The technologies of laser micromachining are changed toward more complex-micropatterning, from the micro circle-shaped hole drilling to the micro arbitrary-shaped hole drilling. In this paper, the fundamental experiments by using DPSS 3rd harmonic Nd:YVO₄ laser(A=355㎚) were carried out in order to obtain the feasibility of flexible micropatterning by various fixed masks. Fixed masks and Galvano scanners were investigatde to make micro patterns. From these experimental results, micropatterns on PEN film were rapidly manufactured in large area.
저융점 금속에 의한 자동 공작물 고정 상태에서의 얇은 벽 구조물 제작에 관한 연구

In order to the lead time and cost of products, grinding and EDM process is mostly introduced in the finishing step. High-speed machining can be also used for these purposes to produce a thin-walled structure. But there are some limitations to make<br/> thin-walled structures due to the accuracy of machine and the conditions of high-speed machining. In this paper, a new manufacturing process is proposed the combining process of high-speed machining with the work holding method using Bi-42Sn, low melting - point metal alloys. The utilization of this manufacturing process is verified through experiments and its measurements. Aluminum7075 only used as working material. Some experimental result is compared and reviewed with the result of FEM code for analysis applied to the thin-walled structure.

In this paper, we will discuss the die design of multi-stage drawing for large size cylindrical shells with multi thickness wall sections such as straight, stepped, tapered sides. These shells are achieved by our continuous deep drawing process. This process required no in-process annealing. But after cold working. These shells is performed heat treatment. These shells are used for the making of seamless LPG pressure vessels after the spinning process. This process is composed of deep drawing, reverse redrawing, drawingironing and several ironing processes.
