전시사업관리 프로세스 및 수행체계구성에 관한 연구 - Ⅰ

At present, the Korean display industry lacks significantly in qualitative achievements when compared to quantitative achievements. Of course, there are various systems established according to the developments of display design organizing methods, production, and installing methods through some preceding studies related to display, but it is true that the wholistic management through display business management precess which is prerequisite for this field is now considered yet. This has led to consistent and repetitive limitations, although many have undergone numerous trials and errors, along, along with related conflicts during implementing display business. Accordingly, organizing process and system for display business management field is the most field to be studied in order to not follow suit of the existing problems and look back on the failure factors of past display business. This study is focused on studying stage-to-stage research on organizing process and system for display business management, and aims to provide basic information for a more efficient management which can be realized during future business implementation for display culture facilities. The followings are the conclusions for this study. First, in order to successfully implement display business, the role of display business management is crucial, and the related need for display business management operations was proved. Second, the viability of ‘Check-List for examining displaying product designs, production and installment’ was verified, along with suggestions for additional factors to be considered in the examining check-list. Finally, third, the analyzing process of this study is focused on analyzing the facilities according to justifiable analysis factors. However, there are limitations such as coming up with subjective facts which can be known through naked eyes. Thus, the necessity for additional researches which can supplement the limitations of this study was found.

A serious problem that domestic exhibition facilities are facing in common from the beginning of their opening is a continuous repetition of considerable exhibitions’ malfunction and of inefficient communication due to displays different from those originally designed. Such a problem occurs in most of large-scale exhibition facilities and, what is worse, the situation in those under medium size is even more serious because of their realistic limits that supervision cannot but to weaken in accordance with the order amount. To solve this problem, the study establishes the concept of exhibition management, and finds out its necessity, present condition, and the course of its further development through an overall understanding of the exhibition industry by theoretically examining the industry based on the existing studies and looking into exhibition industry and design. The study aims at presenting the project process of exhibition management for efficient management. The study showed the necessity of exhibition management and especially the project process of the designing stage gave an understanding of exhibition management process. This is the first stage to carry out exhibition management, which is expected to be conducive to a higher efficiency of the project management in a designing stage when proceeding with the exhibition project.

전시사업관리를 적용한 제작프로세스 체계 구성에 관한 연구

Currently, it is the fact that the construction management and the exhibition anagement is implemented in concurrent basis however, the system and method of management of both industries is differs from each other in many areas. This comprises a limitation to repeat a lot of trial & error as well as related disputes in the process of exhibition project implementation, thus it appears to be necessary to have an expert group for exhibition industry to take the role to mediate dispute by positioning in-between the ordering party and the subject party of each stage of project. However, in the case of exhibition management, no system has been set up as yet based on project implementation know-how due to its initial stage of industry, as such in this study of theoretical review, it has been examined the role, purpose of exhibition management and the composition element of production & installation each stage of project. Above all, this study aims to provide the basic materials for the exhibition management to be implemented in the future through establishment of exhibition management process for the efficiency of exhibition management industry. With this study, the necessity of exhibition project management could be recognized and through process of convergence stage of exhibition management process it could be understood the process of exhibition management. This is the 2nd stage of study to implement the exhibition management and through which it is expected to increase the efficiency of convergence management stage in the process of exhibition management. Finally, this is one of the basic studies to structure the process of exhibition management and through subsequent study, it is to develop a check list for design & convergence stage by utilizing the corresponding project process to fulfill the responsibility to complete this study.

원전용 다양성 제어기기의 Functional Coverage 분석

원자력 발전소의 오작동이나 사고는 인명이나 재산상의 큰 피해를 초래하므로 엄격한 안전 기준을 적용하고 있다. 따라서 원자력 발전소의 안전성과 관련된 원전용 제어기는 높은 수준의 신뢰도와 안전도가 요구된다. 이를 위해 디지털 방식의 제어기에 PLC 방식의 제어기와 PLD 방식의 제어기를 사용하여 다양성을 얻고 있다. 본 논문에서는 PLD 방식의 원전용 트립제어기의 Functional Verification을 위하여 RTL 수준의 설계에 대한 Functional Coverage 분석을 사용하였다. 테스트벤치는 System Verilog에서 제공되는 클래스에 기반한 구조적 테스트벤치를 작성하여 사용하였다.

세계 3대 광천수 초정클러스터 관광육성의 평가모델 구축에 관한 기초적 연구

본 연구는 기존의 국가 주도형 사업방식에서 벗어나 지역이 직접 주도하는 지역주도형 관광육성 사업의 일환으로 추진하는 세계 3대 광천수 초정 클러스터 관광 육성 사업의 체계적인 사업관리 프로세스 구축과 평가모델을 구축하고자 하 는데 그 목적이 있다. 국가에서 추진하는 사업은 충분한 사업성 검토, 타당성 확보, 기본계획 수립, 예산 확보, 선 조직을 구축, 분야별 전문가의 투입을 통해 사업의 전문성을 확보한 반면, 지방자치단체는 국가부처와는 달리 행정조직으로 구축되어 있고, 조직체계 또한 순환보직의 성격을 띠고 있어 행정적 전문성은 있으나, 관광 분야의 정책, 기획, 마케팅, 개발, 육성, 운영, 관리 등의 전문가들은 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 세계 3대 광천수 초정 클러스터 관광 육성사업의 체계적인 사업관리프로세스 모델을 구축하고, 업무별 상관성을 분석하여 체계화하는 한편, 업무의 특성과 시기에 따라 정책, 기획, 콘텐츠에서, 하드웨어, 소프트웨어, 지속가능한 운영을 체계화하는 프로세스 및 평가모델을 구축함으로써 사업에서 발생하는 다양한 문제점을 조기에 발견하고, 그에 따른 프로세스체계와 평가시스템을 구축하고자 한다.
