The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of the purchase motivation upon satisfaction of a customer and intent to maintain the customer relationship in the dining industry, especially a fast growing Korean beef restaurant. This study analyzed the desires of Korean Beef restaurants customers and what influences customer satisfaction and intention to maintain customer relationship. This study provides useful information for the Korean beef industry and help Korean beef restaurant to develop a strategy for differentiation from larger Korean beef restaurants and promotion of competitiveness. The survey was conducted from June 1, 2018 to July 2, 2018 targeted to people who have a visit experience in Korean Beef restaurants in Busan and Gyeongnam regions. Among 398 collected responses, 298 responses were used as valid samples excluding 102 responses that were incomplete or unfit. The result of the hypothesis verification is as follows; The study identified that the economy, entertatinmant, and social factors influenced the satisfaction in a positive manner, while convenience and symbolism did not have a significnat influence. Also, the influence of the satisfaction level upon the viral intent and the revisit intent, which were the intent of maintaining the relationship was verified. Lastly, the revisit intent and the social factor influenced the viral intent.

FIGO stage III endometrial carcinoma, which is extending outside the uterus, but limited to the true pelvis represent a small subgroup of patients with endometrial carcinoma. This stage of disease is uncommon and only limited experience is available regarding the management of this advanced stage of disease. And isolated vaginal recurrence of endometrial carcinoma occurs infrequently following hysterectomy and appropriate use of external beam irradiation and brachytherapy. We experienced one case of recurrent endometrial carcinoma at the vagina after total abdominal hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy and adjuvant radiotherapy for stage III endometrial cancer in 41-year old woman who was treated with complete local excision of vaginal recurrent cancer mass and locovaginal radiotherapy. The clinicopathologic finding and a review of literature on endometrial carcinoma were described briefly.

제헌헌법의 지방자치제도의 도입경위와 그 유산

이 연구는 역사발전이 단절적으로 이루어지기 어렵다는 점에서 제헌시기 전후에 근대성에 기반하여 지방자치제도를 도입한 경험을 추적하여, 그것이 제헌헌법에 어떻게 도달하였고, 어떠한 영향을 미쳤는지를 살펴보려고 한다. 분석변수는 신제도주의의 입장을 따라 지방자치제도 설계의 의도성과 변화과정이다. 연구범위는 근대적 지방자치의 맹아가 보이는 갑오개혁기의 향회에서 출발하여, 일제시기의 지방통치를 위한 지방제도, 그리고 해방 후 헌정질서에 관심을 갖는 제 세력과 정부기구들이 지방자치 제도를 도입하려는 의도와 과정, 그리고 변화가 어떠하였는지를 추적한다. 그리고 제헌시기에 역사적 경험이 어떻게 학습되거나 혹은 변화되어서 헌법에 지방자치제도가 도입되었는지를 규명하려 하였다. 이러한 역사적 맥락과 제 세력의 의도들이 제헌헌법의 지방자치제도 도입에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는지와 그 유산을 파악하려는 것이다. 연구결과 우리 지방자치제도는 역사의 소중한 경험에서 제도의 단서를 찾아 제도화시키는데 있어서 한계를 보였으며, 제헌헌법의 지방자치제도 도입은 유진오박사의 헌법초안이 그대로 반영되어 그 틀이 현재까지도 유지되고 있었다. 오늘날 지방자치 수준의 미흡은 제도도입기의 한계인 민주성을 잃은 반쪽만의 근대성을 얻은 것에서 귀인 되는 것으로 확인되었다. This study traces the experiences of local autonomy from the period when it is thought that there is modernity before and after the constitution period. The scope of the study starts from the celebration of the Gap-o Reform period, and it traces the local system for local governance during the Japanese colonial period, and the process or actual condition of the governmental organizations and the powers interested in the constitutional order after liberation. The question of the study is whether the designers of local autonomy during the constitution period made the local autonomy system based on the political modernity of the two wheels of decentralization or democracy. As a result of the study, our local government system showed limitations in finding and institutionalizing clues from the precious experiences of history. And the introduction of the local autonomy system of the Constitutional Constitution was reflected in Dr. Jin-oh Yu s draft, and the framework was maintained to this day. Today, the lack of level of local autonomy was confirmed to be attributed to the modernity of the half that lost democracy.

The village community has been attracting attention as a way to resolve the aging problem and revitalize the region. This is because village-based regeneration can be a realistic strategy as a concrete means to improve the quality of life of residents by maximizing the potential resources of the region. To this end, efforts are being made to revitalize communities and lead local residents. The subjects of this study are Tandong-ri & Chogwa-1ri, Gwanin-myeon, Pocheon-si. The center of the town, built by the US Army in 1954, is one of the most underdeveloped in the metropolitan area. Especially, the redevelopment of this area has been hardly achieved, and the scenery of shops and shops in the 1960s and 1970s is well preserved, and it can be regarded as a foundation to revitalize this area by cultural power. By taking the concept of the Museum as it is(Eco Museum) , we sought to revitalize the area by highlighting the history of the area. In order to find out the specific means of recycling that can make use of local characteristics, we conducted interviews and surveys with various subjects such as local residents, central merchants associations, residents self-governing committees, and public officials. Based on the results of the survey and analysis, it suggested the resurgence of the economy of the alley and the direction of developmental town development project.

삼륜차 루프 강도 향상을 위한 루프 구조 설계 평가

TWVs (Three Wheel Vehicles) are one of the efficient types of vehicle to increase driving distance for their low weight and air resistance, although TWVs are weaker in rollover than FWVs (Four Wheel Vehicles. Topology optimization is utilized for conceptual design and preliminary design of the roof structure for various loading conditions. The roof structure for TWV consists of existing part of FWV and a new part called Cross-bar reinforcement. Material of A-pillar and Cantrail is DP780, DP980 is for B-pillar, and DP590 is for member structures and C-pillar. Although a test method for regulation of roof strength is with static loading, simulations are carried out for dynamic cases considering real rollover crash condition. In the dynamic loading case, rate-dependency of a material needs to be considered for accurate results of FE analysis.

기초지방선거 후보자 당선 영향요인 - 거대정당의 정당공천을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 제7회 전국동시지방선거 이후 시점에서, 현재까지 치러진 기초지방선거 결과를 활용하여 후보자의 당선요인을 탐색하는 데 목적을 둔다. 아울러, 지방선거의 당선에서 영향력이 관찰되고 있는 거대정당의 정당공천을 중심으로 후보자 당선요인을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 제5회~제7회 전국동시지방선거에서 나타난 거대정당의 공천 모습과 현상을 개괄적으로 살펴본 뒤, 당선요인을 탐색하기 위해 실증분석에는 후보자의 개인적 특성 및 정당공천 관련 변수를 포함한 이항 로지스틱회귀 분석을 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 기초자치단체장 및 기초의회의원 선거 모두 거대정당의 공천을 받은 후보, 그리고 재임 중인 현직 후보의 당선 가능성이 그렇지 않은 후보보다 월등히 높은 것으로 나타났다. 후보의 개인적 특성 중 일부 변수는 통계적으로 유의하였으나, 일관적이지 않았으며 효과는 미미하게 나타났다. 지방자치의 관점에서, 기초지방선거는 지역을 위해 봉사할 수 있는 후보가 당선되는 것이 풀뿌리 민주주의의 구현을 위해 바람직할 것이다. 그러나 앞선 분석 결과와 같이 후보자의 당선이 개인적 역량보다는 정당공천으로 결정되어왔다는 점은, 여전히 기초지방선거가 거대정당의 영향력에서 벗어날 수 없다는 것을 시사한다. The purpose of this study is to explore determinants of candidates in local election. Especially we focused on 5^th to 7^th local elections to investigate the effect of major party nominations which is being influenced in local elections. For analysis, we first overview of major party nominations in 5^th to 7^th local elections. Next, to analyze determinants of candidates, we used binary logistic regression included candidate’s individual characteristics and party nominations. The result shows that candidates in local elections are significantly more likely to win if they were major party nominees or incumbent candidates. Some of the candidate's personal characteristics were statistically significant, but inconsistent, and the effect was minimal. From the point of view of local autonomy, to realize the grassroots democracy, it is desirable that electing person who can serve the region. However, the fact that the election of candidates has been decided by party nomination rather than individual capability, suggesting that it is still hard to rule out the influence of the major parties.
