        직장 신경내분비종양의 국소절제술 후 추적관찰 결과

        Purpose: Neuroendocrine tumor is a rare tumor in the rectum, but incidence has been increasing. Local excision is an option for treatment of small tumors, and transanal excision or endoscopic resection can be undergone. But indications for local excision have not been established yet. This study was to compare the long-term oncologic outcomes between transanal excision and endoscopic resection for rectal neuroendocrine tumor. Methods: Patients diagnosed and treated with rectal neuroendocrine tumor from 2000 to 2015 were collected prospectively, and medical records were analyzed retrospectively. Results: Forty patients were included, mean age was 50.20±13.35 years (male:female=23:17). Transanal excision and endoscopic resection were performed in 28 (70%) and 12 (30%) patients, respectively. Mean tumor size was 0.63±0.37 cm, and tumor location was 5.45±1.89 cm from anal verge. Tumor location was more distal rectum in transanal excision (5.04±1.73 cm vs. 6.42±1.98 cm, P=0.049). Pathologic T stage was T1 in all patients. Most of the patients (90%) showed tumor grade 1. After median 24 months (range, 0–86 months) follow-up, one patient (2.5%) experienced local recurrence. The patient underwent further transanal excision. There was no mortality after local excision. Conclusion: Local excision is a safe and effective treatment for small-sized neuroendocrine tumors in rectum.

        교육용 해양 콘텐츠 활용 및 서비스 방안

        IT와 인프라는 BT, NT, CT 등의 분야와 융·복합을 통해 새로운 산업 및 수요 창출에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며, 정보기술의 융합화 및 클라우드 컴퓨팅(Cloud Computing)의 확산으로 정보기술 서비스 환경이 변화되고 있다. 교육 분야에서도 다양한 IT 기술을 접목한 융·복합 콘텐츠의 출현이 가속화되고 있으며, 교육용 학습기기가 PC 위주에서 모바일 미디어 플랫폼으로 확장됨에 따라 시간·장소·기기의 제약이 없는 학습이 가능해 지고 있다. 스마트 교육에 필요한 콘텐츠는 가상현실 기술과 체감형 시뮬레이션 기술, 3D입체 기술 등을 활용한 연구개발과 다양한 콘텐츠 제작이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해양 생물 및 환경에 대해 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠로 제작하고, 흥미 유발을 통한 학업 성취도를 높이고 개별화된 맞춤형학습을 위한 교육용 해양 콘텐츠의 활용 및 서비스 방안에 대해 제시하고자 한다. There has been an increasing interest in new industry and demand creations by the convergence and integration between IT and infrastructure and BT, NT, and CT and the convergence of IT and spread of cloud computing have changed the IT service environment. Even in the educational field, the convergence and integration of contents with various IT have rapidly emerged and learning equipments for the educational purpose have expanded to the mobile media platform from PCs so that learning without limitations to time, place and equipment has become possible. Contents necessary for the smart education are under way by research development utilizing cyber reality and simulation, and 3D technologies. The purpose of this study is to propose marine contents use and service plans for the educational purpose in order to produce various types of contents for the marine life and environment, to improve the school achievement by stimulating interest and to provide individually customized learning.

        문화·관광 자원의 구글어스 Uploading을 위한 3D 객체 단순화

        세계 여러 나라들은 전통문화를 바탕으로 국익증진과 경쟁력 향상을 위해 문화콘텐츠의 개발 및 홍보방식에 새로운 변화와 개혁을 추진하고 있다. 또한, 국민의 생활수준과 삶의 질이 높아짐에 따라 전통 문화의 향유를 위한 다양한 요구가 증가하고 있으며, 문화재 환경이 갈수록 복잡하고 다양해지면서 체계적인 관리와 보존 방안이 필요하다. 이러한 관점에서 웹을 이용한 지형공간정보 제공서비스는 위성사진이나 지형, 3D 뷰잉 등 다양한 형태의 서비스를 제공함으로써 사용자가 특정지역의 구체적 공간정보를 얻을 수 있도록 하고 있다. 특히, 3D 모델링을 이용한 지형공간정보는 구축비용이나 운용, 유지의 어려움 때문에 국한된 공간에서만 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전통 건축물 및 문화관광 자원을 3D 객체 단순화를 통해 구글어스에 효과적으로 업로딩하기 위한 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Different countries around the world, using their traditional culture as a background, are promoting new changes and reformation in development and publicity method of cultural contents to promote national interests and to increase their competitiveness. Also, as the citizen’s standard of living and quality of living goes up, various demands for the enjoyment of traditional culture goes up accordingly as well. As the cultural assets environment become more complicated and diverse, there is a need for systematic management and preservation plan. Keeping these viewpoints in mind, the geo-spatial information provision service using the web provides various forms of services such as satellite imagery, terrain, and 3D viewing, enabling the user to gain concrete spatial information on specific areas. The geo-spatial information using 3D modeling is done only in limited spaces because of construction expenses or difficulties in management and maintenance. In this thesis, I would like to propose Effective method for the GoogleEarth Uploading through simplification of 3D object for the publicity of traditional buildings and Cultural Resources and Tourist Attractions.

        이중결함가설에 근거한 취학 전 단순언어장애아동의 읽기장애 요인

        Specific language impairment is closely related to reading disability. The double-deficit hypothesis is very effective in explaining the characteristics of reading disabilities in the Korean language. In the double-deficit hypothesis, the major factors of reading disabilities, phonological awareness and naming speed, were analyzed to provide the mediation strategy to improve the early reading ability for children with specific language impairment.The double-deficit hypothesis can also explain the possibilities that children with specific language impairment will show both a defect of phonological awareness and naming speed, and therefore will have reading disability. In both groups in this study, phonological awareness and naming speed were predicting factors for reading ability and this supported the double-deficit hypothesis. Therefore a phonological awareness training program at the syllable level on syllable blending and the mediation strategy of naming speed on naming speed of numbers should be applied for children with deficits in both phonological awareness and naming speed.

        GUI 어플리케이션 제어를 위한 제스처 인터페이스 모델 설계

        사용자 인터페이스 기술은 CLI(Command Line Interfaces), GUI(Graphical User Interfaces)를 거쳐 NUI(Natural User Interfaces)로 발전하고 있다. NUI는 멀티터치, 모션 트래킹, 음성, 스타일러스 등 다양한 입력형식을 사용한다. 기존 GUI 어플리케이션에 NUI를 적용하기 위해서는 이러한 장치관련 라이브러리 추가, 관련 코드 수정, 디버그 등의 과정이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 기존 이벤트 기반 GUI 어플리케이션의 수정 없이 제스처 기반 인터페이스를 적용할 수 있는 모델을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 모델을 명세하기 위한 XML 스키마를 제시하고, 3D 제스처와 마우스 제스처 프로토타입 개발을 통해 제안모델의 활용방안을 보인다. NUI(Natural User Interfaces) has been developed through CLI(Command Line Interfaces) and GUI(Graphical User Interfaces). NUI uses many different input modalities, including multi-touch, motion tracking, voice and stylus. In order to adopt NUI to legacy GUI applications, he/she must add device libraries, modify relevant source code and debug it. In this paper, we propose a gesture-based interface model that can be applied without modification of the existing event-based GUI applications and also present the XML schema for the specification of the model proposed. This paper shows a method of using the proposed model through a prototype.

        충수돌기에서 기인한 고등급 복막가성점액종의 반복적인 용적축소수술의 임상적 고찰

        Purpose: To evaluate the effect of repeated debulking surgery for high-grade pseudomyxoma peritonei (PMP) originating from the appendix. Methods: Between January 1998 and December 2014, fifty patients, who underwent debulking surgery for high-grade PMP originating from the appendix, were obtained from a prospectively collected database and retrospectively analyzed. Two groups according to the number of operations were divided and analyzed. Results: A total of 118 operations were performed. Thirty-one patients received more than two operations. The median interval between operations was 18.2 months (range, 2–170 months). Complications developed after 26 operations (22.0%), including ileus (n=10), intra-abdominal fluid collection (n=7), surgical site infection (n=5), and others. There were two mortalities within 30 days after operation. Between two groups of patients who received one operation only and patients who received more than two operations, transfusion, diversion operation, and postoperative complication rate showed statistically significant differences. Two groups of patients had no differences in overall survival rates. Conclusion: Our results indicate that the number of operations does not affect the survival rate of high-grade appendiceal PMP, in which repeated debulking surgery is vital to relieve symptoms of the tumor burden.

      • 탈지구자기장이 초파리 집단의 선택불리에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 전북 김제시 청하의 자연집단 야생형 초파리와 성연관 골연변이형 호아색체-백색안 초파리를 Helmholtz coils 장치를 사용해서 유도한 탈지구자기장내 초파리 집단과 비교집단인 지구자기장내 초파리 집단으로 사육해서 발생된 성적 선택빈도를 조사하여, 선택불리에 관한 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 야생형 유전자를 운반한 염색체의 선태빈도는 25세대까지 전체 평균빈도가 위의 두 집단에서 각각 0.7284,0.7360으로 관찰되었다. 이 결과는 탈지구자기장내 초파리 집단에서 더 강한 선택불리를 보여 주었다. 성연과 돌연변이형 yω 유전자를 운반한 염색체의 선택빈도는 위의 각각의 조절된 자기장내의 초파리 집단에서 각각0.0256, 0.0191로 관찰되었다. 이 결과는 탈지구자기장내 초파리 집단보다 지구자기장내 초파리 집단에서 더 강한 선택불리 행동을 보여 주었다. 초파리 집단의 전체 평균 발생율은 위의 초파리 집단에서 각각 32.10%, 67.90%로 관찰 되었다. 이 결과는 지구자기장내 초파리 집단의 발생율이 상대적으로 높은 수치로 조사되었다. Duncan's multiple range test와 LSD 값으로 유의 차이를 검정하였던 바 야생형 그룹과 다른 3개의 돌연변이형 그룹 사이에서 고도의 유의 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다. To elucidate the genetic behavior of selective disadvantage among sex-linked mutants of Drosophila melanogaster vred and kept by the genetic study laboratory room, Wonkwang University and wild type collected at Chongha, Kimje city, Chollabuk-do, and reared under the in fluence of two different strength of magnetic field, this study i.e., the without magnetic field generated by Helmholtz coils and the ambient magnetic field, this study was carried out at the above indicated laboratory room. The mean selective frequencies of wild type gene-carrying chromosomes up to twenty-fifth generation, affected by two different magnetic fields, showed 0.7284 and 0.7360 with the magnetic field strength as mentioned other before. The data explains that Drosophila melanogaster population reared in the without magnetic field showed stronger selective disadvantage. The selective frequencies of the individual of yω gene-bearing chromosomes showed 0.0256 and 0.0191 by the same order of magnetic field strength indicate above. It was shown that the fly population reared at the ambient magnetic field cleared the relatively stronger selective disadvantage. The over-all mean emergence rates of Drosophila melanogaster populations reared in controlled magnetic fields indicated above showed 32.10% and 67.90% respectively higher emergence rate than the without magnetic field population. Through Duncan's multiple range test and LSD value, the highly significant differences between the wild type and anyone of the other mutants were calculated.

      • Helm-Holtz coil裝置 초파리集團의 選擇不利에 관한 遺傳學的 硏究

        In order ot elucidate the genetic behavior of sexually selective disadvantage between visible mutants and wild type of Drosophila melanogaster in the Helm-Holtz coil apparatus without the ambient magnetic filed, this study was carried out From the result of the present experiment, the frequencies of all the flies between in the apparatus and .in the ambient field showed that the mutants decreased and the wild type increased according to the process of the generations. The whole average frequencies of the + gene-bearing chromosomes on the selective advantage through initial to twenty five generations in the apparatus and in the field were 72.84%, and 73.60%, respectively. It was observed that the sexually selective disadvantage of the + gene of wild type in the apparatus were higher than 'hat in the field. Each frequency on the sexually selective advantage rates of the yw gene-bearing chromosomes showed as 2.56% in the apparatus and as 1.91% in the field. Thus the selective disadvantage of the farmer was lower thatn that of the latter. The average frequencies of the w and the y gene-bearing chromosomes in the selective advantage rates were nearly the same under both conditions of the apparatus and the field showing 0.07%, 0.08% and 0.03%, 0.03%, respectively. The percentage of progeny due to eggs Lying by mated females on a complete food in the apparatus and in the field was found that each frequency in the whole average frequencies revealed 35.23% in the apparatus and 64.77% in the field. This suggested that the frequencies of all the flies in the apparatus decreased to nearly half of that of them in the field. The average frequency of each gene through initial to twenty five generations in the apparatus and in the field was calculated to be 72.84% and 73.60% in + gene. 2.56% and 1.91% in yw gene, 0.07% and 0.08% in w gene, 0.03% and 0.03% in y gene, respectively. From these data, the yellow bodied mutant was the highest in selective disadvantage and weakened in order of wild, yellow-white and white eyed mutant And summarized are that, as to the gene frequencies of wild, yellow-white, white, and yellow of Drosophila melanogaster, strength and weakness of selective disadvantage was varied due to X-linked genes.
