        서울 지역 고등학생 및 대학생을 대상으로 한 패스트푸드업체의 '스타마케팅' 광고효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of celebrity endorsers used in fast food industry among highschool and undergraduate students. By taking the sample's age and income into consideration, the advertisement examples of fast food industries were chosen for this study. Data was collected by questionnaires from 400 students. For statistical analysis, the SPSS V19.0 was used for reliability and factor analysis, chi-square test and regression analysis. The results are as follows: First, there was a significant difference (p<0.01) in advertising effects according to gender and education level. Out of the consumers who were exposed to celebrity endorsers, the highschool students and women showed higher advertising effects. Second, the advertising attitude was positively related to brand images (F: 479.680, p<0.01) and buying intentions (F: 1101.427, p<0.01) as well as brand images on purchase intentions (F: 492.175, p<0.01). In conclusion, the consumers with positive attitudes towards advertisements will also evaluate brand images positively and be more likely to purchase the products.

        Fractional-Step법을 이용한 비압축성 비정상 Navier-Stokes 방정식의 유한 요소해석

        The main objective of the research is to develop a research code solving transient incompressible Navier-Stokes equation. In this research code, Adams-Bashforth method was applied to the convective terms of the navier stokes equation and the splitted equations were discretized spatially by finite element methods to solve the complex geometry problems easily. To reduce the divergence on the boundaries of pressure poisson equation due to the unsuitable pressure boundary conditions, multi step approximation pressure boundary conditions derived from the boundary linear momentum equations were used. Simulations of Lid Driven Flow and Flow over Cylinder were conducted to prove the accuracy by means of the comparison with results of the previous workers.

        시부트라민(sibutramine) 음독 후 발생된 급성 정신병증 1례

        A 38-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital due to agitation, nausea, chest discomfort, tachycardia and hypertension 6h after ingesting approximately 60 capsules of sibutramine. The woman developed the clinical features of acute psychosis, including auditory hallucination, agitation and paranoid ideation, on day 2. No relevant changes were detected on the laboratory examinations or on the electrocardiogram throughout the period of hospitalization. She was treated with risperidone and benzodiazepine. The symptoms subsequently resolved completely with cessation of the provoking agent. The patient was discharged on day 7 and the follow-up revealed no sequelae for 5 months.

        직교류에서 난류제트로 유입되는 유량에 관한 고찰

        A jet injected normally into a cross flow has been found to have the cross section of a horseshoe shape. It occurs by a twin vortex motion in the region downstream of the jet injection. Such a flow is inherently and highly three-dimensional and numerical calculations should play an important role. The three-dimensional momentum equations with buoyancy effect and energy equation are solved to obtain the velocity distributions, center-line trajectories, cross sectional shape and entrainment. The density difference is sufficiently small, so that the Boussinesq approximation is considered to be valid. The SIMPLE algorithm is applied in a staggered grid system of a calculational domain for the numerical method.

        숙적관계가 군사분쟁에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 국가 간 숙적관계가 군사분쟁에 미치는 영향에 관한 이론적 논의를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구는 국제정치학에서 그간 수집, 활용됐던 1885년부터 2001년까지의 다양한 자료를 활용하고 숙적관계와 군사분쟁의 상호인과성을 통제한 분석방법을 활용하여, 국제사회와 아시아 지역 표본에 대한 두 변수 간 관계를 검토하였다. 국가 간 숙적관계는 다양한 수준의 군사분쟁을 확대하는, 확대된 군사분쟁은 다시 숙적관계를 강화하는 상호인과성이 본 연구의 결과물로 증거되고 있다. 더불어 본 연구는 숙적관계와 군사분쟁의 상호인과성이 국제체제 표본에 한정된 결과가 아니라, 아시아 지역에도 그대로 적용되는 것을 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 군사분쟁 모델은 기존의 계량연구에서 활용되었던 군사분쟁 모델의 설명력을 확대하는 결과물을 본 연구는 제공하고 있다. 이러한 분석의 결과물을 바탕으로, 본 연구는 현재 대화가 긴장과 갈등이 첨예화하고 있는 남·북 숙적관계에서, 두 국가 간 숙적관계의 완화를 위한 다양한 정책의 필요성을 제안하고자 한다. 상업자유주의가 주장하듯이, 두 국가 간 활발한 경제교류는 다양한 분야에서의 협력을 유인하게 되고, 이렇게 유인된 남북 협력관계는 역사적 숙적관계의 완화, 군사적 대결의 완화로 이어지게 될 것이라고 본 연구는 분석결과물을 바탕으로 주장하고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of rivalry formation on the likelihood of militarized disputes. Using data from 1885-2001 and empirical methods of tracking the simultaneous causations between rivalry and military conflict with the samples of international system and the Asian region, this study finds that there is in fact a two-way causation of the two variables examined: militarized disputes cause rivalry formation, and formed rivalry relationship affects future conflicts among states. The evidence from nonparametric model discrimination statistics and information criteria measures also shows that conflict models with rivalry formation as an important determinant of military conflict have greater explanatory power than or statistically outperform models examined in previous empirical studies on the topic. Based on the findings, this study offers a number of policy suggestions regarding the conflictual South-North Korean relations (or U.S.-China relations), including engaging in more active efforts to ease tensions and surmount historical rivalry between the two states by, for example, promoting economic interdependence and pursuing continuous dialogue with great effort.

        경골의 만성 골수염 후 발생한 하퇴 전방의 난치성 피부 병변에 대한 치료

        목적: 경골의 만성 골수염 후 발생한 하퇴 전방의 난치성 불량 피부 병변과 함께 동반된 표재성 또는 국소형 골 감염에 대해 골 성형술과 연부 조직 일차 봉합술을 시행한 후 임상적 결과를 보고하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 경골의 만성 골수염 후 하퇴 전방의 불량한 피부 병변과 함께 표재성 또는 국소형 골 감염이 합병된 7예를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 골수염 이환 기간은 평균 39년이었고 피부 병변을 절제한 후 골 성형술을 통해 감염성 골 병변을 제거하고 연부 조직 일차 봉합을 시행하였다. 술 후 피부 병변의 회복과 골 성형술에 의한 골 절제 정도를 측정하였으며 골수염의 재발을 포함한 합병증을 평가하였다. 결과: 절제된 불량 피부 병변의 크기는 평균 3.0×14.1 cm였고 전 예에서 결손부의 일차 봉합이 가능하였다. 전 예에서 하퇴 피부 병변이 복원되었으며 골 성형술로 절제된 골 범위는 경골 간부 전후 직경의 평균 18.7%였다. 최종 추시까지 골수염의 재발, 피로 골절과 같은 합병증은 없었다. 결론: 경골의 만성 골수염 후 골수강 내 감염은 치료되었으나 경골 전면부에 불량 피부 병변과 함께 표재성 또는 국소적 골 감염이 합병된 경우 골 성형술과 연부 조직 일차 봉합술은 다른 수술법에 비해 비교적 단순하면서도 골수염의 재발 없이 좋은 피부로 복원되는 효과적인 치료법이라고 생각한다. Purpose: We aimed to report the clinical results of diaphyseal osteoplasty and primary soft tissue closure in recalcitrant poor skin lesion with superficial or localized bone infection on the anterior shin after chronic osteomyelitis. Materials and Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 7 patients with poor shin skin lesion complicated by superficial and localized bone infection after chronic osteomyelitis. The average duration of chronic osteomyelitis was 39 years. After excision of the poor skin lesion, diaphyseal osteoplasty of the tibia was performed for the resection of infected bone and primary closure of the soft tissue defect. Postoperative results were evaluated with recovery of skin lesion, the amount of bone resection by osteoplasty and complications including recurrence of osteomyelitis. Results: Mean size of excised skin lesion during surgery was 3.0×14.1 cm and successful primary closures of the defect were possible in all cases. All shin skin lesions were recovered and the amount of resected bone was mean of 18.7% of the anteroposterior diameter of the tibia. There was no recurrence of skin lesion, osteomyelitis or stress fracture. Conclusion: After treatment of a previous intramedullary infection in chronic osteomyelitis of the tibia, recalcitrant poor shin skin lesion complicated with superficial or localized bone infection was effectively recovered by diaphyseal osteoplasty and primary soft tissue closure. This procedure is relatively simple compared to other surgeries and effective in recovery of healthy shin skin without recurrence of osteomyelitis.

        왕겨 알칼리 증해 흑액으로부터 실리카 석출 연구

        The effects of the pH conditions on the precipitation of silica in the black liquor of the rice husk alkine digestion were evaluated in this study. KOH and NaOH were applied for the rice husk alkaline digestion, and the black liquors originated from each alkaline digestion were characterized. Four pH conditions (pH 10, 9, 8, and 7) were applied for the precipitation of silica from the black liquor. The black liquor from the KOH digestion showed higher solid contents than that of the NaOH digestion, which resulted in the higher amount of the precipitated solid obtained from the KOH black liquor. The yield of silica was higher at the lower pH condition such as pH 8. However, the non-silica materials were also precipitated from the black liquor and the higher amount of non-silica materials were precipitated at the lower pH condition.

        급축소-확대관에서 비뉴턴유체의 유동 특성에 관한 수치적 연구

        대부분의 비뉴턴 유체 모델의 경우 격자볼쯔만 법을 이용한 3차원 유동해석에 효율적으로 적용하기 어려운 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이를 해결하기 위해 개발된 격자볼쯔만법 전용 비뉴턴 유체 모델인 Hydro-Kinetic 모델을 3차원 격자볼쯔만법 해석에 적용할 수 있도록 수정하고 이를 3차원 급축소 및 급확대 유동에 적용하여 얻은 결과를 통해서 강한 전단유동장에서 HK모델 유체의 거동을 분석하였다. HK모델은 변형률과 완화시간과의 관계를 나타낸 모델로 강한 전단유동장에서 국소적으로 큰 변형률이 발생하는 경우 완화시간이 급격하게 감소하여 해석이 불안정해지는 경향이 있어 격자볼쯔만법 해석안정성을 확보하기 위해서는 HK모델의 인수 와 완화시간을 일정한 구간에서 변화하도록 제한할 필요가 있다. Because most existing non-Newtonian models are not suitable for application to the lattice Boltzmann method, theoretical and numerical studies in this regard remain challenging. In this study, the hydrokinetic (HK) model was modified and applied to a 3D sudden contraction-expansion channel flow, and the characteristics of the HK model flow were evaluated to generate non-trivial predictions in three-dimensional strong shear flows. The HK model is very efficient for application to the lattice Boltzmann method because it utilizes the shear rate and relaxation time. However, the simulation would be unstable in a high shear flow field because the local relaxation time sharply decreases with an increase in the shear rate in a strong shear flow field. In the HK model, it may become necessary to truncate the relaxation time and non-dimensional parameter to obtain stable numerical results.

        열처리에 의한 왕겨의 특성 변화

        The effects of heat treatment conditions on the properties of rice husk were evaluated in this study. The commercial products of the heat treated rice husk were also investigated in terms of the changes in the properties by the manufacturing methods such as the indirect rotary kiln method and the direct combustion method. The indirect rotary kiln treatment for the commercial product resulted in the lower carbonization and the lower absorption of methylene blue of the heat treated rice husk product than those of the direct heat treated rice husk product. In addition, the effect heat treatment was analyzed under two different conditions - by using muffle furnace at air atmosphere condition and by using tube furnace at nitrogen atmosphere condition - for comparative analysis. The rice husk treated in nitrogen condition showed less carbonation, less changes in pH and no significant changes in methylene blue absorption properties, compared to the rice husk treated in the air condition. The pH of the rice husk treated in the air condition changed from 3.5 at 300°C treatment to 9.5 at 500°C treatment. Also, the absorption capacity of the rice husk treated in the air condition was greatly improved as the treatment temperature increased.

        설파살라진의 항알레르기 효과

        We studied the effects of sulfasalazine(SSZ) on anaphylaxis. SSZ was found to exhibit a inhibitory activity on the compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis. SSZ also inhibited local anaphylaxis activated by anti-dinitrophenyl(DNP) IgE. Moreover, SSZ dose-dependently inhibited histamine ralease in rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80 or anti DNP IgE. We investigated the effects of SSZ on cAMP of rat peritoneal mast cell. The level of cAMP in rat peritoneal mast cells, when SSZ was added, transiently and significantly increased approximately 16-fold compared with that of basal cells. These results suggest that the antianaphylactic action of SSZ may be associated with an increase in the intracellular cAMP content of the mast cells as the result of an inhibition of the cAMP phosphodiesterase.
