일반논문 : 김소진 소설에 나타난 도시 주변 공간의 로컬리티 -『장석조네 사람들』을 중심으로

『장석조네 사람들』은 바깥세상과의 대조를 통해 산동네 공간의 동질성을 확립·강화한다. 바깥세상은 복면의 공간·이원적 대립구조의 공간·거대담론의 공간으로 묘사된다. 복면은 역할의 수행 혹은 폐기의 상징인데, 여기서의 역할이란 이원적 대립구조의 내면화·주체화를 뜻한다. 극단적인 이원적 대립구조에 맞서 살아남기 위해 침묵·진술의 지연이라는 방법으로 미결성 공간을 창출해내려 한다. `지금 여기`의 산동네는 신자유주의·자본제적 세계화의 대타개념으로서의 로컬이 담지하고 있는 이상적이고 낭만적인 공간이 아니다. 공간적 인접성으로 인해 산동네는 서로에게 개방적인 공간, 소문의 공간이 된다. 소문이 산동네 안에서만 일회적으로 유포된다는 점 그리고 바깥세상의 거대담론은 소문의 내용에 포함되지 않는다는 점 때문에, 하위의 언어인 소문은 산동네를 일종의 공동체 공간으로 재편한다. 동시에, 소문에는 로컬 구성원의 오랜 무의식적 욕망과 이데올로기적 관습이 투사되어 있다. 『장석조네 사람들』은 `지긋지긋한 산동네`라는 로컬이 주인공인 소설이다. 이는 김소진의 소설에 대한 새로운 해석의 가능성, 즉 아버지가 아니라 아버지를 테제와 안티테제 중 하나로 규정하기를 종용하고 구조화한 1980년대의 이원론적 대립구조 자체에 대한 성찰과 대안 모색을 공간의 차원에서 시도하고 있다는 해석의 가능성을 열어준다. Chang sok-cho ne people establishes and reinforces the identity of the mountain village area contrasting the outside world. The outside world is described as a mask space, a space of a dual opposition structure, and a space for grand narrative. A mask represents the performance of a role or its termination, where the role means internalization and subjectification of the dual opposition structure. To survive an extreme dual opposition structure, this novel tries to create an openness space using the method of delay in silence and statement. The mountain village in "now here" is not an ideal, romantic space which the local as a substitution concept for new liberalism and capitalized globalization contains. The mountain village, due to its space adjacency, becomes a space open to one another and a space for a rumor. Now that the rumor spreads within the mountain village one time and the grand narrative of the outside world is not included in what the rumor says, the rumor - a sub-language - serves to reorganize the mountain village into a kind of community space. Simultaneously, the rumor represents the unconscious long desire and ideologic custom of the local members. Chang sok-cho ne people is a novel featuring a local called a "tedious mountain village". This opens an opportunity for a new interpretation of Kim So-jin`s novel, that is, an attempt is being made in terms of a space to seek self-examination of and an alternative to the dual opposition structure itself in the 1980s in which father is urged to be specified and structuralized as one of the two - These and Antithese - instead of as father.

MEMS 칩과 휴대형 전기화학적 신호 처리 시스템을 이용한 수중 비소이온 검출

In this study, we have developed an arsenic ion detection system capable of measuring low concentrations of arsenic ions by electrochemical methods. A sensor chip having three electrodes of a working electrode, a counter electrode, and a reference electrode was designed and fabricated using microfabrication techniques. Also, we developed a portable signal processing board capable for anodic stripping voltammetry. Various types of electrolytes were used to detect arsenic with concentrations of < 10 ppb, the World Health Organization’s guideline for arsenic standard. The preliminary test results were analyzed, and compared with the results using commercially available sensors. A total analysis time using the developed arsenic measurement system was < 1 minute, including the time to concentrate samples. Our work can be applied to the measurement or monitoring of arsenic ion contamination level in many health hazard water sources.

본 연구는 학교급에 따라 인성 관련 연구동향에서 차이가 있는지를 비교⋅분석하여 인성 관련 연구의 현주소를 알아보고, 후속 연구의 기초자료를 제공하고, 앞으로 인성 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1995년부터 2020년까지 국내에 발표된 인성과 관련한 논문 1,057편을 분석에 활용하였다. 수집된 자료는 논문 기초사항, 연구대상(학교급), 통계방법을 알아보기 위해 기술통계를 실시하였으며, 학교급에 따라 논문 유형, 발표 연도, 연구자 수, 연구주제, 연구방법, 교육방법에 있어서 유의미한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 𝔁² 검정을 하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2016년부터 2019년까지 모든 학교급에서 가장 많은 연구가 수행되었으며, 다음으로 유치원과 대학(대학원)에서는 2014년부터 2015년에, 초등과 중등에서는 1995년부터 2009년에 연구가 많이 수행된 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 연구주제는 유치원에서는 인성교육 효과 분석, 인성교육 프로그램 순으로 연구가 많이 수행됐지만, 초등, 중등, 대학(대학원)에서는 인성교육 효과 분석, 이론적 기초연구의 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교육방법(수업시간 활용 여부)은 유치원과 대학(대학원)에서는 수업시간을 활용한 연구 가 높게 나타났지만, 초등과 중등에서는 둘 간에 큰 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 본 연구의 의의를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 본 연구는 인성 관련 연구동향을 유치원, 초등, 중등, 대학(대학원)으로 구분하여 학교급에 따라 비교⋅분석한 최초의 연구이다. 둘째, 학교급에 따라 논문유형, 발표 연도, 연구자 수, 연구주제, 연구방법, 교육방법 등에서 유의한 차이를 발견하였다. 셋째, 향후 양적 메타분석이나 질적 메타분석 연구의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있다. 마지막으로 교육과정 변화와 교육정책이 인성 관련 연구에 커다란 영향을 주고 있음을 밝힌 점에서도 의의를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to compare and analyze whether there were differences in character-related research trends according to school level in order to find out the current status of character-related research, provide basic data for follow-up research, and to point out the direction of character-related research in the future. To this end, 1,057 papers on character published in Korea from 1995 to 2020 were used for analysis. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics and using an 𝔁²-test. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, most studies were conducted at all school levels from 2016 to 2019, followed by kindergarten and university (graduate school) from 2014 to 2015, and elementary and secondary schools from 1995 to 2009. Second, as for the research topic, many studies were conducted in the area of character education effect analysis and character education programs in kindergarten, while in elementary, secondary, and university (graduate school), character education effect analysis and theoretical basic research were conducted. Third, regarding the educational method (whether or not class time is used), studies using class time were high in kindergarten and university (graduate school), whereas there was no significant difference between the two in elementary and secondary schools. The significance of this study is as follows. First, this study is the first study to compare and analyze character-related research trends according to school level. Second, significant differences were found in thesis types, research years, number of researchers, research topics, educational methods, and research methods by school level. Third, this study can be used as the basis for future quantitative meta-analyses or qualitative meta-analysis studies. Finally this study is significant in that it found that character-related studies revealed that curriculum changes and educational policies are influental.

Stem cells are good cell sources for cell replacement therapy of degenerative or incurable disorders. However, there are some limitations such as immune response, differentiation efficiency, safety and ethical issues for clinical application. These barriers must be considered thoroughly from starting point of the investigational study. For clinical application and commercialization of stem cell-derived cell therapy products, strict preparation is required for formal approval of regulatory body at each stage of the clinical process. This preparation process can be another barrier and challenge to the researcher or developer related to stem cell study. However, These challenges will become increasingly important to stem cell research as clinical translation progresses and helpful for birth of authentic novel cell therapy products. In this brief review, we will suggest more effective strategy of the stem cell research and development and introduce the clinical process for cell therapy products briefly.
