      • 전동차 브레이크 스퀼소음 현상 및 개선에 대한 연구

        In this study, experimental and theoretical methods were applied to understand brake squeal noise VVVF rolling stock on tracks, Trailer cars needed to payed a particular attention, because they were the major source of brake noise, VVVF rolling stocks for lines no I of the subway system in Seoul were used for experimental analyses. In order to study brake squeal noise, a dynamometer test at the S&T Brake, Co., which was a manufacturer of brake pads had performed. For measuring vibration and noise, vibration tests of brake parts (brake lining, brake lining head, back plates, etc.) at the SNUT were executed. Also, vibration tests of disc assembly and lining block at the heavy maintenance shop of the Gunja depot were performed. The modal analyses by using an ANSYS which was one of the CAE commercial program were simulated to know the relationship to the mechanism of brake noise. On the based of the tests and the simulations it was found that specific frequencies of the brake parts affected squeal noise, and improvements for reducing squeal noise were proposed.

        There should be a need for measures to build up environmentally friendly transport system with new town for residence being built near metropolitan area. In order to promote the development of station influence area, convenience for public transport users and LRT(Light Rail Transit) construction, request for the speed improvement of urban transit is on the rise for easy access to the metropolitan area. This paper delves into the efficient operation of high speed train suitable for passenger demand estimates, and seeks to ensure integrated transportation system with subway Line 9 following the construction of Gimpo urban railway.

        경량전철사업은 사업초기부터 일정, 비용, 성능(시스템 선정) 등 다양한 이해관계자의 요구조건을 고려하여 시스템 운영 및 용도폐기단계까지의 전 생명주기 동안 시스템 엔지니어링 활동은 필수적이며 경량전철시스템의 무인운전 기능 및 성능 확보를 위해서는 시스템이 어떻게 운영되고 시스템을 구성하고 있는 요소들의 상호 작용 및 정보전달이 어떻게 이루어지는지는 아키텍처 설계 활동을 통하여 나타낼 수 있다. 본 연구는 국제규격 ISO/IEC 15288 기술프로세스 생명주기 모델 기반 및 시스템엔지니어링 전산도구를 활용하여 경량전철시스템 아키텍처설계(논리아키텍처 및 물리아키텍처) 및 기능분석을 통한 차량시스템 어셈블리 및 컴포넌트의 레벨의 아키텍처 모델링 방법을 제시하고자 한다. Light rail project from the beginning of the project by considering the requirements of the various stakeholders, such as schedule, cost, performance, system selection, system operation and usage to disposal stage during the life cycle before the systems engineering activities are essential and light rail systems of unmannedcan be represented through the the activity architecture design and information delivery systems that make up the operating system and the interaction of the elements are done in order to ensure the functionality and performance. In this study, the international standard ISO / IEC 15288 process technology life-cycle model-based systems engineering, computational tools and take advantage of the light rail system architecture design (logical architecture and physical architecture), the level of vehicle systems, assemblies and components through functional analysis and architecture modeling method is proposed.

        As the prefecture railroad construction accelerates unmanned system's reliability and safety is increasing in demand. Accordingly effective management of construction projects for the PM and SE techniques are being applied with the introduction and use of PMIS computerized systems. Due to the construction of railways from the start of PMIS research planning design procurement to construction and commissioning various expertise is being carefully gathered and by integrating it into the unified budget ideas and processes rational efficient organized and manageable financial plans are developed for the computerized system. However the current PMIS does not take into account the life-cycle. This study is to bring attention to the BIM smart BOM-based configuration management for life-cycle through the consideration for railway construction project management.

      • 무인운전경전철시스템의 효과적 운영을 위한 사업초기단계 SE적용방안

        Recently the demand regarding reliability and safety of the railroad are increased as built to Driverless LRT system. Therefore PM and SE technique is applied for efficient management of a construction business. In case of SE(System Engineering) in domestic most foreign companies are doing to lead but we are under effort for the environment that a domestic company can lead. In this study We emphasize to SE importance of pre-business for operation to be effective of Driveless LRT system and propose about activities in the SE at requirements definitions and requirements analysis steps of a highest level. To achieve this We propose SE Application Methods of Pre-Business regarding assistance process of project planning evaluation and control and risk management.

      • 도시철도 차량기지 혁신사례 분석

        Management innovation as a strategic alternative to create competitive advantages in the global market, is being actively progressed by conglomerates such as Samsung, LG and Toyoda as they cut a brilliant figure in the 21 century by using various innovation methods. However, the domestic railway sectors, in particular urban railway depots have neglected management innovation as they undertake Operation and Management in non-competitive settings of a corporate enterprise. This paper analyzes the critical success factors that have switched the most obsolete depots to a benchmark model for domestic railway depots based on the remodeling businesses undertaken in Gunja rolling stock maintenance office, Korea's first urban railway depot, along with 5S 6sigma program.

      • 무인운전 경량전철의 최적 운영비 산출에 대한 연구

        This paper is a feasibility study on the calculation of operating cost in regards to the overall operation following the completion of a number of LRT lines currently in progress. Owing to the absence of operating experience in driveless LRT system at home, the difficulties lie in the assumption of the optimal operating budget applying domestic real situation. Nevertheless, with 34 years of accumulated operating experience in heavy rail transit system, Seoul Metro, the nation"s biggest urban rail transit operator, performs O&M consultancy services for several on-going projects along with every effort to acquire know-how where the appropriateness of the cost estimation as a required deliverable is reviewed and a more efficient way is provided. The main focus of this study is to seek a method to calculate the optimal amount of operating expenses as well as a cost-effective alternative for possible weaknesses from the standpoint of the operator. The body of this paper discusses the five issues such as personnel cost, overhead, maintenance cost, additional purchase price, alternative investment fee from a more macroscopic point of view, and the conclusion deals with the adequacy of the reason for selection of institutions with various operating know-how.

      • 경량전철 차량시스템 이해관계자 요구사항 분석을 위한 시스템엔지니어링 적용기술 연구

        경량전철시스템은 기존 유인운전시스템과는 달리 완전자동무인운전시스템으로 최첨단 기술이 집약된 대형복합시스템이다. 프로젝트 초기부터 운영관련 경쟁력 확보를 고려해야 할 뿐만 아니라, 신뢰성, 확보 등 명확한 사업적 목표가 요구되고 있으며, 보다 다양한 이해관계자들의 요구사항과 철도기술은 고도화로 발전되고 있다. 이에 따라 이해관계자 요구사항에 부합되는 시스템을 공급하기 위해서는 생명주기 관점에서 이해관계자 또는 이해관계자 집단을 식별하고, 식별된 요구사항들을 분석하여 추적관리 할 수 있는 시스템엔지니어링 접근이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC-15288 시스템 생명주기 프로세스 기반의 이해관계자요구사항 정의 및 분석프로세스를 중심으로 연구하였다. LRT is a complex system as a cutting-edge, automated manless operation system and is required to achieve a clear business goal for reliability. Strengthening the competitiveness is considered from the early phase of the project and various stakeholder's requirements and railway technology have been advanced. To provide systems to meet stakeholder requirements, stakeholder or stakeholder's group are identified. Systems engineering that analysis and traces the requirements is needed. Definition of stakeholder's requirements and analysis process of ISO/IEC-15288 system life cycle process are studied.

      • 신교통시스템 도입을 위한 차량시스템에 관한 고찰

        최근 국내에서도 대도시의 도로 교통 혼잡과 그로 인한 환경오염으로 인해 신교통시스템의 중요성이 증대하고 있는 가운데 기존 지하철의 과중한 건설비 및 운영비 부담을 대체할 수단으로서 신교통시스템의 도입에 대해 적극적인 정책을 수립하고 있는 실정이다. 현재의 도시교통의 문제점을 해결하고 미래 도시교통의 모습을 새롭게 만든다는 의미에서 신교통시스템에 대한 분명한 인식과 도입방안에 대한 검토가 시급한 시점으로, 신교통 차량시스템은 효율적인 서비스 제공 및 교통문제 해결을 위해 다양한 형태로 발전해 왔으며, 전용 주행로를 갖는 철도시스템의 장점인 정시성 및 안전성과 버스의 장점인 유연성을 만족시킬수 있는 시스템으로 개발되어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 신교통시스템 도입시 차량시스템 선정시 고려사항 및 기존노면 교통수단과 공용으로 주행로를 사용할 수 있는 차량시스템으로 저상굴절버스, 노면전차, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit,유도 고속차량) 시스템의 해외운행 사례 및 시스템을 비교, 장단점을 중심으로 고찰 하고자 한다. As the increased importance is placed on the new transit systems owing to the environmental pollution caused by the road traffic congestion, the policy for the introduction of the new transit systems as an alternative solution to ease the heavy burden of the construction expenses is being actively established. Since the explicit recognition of such transit systems and the review on the method of its adoption have been a pressing matter in the light of reducing the pending traffic congestion, the development of the rolling stock systems in modes of new transportation has been made in various ways taking into consideration the regional circumstances to alleviate traffic congestion, and offer a more efficient service with the application of their intrinsic characteristics. Such systems also have been developed as a mix of punctuality for railway systems operating on the runway and flexibility for buses. This paper, therefore, deals in more detail with 3 modes of systems such as low-floor articulated buses, GRT(Guided Rapid Transit) and tram cars, and studies the overseas cases of the operation of those systems involving both negative and positive aspects.
