        비타민 E 복용이 운동유형별 여자선수의 산화스트레스 및 염증반응에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of vitamin E supplementation on oxidative stress and inflammatory status in female athletics conducting different types of exercise (anaerobic vs. aerobic). Participants consumed Vitamin E (1,000 mg/day) for 4 weeks and conducted exhaustive running exercise on a treadmill before and after treatment. Collected blood samples were analyzed for malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPX), and C-reactive protein (CRP). SOD and GPX were significantly increased, MDA and CRP were significantly decreased after vitamin E supplemented for 4 weeks. Compared to aerobic athletics group, anaerobic athletics group had significantly higher MDA at immediately after exercise, and significantly lower GPX at rest period. There was a positive correlation between CRP and MDA before vitamin E supplementation; however it disappeared after supplementation in anaerobic athletics group. These results suggested that vitamin E supplementation for 4 weeks significantly reduces oxidative stress by enhancing antioxidant capacity, and this result may improve inflammatory status.

        비타민E 복용이 탈진운동 시 항산화효소 및 면역반응에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effect of vitamin E supplementation on antioxidant enzyme and immune response after exhaustive exercise. Ten female athletes(long-distance swimming) subjects participated in this study. They are divided into two groups: vitamin E supplemented(vitamin E 1,000 mg/day) and placebo, and supplemented for 4 weeks. All subjects exhaustive running exercise on a treadmill at before and after treatment. Blood was sampled from a forearm vein at rest, immediately post-exercise, and 30 min after exercise. These samples were analyzed for antioxidant enzyme and immune cell factors. Superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GPx), leucocytes and neutrophil were significantly increased, lymphocyte was significantly decreased after vitamin E supplemented for 4 weeks. Compared with placebo, vitamin E supplemented had significantly higher SOD, GPx and lymphocyte, and significantly lower leucocytes and neutrophil. These results suggested that vitamin E supplementation for 4 weeks significantly improved antioxidant enzyme SOD and GPx activities. Also it was found that according as immune cell leucocytes, neutrophil and lymphocyte the recovery operation of damaged tissue against inflammation was far fast accelerated. So that it was thought very important factor to take antioxidant to athletes doing chronic high intensity exercise.

        인조잔디와 천연잔디에서 축구경기 시 혈중 근 손상지표 및 피로물질의 비교

        This study wanted to look into the difference of muscle damage indices (CPK, LDH) and fatigue substances (ammonia, lactate) before playing the game, after playing the game, and 30 min after the recovery at soccer fields of having two different surfaces (natural grass and artificial turf). After selecting 20 participants who are registered in K-3 league, carry out the match at natural grass and artificial turf and then take their blood before and after the game and 30 min after the recovery. The result of analysing CPK (creatine phosphate), LDH (lactate dehydrogenase), ammonia, lactate through the blood was the same as below. LDH was increased after finishing the match and artificial turf regained stable condition 30 min after the recovery however natural grass showed higher activity at 30 min after the recovery. Ammonia show higher at natural grass than artificial turf. Playing the game has caused some physiological component however when soccer players who did chronic training played the game at natural grass and artificial turf, LDH showed higher activity muscle damage at natural grass, ammonia showed higher level fatigue at artificial turf.

        밴드운동이 여대생들의 등속성 근 기능, 건강 체력 및 테니스 스트로크기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to examine the effect of tennis and band exercise on isokinetic muscular function healthy physical strength and tennis stroke function. For this purpose, 12 weeks of exercise program was performed to female university studies who were beginners of tennis. T group had tennis only (60 min + 40 min), TB group had tennis(60 min.) and band exercise (40 min.) additionally. The findings of the analysis of the difference before and after 12 weeks of exercise are as follows. Firstly, in the change of body composition, T group had significant reduction of body fat, and TB group had significant increase of skeletal muscle. Secondly, in the function change of isokinetic muscular function, T group and TB group had no difference in shoulder joint and knee joint curve and extension. Thirdly, in the change of healthy physical strength factor, TB group was rather superior to T group. Fourthly, in the change of stroke function, while there was no difference between two groups, TB group tended to be superior. In conclusion, 12 weeks of tennis and band exercise had positive effect on isokinetic muscular function and healthy physical strength, and the improvement of isokinetic muscular function and healthy physical strength (muscular strength) had positive effect on the improvement of tennis and stroke.

        복합훈련 프로그램이 단거리 여자선수의 무산소성 능력과 등속성 근력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to assess the effects of complex training on anaerobic power and average power and minimum power and isokinetic muscle strength in women sprinters. Fourteen sprinters participated in this study and divided into interval+weight training group (n=7) and interval+body pumping training group (n=7). The complex training was conducted three times a week through 12 weeks. Isokinetic muscle strength was measured using Cybex isokinetic instruments to assess the peak-torque power in relation to weight. The results of the 12 week complex training assessment on anaerobic power and isokinetic muscle strength are as the following. Maximum power and average power in anaerobic power saw an increase in the body pumping group, while the PTP related to weight saw significant improvement in both groups. In comparison between the groups, body pumping group saw significant increase in left-extension muscle at the angle speed 60°/sec. Therefore, besides the regular weight training and/or circuit training exercise regimens, improvement in muscle strength and power can also be seen in body pumping training, which uses change in speed and low weights.

      • 우수여자 유도선수들의 연간 트레이닝과 디트레이닝에 따른 무산소성 역치의 변화

        The seasonal variance for estimate of exercise intensity, energy expenditure, maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of elite women judo players(Group Ⅰ:4,Group Ⅱ: 4) was measured during 3,5,7,9,10month. The results of this study is as follows. 1. Exercise intensity by %HRmax during seasonal training was shown range of 56.45-73.62, 65.56-82.15, 80.03-86.62, 62.06-68.83%HRmax, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warm up, additional exercise, main exercise and cooling down. 2. Energy expenditure per min during seasonal training was shown range of 4.09-7.96, 5.41-8.66, 8.95-9.90 and 5.05-6.41Kcal/min, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warn up, additional exercise, main exercise, main exercsie and cooling down. 3. Changes of maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max)during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, maximal heart rate during detraining expressed significant difference(p<0.05) between both group. 4. Anaerobic threshold levels during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, AT-VE(1/min) and AT- work time(min) of group Ⅱ expressed significant difference(p<0.01) in the seasonal variance.

      • 간헐적 최대운동 수행시 무산소성 파워, 혈중젖산농도 및 pH의 변화

        The content of this research is about the change of anaerobic power, blood lactate concentration and pH, which appear in case of being made the rest for exercise different. The result of this follows. 1. Anaerobic power results in small difference after three set during a ten or twenty seconds' recess and the intermittent exercise. In each management ways there is small decrease during a ten seconds' recess and there is decrease but not small during a thirty seconds' recess. 2. When one does a maximal exercise for ten seconds and then takes a rest for 10sec and 30seconds, maximal blood lactate concentration results in 9.20±1.12, 7.17±1.01mmoles/l each and it results in small differences(P<.05) in two ways. 3. It is resulted that the change of pH decrease to 7.07±0.11, 7.21±0.04 each during the maximal intermittent exercise in three minutes just after exercise and there are small differences in two ways.

      • 중·고등학생들의 체지방 측정방법 및 총지방량에 관한 연구

        본 연구에 대한 목적은 현재까지 국내외에서 사용되어온 추정방정식과 본 연구의 추정방정식을 밀도법에 의한 체지방량을 기준으로 비교분석하고 각종 신체계측치와 신체밀도에 의한 체지방량과의 상관관계를 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들에게 적합한 체지방 추정방정식을 산출함과 동시에 본 연구에서 개발된 추정방정식을 토대로 한국 중·고등학생들의 체지방량과 제지방량을 산출하는 것이었다. 본 연구의 밀도법으로 얻은 값과 선행방정식으로 얻은 값을 비교하여 보았을 때 MSF에 있어서는 BD2와 BD3, MSM의 경우는 BD1과 BD3, HSF에서는 BD2에서만 통계적으로 유의한차(P>0.05)가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수중체중 측정법으로 얻은 신체밀도와 가장 관련성이 높은 변인으로서는 피부두겹 측정으로서 장골경사, 무릎, 안면부, 견갑하부, 장곡옆면, 복부, 옆가슴, 삼두근의 순서로 나타났으며, 허리둘레와 발목둘레도 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 남자 중학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 12.60±3.93%와 41.75±4.85KG을 나타났으며, 여자 중학생들은 14.56%와 45.14±50KG으로 나타났다. 또한 남자 고등학생 및 여자 고등학생들의 %FAT와 LBM은 각각 11.69±4.77%, 12.01±5.26%와 46.57±4.47KG, 53.32±8.01KG으로 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과를 고려하여 볼 때, 본 연구에서 개발된 방정식을 사용함으로서 기존의 외국인을 대상으로 개발된 선행방정식을 이용하여 산출하였을 때 나타나는 오차범위를 보다 크게 줄임으로서 정확한 체지방량을 산출할 수 있을 것으로 평가된다.

      • 단체놀이활동이 초등학생의 행동체력과 인성변화에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine in which way the active physical fitness and personality change of elementary school students were affected by programs constituted by group plays they contacted in daily living. The subjects in this study were 60 elementary school students in I-kun, K Province, who were divided into experimental and control groups. The 32-member experimental group were engaged in group play for 10 weeks, five times a week, 40 minutes each, and the 28-member control group was blocked from group play activities. The group play used in this study included snail house play, 8-shape play, the 38th-parallel play, turning round in triangular form, peanut play and squid play. To measure active physical fitness, speed, explosive muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility, balance and flexibility were tested. And the personality was tested by the Korea Psychological Advisory Research Institute's special personality inventory A. The pretest and posttest results were analyzed with SAS program, and t-test was conducted to test the research questions. The findings of this study were as below: 1.The group play activities served to develop the speed, explosive muscular strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, agility and balance of the boy students. 2.For the girl students, speed, muscular endurance, agility, balance and flexibility got better after engaged in group play activities. 3.The group play activities brought a positive change to the self- esteem and stress of the boy students. 4.The group play activities resulted in lowering the sex role security of the girl students, but their stress and deviant behavior control showed a positive change.
