      • WIRE 매듭 성형기 개발에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 돌망태 (gabion)의 뚜껑망과 뚜껑틀의 2.5회전 이상의 균일한 꼬임을 형성하도록 자동화 기계를 제작하고 이것을 성능시험 하였다. 와이어 매듭 성형기는 KS의 규정에 의한 철선의 꼬임을 2회전 반 이상이 되도록 균일하게 유지하고 탈,부착이 용이하게 설계되었다. 작업자의 안전 및 정밀도의 영향을 검토하기 위하여 작업진동을 계측하고 이를 분석하였다. 설계·제작된 와이어 매듭 성형기는 규격에 적합하여 대량생산에 적합함을 확인하였다. In this paper, automatic wire forming machine was developed and tested for using the Gabion. Its frame and net were connected by steel wire, automatically. Based on the KS specification, the steel wire have to rotate 2.5 revolutions around the frame. Accuracy and safety were checked by measuring the structural vibration. It is confirmed that the automatic wire forming machine can be used to produce the gabion.

      • 충북지역 도시방재계획의 도시계획적 진단과 발전방향 : 도시계획서 분석 및 전문가 의견조사를 중심으로

        본 연구는 도시방재계획의 현황을 도시계획적 차원에서 진단하고 그 발전방향을 도출하고자 하는 목적하에, 충청북도의 조례와 지침중 도시방재 관련 사항을 정리하며, 충청북도 지방도시계획위원회 회의록 및 관련자료를 검토하여 방계계획의 취급 수준을 파악하였다. 실제 도시계획 상황에 대한 진단은 도시계획 보고서를 대상으로 도시방재계획의 위상을 분석하고 평가하였다. 또한 도시방재계획의 위상과 관련 전문가의 인식수준을 평가하고 이를 바탕으로 향후 바람직한 도시방재계획의 위상을 설정하기 위해 필요한 사항을 분석하고자, 도시방재에 관한 일반의식 수준, 도시재해에 관한 대처방안, 도시방재계획의 평가방향 등을 중심으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이상과 같은 충북지역의 방재계획에 대한 도시계획적 진단을 바탕으로 도시방재계획 관리체계의 방향 도출과 도시방재계획의 향후방향 제안을 시도하였다. This paper examines the status quo of the existing urban disaster prevention plans in Chungbuk Province and suggests alternative orientations for the future application. Its methodological themes center around the systematic compilation and accountability of disaster-related ordinances, mostly hinged on evaluation of major disaster items documented in various urban master or revision plans. In addition, it recommends the concrete guidelines and contents in disaster prevention plans, both of which are based on the aggregated results of expert opinion survey in and around Chungbuk Province. In order to tackle with diverse and unpredictable disasters which are well observed in modern urban society, this paper urges that the relatively weak legal and planning standards of the existing disaster prevention plans have to be immediately revised. For instance, the paper vividly shows that the present dimension of disaster prevention plans within the existing master plans and perception of specialist are not satisfactory mainly because of the internal limitation of the existing plans. Secondly, it seems imperative for planners to pay attention to systematic operation and management, even starting from the early development stage of urban disasters. Lastly, it proposes the alternative checklists given to measure the suitability of the disaster plans.

      • Polymer Light Emitting Diode의 발광특성 연구 : A study on electoluminescence properties of PLED with poly [2-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-5-methoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene]

        In order to know how the [2-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-5-methoxy-1,4-phenylenevinylene] (MEH-PPV) layer works in organic light emitting diode, two different types of devices were fabricated, which are MEH-PPV single layer devices and MEH-PPV/tris (8-hydroxy-quinoline)aluminium(Alq3) bilayer devices. On the indium-tin-oxide(ITO) glass anode MEH-PPV layer was first spin-coated, and the Alq3 layer and the aluminium(Al) anode were vapor-deposited sequentially. The devices shows a trend that has lower current, luminous efficiency in case the thickness of the device is larger. Some bilayer devices, however, show more improved performance than other devices of smaller total thickness. This results were discussed on the basis of improved exciton formation resulting from balanced carrier transport.

      • 후천성 면역 결핍증에서의 폐렴구균 감염 부검 1예 : An Autopsy Report

        28세 남자의 후천성 면역 결핍증 환자에서 S. pneumoniae 폐렴이 합병되어 사망한 1예를 경험하여 부검소견과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Pulmonary infections such as Pneumocystis carinii, cytomegalovirus, and tuberculosis are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection. Patients with HIV infection are at increased risk for bacterial pneumonia in addition to opportunistic infection. Although in a primary defect, HIV infection is associated with substantial dysfunction of humoral immunity, which predisposes patients to bacterial infections, particularly with encapsulated organisms, such as Streptococcus pneumoniae. We report a case of 28 year-old Korean male with HIV infection who died of respiratory failure due to pneumococcal pneumonia with autopsy findings.

        레진 계열 근관봉함재 Adseal의 세포독성에 관한 연구

        The properties of ideal root canal sealers include the ability of sealing the total root canal system and no toxic effects to periradicular tissues. Cytotoxicity test using cell culture is a common screening method for evaluation of the biocompatibility of root canal sealers. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cytotoxic effect of newly developed resin-based sealer (Adseal 1, 2, and 3) comparing with those commercial resin-based sealers (AH26 and AH Plus), ZOE-based sealers (Tubliseal EWT, Pulp Canal Sealer EWT) and calcium hydroxide based sealer (Sealapex). An indirect contact test of cytotoxicity by agar diffusion was performed according to the international standard ISO 10993-5. L929 fibroblast cells were incubated at 37℃ in humidified 5% CO₂-containing air atmosphere. The freshly mixed test materials were inserted into glass rings of internal diameter 5 ㎜ and height 5 ㎜ placed on the agar. After the 24 hrs incubation period, the decolorization zones around the test materials were assessed using an inverted microscope with a calibrated screen. A Decolorization Index was determined for each specimen. Adseal 1, 2, and 3 did not exert any cytotoxic effects, whereas AH26, AH Plus, Tubliseal EWT, Pulp Canal Sealer EWT, and Sealapex produced mild cytotoxicity.

      • Nitinol 형상기억합금 전해가공의 전해액 영향분석

        Electro-chemical Machining, the anodic dissolution process is able to achieve wanted a sharp shape and high quality surface without contact with workpiece and low heat effect using electrochemical reaction between anode and cathode. In hence this process useful to apply micro structure. A shape memory alloy for micro-structure and micro industrial technique, Nitinol is composed of approximately 55% Nikel and 45% Titanium by weight. This material is able to function as to transform specific shape from a certain deformation when the alloy is heated. Therefore Nitinol is used for several industries such as a medical industry, a aerospace, electrical application on a part of micro structure. In this paper, effect of electrolyte is studied on electrochemical machining for Nitinol shape memory alloy, copper is used for electrode, diameter and depth are measured as a extent of processing using optical microscope.

      • Ni-Ti 형상기억합금의 전해가공을 이용한 미세 그루브 가공 특성연구

        Electrochemical micro machining, the anodic dissolution process is considered to effective advantaged micro machining method which possess several advantages on electrically conducting and difficult to machine materials. Ni-Ti SMA(Shape Memory Alloy) is composed of approximately 56% Nikel and 44% Titanium by weight. This material is able to function as to transform specific shape from a certain deformation when the alloy is heated. However, Ni-Ti SMA is easily to loss characteristic that shape memory as a traditional machining process by reason of generating heat at contacting area between material and tool. Therefore Ni-Ti SMA is suitable electrochemical machining that needless contact a tool to material. In this paper, characteristics of micro groove process are studied on electrochemical machining to change tool diameter and distance between material and tool electrode.

      • 도체의 무조건 안정된 전자파 과도산란 해석

        In the paper, we present a time-domain combined field integral equation(CFIE) formulation for analyzing transient electromagnetic responses from three-dimensional(3-D) closed conducting bodies. Instead of the conventional marching-on in time(MOT) technique, the solution method in this paper is based on the Galerkins method that involves separate spatial and temporal testing procedure. Triangular patch basis functions are used for spatial expansion and testing functions for arbitrarily shaped 3-D structures. The time-domain unknown current coefficient is approximated by using an orthonormal basis function set that is derived from the Laguerre functions. These basis function are also used as temporal testing functions. The method to be described results in very accurate and stable transient responses from conducting objects without an internal resonance. Detailed mathematical steps are included and representative numerical results are presented and compared.

      • 고삼 추출물을 이용한 해독물질의 개발

        고삼 메탄올 추출물로부터 분리한 flavonoids를 IR, NMR등의 분광학적인 방법으로 Leachianone A(LA)과 Sophoraflavanone G(SFG)로 동정하였고, 카드뮴의 세포독성효과를 고삼 및 고삼추출물이 방어할 수 있는 지를 검색하기 위하여 NIG 3T3 세포에 고삼 및 LA와 SFG, LA+SFG를 처리하고 MTT assay 및 광학현미경으로 세포의 생존률을 검색하여 다음과 같은 결론은 얻었다. MIT의 흡광도는 카드뮴의 농도에 의존하여 감소하였으며, IC_50인 MTT50은 12.5??이었으며 카드뮴을 IC_50농도로 처리하고 고삼 및 LA, SFG, LA+SFG를 각 화합물의 자체 세포독성을 갖지 않는 농도로 처리한 후 MTT assay로 세포 생존율을 측정한 결과 LA, SFG, LA+SFG 처리군들은 카드뮴 처리군(MTT_50)에 비해 세포생존률이 증가되었으며 이들은 고삼 및 고삼추출물의 농도에 의존적으로 증가되었고 각각의 단일 화합물보다 두 화합물 LA+SFG 병용처리군에서 수복 효과가 더 좋은 것으로 나타났으며 광학현미경적 소견에서도 세포재생이 뚜렷하게 보였다. 이상과 같이 고삼에서 분리한 flavonoids가 카드뮴 독성에 의하여 손상된 NIH 3T3 섬유아세포의 재생효과에 영향이 있는 것으로 판단된다. The aim of this study was to assess the antitoxic compounds, flavanones (Leachinanone A=LA and Sophora flavanone G=SFG), from Sophora flavescents (S. Flavescens). We investigated the possibility of antitoxicity of LA and SFG against NIH 3T3 fibroblasts cell lines using colorimetric MTT[3-(4-5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2-5diphenyl-2H-tetra-azolium bromide] assay. The results were as follows : After cadmium was treated against NIH 3T3 cell lines, we determined IC_50. Accordingly we have examined the detoxification effects of S. flavescens, LA and SFG under cadmium IC_50=12.5?? and was carried out to observe morphological changes by the light microscopic study. In NIH 3T3 cells, Sophora flavescens, LA, SFG and LA+ SFG showed inhibitory effects on the cytotoxicity of cadmium and these detoxication effects increased in proportion to the concentration of these drugs. These results suggest that LA and SFG from S. flavescens retain a potential antitoxic activity.
