This study is a partially revised and supplemented version of what was presented as part of the keynote lecture of “Food Art Therapy(FAT) for Life, Resources, and Healing”, which is the theme of the annual conference of the Korean Food Art Therapy Society in 2021. In this study, life encompasses not only human life as a microcosm but also macrocosm, that is, all environmental factors necessary for living. Therefore, all components of the universe are applicable, and at same time, they are also resources. Healing is necessary in terms of recovery when a living organism loses its balance due to prolonged excessive unnaturalness. Now, the earth, one of the components of the universe, is too polluted, so it cannot maintain its naturalness, and it is in trouble such as global warming. There are many people who suffer from loss of mental and physical balance as well. Therefore, FAT has firmly opened the way of healing, and furthermore, it has suggested a plan to enhance its status as a national therapy and to benefit the mother country and neighboring countries of multi-cultural families. In particular, I sought the application and development direction of FAT according to the five components of “Integrated Counseling and Healing Model of Multidisciplinary Perspectives”, which solved the study, education, and research journey that has been in the field of counseling, healing, meditation, and spirituality for nearly 35 years with the wisdom of enneagrams. I hope that this perspective of convergence will work reciprocally in both models and lead to synergy, and become a beneficial means and method for more people.

주체 없이 행위성을 설명하기 -주디스 버틀러의 수행성 개념을 중심으로-

이 논문에서는 안정된 토대로서의 주체를 가정하지 않고 행위성을 설명할 수 있음을 보이고자 한다. 버틀러의 수행성 개념을 통해 소위 말하는 ‘주체’란 행위의 원인이 아니라 행위를 통해 수행적으로 구성된 것임을 주장하고자 한다. 이를 위해, 2장에서 ‘주체’라는 개념이 갖는 허구성을 드러내고, 주체란행위를 고정시키기 위한 장소, 즉 주어 자리에 지나지 않는다는 것을 밝히고자 한다. 버틀러에 따르면, 의미화 작용에 따라 개인은 주어의 자리를 차지하는 주체가 된다. 이 때 의미화는 하나의 규제된 반복과정을 의미하며, 이러한 반복이 바로 수행성이다. 3장에서는 수행성 개념을 이해하기 위해, 오스틴이 제시한 수행문 개념과 부르디외가 제시한 아비투스 개념을 살펴볼 것이다. 그런데 수행문 개념과 아비투스 개념으로 수행성을 이해하게 되면, 저항적 행위의 가능성을 설명하기 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 버틀러는 데리다 This paper will show that an agency is explained without the subject as a stable foundation. With Butler’s concept of “performativity”, I would argue that the so-called “subject” is not cause of an act but constructed performatively through an act. In order to do it, I will expose that the subject is fictitious and then reveal that the subject is a place for fixing an act, the site of the subject in chapter 2. According to Butler, individuals come to be the subject who occupies the site of the subject by signification. Signification is a regulated process of repetition, this repetition is the very performativity. In order to understand performativity, I will see the performative offered by Austin and the habitus offered by Bourdieu. But when performativity is interpreted as the performative and habitus, we are confronted with a problem that is difficult to explain the possibility of the resistant act. Butler resolves the problem by citing Derrida. Because of the fail of the performative, for Derrida, is a condition of iterability of the performative. Furthermore, Butler believes that political possibilities are found in the fail of the performative. Last chapter deals with political possibilities of the performative.

논문 : 비판이론의 규범적 토대로서 인정 개념의 재구성

이 논문은 비판이론의 규범적 토대로서 호네트가 제시하는 인정 개념이갖는 한계를 지적하고, 인정 개념을 재구성 할 필요가 있음을 주장하고자 한다. 인정 개념이 인정 가능성을 통치하는 규범과 연관되어 있는 한, 인정 역시정당화의 요구에서 자유로울 수 없다. 즉, 인정 개념이 규범적 토대로 제시될수 있으려면 인정 가능성을 결정하는 것은 무엇인가에 대한 대답이 먼저 제시되어야 한다. 호네트의 인정 개념이 갖는 한계는 인정이 상호주관적 관계 안에서 제시된다는 점, 그리고 형식적 보편주의의 틀로 제시된다는 점에서 발견할 수 있다. 2장과 3장에서 이에 대한 논의가 이루어질 것이다. 4장에서는 인정을 욕망개념으로 이해할 것을 제안하고자 한다. 여기에서 욕망은 주체의 지위를 얻고자 하는 욕망, 사회적 삶을 얻고자 하는 욕망을 의미한다. 사회적 삶을 부여받는 한에서만 개인이 주체로 인정된다는 점에서, 인정 가능성은 삶의 가능성과연관된다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때 인정 개념은 삶의 가능성을 여는 방향으로 재구성 될 필요가 있다. In this paper, I try to indicate that “recognition” suggested by Axel Honneth as a normative foundation of the critical theory has a limit, and to suggest that “recognition” is needed to reconstruct. To the extent that “recognition” is related to a set of norms that govern recognizability, “recognition” has to face with requirement of justification. That is, in order to suggest “recognition” as a normative foundation, first of all, we must respond to the question of what recognizability determines. The limit in Honneth`s “recognition” would be found out that recognition is suggested in intersubjective relation and formal universalism. This is dealt with in chapter 2 and chapter 3. In chapter 4, I would suggest that we have to understand “recognition” as “desire”. Here, “desire” means a desire to acquire a position of the subject, to take social life. Recognizability is related to possibilities of life, in recognizing a person as the subject to the extent that a person is endowed with social life. In this sense, “recognition” is needed to reconstruct to open possibilities of life.

This study focused on the fact that Food Art Therapy and Wellness are in common with each other, and their ultimate purpose is the process, content, and result that human beings pursue for the best existence, and presented a reasonable grounds for that. The process of reaching the practical direction and the orientation point was based on the wisdom of the Enneagram to be more clear and systematic. The wisdom of the Enneagram guides humans to realize the laws that dominate them and tells them how and procedures to be free from them. In the process, the process of Food Art Therapy and Wellness can meet delicately necessary elements. In conclusion, it is expected that multidisciplinary integrated application of Food Art Therapy, Wellness, Enneagram (Enneagram-based integrated Counseling and Healing) will be proposed and mutually beneficial synergy effect will be obtained through this. Furthermore if they continue to utilize their strengths, they can convert the stagnation or descent spiral of the developmental level into the upward spiral, and if this happens, it will have a considerable meaning and value in Epigenetics.

신체적 수행성과 정치적인 것에 대한 상상 - 버틀러의 아렌트 독해를 중심으로 -

버틀러의 작업들, 특히 2000년대 이후의 저작들을 관통하는 문제의식은 다음과 같은 질문으로 나타낼 수 있다. 어떤 (윤리적) 규범 또는 (정치적) 조건 아래에서 삶은 가능한 것 혹은 불가능한 것이 되는가? 살만한 삶, 애도할만한 삶이 의존하는 인식론적 틀은 무엇일까? 이러한 물음 하에, 버틀러는 도덕을 삶을 조건짓는 정치와 연관된 것으로 이해하는 아도르노의 통찰을 이어받아, 삶을 가능한 것으로 만들기 위한 윤리-정치학을 모색한다. 이러한 작업을 위해 버틀러는 특히 『전체주의의 기원』, 『인간의 조건』 등 아렌트의 저작들을 독해한다. 아렌트 독해를 통해 버틀러는 주체가 권력 또는 담론에 의해 구성되는 방식을 설명하기 위해 도입했던 “수행성(performativity)” 개념이 어떻게 (저항적) 정치의 구심점일 수 있는지, 신체의 수행적 측면이 어떻게 해서 정치학의 토대가 될 수 있는지를 아렌트의 “권리를 가질 권리”, “행위”, “공거” 등의 개념을 통해 설명하고자 한다. 이 논문은 버틀러의 아렌트 독해를 통해 수행성의 정치적 의미를 고찰해보고자 한다. 이를 통해 버틀러가 주장하는 수행성의 정치학은 곧 나의 삶과 함께 타자의 삶도 보호해야 한다는 책임을 부과하는 공거의 윤리학이기도 하다는 것을 보이고자 한다. The questions that run through Butler’s work, especially since the 2000s, are as follows. Under what (ethical) norms or (political) conditions does life become livable or unlivable? What is the epistemological framework upon which a livable and grievable life depends? Under these questions, Butler pursues an ethico-politics to make life livable, taking over Adorno’s insight into understanding morality as being associated with the politics that condition life. For this work, Butler especially reads Arendt’s works such as The Origin of Totalitarianism and Human Conditions. Through her reading of Arendt, Butler tries to explain how the concept of “performativity”, which she introduced to explain the way the subject is constituted by power or discourse, can be the central point of (resistive) politics and how the performative dimension of the body can be the basis of politics, through Arendt’s concepts of “right to have rights”, “action”, and “cohabitation.” This paper seeks to consider the political implications of performativity through Butler’s reading of Arendt. In conclusion, I would like to show that Butler’s politics of performativity is also the ethics of cohabitation that imposes the responsibility to protect the lives of others as well as my own.

성층권 태양광 무인기 기술개발 동향

성층권 태양광 무인기는 고도 18km~20km 비관제 공역에서 수십일~수년 동안 운영이 가능하다 하여 고고도 장기체공기(HALE UAV, High Altitude Long Endurance Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) 또는, 영상관측 및 통신중계와 같은 인공위성과 유사한 임무 수행이 가능하다 하여 고고도 유사위성(HAPS, High Altitude Psedudo Satellite)으로 불린다. 성층권 태양광 무인기는 미국, 유럽, 일본 등과 같은 선진국에서 민간업체 위주로 개발 경쟁 중인 분야로 주로 LTE/5G 통신중계에 활용하고자 한다. 우리나라는 정부출연연구기관 주도로 개발 중인 분야로 기상관측, 산 불감시, 불법어로 감시 등 실시간 국가재난시스템 구축을 목표로 연구 중이다. 성층권 하부공간을 활용하는 성층권 태양광 무인기는 개발에 성공할 경우 신산업 창출이 가능한 연구 분야이다. Stratosphere Solar-powered Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV) can operate days and years at the Class G Airway between the altitude 59,000~65,600ft. That is why it is named High Altitude Long Endurance(HALE) UAV. Also, it is called High Altitude Pseudo Satellite (HAPS) because HAPS can perform a similar mission with a satellite like surveillance and communication relay. Stratosphere Solar-powered UAV is essentially developed by private companies in the advanced countries like USA, EURO and Japan for the LTE/5G’s platform. However, government owned research institutions leading the field in South Korea are fundamentally developing HALE UAV to build a real-time national disaster warning system. If HALE UAV is successfully developed, a new market will be launched with utilizing the bottom space of the stratosphere.

Nevus unius lateris (NUL) is a variant of an epidermal nevus that involves a widespread body surface, especially half of the body, and its onset usually occurs at birth or early life. An increased risk of basal cell carcinoma (BCC) in epidermal nevus has also been reported. However, the exact incidence remains unknown. A 67-year-old female patient visited our dermatology clinic with black nodules protruding over multiple verrucous brownish patches and plaques on the right side of the trunk. The patient had congenital NUL. Black nodules were observed to develop several months previously and gradually enlarged. The skin biopsy of one black nodule was consistent with BCC. Subsequently, Mohs micrographic surgery was performed for the BCC. To date, there have been few reports of BCC arising within the nevus unius lateri. Herein, we report a rare case of BCC considered to originate from a congenital NUL. (Korean J Dermatol 2024;62(1):50∼52)
