본 연구에서는 대상자를 성인(20-59세)과 노인(60세-79세)으로 비교하여 BMI, 걷기에 대한 동반이익인식과 걷기시간의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 사회인구학적 설문지, 걷기시간, 7개의 요인으로 구성되어 있는 걷기의 동반이익인식 설문지를 작성한 대상자 (n=1,690)는 연령에 따라 성인군 (1164명)과 노인군 (494명)으로 배정하였다. 다변량 로지스틱 회귀분석을 이용하여 AOR, 95%CI와 선형트렌드 P값을 산출하였고, 그 결과 연령에 따라 동반이익인식과 걷기행동의 관계가 다르게 나타나는 특징을 나타내었다. 특히 노인군에서 그 관계가 유의하게 나타나지 않았는데, 이를 노인건강을 위한 추후 연구 방향으로 고찰하였다.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of longevity exercise program on falling related physical fitness and fear of falling in older elderly women. The subject of this study was elderly women who are over 75 year-old without any restriction of exercise (Exercise group: 7, Control group: 7). The measurements were falling related physical fitness such as aerobic function, balance, lower and upper limb strength, flexibility and physical function and fear of falling. We conducted the Longevity Exercise Program which was including core resistance training, once 50 mins, 3time a week for 12 weeks to compare the effects of the intervention. As the results, we found the significant improvement between before and after the Longevity Exercise Program on TUG test (p=.023), 2mins step (p=.002), Chair stand-up (p=.001), and 2kg dumbbell curl (p=.042) in exercise group. As the conclusion, we found the core resistance training based Longevity Exercise Program may be effective for preventing and improving falling in older elderly women.
아쿠아로빅스가 고령여성의 체력 및 요실금에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigation the effects of aquarobics program on physical fitness and urinary incontinence in elderly women. The subjects of this study were 8 elderly women in exercise group. The 12 weeks of aquarobics exercise intervention was consisted of 60 minutes of a day, 3 days per a week. The results of this study showed that significant improvement of physical fitness such as Left and Right grip strength (p<.05), Chair sit-and-up (p<.01), 2min standing walking (p<.01). Moreover, we found that there were the significant improvements of urinary incontinence in a day (p<.01), a week (p<.01), a month (p<.05) between before and after the intervention. Therefore, these data demonstrated that aquarobics program may be an effective strategy for improving urinary incontinence in elderly women.
항노쇠 운동프로그램이 농촌여성노인의 보행능력 및 노쇠에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to body composition, blood pressure, walking ability and frailty in rural elderly women. We recruited 70 elderly women (age range, over 70 years) with: a aging process exercise group (n=8), control group (n=7). Intervention of the aging process exercise program(i. e., resistance, aerobics, yoga and meditation) was once 60 mins, 3times a week, for 12weeks. The results of this study showed that aging process exercise program improves blood pressure, walking ability(timed up & go) and frailty related fitness(right and left grip strength, vertical jump, open eyes one leg standing). Based on the results of this study, elderly women living in rural areas are encouraged to participate in regular exercise programs, even at low intensity.
장수운동프로그램이 고령여성의 심폐체력과 HDL-C 및 Cystatin C에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of cardiorespiratory fitness, HDL-c, and Cys on body mass index (BMI) of 25 or less and control group C was used as an objective index of exercise. The average exercise intensity of the longevity exercise program was “very light” with Borg"s subjective exercise intensity 9-11 for one to four weeks, and “low” for RPG 12-14 for 5 to 12 weeks, Slightly tough, and the following results were obtained. Cystatin C, peak oxygen uptake, and HDL-C were significantly different in the interactions between the groups. There was a significant negative correlation between cystatin C and peak oxygen uptake and HDL-C. Thus, cardiovascular fitness and HDL-c and Cys-C were influenced by exercise intervention after a regular longevity exercise program. Therefore, Cys-C can be used as an objective index of exercise. Based on these studies, it is expected that the longevity exercise program of this study will be used as an exercise program for body composition and physical fitness management of the elderly in the future, and a clear correlation between cystatin C and obesity, physical fitness and blood lipid It is expected to be used as an indicator of health status of the elderly.
복합운동과 요가가 고령여성의 건강관련체력과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of different types of exercise on health-related physical fitness and serum lipids in elderly women. Twenty elderly women, who are over 65yrs, were randomly assigned to 2 groups of training; combined exercise group(n=10) and yoga group(n=10). The both exercise program were conducted once 80mins, twice a week for 12 weeks. Health-related physical fitness, TG, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C and hs-CRP were measured at baseline and at the end of the study. The improvements, found in both of groups, are arm curl, sit and reach, 8ft up and go in health-related physical fitness category and TC, LDL-C, HDL-C in serum lipids category. After training, 2 minutes step and TG were significantly improved only in combined exercise group, and Back scratch and hs-CRP were significantly improved only in yoga group. Exercise type affects on body composition, health-related physical fitness, serum lipids and hs-CRP in elderly women.

This study intervened life style of subjects by providing nutritional education and combined exercise program(once 70mins, 2times a week, for 16weeks). The purpose of this study is to determine how physical fitness influence on diabetes management, cardiovascular disease risk factors and health-related quality of life(HRQOL) in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus(TTDM). The result of this study is that the physical fitness is significantly relevant to diabetes management(Insulin, Glucose, HOMA-IR), cardiovascular disease risk factors(LDL-C, Blood pressure), and HRQOL(Physical role, pain, general health, limitation of mental role, social function, mental health) of elderly TTDM. From this result, the combined exercise program for 16weeks is significantly effective for diabetes management, cardiovascular disease risk factors, and HRQOL of elderly TTDM. Therefore, this exercise program may contribute to a government health policy to improve and maintain health status of elderly TTDM.
복합운동이 사르코페닉 비만 고령여성의 건강관련체력, 근량, 체지방량 및 심혈관질환 위험인자에 미치는 영향

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of 24-week combined exercise(aerobic and resistance exercise) in older women(≥ 65 yrs). 51 participants were divided into three groups according to criteria of sarcopenia and body mass index: sarcopenic obesity group(SOG), obesity group(OG) and nonnal group(NG). The exercise program was consisted of four times a week for 24 weeks. We measured body composition, self-reliance fitness, carotid intima-media thickness(CIMT), blood lipids and risk factors of cardiovascular disease before and after 24 weeks. As the results, TC, LDL-C, HDL-C, CRP, Adiponectin and CIMT were significantly improved in SOG and OG. On the contrary, IL-6 and TNF-a were only decreased in SOG. There were significant correlations between not only muscle mass and walking ability, but also muscle mas and risk factors of cardiovascular disease, CIMT. Therefore, it is shown that 24 weeks of combined exercise program for elderly may improve body composition and self-reliance fitness and also effective for decreasing serum lipids and risk factors of cardiovascular disease.
건강생활체조가 비만 고령여성의 신체구성 염증인자 및 β-아밀로이드에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of 20-week health life gymnastics on body composition, inflammation factors and β-amyloid in elderly women with obesity. We recruited 24 elderly women with obesity: a Health Life Gymnastics (n=10) and control group (n=10). The frequency of exercise for the Health Life Gymnastics (i.e., resistance, aerobics, yoga & meditation) group was 4 times per week (i.e., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday) for 20 weeks. Each 60-minute exercise programme included 10 minutes of warm-up activities and 10 minutes of cool-down activities. The results of this study showed that Health Life Gymnastics decrease Body weight, BMI, % Fat and IL-6 after 20 weeks. In addition, the static relationship appears momentum regular, β-amyloid, inflammatory cytokines decrease β-amyloid, of obesity and IL-6 and weight reduction of body weight, and increased physical activity in older women, improved it is believed that a decrease in TNF-α, CRP, and more effective in IL-6. Therefore, it is determined to be capable of healthy living gymnastics program was carried out in this study are expected to improve positive effect on inflammatory diseases and dementia and weight loss in an obese elderly women.
