본 연구는 홈트족의 홈트용품에 대한 관여도, 구매의사결정과 구매행동의 관계를 규명하는 것이다. 연구대상은 홈트 경험이 있는 성인들을 모집단으로 총 400부의 설문지를 배분하여 미응답과 불성실한 자료를 제외한 325부를 실제 분석 자료로 사용하였다. 본 연구의 목적을 해결하기 위한 통계방법은 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도, 상관관계, 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 제시된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 홈트족의 홈트용품 관여도 중 상황관여도는 구매의사결정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구매의사결정은 구매행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관여도는 구매행동에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 관여도와 구매행동에 있어 구매의사결정은 매개를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 바탕으로 홈트족의 홈트용품에 대한 관여는 홈트 열풍에 맞추어 발생된 상황관여라 판단할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to investigate how related among the involvement, purchase decision making, purchase behavior of home training equipment. To achieve this purpose, this study performed a statistical method with a questionnaire. The data collected from 325 people who experienced on home training. For analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Cronbach's α, correlation and structural equation modeling were used by the computer using the statistics program SPSS and AMOS. The results of this study can be acquired as follows; First, situational involvement had influence on purchase decision making. Second, purchase decision making had influence on purchasing behavior. Third, involvement had not influence on purchasing behavior. Forth, purchase decision making was mediated on situational involvement and purchasing behavior. The results obtained here may the involvement of the Home training equipment is judged to be a situational involvement that occurred in accordance with the Home training wave.
The purpose of this study is to investigate relations among performance management system of a sports center, wage level, and job satisfaction. For the objects of this study, 350 of employees working for sports centers located in Seoul and Gyoenggi were surveyed and 335 sets of survey data were used for analysis by drawing a sample through a convenient sampling method. Data processing was conducted by using SPSS WIN Ver 14 for frequency analysis and reliability analysis and Amos 7.0 for confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, structural equation model analysis and the results are as following. First, in performance management system of a sports center, bureaucracy, closeness, and evaluation reward were indicated to have an influence on wage level but goal setting was not. Second, in performance management system of a sports center, bureaucracy, closeness, goal setting were indicated to have an influence on job satisfaction but evaluation reward was not. Third, wage level of a sports center seemed to have an effect on job satisfaction.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects on trust and loyalty of perceived relational benefits by purchasers of sporting goods. This study was conducted on 250 customers who purchase repeatedly at the same store by selecting convenience sampling of non-probability sampling method. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to purchasers and skipped 24 copies due to being considered unfaithful. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used with the data collected and following results were concluded. First, the factors which have effects on trust was socialization benefits and specialization benefits. Conversely, both psychological and financial benefits have not exerted on trust and loyalty. Second, both socialization and specialization benefits have exerted on loyalty. Third, trust has exerted on brand loyalty.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the leadership profiles of sport leaders in sport centers. A total of 557 male and female adults ranging from 20 to 65 years old were selected by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. participants. The Questionnaire (Multiple Leadership Questionnaire) was used as the data collection instrument in this study, for question items on leadership types (Transactional and Transformational leadership). For data analysis, a series of one-way analysis of variance were conducted to analyze the differences in leadership styles among demographical characteristics. It was found that there was a significant difference in the leadership types with the sports participating according to demographical characteristics such as sex, age, educational level, occupational type and healthy level But it was found that there was no difference career of work and income level finally, pathway analysis were Leadership type of sports center leaders and transactional leadership factor contingent reward in Organizational Citizenship behavior reality, significant effect to Organizational Citizenship behavior was transformational leadership especially, significant effect to conscientiousness by transformational leadership.
본 연구는 공공스포츠센터 종사자의 전공이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 규명하기 위한 것이다. 이는 체육종사자들의 양질의 서비스 제공과 효과적인 조직형성에 기여할 것으로 예상된다. 연구는 서울 및 경기도 지역에서 10년 이상 공공체육시설에 종사하고 있는 사람들을 대상으로 하였고, 유의적 무작위 추출 방식의 설문조사를 실시하였다. 전체 응답자 중 134명 (89.3%)의 설문지가 회수되었다. 통계분석은 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 상관분석, T-검정 및 분산분석, 가변수 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육 종사자의 전공은 조직몰입에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 정서적 몰입, 관리자와 강사 간 의사소통에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 체육 종사자의 전공은 서비스 지향성에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 체육 전공자여부는 리더 역할, 직무수행에 대한 명확한 이해와 관련되어 있고 직무와 스포츠시설운영의 이해에도 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 시설관리와 주민에게 적절한 서비스를 제공함에 있어서 다수의 문제점이 있다는 것을 보여주었다. 이러한 결과는 공공체육시설의 관리부분에 있어 체계적이고 엄중한 구조 개혁과 다수의 체육전공자들의 배치가 필요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다. This research is to clarify how sports practicians' organizational commitment and service orientation correlate with their work performance, Which is expected to help sports practicians offer good service and do organizational formation effectively. The research was conducted on sports practicians who have been working for 10 years at public sport facilities around Seoul and Gyeonggi Province, with a purposive random sampling survey. The questionnaires were collected from 134 respondents (89.3%). The statistical analysis was conducted with frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, t-test and ANOVA and dummy variable regression. The results of this research are as follows: First, sports practicians showed an affirmative response to organizational commitment. In particular, affective commitment had a positive influence on the communication between supervisor and physical education major. Second, respondents showed a positive response to service orientation, especially, service as a leader and at an encounter had a positive effect on sport expertise and the understanding of sports facilities. This research shows that there are many issues regarding the management of sports facilities, and showed many limitations in offering correct and good services to the public. It suggests that structural reforms should be systematically embarked on in the management of the public sports facilities, and that more physical education majors are called for on that account.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of perceived empirical value of visitors at sports exposition on satisfaction and acceptance intention. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed to participants in SPOEX(Seoul International Sport and Leisure Industry Show) which was held at COEX in Seoul from February 20th to February 23rd, 2014 by using convenience sampling of non-probablity sampling method. As the final validity sample, a total of 364(91%) copies were selected excluding 36 copies determined unfaithfully. SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 19.0 were used with the data collected and following results were concluded. First, Recreation and education have positive influence and conversely, escapism has negative influence among perceived empirical value of visitors in SPOEX. Second, Satisfaction has exerted positive effects on behavioral intention.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between fun factor and level of commitment by exploring the role of sport participation motivation among the college sport club participants. Method: Three hundred seventeen college students (Seoul, Kyung-gi and Choon-nam province) actively participating in school sport club activities completed the questionnaires. Descriptive statistics and factor analyses were performed followed by correlation and multiple regression analyses. Results: The results were as follows. First, internal motivation (+) and no motivation (-) influenced the perception of competence and the practice/benefit of fun factor while internal (+), external (+) and no (- ) motivations influenced the win and competition. External (+) and no (-) motivations influenced the club atmosphere when the relationship between participation motivation and fun factor were examined. Secondly, regarding the relationship between participation motivation and commitment, internal (+), external (+), and no (-) motivation influenced the cognitive commitment while internal (+) and no (-) motivations influenced behavioral commitment. Finally, between the fun factor and commitment relationship, perception of competition and club atmosphere positively influenced cognitive commitment while the perception of competition, practice/benefit, and club atmosphere positively influenced behavioral commitment. Conclusion: In addition to the traditional benefits such as fitness improvement or maintenance, participating in the college club sports activities would have positive impacts on college-life satisfaction and interpersonal relationships. Thus, consequently, such activity may be one of the best candidates for college students to spend their leisure.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship on public sport organizations leaders' sport leadership, innovative activity, organizational commitment and organizational effectiveness. For this study, the samples were collected from employees in public sport organizations by using convenience sampling method. 271(90.3%) questionnaires were finally used for data analysis. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0. and AMOS 17.0. The results were as follows; First, as factors of sport leadership, consideration, resolution and analytical skill do not have an effect on innovative activity except vision. Second, as factors of sport leadership, consideration, vision and resolution have an effect on organizational commitment except analytical skill. Third, innovative activity does not have an effect on organizational effectiveness. Fourth, organizational commitment has an effect on organizational effectiveness.
The purpose of this study is to reveal the degree of devotion according to personal characteristic and the correlation between the organizational citizenship behavior and the devotion to the group. In research participated 288 persons who are working in commercial sport center and sport for all. We used three questionnaires over the personal characteristic. organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment. For data treatment, we utilize SPSS/PC 11 version. operating correlation analysis and multiple regression to grasp the interaction between personal characteristic and organizational citizenship behavior. The result shows that organizational citizenship behavior according to personal characteristic is related to altruistic behavior, sport behavior and participation behavior. organizational commitment is highly related to extrovert, nervousness and congeniality. At the conclusion. relation between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior is related to definition and continuous service commitment. also suggesting sport-industrial organizational citizenship behavior and devotion.
