        일회성 농구운동이 청소년의 혈압과 혈관경직도에 미치는 영향

        This study was to investigate the effects of acute basketball program on blood pressure and arterial stiffness in adolescent. The subjects of this study were twenty-two male students in a middle school and they were divide into two groups(athletes: n=11, control: n=11). Both group conducted basketball training program for 60 min(warm-up: 5 min, main exercise: 50 min, cool down: 5 min). The result of this study is following : systolic and diastolic blool pressure show the no change in athletes group but control group significantly decreased compared to baseline. In the changes of arterial stiffness, ABI(R) and ABI(L) significantly decreased in control group and exercise group respectively compared to baseline. Both group PWV(R) significantly decreased more than baseline, while there was no difference between the groups. In conclusion, regardless of blood function and ages, physical activity can contribute to improvement of blood health. Therefore, aerobic exercise will be able to prevent metabolic syndrome(include cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, obesity) in adult.

        관상동맥질환자에게 일시적 레크리에이셔널댄스운동이 혈관 경직도와 중심동맥압에 미치는 영향

        Arterial stiffness and central blood pressure are the surrogate markers of non invasive method anticipating cardiovascular disorders to the patients with coronary artery disease. Its numerous merits to the patients with coronary artery disease in relatively older age, research results of recreational dance are still insufficient. Thus, this study implemented acute recreational dance to 10 patients with coronary artery disease, who underwent coronary intervention, and analyzed the effects 20 minutes before and after exercise respectively. We measured brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity (ba-PWV) and central blood pressure. The ba-PWV was measured using VP-1000 plus (Omron Healthcare Co., Ltd., Kyoto, Japan)and central blood pressure was HEM-9000AI(Omron Healthcare Co., Ltd., Kyoto, Japan). As a result, pulse wave velocity, which indicates arterial stiffness, reduced positively, but it was not statistically significant. Nevertheless, it showed positive and statistically significant change in blood pressure of brachial artery, pulse pressure and central arterial pressure.

        관상동맥질환 환자에게 실시한 수영운동과 걷기운동이 혈류매개 확장반응과 혈관내피전구세포 발현에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to effects of swimming exercise and walking exercise for 10 weeks in patients with a coronary-artery disease on their flow mediated dilation (FMD) and the expression level of endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs). A patient group of 18 subjects were recruited, a walking exercise was carried out (n =10), and a swimming exercise was carried out (n = 8). The two exercises are types of the same aerobic exercise preferred by a lot of patients, but there are very insufficient grounds for scientific studies of swimming exercise as compared to those of the walking exercise. For measurement, this study measured their body composition, FMD and EPCs. As a result of this study, it turned out that there were no statistically significant changes in the expression level of EPCs and FMD in the patients with a coronary-artery disease, who carried out the swimming exercise than in those who carried out the walking exercise, but there was an effect between the times after carrying out the two exercises. In this result, since the swimming exercise and the walking exercise are the same aerobic exercises, there were no statistically significant differences, but both exercises had positive effects, so the importance of the exercises was confirmed.

        운동 프로그램이 비만 청소년의 경동맥 내중막두께와 상완동맥 혈관내피세포 의존성 혈관이완능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 비만 청소년을 대상으로 운동 프로그램이 혈관의 구조와 기능에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 비만 남자 청소년(연령 13-14세, 평균 체질량지수 30±3 kg/m2) 총 20명을 모집하여 운동군(n=10)과 통제군(n=10)으로 무선 배정하였다. 운동군은 중정도의 운동강도로 주 3회, 1회 운동 시간 60~90분의 운동을 12주간 실시하였으며, 통제군은 동일 기간 평소 생활습관을 유지하도록 하였다. 운동군과 통제군 모두 운동 참여 전, 후에 체성분 검사, 혈중지질, 인슐린 저항성, 심폐체력, 혈관내피세포 의존성 혈관이완능, 경동맥 내중막 두께를 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 운동 후 운동군에서 체중(p=.001), 체지방율(p=.004), 허리둘레(p=.001)가 유의하게 감소하였으며, 심폐체력(p=.001)이 유의하게 증가하였다. 또한 경동맥 내중막 두께 최대값(p=.043)이 유의하게 감소하였고, 상완동맥 혈관 내피세포 의존성 혈관이완능(p=.001)이 유의하게 증가하였다. 그러나 혈중 지질과 인슐린 저항성은 유의한 개선 효과를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 보면, 비만 청소년을 대상으로 12주간의 운동 참여는 체성분 개선 및 심폐체력 향상과 더불어 혈관구조와 기능에 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔다. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of exercise training program on vascular structure and function in obese adolescents. Twenty obese adolescents (age 13-14 years, male, body mass index 30±3 kg/m2) were randomly assigned to an exercise training group (n=10) and a non-exercise control group (n=10). The subjects in the exercise training group performed supervised aerobic exercise programs with moderate intensity for 12 weeks, 60-90 minutes per session, 3 times per week. Brachial artery flow mediated vasodilatation and common carotid artery intima- media thickness(CIMT) were measured using B-mode ultrasound. There were significant decrease in body weight (p=.001), % body fat (p=.004), waist circumference (p=.001) and increase in cardiorespiratory fitness (p=.001) after 12 weeks exercise program. Maximal CIMT(p=.043), but not mean CIMT(p=.220), and brachial artery flow-mediated vasodilation (p=.001) were significantly improved in the exercise group compared with the control group, while lipid profile and insulin resistance were not significantly improved in the exercise group. These data indicate that 12 weeks exercise training program reduced body weight, improved cardiorespiratory fitness and vascular structure/function in obese adolescents.

        저항성 운동이 고혈압 전단계 및 고혈압 환자의 24시간 활동성 혈압에 미치는 효과

        본 연구에서는 약물 치료를 받고 있지 않는 고혈압 전단계 및 고혈압 환자를 대상으로 저항성 운동이 24시간 활동성 혈압에 미치는 효과에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 약물을 복용하고 있지 않은 고혈압 전단계와 고혈압 환자를 대상으로 하였으며 평균 나이는 62±6세였다. 모집된 총 17명을 대상으로 운동군(n=11)과 통제군(n=6)으로 무선 배정하였다. 운동군은 1RM의 40~60% 강도로 총 9종목의 저항성 운동을 12회 반복횟수로 2세트, 주 3회, 12주간 실시하였다. 통제군은 동일기간 저항성 운동에 참여하지 않았으며, 평소 생활습관을 유지하도록 하였다. 운동군과 통제군 모두 운동 프로그램 참가 전, 후에 신체계측, 최대근력검사, 운동부하검사, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성, 임상혈압 및 24시간 활동성 혈압을 측정하였다. 연구 결과, 최대근력 검사 중 chest press가운동군이 통제군에 비해 유의하게 증가하였다(p=0.020). 그러나 신체계측 지표, 혈중지질 및 인슐린 저항성, 최대산소섭취량에서 시기와 집단간의 유의한 상호작용 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 상완동맥 수축기혈압과 이완기 혈압 모두 감소하였지만 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 24시간 활동성 혈압은 일일평균혈압, 주간혈압, 수면시 혈압 모두 통계적으로 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 결론적으로 본 연구 에서는 저항성 운동이 고혈압 환자의 임상혈압과 24시간 활동성 혈압을 유의하게 개선시키지 못하였다. This study was to investigate the effects of resistance exercise in untreated pre and hypertensive subjects. Twenty-three subjects(62±6yrs) with pre and hypertension were participated in the study. Subjects were randomly assigned to an exercise group(n=11) and a control group(n=6). Exercise group was performed the supervised resistance exercise program with low to moderate intensity(40~60% of 1 RM), 12 repetitions, 2sets, 3 times per week, for 12weeks. Body composition, lipid profiles, insulin resistance, cardiorespiratory fitness, 1 RM test, clinical blood pressure and 24 hour ambulatory pressure were measured at baseline and after 12 weeks intervention. Chest press of 1 RM test was significantly increased in exercise group compared with control group(p=0.020). There were no significant changes in body composition, lipid profiles, insulin resistance, and cardiorespiratory fitness. Clinical blood pressure tended to decrease in exercise group, but 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure was not changed. In conclusion, resistance exercise did not improve clinical and 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure in untreated pre and hypertensive subjects.

        수영 운동과 녹차 섭취가 쥐의 혈중 지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        This study was performed to investigate the effects of green tea and aerobic exercise on lipid metabolism of rats and prevention to cardiovacular disease a useful in drinking green tea and swimming exercise. Exercise is taken using swimming so that two groups are formed: one is for exercise groups(EX, GE) and the other for non-exercise groups (CO, G). In addition the diet-intake amount and body weight, water intake are measured for comparing a green tea ingestion groups(GE, G) with a non-intake groups(CO, G) and then blood lipid components can be analyzed after sixth weeks. Taking into account the blood lipid components analysis, blood total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol and trigriceride of EG group and E group have smaller values then those non-green tea intake group(CO, EX). while HDL/LDL-cholesterol and HDL/T-cholesterol of EG, E group does a largest value then that of non-green tea intake groups(CO, EX) with significant difference (P<.05) ; these. hence, show efficient results for the HDL-cholesterol level, there are no significant difference(P<.05) among each group. Therefore, we can draw conclusion that exercise and green tea intake group(GE) has relatively better results then non-green tea intake groups(EX, CO). through blood lipid and furthermore the effects of earobic exercise is considers to play a supplementary role for the improvement of the blood lipid and liver lipid component.
