Purpose : This study was to investigate the application of Rhythmic Initiation(RI) in the respect of information processing in motor learning. Methods : A computer-aided literature search was performed in PubMed and adapted to the other databases and the others were in published books. The following keywords were used: Rhythmic Initiation, attention, memory, motor accuracy, feedback, motor learning, motor control, PNF, cognition. Results : The characterization of RI is rhythmic motion of limb or body through the desired range, starting with passive motion and progressing to active resisted movement. This study suggested that the relationship between of RI and motor learning through the respect of information processing, memory, attention and motor accuracy. Conclusion : Only Rhythmic Initiation, specifically focused on the effects of information processing approach, suggesting that RI can be positively influeced on sensory-perception, attention, memory, motor accuracy. however, it is unclear whether positive effects in the laboratory and field can be generalized to improve. In addition, sustainability of motor learning with RI remains uncertain.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to describe the Inter-expert cooperation strategy for community ambulation in stroke patient. Methods : The data was collected by stroke patient. We applied the Inter-expert cooperation strategy for community ambulation to stroke patient. Parameters of result were collected for using the 10m walk test, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. Results : Significant differences were observed the stroke patient for 10m walk test, 6 minute walk test and ICF assessment sheet. stroke patient improved all test. Conclusions : Inter-expert cooperation strategy applied community ambulation is very useful and effective. It is effective in clinical practice.
가상 운동 훈련 프로그램(Wii fit)이 여성노인들의 균형증진에 미치는 영향

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of virtual exercise training programs on the improvement of balance in the elderly women. Methods: The subjects were fifteen female citizens, 67 years of age or older living in G city, the subjects were randomly divided into groups; Virtual exercise training group(n=9), control group (n=6). After treatment measured balance by Berg Balance scale test and One-leg stand test during virtual exercise training program at pre-intervention and post-intervention. Results : The results of this study were as follows : Virtual Exercise Training Program (Wii fit) after applying the Berg balance test scores and One-Legged Stance Test, the evaluation results showed significant results(p<05). Conclusion : Virtual exercise training programs can be used to improve the balance of the elderly, as it has been shown to increase Berg balance test and one-leg stand results conducted after virtual training programs. Virtual Exercise Programs(Wii fit) were applied to demonstrate the effecting the balance of the elderly to promote more research on the impact of the ADL survey.

Purpose: This study used a comparative analysis to propose the effectiveness of using scapular and pelvic patterns of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation simultaneously (USPS) on the components of gait in patients with stroke. Methods: Subjects who signed a written consent form to participate in the experiment and attended voluntarily were divided randomly into two groups: the USPS group (12) and the control group (9). The USPS group received pattern training for 30 minutes a day, 3 days per week for 6 weeks. The control group received general physical exercise for the same duration. Gait ability was tested and analyzed before and after the 6 weeks of training with the GAITRite system. Results: The components of gait increased significantly in the USPS group after training (p < 0.05) and did not increase significantly in the control group. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, USPS training improves the components of gait more than general physical exercise. The USPS training method is effective for improving motor functions in patients with stroke, especially for gait rehabilitation.

본 연구는 광주 나주 지역에 거주하는 20세 이상 재가장애인의 일상생활활동과 삶의 질을 조사하였다. 기본적 일상생활활동과 수단적 일상생활활동 수행력과 삶의 질의 정도를 조사하였고 이들의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 이변량 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 일상생활활동 수행력이 낮을수록 삶의 질이 낮게 나타났고, 수단적 일상생활활동이 삶의 질과 관련성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구를 통하여 앞으로 재가장애인들이 보다 독립적이며, 질 높은 삶을 영위 할 수 있도록 도움이 되고자 한다. This study investigated the quality of life, activities of daily living, and 20 years of age or older and disabled people living in Gwangju, Naju area. Performance of Basic daily life activities and instrumental activities of daily living, and quality of life were investigating the extent to Learn these correlations, bivariate correlation analyzes were conducted. The results showed lower quality of life, lower performance of activities of daily living was instrumental activities of daily living, quality of life and more relevant. Through this study of disabled people, more independent and to lead the life of quality is high, it is trying to be helpful in the future.

Purpose: This study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. Methods: TThis study aims to identify changes in the mirror neuron system in normal people through mu rhythm during action observation of occupation-based intervention, purposeful activity and prepare a method of intervention form of occupation using occupation and activity. The activation of the mirror neuron system was compaired among 3 condition by oneway ANOVA. Results: The result of analysis showed mu suppression in all conditions. Although all conditions showed mu suppression, there was no significant difference among the conditions. Conclusion: The results suggest that the mirror neuron system is activated during action observation to be able to occupational therapy but the mirror neuron system is not separately activated among the conditions.

고유수용성신경근촉진법의 팔 폄 패턴이 반대편 다리의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of the arm extension pattern of proprioceptive exercise program on the muscle activity of the opposite lower extremity. Methods: In this study, electromyogram MP150(Biopac system, USA) was applied to 20 healthy male subjects. Arm extension-adduction-internal rotation pattern was applied within initial, mid and end range in sling position and supine position for measurement. And the effect on the activity of rectus femoris and tibialis anterior muscle of the opposite lower extremity was compared and analyzed. Results: The results of this study were summarized as follows: First, there was a statistically significant difference of the activity of the tibialis anterior muscle within the Initial range in sling position and supine position(P<0.05). Second, there was a statistically significant difference of the activity of the tibialis anterior muscle within the end range in sling position and supine position(P<0.05). Conclusion: Rectus femoris and tibialis anterior muscles shows the higher activity in the supine position than in the sling position. Therefore, the supine position is more appropriate than the sling position to make irradiation on lower extremity muscle with the extension pattern.
