공진기의 결합 특성을 개선한 Push-Push 발진기 설계

본 논문에서는 새로운 구조의 push-push 발진기를 제안하였다. 제안된 구조는 각각의 발진기를 HDRO(Harmonic Dielectric Resonator Oscillator)로 설계하여 push-push 구조로 결합시킴으로써 기본 주파수 억압 특성을 개선하였고, 고조파 성분의 출력 파워를 향상시켰다. 이에 따른 위상 잡음 증가를 공진기와 병렬 선로 사이의 결합 특성 개선을 통하여 보상하였다. 실험 결과 18.7 GHz에서 9.32 dBm의 출력을 나타내었고, 기본 주파수 억압 특성은 -47.2 dBc, 위상 잡음은 -99.86 dBc@100 kHz의 특성을 보였다. This paper introduces a new type push-push harmonic dielectric resonator oscillator. Proposed oscillators are utilized by HDRO(Harmonic Dielectric Resonator Oscillator) which are combined in push-push structure. As a result, fundamental signal suppression ratio and output power of harmonic signal has been improved. The increase of phase noise is compensated by improving coupling characteristic between resonator and parallel microstrip line. The proposed push-push HDRO shows the output power of 9.32 dBm, the fundamental signal suppression of -47.2 dBc and phase noise of -99.86 dBc at 100 kHz offset frequency and 18.7 GHz center frequency.
위상 잡음 특성 개선을 위한 상호 결합 구조의 발진기 설계 및 제작

본 논문에서는 상호 결합 구조의 발진기를 이용하여 우수한 위상 잡음 특성을 얻었다. 상호 결합 구조의 발진기는 두 개의 발진기 출력 신호의 위상을 변화시켜 결합시키는 구조를 가졌으며, 유전율 2.5인 테프론 기판과 Surface Mount Gallium Arsenide FET 소자를 이용하여 제작하였다. 그리고 두 발진기가 9.3 GHz에서 상호 결합 위상 조건을 만족시키기 위해 바이어스만으로 조절할 수 있는 구조를 제안하였다. 4.4 V의 전압을 인가했을 때 37 mA의 전류가 흐르는 발진기는 -96.37 dBc(@100kHz offset frequency), -73.46 dBc(@10kHz offset frequency)의 위상잡음 특성을 나타내었고, 8.1 V를 인가했을 때 69 mA를 갖는 발진기의 출력과 상호 결합하여 -106.7 dEc(@100kHz offset frequency), -81 dBc(@10kHz offset frequency)의 우수한 위상 잡음 특성을 나타내었다. In this paper, mutually coupled oscillator is employed to improve phase noise. Mutually coupled structure oscillator couples two oscillator's phase shifted output signals, that is fabricated using teflon board which has dielectric constant of 2.5 and Surface Mount Gallium Arsenide FET devices. And this paper proposed the structure to bias adjustment for the phase condition of mutually couples. When one oscillator has bias point of 4.4 V and 37 mA, it's output signal has phase noise characteristic of -96.37 dBc(@9305 MHz, offset frequency 100 KHz), -73.46 dBc(10 kHz). and After it's output signal mutually coupled the other's output signal that has bias point of 8.1 V and 69 mA, it has superior phase noise characteristic of -106.7 dBc(@9305 MHz, offset frequency 100 kHz), -81 dBc(10 kHz).
Anti-Phase IMD 선형화 기술을 이용한 W-CDMA 30 W 대전력 증폭기

본 논문에서는 구동단의 IMD 특성을 종단의 IMD 특성과 반대의 값을 갖도록 하는 anti-phase IMD 정합 기법을 이용하여 대전력 증폭기의 선형성을 개선하였으며, 이의 설계 과정을 나타내었다. W-CDMA 4FA 입력 신호시 평균 출력 전력 30 W에서 ACLR -55 dBc@5 MHz offset을 얻었으며, 최대 전력 이득을 얻기 위한 최적 정합시와 측정 결과를 비교시, 약 12 dBc 이상 개선되었다. 또한, 평균 출력 전력 50 W에서도 상용 제품 규격을 만족함을 보였다. This paper shows how the ACLR of power amplifier can be reduced by using Anti-phase IMD linearization technique which generate anti-phase IMD in the driver stage compare to output stage's IMD. And design process proposed. From the experimental result of W-CDMA 4FA input signal, this amplifier has ACLR -55 dBc@5 MHz offset at 30 watts average power. Compare to optimum matching technique to get maximum power gain, this technique has been improved ACLR by 12 dBc. Also this amplifier meets 50 watts average output power amplifier specification in domestic market.
외부영상정보 입력 시 DICOM정보 충실성에 대한 평가 - DICOM Validation Tool 이용 -

Now a days, there's many change over for PACS among the most of hospital and it standard for DICOM 3.0. These kind of using of DICOM 3.0 improves increasing of medical imaging exchange and service for patient. However, there's some problems of compatibility caused during carry out CD and DVD from hospital. For this reason, this thesis analyzed patients image targeting those storages requested to hospitals in Seoul by using Validation Toolkit which is recommended from KFDA. The analyze type is like this. Make 100 data, total 500, each of MRI CT Plain x-ray Ultrasound PET-CT images and analyzed type of error occurred and loyalty of information. If express percentage of error occurred statistically, we can get a result as follows MRI 5%, Plain x-ray 11%, CT 18%, US 25%, PET-CT 30%. The reson why percentage of error occurred in PET-CT is because of imperfective support and we could notice that we weren't devoted to information. Even though, PET-CT showed highest percentage of error occurred, currently DICOM data improved a lot compare to past. Moreover, it should be devoted to rule of IHE TOOL or DICOM. In conclusion, we can help radiographer to analyze information of image by providing clues for solving primary problem and further more, each of PACS company or equipment company can enhance fidelity for following standard of image information through realizing the actual problem during transfer of image information.
일반촬영의 대기시간 단축을 위한 Process 개선에 따른 기대효과

Purpose : An increment in waiting time is one of the factors making patients inconvenient because of the overall improvement of service of medical institutions and the standard of public service. This is a critical factor in assessment by institution and customer on the service of the hospital and has been direct influence on the customer satisfaction survey. The purpose of this study is to increase the level of service satisfaction by minimize the inconvenient of patients through the improvement of process for the reduction of waiting time in general projection. Materials and Methods : The subjects were the visiting patients of this hospital. The waiting time before and after the process improvement of each projection room were measured and compared The way of improvement was determined by considering the staffs and equipments using the order of process improvement possibilities. The practice was carried out on the work and equipment separately. As a result, the data compiled on the general projection completion the number of cases before and after the process improvement of each projection room and compared and analyzed using the tool contained in 6-Sigma. Results : The improvements of waiting time derived from the improvement of both work and equipment were observed. The improvement of work efficiency was achieved by solving the problem of work overload imbalance through the improvement the effective assignment of projection room and staffs and continuous work training. The bottle neck phenomenon was released by the reduction in projection time due to operation of projection room only for whole spine or long bone, the improvement of productivity due to replacement of DR Type equipment, and the change of projection room only for IVP into general projection room The reduction of waiting time during peak time was reduced effectively. The change of waiting time were from 12min. to 11min. and from 23min. to 11min both for the chest projection and general projection, respectively. Conclusion : The most of general projection department of diagnostic radiology inspection are performed by the needs of medical treatment, therefore it is impossible to predict the amounts of work It was common, accordingly, for the patients of peal< time to wait long time due to the concentration of patients. This has negative effect on the level of customer satisfaction, therefore the reduction of waiting time is important in improving the level. It was shown that the improvement of process was most effective. It is concluded that the improvement of process leads to the productivity increment and effective management on staffs, ultimately, to the improvement of customer satisfaction.
위상 지연 선로를 이용한 새로운 구조의 주파수 2체배기

본 논문에서는 입력단에 위상 지연 선로와 하모닉 출력단에 $90^{\circ}$ 하이브리드 결합기를 사용하여 억압특성을 개선한 새로운 구조의 주파수 체배기를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 구조의 주파수 체배기는 출력전력 결합특성과 기본주파수의 억압특성을 개선하였다. $2.13{\sim}2.15GHz$의 주파수를 2체배 하여 $4.26{\sim}4.30GHz$의 신호원을 얻는 능동주파수 2체배기이며, 입력전력이 10dBm일 때 0.79dB 변환이득과 기본주파수에서 -55.54dBc, 3체배 주파수 6.42GHz에서 -44.76dBc, 4체배 주파수 8.56GHz에서 -39.19dBc의 개선된 억압특성값 얻을 수 있었다. In this paper, A novel structure of frequency doubler using Phase Delay line and $90^{\circ}$ Hybrid coupler at harmonic output have been designed and implemented to improve suppression. Proposed structure of frequency doubler improve output. coupling and fundamental suppression. Active frequency doubler with band from $2.13{\sim}2.15GHz\;to\;4.26{\sim}4.3GHz$ was designed and fabricated with 10dBm input power, 0.79dB conversion gain and -55.54dBc suppression at fundamental frequency, -44.76dBc suppression at third harmonic frequency 6.42GHz and -39.18dBc suppression at fourth harmonic frequency 8.56GHz.
