혈액투석 환자의 사회적 지지와 건강정보 이해능력이 환자역할행위 이행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 혈액투석 환자의 사회적 지지, 건강정보 이해능력, 환자역할행위 이행의 정도와 환자역할행위 이행에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. J시에 위치한 투석실 4곳에서 정기적인 혈액투석을 받는 외래환자 149명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 자료는 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple linear regression으로 분석하였다. 혈액투석 환자역할행위 이행에 미치는 영향은 사회적 지지(β=.37, p<.001), 건강정보 이해능력(β=.16, p=.035), 종교(기타)(β=-.25, p=.001)가 유의한 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구에 적용한 분석모델의 설명력은 22%로 나타났다. 이러한 결과로 보아 환자역할행위 이행의 증진을 위해 사회적 지지와 건강정보 이해능력을 높여 줄 수 있는 구체적인 전략과 효과적인 중재방안 모색이 필요하다. This was a descriptive study to investigate the effect of social support and health literacy on sick role behaviors in hemodialysis patients. A total of 149 outpatients receiving regular hemodialysis at four dialysis centers located in J city were surveyed. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. Factors including social support (β=.37, p<.001), health literacy (β=.16, p=.035), and religion (others) (β=-.25, p=.001) had an effect on sick role behavior. The explanatory power of model in this study was 22.0%. Therefore, the improvement of sick role behavior in patients undergoing hemodialysis requires specific strategies and interventions that are effective in increasing the social support and health literacy.

This study was aimed to obtain the anatomical information on the location of ostia of left and right coronary artery in 3 weeks old and 6 months old hybrid swine. The each intercommissural distance of 6 months group was twice than 3 weeks old group. The largest sinus was right aortic sinus followed by left and posterior sinus. All left coronary artery ostia in left aortic sinus were located near the right aortic sinus as well as lower than the ostia of right one. Most of the right coronary artery ostia were located at the level of supravalvular ridge of right aortic sinus. In addition the right ostia had more variation than left ones. Comparing to the sites of 3 weeks old pigs, the sites of the right ostia in 6 months group were more variable. These data suggest that the locations of coronary ostia were different with the sites of human's, and changes of the location may be occurred during the growth.

기독교 대학 신입생의 소 그룹 활동이 자기효능감, 대인관계, 불안에 미치는 효과

본 논문은 기독교 대학 신입생들에게 야기될 수 있는 여러 문제들을 사전에 인지하여 이를 해결할 수 있는 중재 프로그램으로 신입생들의 대학생활 초기정착 및 적응을 돕기 위한 연구이다. 기독교 대학에서 하나님을 근거로 한 바른 인성 및 영성교육은 하나님 나라의 주인공으로서의 자아개념을 확고하게 심어줄 수 있고, 이를 바탕으로 기독인성을 갖춘 인재라는 정체성을 가지고 미래적 삶을 온전히 준비하는 대학생활을 할 수 있게 될 것이다. 본 연구를 위해 신입생들은 소 그룹활동을 통해서 기독교 대학의 정체성에 부합한 인성교육을 실현하며, 초기 대학생활 정착 및 적응과 진로지도 및 대인관계능력 향상, 기독교적 세계관을 갖도록 하였다. 이 과정은 멘토(Mentor)로서 지도교수와의 진로상담 및 상호작용 위하여 신입생을 대상으로 1년 동안 주 1회에 다양한 활동과 프로그램을 가지고 진행되었으며, 세움공동체*** 활동을 통해 목적하는 바에 대한 성취의 척도-자기효능감(Self-efficacy), 대인관계(Interpersonal-Relationship), 불안(Anxiety)에 대한 고찰을 연구하였다. 신입생들의 자기효능감, 대안관계, 불안에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위해서는 ABA단일사례설계모형을 구축하여 2009년에 3회에 걸쳐 동일 신입생을 대상으로 소그룹활동이 신입생의 자기효능감, 대인관계, 불안에 어떤 변화가 일어나지는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과에서 세움공동체 소그룹 활동은 기독교 대학교 신입생의 자기효능감 향상과 불안 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 일방적인 주입식 신앙교육이 아니라 적극적인 자기 참여적 소그룹활동을 통하여 자연스럽게 대학생활에 적응하면서 기독교 복음을 접하게 되어 이후 기독교 대학교의 정체성을 유지 발전시키는데 정책적 의미들을 갖는다고 할 수 있을 것이다. This study is a research on how freshman students of a Christian university can be helped to adapt and settle into university life by an arbitration program. Based on God, a Christian university will always involve the integration of a reflective Christian perspective in the process of education, be it on Christianity or upright humanity. The small group education program has an emphasis on conceptual learning as against overt religiosity. This means that students should be well guided to analyze the personality of Christian university, get career counseling, have good interpersonal relationships, and have a Christian world view. This way, they develop, on their own, the concepts of right and wrong based on the Christian values they are taught. A small group program was given lessons once a week for a year with verity activity, and met an academic advisor for Christian education and practices Christianity. The academic advisor was familiar with the concepts of self-efficacy, interpersonal relationships and anxiety. The subjects consist of 131 freshman students who were attending Jesus University in either the Nursing or Social Welfare Department. Data was analysed by average, standard deviation, and ABA. The results of analysis show that it has positive effects in the small group program. Based on the findings of the research, a small group program such as this should continue to be researched to prove its effects and educational value.
