        서로 다른 가교제를 이용하여 제조한 온도 및 pH 민감성 하이드로겔의 특성

        Poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide)(PNIPAAm) and its copolymer hydrogels crosslinked withN,N'-methylenebisacrylamide(MBAAm) and poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate(PEGDA) were prepared and their characteristics including swelling/deswelling behaviors were investigated. The hydrogel, with lower gelation rate and higher transmittance was prepared when PEGDA was used as a crosslinking agent. The volume phase transition temperature of PNIPAAm hydrogel was not affected seriously by the concentration of monomer and crosslinking agent, whereas, that of copolymer hydrogel was increased up to 5$0^{\circ}C$ by incorporating a small amount of SMA. In the case of copolymer hydrogel, higher volume phase transition temperature was obtained when PEGDA was used as a crosslinking agent, suggesting the chain length of the crosslinking agent has a significant effect on the volume phase transition temperature of P(NIPAAm-co-SMA) hydrogel. The pH dependence of the hydrogel was observed when PEGDA was used as a crosslinking agent as well as MBAAm. Larger pores were found at the surface of the hydrogel crosslinked with PEGDA, suggesting that the surface morphology has a close relation to the water contents and the volume phase transitions of PNIPAAm and P(N IPAAm-co-SMA) hydrogel.

        Poly[N-isopropyl acrylamide (NIPAAm)-co-sodium methacrylate (SMA)] hydrogels crosslinked with poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate (PEGDA) were prepared and their characteristics including volume phase transition behaviors were investigated. In the course of hydrogel preparation, transmittance fell off more stiffly at lower SMA feed ratio. In contrast, higher concentration of PEGDA decreased the transmittance. Gelation was slow-downed as the chain length of PEGDA increased. Notably, the water content of hydrogel crosslinked with PEGDA was enhanced up to 70% after deswelling had occurred. The water contents of the hydrogels also showed the pH dependence. The morphology of the freeze-dried hydrogel revealed a close relationship with the water content of the hydrogel, suggesting that the chain length of a crosslinking agent had a significant effect on the pore size. The gelation times and the water contents of poly(NIPAAm-co-SMA) hydrogels before/after the volume phase transition can be controlled by changing SMA feed ratio, crosslinking agent concentration, and the chain length of crosslinking agent.

        대학생의 심폐소생술과 자동제세동기에 대한 인식, 교육 및 수행자신감에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 심폐소생술과 자동제세동기에 대한 인식, 교육 및 수행 자신감에 관계를 확인하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 2017년 11월 1일부터 11월 30일까지 G시에 소재한 일개 대학교에서 구조화된 자가보고형 설문지를 이용하여 자료수집 하였으며, 219명 대상으로 하였다. 수집자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과는 대학생의 심폐소생술과 자동제세동기 사용법에 대한 인식은 대부분 높았으며, 학교 내에서 교육이 이루어졌다. 대학생의 심폐소생술과 제세동기에 대한 수행자신감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 학년, 자동제세동기 교육 경험, 학과계열, 심폐소생술 교육의 필요성, 심폐소생술 자격증, 심폐소생술 및 제세동기 보편화에 대한 인식, 최초 목격자로써 가슴압박 수행경험, 심폐소생술에 대한 인식 등으로 설명력은 59.3%을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에 근거하여 대학생의 심폐소생술과 자동제세동기 사용에 대한 인식과 교육 및 수행자신감과 관련된 프로그램 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 것이다. This study is a descriptive research that was carried CPR and AED use awareness, education, and confidence to perform of University students. Data collection was conducted from November 1 to November 30, 2017. Structural questionnaire were completed by 219 nursing students in G city. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS 22.0 program. The results showed that most of the students were aware of CPR and AED, and education was done in school. Factors were influencing confidence to perform of CPR and AED in University students include grade, experience of AED education, department of education, necessity of CPR education, CPR certification, CPR and generalization of AED, Experience of chest compressions, awareness of CPR, etc 59.3%. Based on the results of this study, it will be used as basic data for the development of programs related to CPR, confidence to perform, and awareness about the use of AED.

        북한의 전문 피아노 연주자 교육 연구 -교육제도와 교재분석을 중심으로-

        This study aimed to deepen understanding about the North Korean educational system for their professional pianists. To achieve this goal, this study performed the analysis of the educational system and piano method books. This study researched on North Korean Music education. In educational system, this paper summarized materials from interviews, forums, and special lectures. For the study of method books, this study analyzed published North Korean piano method books for both basic-level kindergarten students and the upper mid-level professional classes. The character of the educational system is as below. First, North Korea establishes professional educational institutions, such as Pyung-yang Music and Dancing School, and the government provides the full scholarship for their students. Second, a difficult entrance exam and their political backgrounds are concerned for admissions, and the school starts its education when students become the first grades, 8 years old. Third, the school continues up to the fourteenth grades(4-3-3-4). Fourth, The education for political thought is particularly emphasized compare to the other general educational programs of the North Korea. Fifth, they use method books for the piano published in North Korea. The method books contained praises for their leader, and political propagandas. The kindergarten method books use the Middle C approach with detail explanations for the appropriate exercise methods and the music theory. They emphasizes practice to make a good sound by the strong knuckles. The tempo, expression, and directions were explained in the pure Korean. For the practice, they put some pieces about praise music for their leaders and political education. The professional method books contain arranged famous North Korean song pieces by the current North Korean educators. They fill spaces in melody’s continuity, by using Scale, Arpeggio, Rhythm, Trill, and Octave. Also, it includes a large portion asking for the training of performance technique skills. Likewise, in North Korea, the government selects talented students in early ages, training in both politics and performance to produce professional pianists. Then those pianists bears a responsibility to deliver the revolutionary thoughts to people. Hopefully, this study inspires following several studies on the education for the professional pianists in North Korea, and South and North Korean piano education is going to show progress up to the world class level.

        2000년대 이후 한국고대사 석・박사학위 논문의 현황과 대학원 교육의 방향

        . This paper examined trends by applying various criteria for master's and doctorate thesis in Korean ancient history research from 2000 to 2021. The subjects of the survey were 385 master's thesis and 161 doctoral dissertations. The characteristics of these papers are summarized in three ways. The first is that the topics that were previously noted were still being dealt with a lot. However, the subject tends to be specific and subdivided. The second is that various topics are emerging. Although the quantity is not large, various problems such as the topics deal with excavated materials, the people of the destroyed country, the history of migration, and the study of the capital city have been raised. The third is the expansion of the historical research methodology through interdisciplinary research. Degree papers using regional studies-related content or big data analysis appeared. It was a meaningful achievement not only in terms of expansion of research methodology but also in terms of interdisciplinary convergence with other disciplines. I would like to point out two things about graduate education. First, it is necessary to develop a curriculum that reflects newly emerging topics or methodologies. The second is the expansion of support for graduate students. It took an average of 9.84 years to graduate from a master's degree to a PhD.D. The fact that it took a long time to obtain a doctorate may be due to economic conditions that make it difficult to focus only on research. Therefore, it is necessary to support graduate students by securing educational finances of universities, and in particular, research support for relatively marginalized humanities is needed.

        그림일기를 활용한 언어중재가 언어발달지체 아동의 화용언어능력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 언어발달지체 아동에게 필요한 화용언어 능력을 높이기 위해 그림일기를 중재에 활용했을 때 긍정적인 효과가 있는지 알아보았다. 연구대상은 만 5세 언어발달지체 남자 아동이었고 단일대상 연구 설계로 연구가 진행되었다. 중재 기간은 총 26회기로 기초선 1회기, 중재 24회기, 사후평가 1회기였으며 한 회기는 40분씩 중재하였다. 중재 결과, 언어발달지체 아동에게 그림일기를 활용하면 화용언어능력 증진에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of language Intervention using picture diary on pragmatic language ability of children with delayed language development. The study was conducted as a single case study and design for a child aged 5 years old with delayed language development. The Intervention period was conducted for a total of 26 sessions. Pre-evaluation was carried out in the first session, Intervention was carried out over the 24sessions and post-evaluation in the final session. It takes 40 minutes for each session. As a result of this study, language Intervention using picture diary had a positive effect on children with delayed language development.
