        중환자실 간호사의 이직의도 예측요인

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand morality identity, occupational stress and authentic leadership and identify factors contributing to turnover intention among intensive care unit (ICU) nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 230 nurses at the university hospitals in Daegu, Ulsan and Busan between February 15 and March 23, 2017. Instruments measuring turnover intention, moral identity, occupational stress, and authentic leadership were utilized. Statistical analysis included t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlational analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. Results: A total of 207 nurses in ICU participated in this study. The power of explanation with age and dependents on turnover intention was 4.1%. With inclusion of occupational stress, moral identity, and authentic leadership factors put into the model, further 20.4% was explained. The explanatory power of the turnover intention in the final model was 23.6% (F=11.63 p<.001), and occupational stress was the key factor explaining turnover intention (β=.28, p<.001). Predictive factors contributing to turnover intention were age, occupational stress, moral identity, and authentic leadership in final model. Conclusion: These findings demonstrated occupational stress, moral identity and authentic leadership as critical factors contributing turnover intention of ICU nurses. It is necessary to promote nursing manager’s authentic leadership, and to encourage moral identity in ICU nurses. In addition, providing intervention programs to reduce occupational stress for ICU nurses is necessary.

        홀로그래픽 고분자 분산 액정을 이용한 홀로그램 이중 초점 렌즈 제작

        다기능성 아크릴레이트 단량체와 네마틱 액정 등을 혼합한 홀로그래픽 고분자 분산 액정 박막을 제작하고 액정의 농도와 피부에서 인가한 교류 전기장 등에 대한 실시간 회절효율을 측정하였다. WPDLC 박막에 기록된 홀로그램은 적절한 교류 전기장의 on/off에 의해 가역적으로 소거와 재생이 가능함을 보였다. 이러한 전기광학 특성을 이용하여 30 cm와 40 cm의 이중초점을 갖는 홀로그램 렌즈를 제작하였다. We Have fabricated a holographic polymer-dispersed liquid crystal (HPDLC) thin film, which is composed of multifunctional acrylate monomer blended with the nematic liquid crystal mixture, and then investigated the real-time diffraction efficiencies for various amounts of liquid crystals and applied AC electric fields. It is experimentally shown that the holographic gratings recorded in the HPDLC film can be reversibly erased and reconstructed by switching on and off an appropriate applied AC electric field. By use of these electro-optic properties we have developed bifocal holographic lenses having two different focal lengths of 30cm and 40 cm.

        신경망 알고리즘을 이용한 화력발전 보일러 시스템 시뮬레이터 개발

        대규모 화력 발전소 제어용 시뮬레이터 개발은 급수/증기 계통, 공기/연소가스 계통, 미분탄 계통 및 터빈/발전기 계통으로 구성되며, 기계적인 터빈/발전기를 제외하고 모든 계통에 대하여 모델링이 가능하다. 현재까지 화력발전의 일부 계통에 대한 신경망 시뮬레이터 개발에 대한 시도는 있었으나 전체 계통에 대한 시뮬레이터 개발은 완성된 적이 없다. 특히 모든 발전사의 핵심 기술 개발중 하나인 오토튜닝은 정확도가 높은 모든 계통에 대한 모델링이 완성되어야 이룰 수 있는 기술이다. 이에 본 논문은 신경망 알고리즘을 이용하여 시스템을 설계할 경우 가장 핵심인 입출력 관계에 대한 변수를 모든 계통에 대하여 정의하였다. 시뮬레이션을 수행한 결과 실제 보일러 계통의 95~99% 이상 정확도를 보임에 따라 본 시뮬레이터에 현장 PID 제어기를 결합할 경우 고장진단이나 오토튜닝에 활용 가능할 것이다. The development of a large-scale thermal power plant control simulator consists of water/steam systems, air/combustion systems, pulverizer systems and turbine/generator systems. Modeling is possible for all systems except mechanical turbines/generators. Currently, there have been attempts to develop neural network simulators for some systems of a boiler, but the development of simulator for the whole system has never been completed. In particular, autoTuning, one of the key technology developments of all power generation companies, is a technology that can be achieved only when modeling for all systems with high accuracy is completed. The simulation results show accuracy of 95 to 99% or more of the actual boiler system, so if the field PID controller is fitted to this simulator, it will be available for fault diagnosis or auto-tuning.

      • 헬리콥터 연료탱크 기본설계

        This paper presents the procedure and the results of the preliminary design of the fuel tank as a part of developing the helicopter. For the requirements of operational capability, MIL-DTL-27422D and Defence Standard 15-2/Issue 1 are considered to be applied in developing a helicopter fuel tank. The procedure of the fuel tank development is set up including interface plate design, tank design, former design, tank material lay-up, and tank installation assessment. The outer moulded line and fittings of fuel tank have being designed, and several test will be performed to get the qualification.

        The fuel boost pump for the aircraft was first indigenously developed in Korea. It is one of the core component for fuel subsystem and composed of motor assembly, impeller assembly, and body assembly with BLDC motor. It shall provide some amount of fuel to engine system continuously for any flight condition considering sudden altitude change and any attitude. This paper describes the procedures and the results for the design, the integration, and the performance analysis of the fuel boost pump.

        A Poof of Utkin's Theorem for a SI Uncertain Linear Case

        본 연구에서는 불확실 단일 입력 시스템의 경우에 대하여 Utkin 정리의 증명을 제시한다. 소위 두가지의 대각화 방법(Diagonalization Method)이라 불리는 Utkin 정리의 두 변환 방법에 대한 불변 정리를 비교적으로 분명히 증명한다. 슬라이딩모드의 수식 즉 슬라이딩 면은 두가지 대각화 변환에 대하여 변화 없고 두 인가된 제어입력은 같은 이득을 갖는다. 두가지 대각화 방법에 의하여 같은 결과를 얻는다. 설계 예와 시뮬레이션 연구를 통하여 제안된 결과의 효용성을 입증한다. In this note, a proof of Utkin's theorem is presented for SI(Single input) uncertain linear systems. The invariance theorem with respect to the two transformation methods so called the two diagonalization methods is proved clearly and comparatively for SI uncertain linear systems. With respect to the sliding surface transformation, the equation of the sliding mode i.e., the sliding surface is invariant. The control inputs by the two transformation methods both have the same gains. By means of the two transformation methods, the same results can be obtained. Through an illustrative example and simulation study, the usefulness of the main results is verified.

        응급실을 내원한 구강악안면외과 안면골 골절 환자의 변화에 대한 비교 연구

        Although there have been many clinical studies about the facial trauma in the recent as well as in the past, severity and frequency of facial trauma are reported multifarious. It seemed to be because of variety of social, cultural, and environmental factors, and the view point of investigators. In this study, we investigated about the patients visiting emergency room during recent 5 years(1999-2003), and compared with retrospective study during former 5 years(1992-1996) in Dept. OMS Pusan Univ-Hospital. We are assessed the cause, type, demographic ect. And analyzed alterations of facial bone fractures during past 2 periods. the results were as follows. The total number of patients was increased slightly. 429 patients treated for maxillofacial fractures between January 1992 and December 1996 and 466 patients treated between January 1992 and December 1996. The male-to-female ratio reduced in the second period by a factor of 0.7. Patients in the age groups of 10-19 years and 20-29 years increased by a factor of 4.2 and 7.9 in the second period. Assaults and falls in the second period decreased by a factor of 15.4 and 7.9. But, traffic accidents and slip downs in the second period increased by a factor of 6 and 6.6. The mandibular fractures(70.6%) showed the highest incidence, followed by zygomatic bone and arch fractures(7.5%), maxillary bone fractures(4.0%), and nasal bone fractures(4.0%). In the second period, the mid-face fracture was increased slightly. So, the mandibular fractures(69.0%) followed by maxillary bone fractures(12.9%), zygomatic bone and arch fractures(8.0%), nasal bone fractures(7.0%). Ramus fractures and body fractures of mandible was increased slightly in the second period.

      • Tilt-rotor 항공기 동력계통 중량 추정에 대한 상쇄연구

        This paper presents the trade-off study of conducting a survey of the weights for various kind of propulsion systems installed in the Smart Unmanned Aerial Vehicle TR-100, a tilt-rotor vehicle, which is developed by Korea Aerospace Research Institute, in order to predict the appropriate propulsion system for present and future Personal Air Vehicle, which has single mode and vertical take-off & landing. In order to perform the trade-off study, we set the requirements that the vehicle hovers for 1 hour with 1,000 kg maximum take off weights. In this study, the power systems are classified engine, which uses the fossil fuel - turboshaft engine, piston engine, diesel engine and rotary engine, and electric motor with fuelcell or Li-Ion battery. The results of trade-off study shows the power systems using fossil fuel are superior to using fuelcell or Li-Ion battery for weight of propulsion system. Also turboshaft engine is the best power system for the aspects of system weight, and the nexts are rotary engine, piston engine, diesel engine, electric motor with Li-Ion battery, and electric motor with fuelcell.

        A Continuous Sliding Surface Transformed VSS by Saturation Function for MIMO Uncertain Linear Plants

        본 연구에서는 다입출력 불확실 선형 플랜트를 위한 포화함수에 의한 연속 슬라이딩 면 변환 가변 구조 시스템이 주어진다. 이론적으로 불연속 슬라이딩 면 변환 가변구조 시스템을 제안한다. 사전에 결정된 슬라이딩 면 위에 슬라이딩 모드의 다입출력 존재 조건과 함께 페루프 지수 안정성에 대해 검토한다. 실제 응용을 위하여 포화 함수에 의하여 불연속 가변구조 시스템의 연속 근사화를 이룬다. 실제적인 관점에서 가변 구조 시스템의 내부 특성인 제어입력의 불연속성을 많이 개선한다, 설계 예와 시뮬레이션 연구를 통하여 제안된 연속 변환 가변구조 시스템 제어기의 유용성을 입증한다. In this note, a continuous sliding surface transformed variable structure systems by the saturation function is presented for MIMO uncertain linear plants. A discontinuous sliding surface transformed VSS is proposed theoretically. The closed loop exponential stability together with the MIMO existence condition of the sliding mode on the predetermined sliding surface is investigated. For practical applications, a continuous approximation of the discontinuous VSS is made by means of the saturation function. The discontinuity of the control input as the inherent property of the VSS is much improved in view of the practical aspects. Through a design example and simulation studies, the usefulness of the proposed continuous transformed VSS controller is verified.
