        EAHFCVD법에 의한 c-BN 박막형성기구와 계면층의 특성에 관하여

        c-BN films were deposited on SKH-51 steels by electron assisted hot filament CVD method and microstructure development was studied processing parameters such as bias voltage, temperature, etching and phase transformation at boundary layer between BN compound and steel to develop a high performance wear resistance tools. A negative bias voltage higher than 200V at substrate temperature of 800℃ and gas pressure of 20 torr in B2H6-NH3-H2 gas system was one of optimum conditions to produce c-BN films on the SKH-51 steels. Thin layer of hexagonal boron nitride phase was observed at the interface between c-BN layer and substrate.

        EA hot filament CVD system을 이용하여 금형공구강에 증착한 Ti(B,N)박막의 합성과 특성에 관하여

        The characteristics of interface layer and the effect of mole fraction of inlet gas mixture(B2H6/H2/N2/TiCl4) on the microstructure of Ti(B,N) films were studied by microwave plasma hot filament CVD process. Ti(B,N) films were deposited on a substrate(STD-61) to develop a high performance of resistance wear coating tool. Ti(B,N) films were obtained at a gas pressure of 1 torr, bias voltage of 300 V and substrate temperature of 480℃ in B2H6-H2-N2-TiCl4gas system. It was found that TiN, TiB2, TiB and hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN) phases exist in thin layer on the STD-61.

        이 논문은 스포츠 및 신체활동의 현장에서 중요하게 다루어지고 있는 도덕성 발달이란 주제를 스포츠심리학의 연구영역에서 어떠한 이론적 접근 방법과 연구들이 이루어져 왔는지를 살펴보았다. 이론적 접근 방식의 개관에서는 관련 연구의 이론적 틀을 확인하였고, 연구의 중요한 수단으로 사용되어온 주요 측정도구에 대해서도 살펴보았다. 또한 이를 근거로 수행된 연구결과들을 통해 직관적이고 경험적인 수준이 아닌 과학적인 틀 속에서 스포츠 및 신체활동과 도덕성 발달과의 관계를 살펴보았다. The purpose of this research was to review the moral development in Sport Psychology which was dealt with a important issue in field of sport and physical activity. Contents of this review are composed of method of theoretical approach, results of study, and tool of measurement(questionnaire). In method of theoretical approach, we checked theoretical frame of related studies. By results of studies based on the theoretical frame, we viewed relations between sport / physical activity and moral development. Moreover, we viewed main questionnaires which were used by important method in studies.

        운동선수의 열정 심리적 욕구 주관적 안녕감의 구조관계

        Recently, the Dualistic Model of Passion which was proposed by Vallerand and his colleague has been studied abuzz in Sport psychology. Passion is defined as a strong inclination toward an activity that people like, find important, and in which they invest time and energy. This model further posits the existence of two types of passion each associated with different outcomes and experiences. Harmonious passion orginates from an autonomous internalization of the activity in identity and leads people to choose to engage in the activity that they love. It is expected to mainly lead to more adaptive outcomes. Conversely, obsessive passion originates from a controlled internalization in identity and leads people to experience an uncontrollable urge to engage in the activity. It is hypothesized to predict less adaptive outcomes. <br/> The purpose of the study was to verify the structural relationship among two types of passion, basic psychological needs, and subjective well-being.<br/> The sample was composed of 908 college athletes (562 males, 346 females; age = 21.3 ±1.58 years, career =8.4 ±2.89 years, practice time/day =4.8 ±1.57 hours) from 12 colleges and 31 kinds of sports.<br/> Results of study showed that the proposed model of the structural relationship among two types of passion, basic psychological needs, and subjective well-being was satisfied statistical fit conditions. Specifically, it revealed that the role of psychological needs between two types of passion and subjective well-being mediate fully.<br/> Results showed that harmonious passion for an activity contribute to subjective well-being through satisfaction of psychological needs(in order of relatedness, autonomy, competence), and obsessive passion, though small, contribute to subjective well-being due to satisfaction of competence in spite of the negative effect on the relatedness.

        공군사관학교 체육교과과정 분석을 통한 개선방안 탐색 연구

        공군조종사 양성을 위해서는 체력육성이 중요하고, 체육교과과정의 체계화가 필수적이다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2016년 1월부터 총 27회의 세미나와 회의를 통해 2000년 이후 교과과정을 분석하고 개선방안을 탐색하였다. 2000년 이후 교과과정의 내용체계를 문헌자료와 담당자 인터뷰를 통해 분석한 결과, 무도, 구기, 수영, 체력육성으로 영역화 되었고, 총 7차례의 개선과정에서 영역별로 시수만 조정되었음을 알 수 있었다. 현 교과과정은 문헌고찰을 통해 조종사에게 필요한 체력적 요구를 충족할 수 있도록 체계화되었는지 분석한 결과, G-내성 강화를 위해 필요한 무산소성 해당능력과 공간지각능력 육성 관련 교과가 미개설 되어 있었고, 체력육성 관련 과목 간의 계열성 확보와 과목명 조정 필요성이 있었다. 개선방안은 첫째, 무산소성 해당능력과 공간지각능력 육성 교과 개설을 위해 동일 과목명으로 2회씩 개설된 트레이닝 기초, 항공체력단련 수업을 조정할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 계열성 확보와 생도들의 교과목표 이해도 제고를 위해 트레이닝 종류별로 개설된 교과목명을 조종사에게 요구되는 에너지 체계별로 변경하고 순서를 조정할 필요가 있다. 개선안은 30년 이상 관련 분야를 연구한 전문가 2인과 교육학 교수가 검토하는 과정을 환류하며 객관성을 확보하였고, 최소 4년간 시행 후 분석이 필요하다. Korea Air Force Academy’s physical education curriculum must be systemized, because Pilot’s fitness is very important. This research, by 27 seminar and meeting, analyzed Korea Air Force Academy’s physical education curriculum since 2000 and suggested revision proposal. Resulted from literature review and interview, Korea Air Force Academy’s Physical Education Curriculum is composed 4 sectors(martial art, swimming, ball game, fitness), and, Since 2000, revised 7 times, just changed assigned hours. Current curriculum analyzation is focused in meeting demands, must be satisfied with physical needs of pilots, and curriculum’s sequence. Some subjects(basic training and airfit training, they served 2semester, 4hours) in fitness sector must be revised. Revision proposal are as follows. First, basic training and airfit training must be changed to anaerobic glycolysis related with G-tolerance and spatial perception subjects. Second, subjects’ name concerned training types must be changed to energy systems needed to pilots, and regulate sequence. Revision proposal is reviewed by peers’ to accquire objectivity. This Proposal must be revised after operating 4yrs.

        선수들은 과연 자신의 종목에 열정적일까?

It is hypothesized to predict less adaptive outcomes. The purpose of the study was to exam the status(level and orientation) of passion in athletes. The sample was composed of 908 college athletes(562 males, 346 females; age=21.3±1.58 years, career=8.4±2.89 years, practice time/day=4.8±1.57 hours) from 12 colleges and 31 kinds of sports. Results of study showed that the majority of athletes were passionate (85.2% of passionate vs. 14.8% of nonpassionate), and passionate athletes were classified in two different groups(44.1% of harmoniously passionate vs. 55.9% of obsessively passionate).

        태권도 수련에 따른 자기조절 변화

        이 연구의 목적은 유소년 태권도 참여와 비참여집단의 수련 전, 중, 후 시점에 따른 자기조절 능력의 차이 및 변화를 규명하는 것이다. 목적적 표집방법을 활용하여 S시 1개 초등학교에서 태권도 참여집단 40명, 비참여집단 40명의 연구대상을 선정하였고, 연구설계는 두 집단을 총12주의 수련프로그램 기간 중 전반, 중반, 후반에 걸쳐 6주 간격으로 3차례 반복측정을 실사하는 이원혼합설계를 채택하였다. 측정된 자료의 분석방법은 SPSS 12.0 프로그램을 활용한 기술통계, 이원분산분석, 대응 t검정이었다. 연구를 수행한 결과로 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 태권도 참여집단과 비참여집단에서 충동억제와 행동조절 요인은 집단간 차이는 물론 측정시점에 따라서도 통계적으로 유의미한 차이와 변화가 나타났다. 둘째, 태권도 참여집단과 비참여집단에서 만족지연과 자기완성 요인은 집단 간 차이는 나타났으나 측정시점에 따른 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 태권도 수련집단과 비참여집단에서 인지조절과 게임·놀이통제 요인은 집단과 측정시점에서 차이와 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 결론적으로 태권도 수련은 인지조절과 게임·놀이통제 요인을 제외한 자기조절능력의 모든 요인에서 시간이 지남에 따라 향상 효과가 있음이 밝혀졌다. The purpose of this study was to verify changes of youth self-control between Taekwondo participation group and Non Taekwondo participation group. The participants for elementary students in S city selected by the researcher. 40 students were in the Taekwondo participation group and 40 students were in the non Taekwondo participation group. For this statistics, SPSS 12.0 for windows was used for technical statistics, two-way ANOVA, paired t-test, and independent t-test. The level of probability of .05 was chosen. The results were as follows; First, there is a difference in changes of impulse discouragement factors between Taekwondo participation group and Non Taekwondo participation group. Second, there is no difference in the game-playing control factors between Taekwondo participation group and Non Taekwondo participation group. Third, there is a difference in the averages of satisfaction delaying factors followed by different measuring time between the two groups. Fourth, there is a difference in the averages of self completion factors followed by different measuring time between the two groups. Fifth, there is no difference in changes of cognition control factors followed by different measuring time between the two groups. Sixth, there is a difference in change of behavior control factors followed by different measuring time between the two groups. As a result, Taekwondo discipline can be considered to be apparently effective for impulse discouragement factors and behavior control factors, to be slightly effective for satisfaction delaying factors and self completion factors. But Taekwondo discipline doesn`t take effect on the aspect of the game-playing control factors and cognition control factors.

        공군사관생도의 기초체력, 심폐기능, 등속성 근기능 비교분석

        The purpose of the study was to analyze the grade-related differences of physical fitness, cardiopulmonary function, isokinetic muscular function in Air Force academy cadets and to provide useful data on the direction and design of the physical education program. Participants were 80 male cadets(1st grade 40, 4th grade 40). The events in measurement of physical fitness were ‘grip strength’, ‘balance test’, ‘long-jump’, ‘trunk forward flexion’, ‘side-step’, "3km run", "sit-up" and "push-up". Cardiopulmonary function was measured by the respiratory gas metabolic analyzer using the treadmill and knee isokinetic muscle strength was measured using the Humac NORM. Means and standard deviations were calculated. Independent t-test was applied to evaluate the difference of variables between two groups. The significance level was accepted at p<0.05. The results were as follows. First, ‘grip strength’, ‘balance test’, ‘side-step’, "3km run", "sit-up" and "push-up" in 4th grade group were significantly higher than 1st grade group(p<.05). Second, in cardiopulmonary function, the maximal oxygen uptake and arteriovenous oxygen difference of 4th grade group were significantly higher than those of 1st grade group(p<.05). Third, knee extension and flexion test showed that 4th grade group were significantly high. In contrast, muscle fatigue index and extension fatigue index showed that 1st grade group was much higher than 4th grade group. but there was no difference in the ratio of extension and flexion on right and left. Therefore, especially more emphasis should be focused on programs of flexibility, aerobic capacity and lower body strength in order to prevent injury, overcome hypoxia and enhance G tolerance. In this direction, there is a need to complement and strengthen the systematic physical fitness program.
