        노인 커뮤니티케어제도 내 작업치료사의 업무중요도와 수행에 대한 인식

        목적 : 본 연구는 노인 커뮤니티케어제도 및 제도 내에서 작업치료사 업무중요도와 수행에 대한 인식도를 알아보기 위해 실시되었다. 연구방법 : 전국의 152명의 작업치료사들을 대상으로 2019년 5월 31일부터 2019년 6월 24일까지 온라인 설문지를 통하여 조사하였다. 기술통계를 사용하여 일반적 특성, 제도 인식도, 역할과 수행 인식도를 분석하였고, 근무연수, 근무지역, 업무 분야에 따른 차이를 비교하기 위해서 ANOVA를 실시하였다. 결과 : 국내 작업치료사들의 노인 커뮤니티케어제도에 대한 인식은 2.93±1.049점으로 상대적으로 낮았으나, 커뮤니티케어제도의 중요도는 3.94±0.799점, 제도 내 작업치료사 역할의 중요도는 4.34±0.763점으로 높게 나타났다. 작업치료사의 업무의 중요도는 낙상 예방(4.63±0.7)이 가장 높게 나타났고, 수행도는 수단적 일상생활 활동 훈련 (3.94±0.8), 신체 기능 증진훈련(3.94±0.8)이 높게 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구는 노인 커뮤니티케어제도 내 작업치료사 업무중요도와 수행 인식도에 대한 기초자료로서 제시될 수 있을 것이다. 또한 향후 노인 커뮤니티케어제도 내 작업치료사의 역할 정착을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 기대한다. Objective : The purpose of this study was to investigate the awareness of job task importance and performance of occupational therapists in the community care system for the elderly. Methods : We conducted an online questionnaire survey of 152 occupational therapists nationwide from May 31, to June 24, 2019. General characteristics and institutional awareness, role and performance awareness were analyzed by descriptive statistics. One way ANOVA were conducted to compare the differences of working days, working places, and the field of work. Results : The recognition of the community care system for the elderly was low at 2.93 ± 1.0 but the importance of the community care system was 3.94 ± 0.7 and the importance of the occupational therapist in the system was 4.34 ± 0.7. Fall prevention (4.63 ± 0.7) was the most important in occupational therapist's jobs, and performance was high in instrumental activity daily living training (3.94 ± 0.8) and physical function training (3.94 ± 0.8). Conclusion : This study can be presented as basic data on job task importance and performance awareness of occupational therapists in the elderly community care system. In addition, it is expected to be used as basic data for establishing the role of occupational therapist in the elderly community care system.

      • 중국인 학습자의 인과관계 연결어미 습득 양상 연구 -‘-아서’, ‘-니까’, ‘-느라고’, ‘-므로’를 중심으로-

        본 연구는 중국인 학습자를 대상으로 한국어 인과관계 연결어미 ‘-아서, -니까, -느라고, -므로’의 통사적 특성과 의미·화용적 특성에 대한 습득 양상을 확인하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중국인 중급 학습자 30명, 고급 학습자 30명을 대상으로 문법성 판단 테스트를 실시하였으며 실험 후에는 참여를 원하는 학습자에 한하여 사후 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 첫째로, 인과관계 연결어미의 통사적 특성에 대한 학습자들의 습득 양상을 살펴보았다. 먼저 숙달도 간의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 연결어미 ‘-아서, -느라고, -므로’에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 드러났다. 다음으로 동일 숙달도 내에서의 습득 양상을 살펴본 결과 중급과 고급 학습자 집단 모두에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 중급 집단에서의 인과관계 연결어미 통사적 특성의 정답률은 ‘-니까>-느라고>-아서>-므로’의 순서로 나타났으며, 통계적으로는 ‘-아서vs-니까’, ‘-니까 vs-느라고’, ‘-니까vs-므로’에서 세부 제약별 차이가 드러났다. 고급 집단에서의 통사적 특성 정답률은 ‘-니까>-아서>-느라고>-므로’ 순서로 나타났으며, 세부 제약별 차이는 ‘-니까vs-므로’에서 통계적 유의성을 보였다. 둘째로, 인과관계 연결어미의 의미·화용적 특성에 대한 학습자들의 습득 양상을 살펴보았다. 숙달도 간 습득 양상의 차이를 살펴본 결과 모든 인과관계 연결어미에서 통계적 유의성이 드러났다. 다음으로 동일 숙달도 내에서의 습득 양상을 살펴본 결과, 중급 집단에서는 ‘-아서vs-느라고’, ‘-아서vs-므로’에서 통계적 차이성이 드러났으며 고급 집단에서 ‘-아서vs-니까’, ‘-아서vs-느라고’, ‘-아서vs-므로’에서 통계적 차이성이 드러났다. 셋째로, 앞서 살펴본 통사적, 의미·화용적 특성들을 전체적으로 살펴보았다. 먼저, 전체적인 통사적, 의미·화용적 특성에 대한 숙달도 간 차이를 살펴본 결과, 고급 집단이 중급 집단에 비하여 연결어미의 통사적, 의미·화용적 특성 모두를 유의하게 잘 습득하였다는 결과를 알 수 있었다. 다음으로, 동일 숙달도 내에서의 ‘통사적 특성 vs 의미·화용적 특성’의 습득 양상을 살펴보았을 때 중급집단에서 유의한 차이성이 드러났다. 즉, 중급 학습자들이 통사적 특성에 비하여 의미·화용적 특성을 균형 있게 습득하지 못하고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 중국인 학습자의 한국어 인과관계 연결어미에 대한 습득 양상을 다양한 관점으로 살펴보았다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 이번 연구에 이어서, 향후 다양한 한국어 연결어미를 대상으로 한 습득 양상 연구가 활발히 지속되기를 바란다. This study aims to analyze the acquisition patterns of the syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic characteristics of the Korean causal connective endings like ‘-aseo’, ‘-nikka’, ‘-neurago’, ‘-meuro’ for Chinese learners. In this study, 30 intermediate learners and 30 advanced learners of Chinese nationality took a grammaticality judgment test, and after the experiment, the researcher interviewed those who wish to join the interviews. First of all, the acquisition patterns about the syntactic characteristics of causal connective endings were investigated. By exploring the differences of proficiency between the learners, a statistically significant difference was found in the connective endings ‘-aseo’, ‘-neurago’, and ‘-meuro’. Next, a statistically significant difference in both intermediate and advanced learner groups was discovered, when the acquisition patterns in the same level of language proficiency were researched. In the intermediate group, the highest percentage of correct answers of causal connective endings’ syntactic characteristics was appeared in ‘-nikka’, followed by ‘-neurago’, -‘aseo’, and then ‘-meuro’. From a statistical perspective, differences were seen from ‘-aseo vs -nikka’, ‘-nikka vs -neurago’, and ‘-nikka vs -meuro’ by detailed constraints. In the advanced group, the highest percentage of correct answers of syntactic characteristics was identified in ‘-nikka’, followed by ‘-aseo’, ‘-neurago’, and then ‘-meuro’. Also, a difference was captured from ‘-nikka vs -meuro’ by detailed constraints, showing statistical significance. Secondly, the acquisition patterns on the semantic and pragmatic characteristics of causal connective endings were studied. By comparing the acquisition patterns between different levels of proficiency, it is found out that all causal connective endings show statistical significance. Moreover, when the acquisition patterns of the same level of proficiency were analyzed, a statistical difference was observed from ‘-aseo vs -neurago’ and ‘-aseo vs -meuro’ in the intermediate group. In the advanced group, the difference was seen from ‘-aseo vs -nikka’, ‘-aseo vs -neurago’, and ‘-aseo vs -meuro’. Third, the overall syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic characteristics were studied. By observing the difference between proficiency on overall syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic characteristics, it is found out that the advanced group showed superior stance for learning all syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic characteristics of connective endings when compared to the intermediate group. Moreover, a significant difference was observed from the intermediate group, when the acquisition patterns of ‘syntactic vs semantic, pragmatic’ characteristics were studied in the same level of proficiency. This means that the learners from the intermediate group are not learning semantic and pragmatic characteristics in as balanced manner as syntactic characteristics. This study is significant in that it studies the acquisition patterns of Korean causal connective endings of Chinese learners from diverse perspectives. Based on these findings, it is hoped that more studies will continue on the acquisition patterns of more various Korean connective endings in the future.

        유아 창의성 개발 프로그램의 효과에 관한 메타분석

        본 연구의 목적은 유아 창의성 개발 프로그램의 효과에 대하여 일반적인 결론을 도출하고, 중요한 영향을 미치는 조절변인이 무엇인가를 알아보는데 있다. 1998년부터 2007년까지 10년간 국내에서 발행된 학위논문과 학술지논문 241편을 대상으로 가중 평균 효과크기를 사용하여 메타분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의성 개발 프로그램은 유아의 창의성을 신장하는데 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(d?=1.16, p<.05, 95% CI 1.12-1.20). 둘째, 창의성의 하위요인 중에서는 유창성의 효과크기가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다(d?=1.25, p<.05, 95% CI 1.18-1.33). 셋째, 출판, 실험설계, 검사도구 변인이 유아 창의성 개발 프로그램의 효과크기에 영향을 미치는 주요 조절변인으로서 작용하는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 연구결과에 기초하여 창의성 프로그램은 유아의 창의성을 향상시키는데 효과적이라고 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 메타분석 방법에 관한 몇 가지 문제점과 후속 연구과제에 대하여 논의를 하였다. This meta-analysis reviewed the results of 241 studies on the effects of creativity development programs for pre-school children in journal articles, theses, and dissertations published between 1998 and 2007 in Korea. The major findings of this research were as follows: First, in terms of the effectiveness of the creativity programs for pre-school children, the overall weighted mean effect size of the creativity programs turned out to be 1.16(p<.05, 95% CI 1.12-1.20). Second, the fluency factor among the sub-factors of creativity showed the biggest mean effect size(d?=1.25, p<.05, 95%CI 1.18~1.33). Third, it was found that the variables of publication, instrument, and design were the most significant moderate variables in the effects of creativity programs for pre-school children. On the basis of the findings it can be concluded that the creativity programs have positive effects on the development of children's creativity. The results of this research suggest that creativity programs are good for pre-school children. Some problems of meta-analysis method and suggestions for further research are discussed.

        학생 자기평가의 학습효과에 관한 메타분석

        이 연구는 학생 자기평가의 학습효과에 대한 일반화된 결론을 도출하고, 학생 자기평가의 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 조절변인을 발견함으로써 학교 현장 교사들에게 자기평가의 효과적인 실시 방법에 대한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구에서는 1993년부터 2014년까지 학생 자기평가의 학습효과를 검증한 연구물 29편에서 38개의 효과크기를 산출하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모수 효과 모형에 의해 계산된 학생 자기평가의 학습효과는 중간 정도의 효과 (d+ =.42, 95% CI .34~.50, U₃=66.6)가 있었다. 이것은 학생 자기평가가 약 16.0%의 학습효과가 있다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 학생 자기 평가의 학습효과에 영향을 주는 조절변인은 학교급, 교과, 자기평가 방법, 평가기준 제시 시기, 피드백 유무 변인이었다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합하면, 학생 자기평가는 학생들의 학업성취를 향상시키는 데에 효과적이라고 결론 내릴 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to synthesize the results of previous studies related to self-assessment conducted in Korea, using meta-analysis technique. This meta-analysis reviewed the results of 29 studies on the effects of self-assesment in journal articles, theses, and dissertations published between 1993 and 2014 in Korea. The major findings of this research were as follows: First, the overall weighted mean effect size of the self-assesment turned out to be .42(95% CI .34~.50, U₃=66.0). Secondly, it was found that the variables of school level, subject matter, self-assesment method, time to present evaluation standard, feedback status were significant moderate variables in the effects of self-assesment. On the basic of findings it can be concluded that self-assesment have positive effects on development of students achievement.

        일부 작업치료(학)과 재학생의 근거기반임상 역량과 문제해결능력의 상관관계

        본 연구는 작업치료(학)과 재학생의 근거기반임상(evidence-based practice: EBP) 역량과 문제해결능력을 각각 알아보고, 상관관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 2020년 1월 7일부터 1월 22일까지 충청도와 경상도 지역의 4개 대학교의 작업치료(학)과 재학생 총 86명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. EBP에 대한 태도를 살펴본 결과, 평균이 가장 높은 응답을 보인 문항은 ‘EBP는 전문성에 긍정적인 영향을 준다’ 이었고, 다음 순은 ‘연구는 작업치료 전문성의 기본이다’이었다. 평균이 낮은 문항은 ‘임상에서 근거사용에 있어 시간과 노력에 대한 부담이 있다’이었다. EBP의 지식/기술에서 가장 평균점수가 높은 문항은 ‘연구논문에 대한 전자검색을 사용하여 연구정보검색을 잘 할 수 있다’이었다. 문제해결능력 중 평균적으로 가장 높은 행동의 빈도를 보인 영역은 피드백으로 3.96±0.64점이었고, 가장 낮은 점수를 보인 것은 확산적 사고로 3.46±0.67점이었다. EBP의 역량과 문제해결능력은 중간의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구를 통해 작업치료(학)과 재학생의 EBP에 대한 현황을 제시하고, 앞으로의 교육과정의 방향을 제시하는데 도움이 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze the correlation between evidence-based practice (EBP) capabilities and the problem-solving skills of students in the department of occupational therapy. The participants of the study were 86 students in the department of occupational therapy at universities in Chungcheong-do and Gyeongsang-do. The research period was from January 7 to 22nd, 2020, and an online survey methodology was used. As a result of the analysis of the attitude toward EBP, the highest average response was "EBP has a positive impact on professionalism." The lowest average response was "There is a burden of time and effort on the use of evidence in clinical practice." The response with the highest average score in the EBP"s knowledge/skills was "I can do research information search well by using electronic search for articles.". The area with the highest average score of problem-solving ability was 3.96±0.64 points for "feedback". EBP capacity and problem-solving ability had moderate correlation. The results of this study will help present the current status of the EBP capabilities of students in the department of occupational therapy and provide directions for future curricula.

        한국 성인의 식생활 지침 실천도와 이상지혈증의 관련성

        While metabolic syndrome (MS) is rapidly expanding and dietary pattern, the known risk factor of MS, goes through heavy transition to western diet, not many researches have been done on the association between dyslipidemia and dietary factors in Korean adults. The purpose of this study was to investigate the association between compliance with dietary guidelines and dyslipidemia among Koreans. The subjects of 399 adults who visited health examination center were classified into dyslipidemia (n = 180) and control (n = 219). Diagnosis of dyslipidemia was based on NCEP-ATPⅢ criteria (triglyceride > =150㎎/d, HDL-C < 50 ㎎/㎗ for male, HDL-C < 40 ㎎/㎗ for female). A questionnaire based interview was done to collect information on compliance with dietary guidelines, general characteristics and health related behaviors. Anthropometric variables were measured during the survey. Mean compliance score of dietary guideline was significantly lower in dyslipidemia group than in control. It was associated negatively with waist circumference and positively with serum HDL-cholesterol (p<0.05). Risks of dyslipidemia were significantly decreased in the group with highest dietary guideline score; high serum triglyceride levels (OR = 0.484, 95% CI = 0.268-0.875), abdominal obesity (OR = 0.296, 95% CI = 0.159-0.553), and dyslipidemia (OR = 0.481, 95% CI = 0.266-0.869). These results indicated that increasing compliance with dietary guidelines could be an effective strategy to lower the risk of dyslipidemia among Koreans.

        논문(論文) : 현대중국어 "전(全)"과 "도(都)"의 의미기능 비교

        The topic of this paper is semantic comparison of adverbs ‘dou’ and ‘quan’ in Modern Mandarin. ‘dou’ and ‘quan’ are the range adverbs in Modern Mandarin. These two adverbs always come immediately before the verb in order to have syntactic and semantic similarities. These two adverbs also have many differences between them as well. This paper is made up of three parts. Part one focuses on the study of ‘dou’ and ‘quan’s universal quantification meaning. T&T(2005) states that ‘quan’ imposes a maxim reading. but ‘dou’ does not impose this requirement. Part two focuses on the study of ‘dou’ and ‘quan’s collective reading and distributive reading. The sentence that contain ‘quan’ always has only a collective reading, but ‘dou’ has a collective reading and distributive reading. The “Mei…… dou” structure is word “Mei” and “Dou” represent universal quantification and distributive reading. Finally, this paper is a study of the ‘dou’ and ‘quan’``s event structure in Chinese through semantic requirements and properties. A sentence written included ‘dou’ mostly indicates mean of ‘telic’,‘change of state’, ‘achievement’, ‘attainment’.

        현대 중국어 "매(每)"와 "각(各)"의 의미기능 연구

        The topic of this paper is to compare semantic functions of demonstrative pronouns ‘Mei’ and ‘Ge’ in modern Mandarin. These two demonstrative pronouns expressing ‘every’ or ‘each’ in Chinese have been studied by many scholars since their characteristics are distinctive from common pronoun ‘Zhe’, ‘Na’, ‘Nayang’. This paper is made up of two parts. Part one focuses on the study of ‘Mei’ and ‘Ge’s grammatical meaning. Using ‘Mei’, ‘Ge’ and ‘Dou’ as examples, this paper addresses sentence meaning and the semantics of distributive operators. When ‘Mei’ and ‘Dou’ co-occur, Huang shi zhe(1996) stated that when there is an indefinite or a reflexive object NP, ‘Dou’ becomes optional. But in the sentence that contains ‘Ge’, because of ‘Ge’s individuality, ‘Dou’ becomes optional. Part two focuses on the study of ‘Mei’s and ‘Ge’s quantification meaning. This paper’s opinion is that the sentence containing ‘Mei’ and ‘Ge’ must meet distributive interpretation and universal meaning, and then the sentence can be established. This study helped understand that natural language could be expressed in formal language.

      • 정신지체아의 언어능력향상을 위한 소그룹 놀이 활동의 효과

          The purpose of this study is to research the effect of arbitration through small group play program on the improvement of language ability of mentally retarded children. The subjects of this study were three children whose chronological age were 5 to 6 and slightly mentally retarded ones whose I.Q. by K-WIPPSI were measured between 65 and 75 and sociality index was below average and there was no problem in emotion and hearing ability. Basic pre-test was executed twice a week before starting therapy and 18 times, once a period, twice a week in the course of therapy, and two maintenance-tests were executed once a week after the end of the therapy.<BR>  The results of this study are as follows :<BR>  First, it showed that speech therapy arbitration using small group play program brought about the improvement of objective mention among language ability of all the subjects. It appeared that the proportion to the item of objective mention of all the subject was in the order of cognition/description, request, event/situation, skill and characteristics.<BR>  Second, it showed that speech therapy arbitration using small group play program brought about the improvement of subjective statement among language ability of all the subjects. It appeared that the proportion to the item of subjective statement of all the subject was in the order of internal condition, insistence, valuation, rule and attribute.<BR>  The results of this study support the idea that arbitration of language ability through small group play program is an effective way of improving language ability of slightly mentally retarded children.
