      • 건설현장 작업자 행동관련 소규모 현장 안전 관리 적용

        소규모 건설 사업장에서는 한 사람이 과도하게 많은 관리영역에 대해서 책임을 져야하므로 특정 영역에 대해 집중적인 관리가 불가능하다. 실제로 이와 같은 소규모 프로젝트는 작은 규모로 인해서 정부의 관리통제에서 면제되고 있는 바, 이는 소규모 건설 현장에서의 안전 관리와 안전 관리에 대한 의식 수준이 낮은 주된 이유 중 하나이다. 정부는 그간 전국적 사고 발생 건수를 줄이기 위해 지속적으로 노력하고 있지만 매년 백여 명이 넘는 근로자가 건설현장에서 사망하고 있다. 이는 그간의 관리방법으로는 일정 수준의 목표를 달성하고자 함에 있어 상당한 한계가 있다는 것을 시사한다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안한 행동 기반 안전 관리 기법에 기반한 경영 아이디어는 소규모 건설 현장에서의 사고발생을 효과적으로 절감하는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. Only one person should be responsible for many area of works at a small construction sites with less than contract amount of USD 0.3 million. therefore, he can not be an expert in one area. Actually, this kind of small projects are not controlled by the Government because those small size of projects are exempted in following the Government control, due to certain level of small size. The above reason makes those small projects loose with an aspect of safety management without safety consciousness and safety management. The Government makes his effort to decrease nationally accident occurrences but there is considerably deep limitation to achieve a certain level of goal despite a fact that there have been more than 100 workers died annually. It is expected that some proposed management ideas technique with behavior-based safety management can be contributed to decreasing accidents at small construction sites.

      • 조선총독부의 '조선도서 및 고문서'의 수집·분류 활동

        Chosen General Government initiated the activities of collecting and managing the archives from Chosen Dynasty because of necessity to push positively for its colonial policies. Particularly, such efforts of the regime resulted eventually in boosting their understanding on the Korea cultures, as well as contributed to their reigning Korea to an extent. Some aspects that reflect it are as follows. In 1910 Chosen General Government took over, and began to arrange and classify huge volumes of archives that were held by the royal family. During this period, they collected and arranged literatures that they took over from the earlier Korean government. In 1913, Chosen General Government increased enormously the varieties and volumes of the archives that they intended to collect. They started with collecting archives limited to those literatures that had existed in the civil sector before 1894. It can be noticed that just in 1913 Chosen General Government revealed their intention to collect and classify both royal archives and civil archives. With the work of collecting, classification and annotating archives, Chosen General Government commenced the compilation of Chosensa (Korean History). These efforts aimed at cultural assimilation and educating of Korean people, and in this process, the importance of Chosen Dynasty's archives was reconfirmed. One of the representative cases was a change of terminology. With the compilation efforts into full swing since 1915, Chosen General Government repeatedly started to use the term 'Saryo' (historical records) in connection with Chosen's literatures and archives. The term 'Saryo' previously had been used in Japanese literatures, and it is deemed that it was used as a term generally referring to archives of Chosen Dynasty from that time. This signifies that Chosen General Government began to involve their historical point of view in approaching to the archives of Chosen. As they broadened their understanding on Korea through the annotation of old literatures and compilation of Chosen History, they seriously set on the work of assimilating Korean people culturally aiming at gripping its reign on Korea. Archives of Chosen likewise were very crucial basic data for understanding Korea and its people, and Chosen General Government is deemed to have utilized the archives as a means to reign and assimilate Korean people.

        지구라는 한정된 자원을 사용하며 살아가는 인류에게 지구의 온난화와 에너지원의 고갈 등은 인류의 미래를 보장 할 수 없는 단계에 이르렀다. 몇 번의 오일쇼크와 오존층의 파괴 등 지구환경의 변화는 이제 남의 일이 아니다. 세계적인 관심사가 이제야 친환경으로 모아지는 것은 오히려 늦은 감이 있다. 건축계에서도 친환경 및 지속가능한 건축이란 명제가 화두가 된지도 몇 해가 지났다. 그러나 아직도 구체적인 실천이 미흡한 것도 사실이다. 그 이유로는 막연한 개념과 건축에의 구체적인 적용방법의 이해 부족에서 기인한 점도 적지 않다고 본다. 이에 "건축사"지에서는 우리협회의 "친환경건축설계아카데미 건축강좌"의 내용의 일부를 선정하여 요약, 연재함으로써 친환경건축에 대한 회원들의 이해를 돕고, 친환경 건축이 활성화 될 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 실무에 도움이 될 수 있었으면 하는 바람이다.

        코드 업데이트 프로토콜에서 에너지 잔존량에 따른 노드선정 기법

        As wireless sensor network are being deployed in a wide variety of application areas, the number of sensor nodes in a sensor filed becomes larger and larger. In the past, ISP (In-System Programming) method have been generally used for code update but the large number of sensor nodes requires a new code update method called network reprogramming. There are many challenging issues for network reprogramming since it can make an impact on the network lifetime. In this paper, a new sender selection scheme for network reprogramming protocol is proposed to decrease energy consumption for code update by minimizing overlapped area between sender nodes and reducing data contention. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme can reduce the amount of message traffic and the overall data transmission time.

      • 인삼이 적혈구막을 통한 $Na^+$ 이동에 미치는 영향

        In an attempt to explore the effect of Ginseng on the permeability of the biological membrane to cations we have investigated the effect of Ginseng-alcohol extract on the transport of $Na^+$ human red blood cell preprations. The $Na^+$ influx was measured in intact red cells using $^{22}Na$ as a tracer and the efflux in reseated red cells using $^{24}Na$ as a tracer. 1. The influx of $Na^+$ was not apparently changed by the Ginseng-alcohol extract of 20mg% in the incubation medium. 2. Similarly, 20mg% Ginseng-alcohol extract in the cellular space did not alter the efflux of $Na^+$ from the cell. However, 50mg% of Ginseng-alcohol extract in the cell resulted in a significant increase in the $Na^+$ efflux and this effect was magnified when the cell was suspended in the medium containing the Ginseng-alcohol extract in a concentration of 20mg %. The results suggest that Ginseng-alcohol extract over 50mg% increase permeability of red blood cell membrane to $Na^+$ by altering the membrane integrity.

        린 프로세스 기반 아웃리거 시스템의 Set-based Design 적용 방안에 관한 연구

        린은 고객이 정하는 가치를 정의하고 가치의 흐름에 방해되는 불필요하고 낭비되는 요소를 없애는 과정을 기본으로 하는 경영철학이다. 생산관리에서 출발한 린이라는 경영철학은 건설 산업에서“린 건설”이라는 이름으로 건설단계에서 시작되었으며 이제는 생산성 향상을 효과적으로 이룰 수 있는 설계단계로의 확장이 필요한 시점이다. 현재 국내의 구조설계업무방식은 순차적 공학 개념의 Point-based Design 방식으로 설계자의 경험과 판단에 의존하여 초기 설계안을 결정하고 이후 상세설계를 진행하는 과정으로 설계업무가 진행되었다. 이에 반해 동시공학 개념의 Set-based Design 방식은 전체 프로젝트 관점에서 낭비요소를 없애고 프로젝트 생산성 향상을 위해 다양한 설계안을 제한된 범위 내에서 바로 선택하지 않고 더 확실한 정보가 나올 때까지 설계안의 선택을 유보하여 합리적이고 경제적인 설계안을 결정하는 린 기반의 설계 프로세스이다. 본 연구에서는 전통적인 구조설계방식에 대해 SBD방식을 도입하고, SBD프로세스의 의사결정기법으로 계층화분석법(AHP)을 적용하여, 후행업무단계들에 대한 사전 고려로 프로젝트 전체 관점에서의 낭비를 최소화하고 생산성을 향상할 수 있는 설계 방법론을 제안하고 하고자 한다. 이를 위해 PBD와 SBD방식에 대한 분석 및 의사결정방안을 모색하였고, 제안된 SBD프로세스의 사례연구를 통해 실무에서의 활용방안을 제시하였다. Lean concept is management philosophy that defines a customer's value and eliminates wasteful and impeditive factors. Management philosophy of Lean in the construction industry is referred to as "Lean Construction". Now this concept has expanded to achieve effective productivity during the design phase. Currently the norm of the domestic design process has been Point-based Design(PBD). It involves selecting a single structurally-feasible design option early and then refining that single design as more information becomes available throughout the design process. This single design is then re-worked until a solution is found that is feasible for all parties. On the contrary, Set-based Design(SBD) is based on lean processes to eliminate waste and improve project productivity. It focuses on keeping the design space as open as long as possible, to allow "subdesign" to advance and not labeling them as secondary in importance. Preserving the maximum number of feasible designs as long as possible reduces the likelihood that rework will be necessary and allows all project participants to utilize their unique expertise to make the project successful. This study proposes that the design methodology of minimizing waste and increasing productivity through SBD of AHP, one of the decision making process so as to compare PBD with SBD and tries to find decision making process and then suggest that application methodology through performs case study of SBD process.

        온실가스 감축을 위한 미국의 토지이용-교통 연동계획 사례 연구

        The impact of climate change by greenhouse gas has been increasing. Around the world many countries announced their goals for reducing global greenhouse gas. Korean government, which declared its reduction goal, need, however, practical means to achieve it. For this purpose, we researched the land-use transportation linkage planning by the MPO of the USA, which is evaluated as one of most effective policies.In this study, we investigated the effects of land-use transportation plans conducted by the Southern California as a case study in order to make Korean planners convinced of land-use transportation linked one.

        BIM 기반 Set-based Design 적용 방안에 관한 연구

        Recently, Construction projects have become larger and more sophisticated. It makes efforts to construction productivity improvement in domestic and international construction industries. There are still researches that Lean Construction, Building Information Modeling(BIM), Integrated Project Delivery(IPD) for productivity improvement. The initial step of design is important for construction project to productivity advancement, information exchange and collaboration. Point-based design(PBD) starts from a somewhat arbitrary initial point in the parameter space of all possible solution. The solution is then optimized, one step at a time, at each step moving to a more desirable point in the parameter space. The goal is to find the optimal solution point, although it is not obvious that this point will ever be reached. By contrast, Set-based design(SBD) based on lean design is an approach that defers design to the last responsible moment to allow for the evaluation of alternative that improve constructability. SBD involves deep thinking at each level of design for system, subsystems, assemblies, and components. By having decisions made at the last responsible moment, set-based design avoids loop backs that may need to be made later because of hasty decisions, as past issues have to be revisited. Structural Building Information Modeling(S-BIM) is process that focus on structural engineering in BIM process. It provides flexible environment of interoperability and collaboration with relevant area included structural engineering thanks to containing necessary structural information. Especially, Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) of the decision making processes is improved decision’s reliability by using S-BIM that considers economics, constructability, structural safety, etc. This study proposes application methodology for set-based design of AHP in the structural BIM environment that performs case study through high-rise building project of outrigger system.

        식민지 대만의 사법제도 연구

        식민지 하의 대만과 조선은 일본을 통해서 근대 사법제도가 도입되었다. 일제의 침략과 더불어 이 지역에는 전문 재판기관이 설치되었고, 법률 전문가가 판사와 검사에 임용되었다. 더 나아가 민사소송과 형사소송을 분리하였고 소송절차법도 만들어졌다. 이렇듯, 대만과 조선은 모두 일본의 사법제도로부터 강한 영향을 받았다. 특히, 식민지 조선의 사법제도는 대만의 법원조직을 참고하여 만들어졌으므로 이에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구에서는 대만의 사법제도, 변호사 등을 중심으로 분석하였다. 대만의 사법제도의 특징을 연구하는 것은 식민지 조선의 사법제도를 이해하는데 유용할 것으로 생각된다. Under the colonial rule, Taiwan and Joseon introduced modern judicial system through Japan; with the invasion of Japanese imperialism, professional justice agencies were established in the area, and legal experts were appointed to judges and prosecutors. Furthermore, civil and criminal lawsuits were separated and the Litigation Procedure Act was created. As such, Taiwan and Joseon were both strongly influenced by the Japanese judicial system. In particular, the judicial system of colonial Joseon was created by referring to the court organization of Taiwan, so research on it is necessary. In this study, the judicial system and lawyers of Taiwan were analyzed. Studying the characteristics of Taiwan’s judicial system is thought to be useful in understanding the judicial system of colonial Joseon.
