Vol.25 No.4

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of 12 weeks Taekwondo combined exercise on health related physical fitness and blood lipids in middle-aged obese women. Subjects were obese women aged 30s to 50s who were living in the C – region. The subjects were 20 in the exercise group and 20 in the control group. The exercise program was conducted for 3 weeks, 60 minutes for 12 weeks. Before and after the exercise, physical characteristics, health related physical fitness and blood tests were performed. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS Statistics version 20.0 program. The subjects were followed by independent t test to verify the difference between groups. The results obtained in this study are as follows. First, the changes in cardiorespiratory endurance (VO2max), muscle endurance and flexibility before and after exercise in the Taekwondo combined exercise group were statistically significant (p <.05, p <.01, p < .001). Second, the change of body weight, body fat percentage and triglyceride (TG) was decreased in Taekwondo combined exercise group (p <.05, p <.01, p <.001). Third, in the present study, the posttreatment results of the two groups showed statistically significant differences in body weight, body fat percentage, VO2max, muscle endurance, HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) P <.05, p <.01, p <.001). In conclusion, the Taekwondo Combined Exercise was found to be helpful in improving weight, body fat percentage, VO2max, muscle endurance, HDL-cholesterol (HDL-C) and triglyceride (TG) in obese middle-aged women.

The study, by preventing diseases through health care and aging of older women conducting circuit training is aimed at establishing anti-aging system based on newly emerging demand by the social health care costs and aging and carrying out comparison, analysis about effect on the maximum oxygen intake and blood lipid after circuit training program for 12 weeks. Statistical analysis method by Window ver. SPSS 22.0 program used Two-way repeated ANOVA. statistical level of the results was established with .05. First, the difference verification of maximum oxygen consumption in group appears to be remarkably effective interaction(p<.01). Second, blood lipid in HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, neutral fat of total cholesterol between the period and the group appeared. to be remarkably effective interaction comparison and analysis between groups appeared. to be a significant difference in neutral fat after experiment(p<.05, p<.01, p<.01, p<.001). Like the above results, circuit training is considered an effective exercise for older women both increase in maximum oxygen intake and improve blood lipid components Entering an aging society, with health care and aging disease care, circuit training is considered an positive exercise both social health care costs decrease and slow aging it is thought that anti-aging for 100 years old through sustainable exercise can do its role as a member of an aging society. Further study, if precise fitness and measurement related in anti-aging is presented in terms of a variety of visual with selection of a variety of subjects, the current healthy life in an aging society can be achieved and we can live happily with healthy life.

등속성 운동프로그램이 허리의 근력 및 만성 요통에 미치는 영향

        서영환(Young-Hwan Seo),이금비(Kum-Bee Lee),김영선(Young-Sun Kim),최용선(Yong-Sun Choi),오은해(Eun-Hae Oh),차영숙(Yeong-Suk Cha),주윤용(Youn-Yong Joo) 한국발육발달학회 2017 한국발육발달학회지 Vol.25 No.3

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of isokinetic exercise program on lumbar muscle strength and chronic low back pain in 3040 women with low back pain. The subjects were randomly sampled 20 female 3040 women living in S city and divided into 10 exercise groups and 10 control groups, and performed isokinetic exercise for 8 weeks. After exercise, the differences in the groups were subjected to paired t-tests, and differences between groups were subjected to independent t-tests. The following conclusions were obtained. First, it showed that 30o/sec peak torque flexion, the 30o/sec peak torque extension/body weight, and the 30o/sec peak torque flexion/body weight was a statistically significant difference after isokinetic exercise in the exercise group (p<.001). Second, 30o/sec Agonist/Antagonist Ratio showed statistically significant difference after isokinetic exercise in the exercise group (p<.05). Third, Visual Analog Scale (VAS) and Verbal Rating Scale (VRS) showed statistically significant difference after isokinetic exercise in the exercise group(p<.001). Fourth, the results of the pre-specimen between the two groups showed a statistically significant difference at 30o/sec peak torque flexion, 30o/sec peak torque flexion/body weight, and 30o/sec agonist/antagonist ratio. The results of the post-specimen between the two groups showed statistically significant differences at 30o/sec peak torque extension, 30o/sec peak torque extension/body weight, visual analogue scale (VAS) and verbal rating scale (VRS)(p<.05). When sum up the above results, if we perform isokinetic exercise periodically, 3040 women suffering from chronic back pain will be able to relieve their pain by strengthening their back strength. In addition, chronic low back pain has been expanding to all ages in recent years. Therefore, future studies are expected to reduce the pain and reduce the medical expenses by applying isokinetic exercise program to adolescents and the elderly.
