The twenty seven houses at Incheon city, were remodeled in 2009 for the physically handicapped people. This research had been done the analysis of the itemized questionnaire by the needs of the physically handicapped for their better living environment and suggested the following remodeling devices. First of all, there was the priority for the remodeling of their living facilities. According to their priority, they wanted to remodel their bathroom, kitchen & dining room, veranda, living room, and hall way. These were based on their needs of movement, personal hygiene, convenient closet, and cabinet usage. In particular, their demands were shown as followings. The wheelchair using handicapped people required safe doorknobs, unslippery floor materials, removal of step levels, and heights adjustable washing stand for their bathroom. They also requested washboard, non-threshold, and automatic door locks. Otherwise, the disabled in critical condition who could not move anything preferred the remodeling of inner structure of living spaces and automatic door system. The slight disabled and the families those who have the disabled demanded the remodeling of kitchen & dining room, and preferred the reorganization of closet, cabinets, floor tiles, and turncock. The remodeling of bedroom was mostly requested by the disabled women, people with the brain disorder, and disabled people in critical condition who could not move anything. They wanted the remote controlled lightings.

At this point in time South Korea is rapidly metastasizing to a aging society. A major cause of aging can be summarized as increased life expectancy, decrease of nuclear family and birthrate, and South Korea’s progress is faster than any other country. From the 1970s, western society has changed social welfare to deinstitutionalization and community care because of problems about economic reason and facilities protection, so the type of elderly social service has also changed from the facility welfare service which is accommodated old people in certain facility to community welfare service which provides various welfare services with living together. Public facilities for low income group which are supported by government are lower, 6.6%, than the United States or Japan, 50%. They are divided into private manage facilities and subscription elderly facilities. These subscription elderly residential facilities show poor administration because of focusing on development and market analysis for investment returns. Therefore, in order to vitalize the elderly welfare residential facilities in Korea, we need plans about systematic services facilities for welfare and phased medical treatments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is that (1) the types and functions of residents for community elderly residential facilities in elderly welfare policies of U.S., and supported policies are researched as a transcendental model, (2) data about operating system with the principles of the market is analyzed, and (3) basic data about welfare facility plan for community residential elderly people is provided.

장애인차별금지법에 대한 건축 관련법의 보완에 관한 연구

The Act of Disability Discrimination and Rights Restriction established in 2008 states that all services including cultural and artistic activities should be fair and easily accessible for both disabled and non-disabled. While the previous society focused on providing the basic necessaries of life to disabled, the modern society gradually turning their attention to improving quality of the life of disabled, especially in culture and art related activities. The Act of Disability Discrimination and Rights Restriction also states that the services for cultural and artistic activities should be provided from 2010. However in reality, there are contradictions among the Disability Discrimination Act, the Convenience Improvement Act for the Disabled, the Aged, and the Pregnant Woman, and the laws related architecture. So they are having difficulties technically with applying these laws. First, this research contains the comparison of domestic and foreign acts related to the legitimate accommodation uses of cultural and arts facilities for the disabled. Second, this research also lists the facts of conflict between the laws of legitimate accommodation uses for the disabled and the Architecture related laws. Finally, several suggestions are stating for the complementarily improved architecture-related laws which were based on the standard of foreign countries for the disabled.

인천 숭의 평화 시장 재생을 위한 숭의 창작 공간 설계 제안

숭의 평화 시장은 1971년 문을 연 남구의 대표적인 재래시장으로 이용되었으나 대형 마트의 입점과 시설이 낙후되고 상인들의 고령화 등의 이유로 점차 활기를 잃기 시작했다. 본 논문은 건축적, 사회적 이유로 점차 재래시장의 모습이 사라지고 있는 숭의 평화 시장의 재생방안을 제안한다. 이전에 창작 공간으로 재기를 꿈꿨으나 실패한 모습을 보고 건축적 문제가 크다고 분석한 후 창작 공간에 맞는 설계를 계획하는 것을 목적으로 하며 그 결과로 숭의 평화 시장뿐만 아니라 주변 지역의 활성화가 될 수 있도록 기대한다. Sungi-Conventional Market was used as a representative conventional market in Nam-gu, Incheon. Gradually, It sarted to lose vigor neighbor of hypermarketw and facilities are outdated and traders of aging. This study is suggest a way of playing the market that disappearing figure of traditional market. Previous dreamed of a resurgence in the creative space. After a review at the sight failed architectural problem analysis aims to design a plan for the creative space. As a result, we expect to be the activation of the market as well as the surrounding area sungi-conventional market.

기업의 사회적 책임 인식이 환경보전비용의 측정 및 공시와 지속가능경영에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

기업의 사회적 책임은 경제적, 법률적 요건을 넘어서 사회로부터 정당성을 인정받을 수 있는 기업 활동을 의미하며, 경제적 목적 이외에 사회적·인간적 가치의 실현에 공헌하는 것이다. 최근 기업의 환경보전에 대한 책임은 기업의 사회적 책임의 하나로서 비중이 커지고 있으며, 나아가 기업경영의 패러다임을 환경 친화적 경영에서 기업에 부여된 경제·환경·사회적 책임을 준수함으로써 장기적으로 생존할 수 있는 토대를 마련하는 지속가능경영으로 바뀌고 있다. 본 연구에서 연구모형으로 기업의 사회적 책임 인식의 각 항목(경제적, 법률/윤리적, 환경적, 자선적 책임)을 독립변수로 하고 환경보전비용의 측정의 필요성과 공시의 충실성을 종속변수로, 또 환경보전비용 측정의 필요성과 공시의 충실성을 독립변수로 하여 기업의 지속가능 경영의 3대 축 인 경제적 수익성, 환경적 건전성, 사회적 책임성을 종속변수로 하는 연구모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 기업은 환경과 밀접한 관련성을 가지고 있으며, 경제, 사회 문제 뿐만 아니라 환경 부분까지도 고려하는 좀 더 포괄적인 의미에서 기업의 사회적 책임을 새로이 추구할 가치로 인식할 것으로 기대된다. 기업은 기업의 성과 달성을 측정하는 새로운 척도로 등장하고 있는 환경보전비용과 연계한 지속가능한 경영이 기업 가치를 제고시키는 중요한 요소가 될 수 있다고 판단된다. 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, 기업의 환경경쟁력이 21세기의 새로운 경쟁력의 요소로 대두됨에 따라 환경경쟁력을 극대화 하는 방향으로 기업경영이 나아가야 할 것이다. 둘째, 환경보전비용 측정과 공시 시스템 구축은 기업의 환경경영의 수준을 자주적으로 높이는 효과를 가져 올 것이다. 셋째, 기업은 사회적 책임의식으로 현대경영의 새로운 패러다임인 환경경영에 충실함을 이루어 나갈 때 지속가능경영으로 발전하는 성장 동력 마련에 초석이 될 것으로 기대되며, 기업이 지속가능 경영시스템을 구비하여 환경 및 지속가능성에 대한 전사적 인식 수준이 높아져 기업문화로 정착 되어야 할 것이다. This study has set the corporate social responsibility to conserve the environment, such as economical, legal/ethical, environmental and charityaspects, as the independent variable and the need to measurement of environmental preservation expenses and faithfulness to disclosure as the dependent variable. Also, research model using the need to measuring the related preservation expenses the nature and faithfulness to disclosure as independent variable and the three critical factors to sustainable management: profitability, environmentally soundness and responsibility to the society as dependent variable were verified. The results show that the relationship between companies and the environment is crucial and it is expected that companies will try to consider environmental matters as their major responsibility other than economical and societal problems in the future. Environmental preservation expenses, which is used as a new scale to the success of a business and sustainable management, is seen as a vital factor in increasing enterprise value also. The implication of the study is as follows First, also as a company’s environmental competence becomes a new source of competitiveness in the 21stcentury, management should be directed to wards maximizing environmental competence. Second, the faithfulness in environmental management, a new paradigm in modern day management as a part of social responsibility will serve as a growth momentum and a building block in the development of a sustainable management. Thus, a company should have a sustainable management system and the recognition towards environment and sustainability should go up even to be accepted as a crucial part of business culture.

베트남 전쟁 추모 박물관 계획안

베트남 전쟁(1960~1975)은 남베트남과 북베트남의 통일 전쟁으로 미국과 한국을 비롯한 연합국과 중국과 소련 등 총 9개국이 참전한 전쟁이다. 베트남 전쟁에서 베트남은 많은 상처를 입었다. 오랜 전쟁으로 다수의 베트남 국민들이 희생되었고. 전쟁으로 인한 난민과 고아들, 비인도적인 전쟁범죄들, 라이따이한과 같은 혼혈 2세 문제, 그리고 아직까지도 고통 받는 고엽제 피해자 문제 등 베트남 전쟁은 아직까지도 전쟁의 상처로 남아있다. 그들의 이야기를 스토리텔링과 플롯의 공간 구성과 상징성을 통해서 베트남 전쟁 메모리얼 뮤지엄을 계획 구성하고, 그들의 감정을 공유하고 이해하는 기억의 공간을 계획하고자 한다. Vietnam War (1960-1975) was a unification war of South and North Vietnam that fought nine countries, including China, Soviet, the United States, and South Korea. In the Vietnam War, Vietnam suffered a lot of injuries. Was a long war, sacrificed a large number of Vietnamese citizens, as refugees and orphans inhumane war crimes, Mixed II issues, such as lai đại hàn, and the issue of Agent Orange, which still even such wounds of war, the Vietnam War until now due to war Through the space configuration and symbolism of the plot and story-telling their stories configuration plan the Vietnam War Memorial Museum, and to plan the space of memories to share and understand their feelings.
