        하이테크 발전과 한국의 방위산업 조망

        It is not difficult that new concept of warfare requires dramatical changes of not only force building structures but also national defense industry structures in near future. We can find a system in recent event that platform oriented industries in U. S. A. demolished or reduced after Gulfwar. A concept known as "information warfare" is rooted in the indisputable fact that information technologies are increasingly important to national security in general and to future warfare specifically which will increasingly by the struggle over information systems. Therefore, those who master the techniques of information warfare will find themselves at an advantage over those who have not: information warfare will relegate other, more traditional and conventional forms of warfare to the side lines. Now, we must accept a new paradigm of warfare which is for information warriors than maneuver warriors. It means that our force building policy have to change dramatically, may be after unification of Korea peninsula, and local defence industry to information defence industry. Information warfare force structure will requite defence industry change from quantitative based to quality based system. So, the MND policy will drive the defence industry changing to the high-tech oriented industry which can concentrated to the information warfare weapon system development rather than platform system only. This kind of changing will increase the dependency of commercially used technology and product to the development process. Function management system will be also shifted to project based management system.

      • Ladder 회로의 전달함수를 구하는 새로운 방법

        일반적인 ladder회로의 전달함수를 구성하는 각항들 간의 관계로부터 전달함수의 전달함수의 수학적인 공식을 유도하였다. 이 공식의 성질로부터 단계적인 감절법을 개발하엿으며 관찰에 의해서 전달함수를 구할 수 있는 방법을 제시하였다. A mathematical formula for transfer functions of general multimesh ladder is introduced in terms of series branch impedances and shunt admittances. From the properties of the mathematical formula. a method finding transfer function is developed by reduction methods and the inspection method is also developed.

      • 특정 대역 에너지를 이용한 한국어 기본 수자 음성의 백동 인식에 관한 연구

        기본 모음의 분석을 위한 특징 파라미터로 특정 대역의 에너지의 비를 이용하는 방법을 사용하여 이 파라미터와 영통과률(zero crossing rate;ZCR) 그리고 에너지 파라미터의 논리 조합으로 한국어 기본산자 음성의 인식을 시도하였다. 본 실험을 위해서 음성 신호는 차단 주파수 10KHz의 저역 여파기로 여파되었고 20KHz의 표본화율로 표본화 되어 IBM 370으로 시뮬레이션 되었다. 본 시뮬레이션에서는 리메쯔 교환 알고리즘[l3].[14]에 의해 61차, 120차, 25차, 25차 등 4개의 FIR 디지탈 여파기를 설계하여 사용하였다. 실험 결과 3인의 화자에 대해서 92%의 인식률을 얻었다. Through the use of energy ratio of special bandwidths of basic vowels, recognition of Korean basic spoken digit is performed in logical combination with a zero-crossing rate and an energy parameter. In the experiments for recognition of the digits, the speech signal of spoken digits is filtered by a lowpass filter of which the cutoff frequency is 10KHz, and then sampled at 20KHz of sampling rate, In the speech signal processing, we used four FIR digital filters, and the order of filter lengths is 61, 120, 25, 25respectively. The filters are designed by using Remetz exchange algorithm.[13],[14] As a result, the recognition rate of 92% for the three speakers is obstained.

        Defensive roles of Sdu1, a PPPDE superfamily member with ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase activity, against thermal stress in Schizosaccharomyces pombe

        Schizosaccharomyces pombe $sdu1^+$ 유전자는 PPPDE superfamily member에 속하는 탈유비퀴틴화 효소인 Sdu1을 엔코딩한다. 이전 연구에서, $sdu1^+$ 유전자 포함 재조합 플라스미드 pYSTP를 사용하여 Sdu1이 카르복시 말단 유비퀴틴 가수분해 활성을 보유한다는 사실이 입증된 바 있다. 본 연구에서는, 높은 배양 온도에 대한 Sdu1의 열내성적 역할이 검토되었다. 온도 천이 실험에서, pYSTP 포함 S. pombe 세포들이 37도나 42도로 천이한 후에 벡터 대조 세포들보다 훨씬 더 잘 성장하였다. 37도나 42도로 천이 한 후 6시간 배양한 pYSTP 포함 S. pombe 세포들이 벡터 대조 세포들보다 낮은 활성산소종 수준을 나타내었다. pYSTP 포함 S. pombe 세포들이 온도 천이와 관계없이 벡터 대조 세포들보다 다소 낮은 일산화질소 수준을 나타내었다. pYSTP 포함 S. pombe 세포들이 벡터 대조 세포들보다 훨씬 높은 총 글루타치온 수준을 나타내었다. 온도천이 후의 총 수퍼옥시드 디스무타아제 및 글루타치온 과산화효소 활성들이 pYSTP 포함 S. pombe 세포들에서 더 높은 것으로 측정되었다. 요약하면, S. pombe Sdu1은 활성산소종과 일산화질소 수준은 낮추고, 총 글루타치온, 총 수퍼옥시드 디스무타아제 및 글루타치온 과산화효소 수준들은 증가시킴으로써 높은 배양 온도에 대한 열내성적 역할을 나타낸다. The $sdu1^+$ gene encodes Sdu1, a PPPDE superfamily member of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Sdu1 was previously shown to contain an actual ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase (UCH) activity using the recombinant plasmid pYSTP which harbors the $sdu1^+$ gene. This work was designed to assess a thermotolerant role of Sdu1 against high incubation temperatures. In the temperature-shift experiments, the S. pombe cells harboring pYSTP grew much better after the shifts to $37^{\circ}C$ and $42^{\circ}C$, when compared with the vector control cells. After being shifted to $37^{\circ}C$ and $42^{\circ}C$ for 6 h, the S. pombe cells harboring pYSTP contained lower reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, compared with the vector control cells. The nitric oxide (NO) levels of the S. pombe cells harboring pYSTP were slightly lower than those of the vector control cells in the absence or presence of the temperature shifting. The total glutathione (GSH) levels of the S. pombe cells harboring pYSTP were significantly higher than those of the vector control cells. Total superoxide dismutase (SOD) and GSH peroxidase activities were also higher in the S. pombe cells harboring pYSTP after the temperature shifts than in the vector control cells. In brief, the S. pombe Sdu1 plays a thermotolerant role against high incubation temperature through the down-regulation of ROS and NO and the up-regulation of total GSH content, total SOD and GSH peroxidase activities.

        포도당 및 인슐린이 인체 치은섬유모세포와 치주인대세포에 미치는 영향

        Diabetes mellitus is a systemic disease with profound effects on oral health and periodontal wound healing. Uncontrolled diabetes adversely affects surgical wound healing and is often associated with abnormal proliferation of fibroblasts. Human gingival fibroblasts and PDL cells were chosen because they are intimately involved in periodontal therapy and are important for the success of surgical procedure such as guided tissue regeneration. The aim of the present study was to elucidate whether cellular activity and collagen synthesis by glucose pre-treated human gingival fibroblasts and PDL cells are influenced by insulin, and whether healthy cells differ from glucose treated cells. Cells were cultured with DMEM at $37^{\circ}C$, 5% $CO_2$, 100% humidified incubator. To evaluate the effect of glucose on gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells, the cells were seeded at a cell density of $1{\times}10^4\;cells/well$ culture plates and treated with 20 and 50mM of glucose for 5 days. Then MTT assay was carried out. To evaluate the effect of insulin on glucose-pretreated cells, the cells were seeded at a cell density of $1{\times}10^4\;cells/well$ culture plates and treated with 20 and 50mM of glucose for 5 days. After incubation, $10^3$, $10^4$ and $10^5mU/l$ of insulin were also added to the each well and incubated for 2 days, respectively. Then, MTT assay and collagen synthesis assay were carried out. The results indicate that cellular activity of gingival fibroblasts significantly increased by glucose while periodontal ligament cells were unaffected and cellular activity of gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells were unaffected by insulin. Collagen synthesis of gingival fibroblast with 20mM glucose and insulin unaffected, but 50mM glucose and insulin increased than control. Collagen synthesis of periodontal ligament cell with 20mM glucose and $10^5mU/l$ insulin significantly increased than other groups and 50mM glucose pretreated PDL cells significantly increased at $10^3mU/l$ insulin but decreased at $10^4mU/l$ insulin. Our findings indicated that these cell types differed in their growth response to glucose, and the increase in collagen synthesis was significantly raised at insulin level of $10^3mU/l$ in gingival fibroblasts and periodontal ligament cells except 20mM glucose pretreated periodontal ligament cells.

      • 출력순자를 이용한 조합회로의 고장검출에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 조합논리회로의 고장검출에 관한 것이다. 회로내의 각 line의 test set사이의 관계를 고찰하므로서 모든 test set을 D-algorithm을 반복하여 적용하지 않고 어느 하나의 test set 만을 구하여 이를 전파시켜서 구할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였고, 두번째로는 모든 선마다의 test set을 구하여 이를 회로에 모두 인가하여 고장을 검출하는 종래의 방법을 벗어나서 입력수만큼의 test set을 인가하여 출력의 상고를 점검하여 고장을 검출하는 방법을 제시되었다. In this paper, we are concerned with the problems of fault- detection for combinational logic networks. The method which we can obtain the complete test sets using propagation of primitive test sets is presented by considering the relation between test sets of each line. A new method is proposed that can detect the fault through the observation of the output variance by applying only the test sets equivalent to the number of inputs We found that the method is much improved compared to the conventional fault detecting procedure that requires applying the complete test sets to the logic networks.

        Nifedipine이 건강 치은 조직의 치은 섬유모세포에 미치는 영향

        Gingival overgrowth is a well known side effect of several drugs, including nifedipine, phenytoin, cyclosporin, dilitiazem, verapamil. A number of studies have been performed to investigate the mechanism by which nifedipine(a calcium channel blocking agent) affects the gingival tissue. The aim of the present work was to investigate the effect of nifedipine on healthy gingival fibroblasts with special emphasis on determining the changes in cellular proliferation and protein and collagen synthesis. Gingival fibroblasts were obtained from the explants of healthy gingiva of extracted 3rd molars or premolar teeth extracted from the patients for orthodontic treatment. To evaluate the effect of nifedipine on cell proliferation, the cells were seeded at a cell density of $1{\times}10^4$cells/well in 24-well culture plates and treated with 100 and 200ng/ml of nifedipine for 10days. After trypsinization, the cells were counted with a haemocytometer on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 10th days. Then, MTT assay was carried out. For total protein and percent collagen synthesis, $3{\mu}Ci/ml$ $^3H-proline$ was added to each well for the final 4 hours of the incubation period. The results indicate that nifedipine does not influence cell proliferation in healthy gingival fibroblast in vitro and has a specific effect in reducing total protein and percent collagen synthesis. On the above the findings, exogenous nifedipine does not influence on healthy human gingival fibroblast proliferation and protein and collagen synthesis.

        소득이 증가하고 고령인구가 지속적으로 늘어남에 따라, 사람들은 건강과 영양제 복용에 대하여 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 영양제의 기능과 효과를 제대로 이해하고 복용하기 위해서는 영양제를 복용하려는 사람에게 건강 분석에 따른 부족한 영양소 정보를 제시하고 필요한 영양소를 보충하는 영양제를 추천하는 것이 중요하다. 현재 대한민국의 영양제 추천 사이트는 자사의 제품만 판매하거나, 제휴를 맺은 회사의 제품만 판매하나 추천 기능이 없고 단순 비교만 가능한 사이트가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 영양제를 복용하려는 자의 건강분석과 국내에서 판매하는 모든 영양제를 대상으로 추천하는 사이트를 설계하고자 한다. People are interested in the quality of healthy life and taking nutritional supplements, as income increases and the elderly population continues to increase. To understand the functions and effects of nutritional supplements and take them, presenting insufficient nutrient information and recommending nutritional supplements are necessary for those who want to take nutritional supplements. There are some websites for selling their products or selling products only affiliated companies. They do not have recommended functions and can only be compared simply. To improve this problem, in this paper, we’d like to organize a website with nutritional recommendations as main function through the recommendation system based on all nutrient data on sale in our country.
