC magnetic susceptibility measurements show that FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> is an insulating spin glass material, exhibiting geometrical frustration, unlike in the antiferromagnetic [AFM] metallic spin glass FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB>. From hysteresis (M-H) curves at 4.2K, FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> has spin-flop behavior with an angle of 120° of triangle, as against linear slope of FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> due to anti-parallel spin. The gap energy by splitting of <SUP>5</SUP> <I>T</I> <SUB>2g</SUB>, <I>Δ</I> <SUB>1</SUB> and electric quadrupole splitting Δ<I>E</I> <SUB>Q</SUB> of FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> are much higher than that of FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> at 4.2K because FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> is geometrically frustrated magnet having degenerate ground state at low temperature.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We have investigated the magnetic properties of FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> and FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB>. </LI> <LI> FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> has incommensurate spin-fluctuation, whereas FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> appears to have AFM spin structure. </LI> <LI> The gap energy, <I>Δ</I> <SUB>1</SUB> of 5<I>T</I> <SUB>2g</SUB> band on crystal field in FeIn<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> is 1.350meV, which is much higher than <I>Δ</I> <SUB>1</SUB> =0.197meV of FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> at 4.2K, since FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>S<SUB>4</SUB> has the degenerate ground state energy with spin-ordering by an angle of 120° of triangle as a geometrically frustrated magnet at low temperature. </LI> </UL> </P>

      • The Magnetic Behaviors of Spin-Glass <tex> $\hbox{FeGa}_{2}\hbox{O}_{4}$</tex> System

        <P>We present the investigation of magnetic properties of spin-glass FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB> system. From X-ray diffraction patterns of FeGa<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>4</SUB>, refined with Rietveld's refinement method, its structure is determined to be cubic spinel with space group Fd - 3m and the lattice parameter of α<SUB>0</SUB> = 8.385 Å. From temperature-dependent magnetization curves under 1000 Oe, the Neel temperature is found to be T<SUB>N</SUB> = 14 K, which coincides with the value obtained from the Mossbauer spectrum. The freezing temperature T<SUB>f</SUB> of the sample shifts to higher temperature with increasing frequency, as seen in conventional metallic spin glasses. Also, we have determined the small activation energy, E<SUB>a</SUB> of 1.04266 × 10<SUP>-4</SUP> meV from Arrhenius law v = v<SUB>0</SUB> exp(-E<SUB>n</SUB>/k<SUB>B</SUB>T<SUB>f</SUB>), where k<SUB>B</SUB> is Boltzmann constant, and E<SUB>a</SUB> is activation energy. The Mossbauer spectrum at 4.2 K shows severely distorted 8-line shape coming from frozen spin-disorder state and an incommensurate spin structure, as in spin glasses. The change in the electric quadrupole shift above T<SUB>f</SUB> is caused by the presence of the maximum electric dipole interaction among frozen disordered spins around T<SUB>f</SUB> as in spin-glass material, and charge re-distribution from spin-relocation arising above T<SUB>N</SUB>.</P>
