        주제어 분석을 통한 관광자원 관련 국내 연구동향 분석 - 언어 네트워크 기법을 활용하여 -

        관광자원은 관광학 뿐만 아니라 타 학문에서도 비중있게 다루어지는 주제로서, 기존 연구에 대한 동향을 살펴보는 것은 학문적 기반을 다지는데 도움이 될 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 주된 목적은 국내에서의 관광자원 연구동향을 분석하는 것이며, 이를 위해 내용 분석을 실시하였다. 관광자원 관련 464편의 연구논문을 언어 네트워크 기법을 통해 분석한 결과 ‘개발’과 ‘문화’, ‘가치’와 ‘만족’ 등의 단어들이 출현빈도도 높고 중심성도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 관광자원에 대한 최대 이슈는 자원을 개발하자는 내용으로 판명되었고, 그 중에서 전통문화를 활용하는 방안이 주로 연구 된 것으로 분석되었다. 시기별로 분석한 결과를 보면 1970-1980년대(1972-1990년)의 주요 단어는 개발, 정책, 전통, 문화로 나타났으며, 1990년대(1991-2000년)의 주요 단어는 개발, 문화, 평가, 가치로 나타났고, 2000년대(2001-2010년)의 주요 단어는 문화, 가치, 개발, 생태로 나타났으며, 2010년대(2011-2017년)의 주요 단어는 문화, 개발, 유산, 가치로 나타났다. 이는 자원의 개발에 대한 연구는 초창기부터 지속되고 있으나 2000년대 이후에는 조금씩 다양한 형태의 연구주제들이 나타나고 있다. 전반적인 시대흐름이 개발과 보전의 양립을 중시하고 있으며, 지속가능한 형태로의 변화를 모색하고 있기 때문에 점차 하드웨어적 개발보다는 자원에 대한 해설 등 소프트웨어적 발전방안에 대한 연구들이 증가하고 있는 것으로 판단된다. 관광자원은 관광객과 시대의 변화에 따라 자원의 가치가 바뀔 수 있다는 점에서 맹목적인 개발보다는 지속가능한 자원의 활용방안이나 자원의 보전방안, 미래가치에 대한 연구들이 지속적으로 진행될 필요가 있다. Tourism resources are topics that are not only studied in tourism but also in other disciplines. Looking at trends in existing research can help to build an academic foundation. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of research on tourism resources in Korea. To do this, this study adopted the content analysis method. As a result of an analysis of 464 research articles related to tourism resources through semantic network techniques, it was identified that words such as 'development', 'culture', 'value' and 'satisfaction' appeared frequently and highly centrally. The biggest issue about tourism resources was determined to be the development of resources, and it was found that methods of utilizing traditional culture were mainly studied. Looking at the results by four study periods, the main keywords from the studies 1) during the period from 1972 to 1990 were ‘development’, ‘policy’, ‘tradition, and ’culture’; 2) those from 1991 to 2000 were ‘development’, ‘culture’, ‘evaluation’, and ‘value’; 3) those from 2001 to 2010 were ‘culture’, ‘value’, ‘development’, ‘ecology’; and 4) those from 2011 to 2017 were ‘culture’, ‘development’, ‘heritage’, and ‘value’. These results indicate that research on the development of resources has been continuing from the early studies but there have been various types of research topics since 2000. However, since the overall trend focuses on the balance between development and conservation and the change into a sustainable form, research on software development methods such as explanations of resources rather than hardware development has been increasing. In the sense that the value of tourism resources can be changed according to the changes of tourists and the times, it is necessary to continue research on sustainable resources utilization, resource conservation planning and future value rather than blind development.

        제주지역 중국인 유학생들의 여가제약이 여가만족에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study were (1) to identify the dimensions of leisure constraints and leisure satisfaction of Chinese students in Jeju Island, Korea, (2) to determine differences between the groups by personal situational variables such as the spending money for the month, the length of stay for their study in Jeju Island, grade point average as their school performance, participation in part-time jobs, and the level of Korean language skill with respect to the dimensions of leisure constraints, and (3) to examine how these constraints were related to their leisure satisfaction. 268 surveys of Chinese students were used for this study and the data analyses of factor analysis, ANOVA and t-tests, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. The results demonstrated as follows: first, the five factors of leisure constraints including intrapersonal, interpersonal, informational, time, and economical constraints were extracted. Second, the significant differences found in the dimensions of leisure constraints between the groups by personal situational variables. Third, the dimensions of leisure satisfaction were negatively and/or positively influenced by leisure constraints. On the whole, this study implies that the dimensions of leisure constraints and level of satisfaction are different from personal situations, types of leisure activities participated in, and level of community or social supports to provide opportunities for their leisure participation.

        제주방문 일본인 여성관광객의 관광행동 분석

        본 연구에서는 제주방문 일본인 여성관광객의 관광행동 특성을 분석하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2013년 제주연구원에서 실시한 ‘관광환경변화에 따른 일본인 관광객 유치전략’연구에서 사용한 설문조사 자료 중 본 연구에 필요한 설문항목을 추출하여 분석을 실시했다. 분석결과, 연령은 50-60대가 가장 많았고, 고졸 및 대졸의 학력으로 전업주부가 많은 비중을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 관광특성을 살펴보면, 단체여행의 비중이 56.4%로 높게 나타났고, 여행목적지 선택이유로 ‘자연경관이 수려함’ , ‘섬 관광지로 휴양하기 좋음’ 등으로 나타났다. 또한 제주에서 경험한 주요 관광활동 및 인상 깊은 관광활동으로 자연경관 감상, 도보/트레킹, 자연자원 탐방으로 나타났다. 제주여행에 대한 평가는 숙박시설 및 개별관광지 매력도가 가장 만족도가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 그 다음으로 종사원의 친절과 전문성, 치안/안전성, 음식의 질, 식당시설 순으로 나타났다. 반면에 유흥/오락/나이트라이프, 언어소통, 교통수단은 다른 항목에 비해 다소 만족도가 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 개선이 필요함을 시사했다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 제주특별자치도 일본인 여성관광객 유치확대를 위한 전략을 수립하는데 유용한 데이터를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. This study analyzed the characteristics of Japanese women tourists’ travel behaviour in Jeju. To accomplish the purpose of the study, the research data from Japanese tourists visited in Jeju were used and the questionnaire items needed for this study were extracted and analyzed using the research data of ‘Marketing Strategy for Attracting Japanese Tourists : Resulted from Changes in Tourism Trends’. The results were as follows: Age was the highest in the 50-60 age group and education has a high percentage of high school graduates and college graduates. Also, more than half of the jobs were full-time housewives. In case of the results of the characteristics of travel tourism behaviour, the proportion of package travel was high and the reasons for choosing the tourism destination is that the scenery is beautiful, and it is good to be able to enjoy the island sightseeing spot, etc. The evaluation of Jeju tourism showed that the satisfaction of accommodation and individual attractions was the highest, followed by the kindness and professionalism of employees, security/safety food quality, and restaurant facilities. On the other hand, entertainment/nightlife, language communication, and transportation were somewhat less satisfactory than other items. From the results of this study, it will be possible to provide useful data for developing a strategy for expanding the attraction of Japanese women tourists in Jeju.

        크루즈 기항지의 서비스가 크루즈 관광객의 여행만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향

        크루즈 관광산업은 부가가치를 창출하는 융복합 산업으로 지역산업에 미치는 파급효과가 크다. 이러한 관점에서 기항지가 제공하는 서비스들이 관광만족에 미치는 영향은 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 크루즈 기항지인 제주도를 방문한 크루즈 방문객 대상으로 기항지 서비스 요인을 파악하고 관광만족에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는데 있다. 이를 위해 크루즈 관광 서비스 등 문헌조사를 통해 기항지 서비스 유형을 조사하였고, 구조화된 설문지를 구성하여 유효표본 357부를 확보하였다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 기항지 인프라 서비스, 기항여행 서비스, 기항선택속성 등 기항지 서비스 유형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 기항지 서비스는 부분적으로 관광만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기항지 서비스는 부분적으로 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 이는 기항여행 서비스와 기항지 선택속성이 관광만족에 중요함을 의미한다. 이러한 연구결과는 향후 크루즈 기항지 마케터들이 기항지 서비스 구성 및 제공시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. It has been known that cruise tourism adds value in the local industry and its impacts on regional economy are tremendous. From this point of view, identifying services provided by a cruise ship port, cruise tourists’ satisfaction, and their behavioral intentions are significant issues at cruse destinations. The main purpose of this study was to identify significant service factors at the cruise ship port that have an influence on cruise tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty in Jeju Island. To achieve the study purpose, a structured survey questionnaire was developed on the basis of reviewing related literatures. The survey was conducted through personal interviews at the Jeju Cruise Ship Port. In total, 386 useable samples were collected during the period from September 11 to October 29, 2012. According to the factor analysis using 15 attributes related to services at a cruise ship port, three service factors were extracted: ⑴ infra-services, ⑵ shore excursion services, and ⑶ attributes affecting the selection of shore excursions. Regression analyses indicated that two service factors(shore excursion services and attributes affecting the selection of shore excursions) significantly influence cruise tourists’ satisfaction and loyalty. Findings in this study may be insightful and useful information to marketers or managers at cruise ship ports.

        제주밭담 농업 시스템의 세계중요농업유산 등재에 따른 지역주민의 관광영향 인식과 지속가능한 관광개발 지지도

        This study was to attempt to analyze the relationships between residents’ perception of tourism impacts and support for sustainable tourism development in accordance with the registration of Jeju Batdam Agricultural System as Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS). For this study, four villages which have been included in the World Natural Heritage in Jeju Island and planned for the pilot project of Jeju Batdam Agriculture system were first selected as the study sites and their residents were the study population. This study provides the following results and implications: first, residents who are residing in the villages where have been well-developing with the tourism industry are more likely to have more positive perceptions of tourism impacts and stronger supports for sustainable tourism development. Second, residents who are highly related to the tourism industry are more likely to have more positive perceptions of tourism impacts and stronger supports for sustainable tourism development. Third, residents who believed that Jeju Batdam Agriculture system would be contributed to the regional economic growth and agricultural heritage preservation are more likely to have more positive perceptions of tourism impacts and stronger supports for sustainable tourism development.

        코로나19에 따른 관광위기관리전략에 대한 탐색적 연구 : 제주도를 중심으로

        The tourism industry is structurally vulnerable to changes in the external environment, and strategies for responding to the tourism crisis have become important for island tourist destinations that are highly dependent on the tourism industry. Therefore, this study intends to conduct an exploratory study for a suitable tourism crisis strategy for Jeju, a representative island tourist destination. To this end, first, the basic theories and phenomena related to the tourism industry and the tourism crisis were discussed. Second, we looked at the types of tourism crises and factors that caused them. Third, major policies due to tourism crisis factors and changes due to Corona-19 were explored through major indicators. Lastly, a tourism crisis management strategy suitable for the characteristics of Jeju tourism was established by diagnosing the number of tourists and tourism crisis factors by year in Jeju. The results of such exploratory research are meaningful as basic data that presents crisis management strategies for Jeju tourism, and are expected to be data that can be used at a practical level in response to coronavirus 19. However, since this study has research limitations in terms of exploratory research, future research will require political research

        제주지역 해수욕장 품질에 대한 이용객들의 지각과 만족

        본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 해수욕장 품질 중 어떠한 품질요인이 관광객만족에 영향을 주는지 알아보고자 한다. 둘째, 인구통계학적 특성과 이용객 특성에 따라 해수욕장 품질인식의 차이점을 파악하고자 한다. 마지막으로 도출된 연구결과를 토대로 향후 해수욕장 이용객의 만족도 향상을 위한 유용한 관리정보를 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구는 제주도 이호, 중문, 표선 해수욕장을 방문한 내국인 관광객을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사는 2009년 8월 21일-23일까지 해수욕장 개장기간내에 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 개별 면접조사방식으로 진행하였다. 시사점으로는 첫째, 해수욕장 품질을 본 연구에서는 9가지 요인(시설, 환경성, 수상스포츠, 물리성, 서비스수준과 안락함, 소음과 혼잡도, 지형성, 안전성, 편리성)으로 세분화되었다. 둘째, 개별 해수욕장에 내재된 특성에 따라 해수욕장 품질에 대한 이용객의 인식차이가 있다는 것이다. 수상스포츠는 중문해수욕장, 안전성은 이호해수욕장이 우수하다고 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 이용객 만족에 영향을 미치는 해수욕장 품질로는 서비스수준과 안락함, 안전성, 환경성 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 해수욕장에 하드웨어적인 시설을 갖추는 것도 중요하지만, 해수욕장 관리를 체계적으로 할 경우 개선이 가능한 소프트웨어적인 요소가 이용객 만족에 더 큰 영향을 미친다는 것을 의미한다. This paper examined beach users` perception on beach quality and satisfaction in Jeju Island. Three beaches such as Leeho, Jungmoon, and Pyosun were selected for this study, because they are obviously representative beaches of Jeju Island. Personal interview method using self-administered questionnaires was used to collect the data, including beach users` perceived assessment and satisfaction of those beaches. The field survey was conducted three days during the 2009 summer peak seasons. The results are as follows: First, this study was divided 9 factors(facility, environment, water sports, physical property, service level and comfort, noise and congestion, topography, safety, convenience) at beach quality. Second, facility, water sports, convenience were the most significant impact on the beach users` overall satisfaction. In addition, the beach users` perceptions of quality and satisfaction were not only influenced by the specific characteristics of each beach, but also depended on the diverse features of beach users. The findings suggest that the development of sustainable beach management strategies should be based on beach characteristics and different tourism markets.

        해양축제의 환경단서가 방문객의 긍정적 감정, 지각된 가치, 전반적 만족 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of festival environmental cues on emotional responses, perceived value, overall satisfaction, and behavioral intentions utilizing structural equation modeling. A self-administered survey was conducted for domestic tourists during the period from November 7 to 9, 2014 at the Bangeo Festival site around Moseulpohang Port in Seogwipo-si, Jeju island. The 327 useable surveys were collected. There are four important findings. First, the construct of festival environmental cues are composed of the four components performing exploratory factor analysis: program and benefits, convenience and cleanliness, food & beverage and related services, and information and guide. Second, positive emotion, overall satisfaction, and perceived value are directly, positively influenced by the festival environmental cues. Third, perceived value, overall satisfaction, and behavioral intentions are directly, positively influenced by positive emotionall responses. Fourth, there exist positive relationships between perceived value and behavioral intentions and between overall satisfaction and behavioral intentions. The study results help clarify the roles of festival environmental cues on positive emotion, perceived value, overall satisfaction, and behavioral intentions, and contribute to a better understanding of festival attendees’ behavior. In addition, it is expected that the study findings help build detailed strategies for marketing activation and improvement of the festival quality and customer services.

        네트워크 분석기법을 활용한 해양관광 관련 국내 연구동향 분석 -연구의 주제어 변화를 중심으로-

        Identifying research trends in the specific field of the study is fundamentally insightful and meaningful in that in can help to understand the constantly changing research paradigm, as well as present future research directions in a particular field. This study attempted to identify trends and changes in domestic marine tourism studies. To analyze this, 245 previous related studies during the period from 1989 to 2014 were collected and reviewed. According to results from the network analysis using keywords of searched studies, overall, the word “development” was the most closely associated keyword with marine tourism. The second and third closely associated words were “sports” and “leisure.” “Resource” and “value” follow in that order. Nonetheless, results by the three study periods (1989-2000; 2001-2010; and 2011-2014) showed that keyword in domestic marine tourism research have been widely connected with new themes and many other issues including residents’ recreation, economy, culture, marketing, storytelling, festivals/events, visitors’ motivation, images, experiences, and satisfaction, and so on.

        지역축제의 서비스품질, 지각된 가치, 만족, 충성도의 영향 관계

        본 연구의 목적은 이호테우축제 참가자의 서비스 품질, 지각된 가치, 만족, 충성도의 영향 관계를 구조방정식모형을 통해 조사하는 것이다. 본 연구는 348명의 축제 참가자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수행되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 축제 서비스품질요인은 축제프로그램, 축제안내와 서비스, 축제음식, 축제장소 요인으로 구분되었다. 둘째, 서비스품질은 지각된 가치, 만족, 충성도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지각된 가치는 만족에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 지각된 가치와 만족은 충성도에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 서비스품질이 충성도에 미치는 직접효과 보다 지각된 가치와 전반적 만족의 매개를 통한 충성도에 미치는 간접효과가 더욱 큰 것으로 나타났다. 참가자 충성도는 서비스품질이 지각된 가치나 만족과 함께 고려될때 더욱 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. The purposes of this study are to identify the relationships between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty for IhoTewoo festival through a structural equation model. This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. Thus, customer loyalty will be stronger when service quality is matched with perceived value and/or overall satisfaction, meaning that multiple factors play a significant role in determining customer loyalty.
