암특이적 대사에 대한 한의학적 연구의 현황 및 전망

Generally, normal cells synthesize adenosine triphosphate (ATP) through oxidative phosphorylation in the mitochondria. However, they produce ATP through lactic acid fermentation on hypoxic condition. Interestingly, many cancer cells rely on aerobic glycolysis for ATP generation instead of mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, which is termed as "Warburg effect". According to results from recent researches on differences of cancer cell metabolism from normal cell metabolism and because chemotherapy to suppress rapidly growing cells, as a side effect of cancer treatment, can still target healthy cells, there is merit in the development of small-molecule inhibitors targeting metabolic enzymes such as pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase (PDHK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and monocarboxylate transporter (MCT). For new anticancer therapy, in this review, we show recent advances in study on cancer cell metabolism and molecules targeting metabolic enzymes which are importantly associated with cancer metabolism for cancer therapy. Furthermore, we would also like to emphasize the necessity of development of molecules targeting metabolic enzymes using herbal medicines and their constituents for anticancer drugs.

A Reexamination of Reliability and Validity of the Scale of Service Quality in Recreation and Sport

스포츠 경영학에서 다양한 참여 스포츠의 서비스 질을 측정하려는 연구들이 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 보편적으로 사용될 만한 측정도구의 부재가 지적되어 왔는데, 최근에 들어 Ko & Pastore(2004, 2005)에 의해 레크레이션 스포츠의 서비스 질 측정을 위한 도구(the Scale of Service Quality in Recreational Sport: SSQRS)가 개발되었다. SSQRS는 다원적이고 계층적인 구조모형을 가지고 기존에 보고되어진 다양한 서비스의 구성개념을 측정하기 위해 전체 49문항과 11개의 하위개념, 그리고 4개의 상위개념으로 구성되어 있다. Ko & Pastore(2005)는 미국 중부지역에 위치한 대학 내 레크레이션 스포츠 센터를 이용한 241명을 대상으로 실증 조사를 실시하였는데, 연구결과는 Cronbach’s alpha을 이용한 신뢰도 검사에 적합한 수준의 범위로 나타났고, 다중공선성(multicollinearity)의 문제는 나타나지 않았다. 그리고 확인적 요인분석을 통해 더욱 확고한 신뢰도와 타당도 검사를 실시하였다. 그들의 연구결과 SSQRS의 다원 구조적이고 계층적인 모형이 수집된 데이터에 적합한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문항들의 변량들을 가지고 구성 타당도를 조사한 결과에서도 모든 구성개념은 적합한 판별 타당도와 수렴 타당도를 나타내었다. 하지만 Ko & Pastore (2005)의 연구에서는 미국의 한 대학으로만 참여자를 제한하였기 때문에 연구결과를 일반화시키기에 미흡한 점이 많다. 그래서 본 연구에서는 Ko & Pastore's(2005) SSQRS을 이용하여 미국 남동쪽에 위치한 한 대학에서 교내 레크레이션 센터고객을 대상으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 재조사하였다. 총 243명에게 설문조사를 실시하였고, SPSS 13.0과 LISREL 8.7을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계를 분석하여 타당도 및 신뢰도를 조사하였다. 연구결과 Ko & Pastore(2005)의 SSQRS는 타당성과 신뢰성을 가지고있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 향후연구 방향에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다.

Role Conflict, Role Ambiguity, Job Satisfaction, and Turnover Intention of the Part Time Employees in a Sport Organization

본 연구는 스포츠 조직 내 시간제 근로자의 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 직무만족도, 그리고 이직의도 간의 관계를 조사하였다. 선행연구에서 역할갈등과 역할모호성이 높은 시간제 근로자가 직접적으로 또는 직무만족을 통한 간접적으로 높은 이직의도를 나타내는 경향이 제시되었다. 본 연구에서는 역할이론과 균등이론을 이용하여 역할스트레스와 이직의도간의 관계가 직무만족도에 의해 부분적으로 매개된다고 가정하였다. 본 연구는 대안모형으로 직접효과모형과 완전매개모형을 제시하였다. 설문대상은 편의추출법을 사용하여 한국마사회에서 근무하는 시간제 근로자들을 선정하여 설문조사를 하였고, 자료분석을 위해서 SPSS 13.0과 LISREL Ⅷ을 사용하였다. 자료의 분석결과, 본 연구에서는 부분매개모형을 가장 적합한 모형으로 선택하였다. 부분매개모형에서, 시간제 근로자의 역할갈등은 직접적으로 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=.56, p<.05). 반면에, 시간제 근로자의 역할 모호성은 직무만족에 영향을 미치고 (β=-.304, p<.05), 직무만족은 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(β=-.217, p<.05). 마지막으로 본 연구는 실천적 시사점과 제언을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among role conflict, role ambiguity, job satisfaction, and turnover intention of part time employees in a sport organization. Based on previous literature, part time employees with a high level of role conflict and role ambiguity are more inclined to have turnover intention at the organization directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. By using role theory and equity theory, we hypothesized that the direct relationships among role conflict, role ambiguity, and turnover intention would be partially mediated by job satisfaction. The following alternative models were generated: a direct-effects model and a fully mediated model. The data for this study were conveniently collected from part time employees (n=227) who worked at the Korea Racing Association(KRA). Measures for each construct were modified and used from the previous studies. For data analyses, this study used the statistical package of SPSS 13.0. and LISREL 8.7. In the current study, a partially mediated model was selected as the best fitting model based on multiple model fit indices of SEM. In the partially mediated model, role conflict was directly related to turnover intention (β=.56, p<.05). On the other hand, role ambiguity significantly influenced job satisfaction (β=-.304, p<.05), and job satisfaction, in turn, exerted an influence on turnover intention (β=-.217, p<.05). lastly, practical implications from the findings and suggestions for future study were provided.

체육교사의 조직시민행동이 서비스품질지각과 학생만족도 및 평생체육연계의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among the perceived organizational citizenship behavior of physical education teachers, perceived service quality, student satisfaction, and intention to participate in lifetime physical activities. The sample of this study was selected from students at two high schools located in Incheon. Among a total of 360 participants, 325 responses were used to conduct data analysis. SPSS 13.0 was used for descriptive statistics and LISREL 8.7 was utilized for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results revealed that the perceived organizational citizenship behavior of the physical education teachers positively influenced both perceived service quality and student satisfaction for physical education classes among the high school students. In addition, the perceived service quality of physical education classes had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Both perceived service quality and student satisfaction were positively related to the intention to participate in lifetime physical activities after high school graduation. Lastly, the discussion of results and implications were suggested.

다른 서비스 분야와 마찬가지로, 질 높은 서비스 제공을 위해서 참여스포츠 환경에서의 고객시민행동은 중요한 요인이다. 하지만, 현재 많이 사용되고 있는 Groth(2005)의 고객시민행동 측정도구로는 참여스포츠 환경에 적용하기에는 개념적인 제한점을 가지고 있다. 그러므로 고객시민행동 측정도구를 스포츠참여 환경에 적합하게 개발하는 것이 필요하다. 그래서 본 연구목적은 조직시민행동의 선행문헌을 바탕으로 스포츠 참여자들의 가능한 역할 외 행동을 규명하고, 스포츠참여자의 고객시민행동 측정도구를 개발 및 스포츠참여자를 대상으로 타당성을 검증하는 것이다. 총 7 개의 구성개념(구전행동, 타인돕기행동, 피드백행동, 일반화된 순응, 사기진작, 평화조성, 스포츠맨쉽)을 설문지에 포함시켰으며, 문항은 Podsakoff, MacKenzie, Moorman, & Fetter (1990), Farh, Earley, & Lin (1997), Van Dyne, Graham, & Dienesch (1994), Podsakoff & MacKenzie (1994), Podsakoff & MacKenzie (1994) 그리고 Groth (2005)의 문항을 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정하였다. 구체적인 연구절차와 결과분석은 다음과 같다. 먼저 연구대상은 편의추출법을 이용하여 대학에서 미국 대학 골프수업 수강자 130명을 선택하였다. 자료분석단계에서, 스포츠참여환경에 적합하게 개발된 고객시민행동 측정도구의 타당도를 조사하기 위해서 다양한 통계방법들이 이용되었다. SPSS 17.0 통계프로그램의 주성분분석을 이용한 탐색적 요인분석과 LISREL 8.7을 이용한 확인적 요인분석을 하였다. 이러한 다양한 분석결과 개발된 고객시민행동 측정도구는 총 6개의 구성개념으로 나타났으며, 참여스포츠 환경에서도 타당할 만한 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 본 연구는 참여스포츠 현장에 있는 관리자들이 스포츠참여자의 역할 외 행동을 좀 더 이해하고 보다 좋은 서비스품질을 제공을 위해 서비스경영전략을 수립하는데 도움을 줄 것이다.

프로축구 경기장에서의 고객불량행동과 스포츠 구단구성원의 반생산적 과업행동이 서비스품질 지각, 서비스가치 및 구전의도에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among counterproductive work behavior, customer badness behavior, perceived service quality, service value, and word-of-mouth. A total of 749 questionnaires in K-League spectators were conveniently collected for data analysis. The data were analyzed using the PASW18.0 and LISREL 8.7. The results revealed that customer bad ness behavior toward organization(CBBO) did not influence perceived service, and customer badness behavior toward customer(CBBC) influenced perceived service quality negatively. Also, counterproductive work behavior toward organization(CWBO) had a positive effect on perceived service quality, and counterproductive work behavior toward coworker(CWBC) had a negative effect on perceived service quality. In addition, perceived service quality had positive effects on both service value and word-of-mouth. Lastly, service value positively influenced word-of-mouth.

This study investigated the relationships among service quality of intramurals in middle and high schools, student satisfaction, and image of physical education. The sample of this study was selected from students at schools located in Incheon using a convenience sampling technique. A total of 269 participants' responses were used to conduct data analysis. SPSS 13.0 was used for descriptive statistics and AMOS 4.0 was utilized for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model. The results revealed that the fully mediated model was the best to describe the relationships among service quality, student satisfaction, and the image of physical education suggesting that service quality had an indirect effect on the image through student satisfaction. In addition, both intramural program and management had positive effects on student satisfaction, and also student satisfaction positively influenced image of physical education. Lastly, managerial implications and recommendations were discussed.

Team Identification : A Mediating Role in the Relationship between Vicarious Achievement and Basking In Reflected Glory

본 연구는 대리 성취와 반사된 영광누리기, 그리고 팀 동일시 간의 관계를 조사하였다. 선행연구들에서 대리 성취와 반사된 영광누리기 사이의 직접적인 관계성을 제시하면서 자아 존중감 위기에 처에 있는 사람들이 더욱 더 반사된 영광누리기를 나타내려는 경향을 나타내려고 한다는 것이 제시되어졌다. 사회정체성이론과 균형이론으로부터 본 연구는 팀 동일시가 두 개념사이의 관계에서 부분적으로 매개되어져야 한다는 것(부분매개모형)을 가정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 대안모형(완전매개모형)이 제시되었다. 비확률표본추출법 중 편의추출법을 사용하여 서울에서의 삼성블루팡스 배구경기를 관람하는 팬을 대상으로 설문지를 수집하였다. 본 연구는 LISREL Ⅷ을 이용한 구조방정식모형으로 자료를 분석하였다. 모형 적합도 지수들에 근거하여 대리 성취, 팀 동일시, 그리고 반사된 영광 누리기 사이에 관계를 나타내기 위한 가장 적합한 모형은 부분매개모형이며, 그리고 대리성취는 반사된 영광누리기에 직ㆍ간접으로 영향을 미치는 것이 본 연구 결과 밝혀졌다. 실천적인 시사점과 제언이 논의되어졌다. This study examined the relationships among vicarious achievement, team identification, and basking in reflected glory (BIRG). Previous literature indicated that people in self-esteem crisis are more inclined to BIRG, suggesting a direct causal relationship between vicarious achievement and BIRG. This study hypothesized that the proposed direct causal relationship should be at least partially mediated by team identification using Social Identity theory and Balance theory. An alternative model was generated: fully mediated model. A convenience sampling technique was used to collect data from spectators attending a volleyball genre of Samsung's Bluefangs in an arena at Seoul. The data were analyzed by structural equation modeling(SEM) using LISREL Ⅷ. The results indicated that, based on multiple model fit indices, the partially mediated model was the best to describe the relationships among vicarious achievement, team identification, and BIRG suggesting that vicarious achievement had a direct and indirect effects on BIRG. Managerial implications and recommendations were discussed.
