        채란양계 농장의 농장관리 전산시스템 개발에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to develop the computer software system for the layer farm management by using microcomputer (IBM-P/C compatible). Pull-down system was adopted to develop the software system (LAMASystem Layer Management System) by using menu-driven method for the end-user lacked experience of` computer system. COBOL. and CLIPPER were selected as computer languages to develop the LAMASystem. The LAMASystem had primary menus which were ENTRY, DATA-INPUC, PLAN-OUTPUT, REPORT-OUTPUT, ANALYSIS-OUTPUT and each primary menu consisted of 31 kind sub-menus through hierarchical structure. Increasing the layer farm productivity was expected by applying the LAMASystem through systematic data collection and handling.

        AHP 기법을 활용한 태권도 국가대표 지도자의 지도력 중요도 탐색

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the role of national representative coach leadership in facilitating the positive development of athletes in Taekwondo. Method: This study develops a theoretical model from expert panel meetings; two former national coaches, two former national athletes, and a professor with a major in Taekwondo. Based on the panel meetings, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was employed to investigate the evaluation model. Specifically, we used an online AHP tool provided by BPMSG AHP Online System. Results: The results of the study are as follows. The upper items were higher in the order of the communication ability (0.403), expertise (0.384), leader literacy (0.150), and administration (0.063), while the lower items were higher in the order of physical training (0.285), technique analysis (0.257), performance analysis (0.242), and program diversity (0.216). The priority of the communication abilities were higher in the order of physical conditioning (0.399), trust and understanding (0.394), and athlete characteristics (0.207), leader literacy in the order of sense of mission (0.469), teaching philosophy (0.299), and reflective attitude (0.232), and administration in the order of operation (0.444), foreign relation (0.341), and office management (0.215). Lastly, the composite weights considering all upper and lower items were higher in the order of physical conditioning (0.1607), trust and understanding (0.1587), physical training (0.1094), technique analysis (0.0986), performance analysis (0.0929), program diversity (0.0829), athlete characteristics (0.0834), sense of mission (0.0703), teaching philosophy (0.0448), reflective attitude (0.0348), operation (0.0279), foreign relation (0.0214), and office management (0.0135). Conclusion: In conclusion, this study contributes to a meaningful classification of national coaches’ leadership associated with athlete performance and commitment. In particular, it is important to create an environment where leaders can build trustful relationships with athletes.

        태권도 공연의 공연경험 가치와 공연정서에 따른 몰입 및 관람 후 행동 모형

        본 연구는 태권도 공연문화에 실증적인 기초자료를 제공하고 국제적인 문화콘텐츠로 발전할 수 있는 태권도 공연의 활성화, 질 높은 공연문화 및 스포츠산업 발전에 기여하는 데 연구의 필요성과 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 올림픽공원 K-아트홀공연장에서 공연한 국내유일의 정기 태권도 공연인`TAL` 공연을 관람한 관람객을 대상으로 548명의 설문지가 연구대상으로 선정되었다. 자료처리방법은 통계 프로그램인 SPSS Windows 18.0 Version과 AMOS 18.0 Version을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석과 공변량구조분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 자료처리 방법을 거쳐 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 공연경험 가치와 공연정서 간에는 정(+)의 상호관계가 있다. 둘째, 공연경험 가치는 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 공연정서는 몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 몰입은 관람 후 행동에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 다섯째, 공연경험 가치는 관람 후 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미친다. 여섯째, 공연정서는 관람 후 행동에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 태권도 공연이 성공하기 위해서는 선과악의 대결구도로 이루어진 콘텐츠에서 사람들이 공감하고 즐길 수 있는 다양한 스토리가 있는 콘텐츠로 개발한다면 태권도 공연이 한 단계 발전 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 또한 웃음과 감동을 동시에 전할 수 있는 공연을 기획하고 단발성 공연이 아닌 장기적인 공연을 위해 노력하고 스토리, 격파, 품새, 겨루기가 복합적으로 접목되어진 공연으로 발전시켜 경기에만 많이 치중되어 있는 태권도의 한계를 극복 할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was at providing practical and basic data for taekwondo performances to help them get more active as cultural contents for the world and contribute to developing taekwondo performance culture and sports industry. It is based on the view that taekwondo, which represents Korea, will be able to develop more and become a form of performance art and I will look into the value of experiencing a taekwondo performance and how the experience affects the audience`s behavior through a structural model. The subjects consist of some of the people in the audience who viewed “TAL,” Korea`s only taekwondo performance staged on a regular basis at K-art Hall in the Olympic Park. The researchers and their aids visited the taekwondo academy; distributed the survey questionnaire to those subjects there based on the convenience sampling; explained them how to respond and some of the things to note; had them respond based on their own experience; and then collected their responses. A total of 600 copies of the questionnaire returned but a total of 548 of them were selected after removing a total of 52 of them for reasons such as no or skipped responses or insincere responses. The questionnaire consisted of a total of 58 questions, 9 of them were for demographic features, 23 for value of experiencing a performance, 9 for flow, 7 for emotional aspect of the performance, and 10 for behavioral changes after viewing the performance. The data were processed through SPSS Windows 18.0 version for frequency analysis and credibility analysis. In addition, AMOS 18.0 version was used for confirming factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. Using the above mentioned data processing methods, the following conclusion has been reached: First, there is a positive relationship between the value of experiencing a performance and emotions of the performance. Second, the value of experiencing a performance has a positive influence on flow. Third, the emotional aspect of a performance has a positive influence on flow. Fourth, flow does not have any influence on the behavior after viewing a performance. Fifth, the value of experiencing a performance has a positive influence on the behavior after viewing a performance. Sixth, the emotional aspect of a performance does not have any influence on the behavior after viewing a performance.

        대학 태권도선수의 그릿, 긍정심리자본, 실수인식의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this was to investigate the relationship between grit, paychological capital, and perception of errors in Taekwondo context. Total 289 Taekwondo athletes, registered in Korea Taekwondo Association as a player, participated in this study. Data were collected by using a structured survey and analyzed by using descriptive statistics, correlation, and structural equation model. As a result, the model fit indices were revealed as a ‘good model fit.’ Specifically, the perseverance of effort, a subscale of grit, had a positive effect on the psychological capital and the perception of errors while the consistency of interest had not. Also, psychological capital had a positive effect on the perception of errors. In conclusion, this study identified the importance of perseverance of effort to promote Taekwondo athletes’ psychological capital and perception of errors.

        대학태권도 선수들이 지각한 자율성 지지와 번아웃 및 운동지속의 구조적 관계

        This purpose of this study was to investigated the structural relationship of perceived coach’s autonomy support, burnout, and exercise adherence of university Taekwondo athletes. Participants were 259 Taekwondo athletes (male=205, female=54) participating in the 2019 National Championship of Korea University Taekwondo Federation. Collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistic, correlation, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results were as follows. First, perceived coach’s autonomy support had a negative effect on burnout. Second, perceived coach’s autonomy support positively affected exercise adherence. Third, athletes’ burnout negatively influenced exercise adherence of athletes. In conclusion, this study identified the structural relationship between perceived coach’s autonomy support, burnout, and exercise adherence of university Taekwondo athletes, and provided the information for coaches to teach athletes.

        정신지체 특수학교의 바우처를 활용한 치료지원 운영에 관한 조사연구

        본 연구는 정신지체 특수학교에서 바우처를 활용한 치료지원을 실시함에 있어서 치료지원 영역 결정 과정과 그 결과 활용 및 개선방안에 대한 특수교사들의 의견을 조사, 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 정신지체 특수학교 10곳에 근무하는 40명의 특수교사들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 실하였다. 이 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 치료지원 영역 결정 과정과 관련하여 가장 큰 영향을 주는 주체는 부모이며, 학생의 장애특성, 치료기관까지의 이동거리 및 위치, 이동방법이 영향을 미치는 요소인 것으로 나타났다. 치료지원과 관련된 협의회는 년 1회 미만이 많았으며, 주로 서면이나 알림장을 이용했다. 학생에게 적합한 치료지원 영역을 결정하기 위해 개별화교육지원팀 회의가 필요하다는 의견이 많았고, 현재 개별화교육지원팀 회의가 잘 이루어지지 않은 이유로는 관련전문가가 한자리에 참석하기 어렵기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 치료지원 결과 활용과 관련하여 대부분의 교사들은 치료지원 제공 기록지를 수령하고 있지만 기록지의 내용이 빈약해서 교육활동에 반영하기에는 충분치 않다는 응답이 많았다. 셋째, 치료지원 운영 개선과 관련해서 치료지원 인력과의 의사소통 기회 확보, 부모의 치료지원 인력에 대한 상세한 치료지원 결과 요구, 치료지원 전담 코디네이터의 필요성 등의 방안이 제시되었다. 위의 결과를 종합하여 향후 치료지원 개선방안을 제시했으며, 이는 치료지원 관련 정책을 수정·보완해 나가는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the practices and opinions about voucher based therapeutic supports of teachers in special schools for students with mental retardation. For this purpose, 40 teachers who work in 10 special schools in Seoul participated in this survey and its main results were the following:First, in connection with the determination process of voucher based therapeutic support area, the most influential person was the parents of students, and influential factors were disability type, moving distance to service institution, the location of the institution, and moving method. Opinions of the teachers about meetings for therapeutic support were also collected and analysed. Second, in connection with the results of voucher based therapeutic support, it is revealed that the teachers take the therapeutic support records from the institutions well, but their contents were not specific enough to use them for educational purposes in school. Third, for improvement of therapeutic support system, communication with therapists, participation of the parents, the needs of therapeutic support coordinator, etc. were explored. For better operations of the voucher based therapeutic supports, the authors proposed several suggestions.

        고등학교 태권도 선수들의 실수인식과 도전감 및 임파워먼트의 관계

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among perception of errors, challenge and empowerment of High School Taekwondo Players. To achieve this, a sample of 283 people were used for final analysis of the High School Taekwondo players from Seoul, Gyeonggi and Gangwon was selected as a population. SPSS 23.0 was used for frequency analysis, reliability analysis, and Pearson s correlation analysis, Amos 23.0 was used for confirmatory factor analysis, a structural equation modeling(SEM) analysis. The research results are as follows. First, the perception of errors had a positive effect on challenge. Second, the perception of errors had a positive effect on empowerment. Third, the challenge had a positive effect on empowerment.
