        하악전돌증 및 개교합 환자에 있어 Obwegeser Ⅱ method의 안정성

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the postoperative stability of the severe open bite or mandibular prognathic patients after mandibular set back surgery by Obwegeser II method. There were 19 patients who had been undergone Obwegeser II method. The horizontal and vertical position of the cephalometric points were measured preoperation and immediate postoperation, postoperative 1 month, postoperative 6 months ; were analyzed by linear measurement to evaluate changes in skeletal landmark and the relapse was compared between open bite group and prognathism group. By the operation, horizontal change of B was 6.84±4.35mm and vertical change of B was 6.28±3.25mm in open bite group and horizontal change of B was 14.20±4.81mm and vertical change of B was 1.99±2.66mm in prognathism group, horizontal change of Pog was 3.82±5.71mm and vertical change of Pog was 5.38±2.11mm in open bite group and horizontal change of Pog was 13.24± 5.99mm and vertical change of Pog was 1.91±0.94mm in prognathism group. Between immediate postoperation and postoperative 1 month, all skeletal landmarks change was no statistical difference (p>0.05) and there were no statistical difference between open bite group and prognathism group except x-Me landmark (p>0.05). Between postoperative 1 month and 6 months, horizontal change of B was 0.12±1.35mm and vertical change of B was 1.47±1.48mm in open bite group and horizontal change of B was 1.43±1.35mm and vertical change of B was 0.82±1.99mm in prognathism group, horizontal change of Pog was 0.13±1.40mm and vertical change of Pog was 0.88±1.71mm in open bite group and horizontal change of Pog was 1.08±1.74mm and vertical change of Pog was 0.47±1.57mm in prognathism group (p>0.05) and there were no statistical difference between open bite group and prognathism group (p>0.05). Between immediate postoperation and postoperative 6months, horizontal change of B was 0.24±1.17mm and vertical change of B was 1.87±1.63mm in open bite group and horizontal change of B was 1.54±1.55mm and vertical change of B was 1.04±1.96mm in prognathism group, horizontal change of Pog was 0.91±1.46mm and vertical change of Pog was 1.18±2.05mm in open bite group and horizontal change of Pog was 0.96±1.62mm and vertical change of Pog was 1.23±2.35mm in prognathism group (p>0.05) and there were statistical difference between open bite group and prognathism group in x-B, x-Pog, x-Gn, x-Me (p<0.05). Obwegeser II method is considered as one of the best operation when surgical correction of severe open bite or severe mandibular prognathism is needed.

        CoO를 절연층으로 이용한 스핀 의존성 터널링 접합에서의 자기저항 특성

        MR characteristics in magnetic tunnel junction using CoO as the oxide barrier were investigated. Spin-dependent tunnel junctions were fabricated on 4° tilt-cut (111)Si substrates in 3-gun magnetron sputtering system. The top and bottom ferromagnetic electrodes were Ni_(80)Fe_(20)(300 Å) and Co(300 Å), respectively. The oxide barriers(CoO) were formed by the thermal oxidation at room temperature in an O₂ atmosphere and the plasma oxidation. The increase of coercive field due to antiferromagnetic-ferromagnetic coupling has been observed in O₂ plasma-oxidized CoO based junctions at room temperature. At a sensing current of 1 ㎃, MR ratios of O₂ plasma-oxidized CoO based junction and thermal-oxidized CoO based junction at room temperature were 1 % and 5 %, respectively. Larger MR ratios are observed in magnetic tunnel juctions with thermal oxidized CoO when sensing current more than applied 1.5 ㎃. At a sensing current of 1.5 ㎃, we have observed MR value of 28 % and specific resistance (RA=R×A) value of 10.9 ㏀×㎛². When specific resistance values reached 2.28 ㏀×㎛², we have observed that MR ratios become as high as 120 %.

        Purpose: Previously, Seoul National University (SNU) prostate cancer (PC) stage calculator was developed to predict the pathological stage of clinically localized PC after radical prostatectomy (RP) in Korean men. We evaluated its generalizability and compared their clinical values with 2013 Partin tables by Korean multicenter cohort. Materials and Methods: Evaluated cohort consisted of 2,607 patients who had clinical stages T1c-T3a PC and were treated with RP at 14 institutions in Korea. After excluding 262 cases with prior hormone or radiation therapy and 604 cases with missing data, 1,741 cases were analyzed. Predictive accuracy was evaluated using the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve (AUC). The agreement between the predicted values with observed outcome was assessed with calibration plot. SNU PC stage calculator was compared with 2013 Partin tables applying to this cohort using DeLong method and decision curve analysis. Results: The accuracies of SNU PC stage calculator was all higher than those of 2013 Partin tables to predict organ-confined disease (0.755 vs. 0.711, p<0.001), extraprostatic extension (0.743 vs. 0.665, p<0.001), seminal vesicle invasion (0.833 vs. 0.764, p<0.001), and lymph node metastasis (0.842 vs 0.760, p=0.019). The observed outcomes were well calibrated with their predicted values by the calculator. Decision curve analyses demonstrated higher net benefits of SNU PC stage calculator compared with 2013 Partin tables.

        MR characteristics of Al₂O₃ based magnetic tunneling juction with various Al₂O₃ thicknesses were investigated. Spin-dependent tunneling junctions, in which the tunneling barrier Al₂O₃ is formed by depositing a 1~3 ㎚ thick Al layer, followed by thermal oxidation at room temperature in an O₂ atmosphere, were fabricated on 4° tilt (111)Si substrate in 3-gun magnetron sputtering system. The top and bottom ferromagnetic electrodes were Ni_(80)Fe_(20) and Co. A maximum Tunneling MR ratio of 14 % was obtained in the junction of which insulating barrier thickness was 2 ㎚. By increasing the tunneling voltage across the junction, maximum MR ratio reduced and finally showed no MR characteristics.

        프로테제의 멘토링 네트워크 인지정확성과 연결 상대 멘토들의 중심성 간의 관계에 대한 연구: 연령의 조절효과를 중심으로

        누가 조직 내 사회 네트워크에서 중심성이 높은 인물들과 관계를 형성하는가? 개인 성과에 있어 사회적 자본의 역할이 강조되면서, 위 질문에 대한 조직 연구자들의 관심이 커지고 있다. 본 연구는 멘토링 네트워크에 초점을 두고 이 문제를 탐구하고자 하였으며, 사회 네트워크 이론과 인지사회구조 이론을 결합하여 네트워크 인지정확성을 연결 상대의 중심성 수준을 예측하는 예측자로 제시한다. 연구 목적은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 프로테제(protégé) 개인의 멘토링 네트워크 인지정확성과 자신의 네트워크 내 멘토들의 중심성 수준과의 관련성을 검증하여, 전체 멘토링 네트워크를 정확하게 아는 만큼 더중심적 멘토들과 관계를 형성하는지 확인하고자 한다. 둘째, 멘토링 네트워크 인지 정확성의 작용에서 개인차를 발생시킬 수 있는 변인으로 프로테제의 연령에 주목하여, 멘토들의 중심성과의 관계에서 연령의 조절효과를 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 소규모 IT 사업체인 A기업의 구성원 23명 전원을 대상으로 사회 네트워크 및 인지사회구조 설문을 실시해 자료를 수집했다. 가설 검증 결과, 프로테제의 멘토링 네트워크 인지정확성은 멘토들의 중심성 수준과 정(+)의 관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 프로테제의 연령이 그 관계를 부(-)의 방향으로 조절하여, 네트워크 인지정확성과 멘토들의 중심성 간의 정(+)의 관계는 연령이 낮은 층에서만 유의하게 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 조직 전체 멘토링 관계 지도를 정확하게 파악하고 있는 프로테제들이 보다 중심적 멘토들과 관계를 형성하며, 특히 경력 형성기라 할 수 있는 젊은 층에게서 그런 현상이 강하게 나타남을 시사한다. 본 연구는 개인을 주도적 네트워크 관리자로 상정하여 네트워크 형성을 설명함으로써 네트워크 인지정확성의 역할을 확인하며, 행위자 자신(ego)이 아닌 네트워크 연결 상대들(alters)의 중심성을 다룬다는 점에서 사회 네트워크 이론에의 시사점을 지닌다. 또한 어떤 프로테제가 중심성 높은 멘토들과 관계 맺는지를 보여줌 으로써 비공식 멘토링 관계의 형성에 대한 설명을 멘토링 이론에 제공하고 있다. Who forms relationships with central people in intra-organizational social networks? As the role of social capital for individual performance has been underlined, scholars have shown growing interest in this question. Specifically, this study proposes an actor’s cognitive accuracy of network perception as a predictor of the actor’s tie formation with central alters. Drawing upon social network and cognitive social structure research, this study aims to answer the above question by focusing on individual mentoring networks. The purpose of the present study is twofold. First, this study investigates whether a protégé’s cognitive accuracy in an organizational mentoring network positively relates to the level of mentors’ centrality in the protégé’s own mentoring network. Second, this study examines whether a protégé’s age moderates the relationship between cognitive accuracy and the level of her mentors’ centrality. The analysis results of the data collected from 23 employees in a small Korean IT firm provided evidence for the proposed ideas. First, a protégé’s cognitive accuracy in an organizational mentoring network showed a positive relationship with the level of mentors’ centrality in the protégé’s mentoring network. In addition, a protégé’s age negatively moderated the above relationship, confirming that the positive linkage of a protégé’s cognitive accuracy with her mentors’ centrality was significant only when the protégé’s age was low. The results indicate that protégés who perceive their organizational mentoring networks more accurately build relationships with more central mentors. Furthermore, the results suggest that this effect is significant for younger employees who are in their initial periods of career. Implications, limitations, and avenues for future research are discussed.

        하수처리장에서의 도시지역 비점오염원 부하량의 산정 1. 강우시 하수처리장 유입수 산정을 위한 SWMM 매개변수 추정

        Main objectives of sewer system are flood disaster prevention by storm water exclusion and water quality preservation by sewage exclusion. At wet weather periods, the quantity and quality of wastewater treatment plant influent is variation by rain. The influent characteristics of wastewater treatment plant are very important factors of the wastewater treatment plant operation. If we want to estimate nonpoint source pollution of wastewater treatment plant, we need to know the influent characteristics of rainy seasons. Mike SWMM(stormwater management model), Mike Urban, XP-SWMM based SWMM(US EPA) are used for simulation of the wastewater treatment plant influent characteristics. The parameters estimation methods for the quantity simulation of SWMM were well developed. But, the parameters estimation methods for the wastewater quality characteristics by SWMM simulation is increasing interest recently. This study used surface response analysis method for the parameters estimation for the quality simulation of SWMM. Which method can save the times and get the same answers of every trial. The optimum parameters value of SWMM for influent concentration of wastewater treatment plant are as following. For BOD concentration, the maximum buildup is 1.0, time exponential is 0.03, washoff coefficient is 0.8 and washoff exponential is 2.0, respectively. For TN concentration, maximum buildup is 2.2, buildup rate is 0.88, washoff coefficient is 0.46 and washoff exponential is 0.9, respectively. For TP concentration, maximum buildup is 0.55, buildup rate is 0.40, washoff coefficient is 0.19 and washoff exponential is 0.99, respectively.
