Novel Optimizer AdamW+ implementation in LSTM Model for DGA Detection
Awais Javed,Adnan Rashdi,Imran Rashid,Faisal Amir International Journal of Computer ScienceNetwork S 2023 International journal of computer science and netw Vol.23 No.11
This work take deeper analysis of Adaptive Moment Estimation (Adam) and Adam with Weight Decay (AdamW) implementation in real world text classification problem (DGA Malware Detection). AdamW is introduced by decoupling weight decay from L2 regularization and implemented as improved optimizer. This work introduces a novel implementation of AdamW variant as AdamW+ by further simplifying weight decay implementation in AdamW. DGA malware detection LSTM models results for Adam, AdamW and AdamW+ are evaluated on various DGA families/ groups as multiclass text classification. Proposed AdamW+ optimizer results has shown improvement in all standard performance metrics over Adam and AdamW. Analysis of outcome has shown that novel optimizer has outperformed both Adam and AdamW text classification based problems.

The objective of this study was to identify allelic variations at Glu-1 loci of wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) advanced lines derived from hybridization of bread wheat and synthetic hexaploid wheats (2n = 6x = 42; AABBDD). Locally adapted wheat genotypes were crossed with synthetic hexaploid wheats. From the 134 different cross combinations made, 202 F 8 advanced lines were selected and their HMW-GS composition was studied using SDS-PAGE. In total, 24 allelic variants and 68 HMW-GS combinations were observed at Glu-A1, Glu-B1, and Glu-D1 loci. In bread wheat, the Glu-D1 locus is usually characterized by subunits 1Dx2+1Dy12and 1Dx5+1Dy10 with the latter having a stronger effect on bread-making quality. The subunit 1Dx5+1Dy10 was predominantly observed in these advanced lines. The inferior subunit 1Dx2+1Dy12, predominant in adapted wheat germplasm showed a compara-tive low frequency in the derived advanced breeding lines. Its successful replacement is due to the other better allelic variants at the Glu-D1 locus inherited in these synthetic hexaploid wheats from Aegilops tauschii (2n = 2x = 14; DD).
Upper Bound of Rényi-α Entanglement for Multipartite PCS States
Awais Khan,Junaid ur Rehman,Hyundong Shin(신현동) 한국통신학회 2021 한국통신학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2021 No.2
Rényi-α entropy is an important entanglement measure, which can be used in many areas of quantum information theory. In this paper, we investigate the distribution of entanglement in partially coherent superposed (PCS) states through polygamy properties of Rényi-α entanglement. A non-trivial and computable upper bound based on the Rényi-α entanglement is presented for multipartite PCS states.
RELATIVE RECIPROCAL VARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES
( Awais Gul Khan ),( Muhammad Aslam Noor Amjad Pervez ),( Khalida Inayat Noor ) 호남수학회 2018 호남수학학술지 Vol.40 No.3
In this paper, we introduce a new class of reciprocal convex set which is called as relative reciprocal convex set. We establish a necessary and sufficient condition for the minimum of the differentiable relative reciprocal convex function. This condi-tion can be viewed as a new class of variational inequality which is called relative reciprocal variational inequality. Using the auxiliary principle technique we discuss the existence criteria for the solu-tion of relative reciprocal variational inequality. Some special cases which are naturally included in our main results are also discussed.
Effect of Dye Solution Ionic Strength on Dyeing of Cotton with Reactive Dyes
Awais Khatri,Max White,Rajiv Padhye 한국섬유공학회 2018 Fibers and polymers Vol.19 No.6
The controlling effect for dye exhaustion (adsorption) and diffusion (absorption) in a reactive dyeing of cotton is shown to be exerted by ionic strength in the dye solution rather than concentration of inorganic salts used as electrolytes. The study showed that the conclusion applies to both exhaust dyeing for dye exhaustion and pad dyeings for dye diffusion. Further, the addition of an alkali, even though it is not used as an electrolyte, increased the extent of exhaustion (in exhaust dyeing) and diffusion (in pad dyeing) due to increase in ionic strength of the dye solution. Hence, the total ionic strength of reactive dye solution for dye exhaustion and diffusion must be taken into account in order to ensure optimum reproducibility. Means for determining the total ionic strength of exhaust or pad dye solutions for different electrolytes are given.
