조직의 서비스지향성이 종업원 직무만족과 조직성과에 미치는 영향

This study attempts to effectively manage service orientation for deluxe hotel buffet restaurant workers in the kitchen organization. For this, the organization`s service orientation in the relationship between employees` job satisfaction and organization performance was empirically tested. A survey was conducted to 300 restaurant employees working in the buffet kitchen of deluxe hotels in seoul. 276 copies of questionnaire were selected to take a regression analysis using Amos 16.0. The results of the test are as follows. First, the effect of service orientation on employee`s job satisfaction showed that service leadership and service system of service orientation were significant factors about it. Second, hypothesis testing for the effect of service orientation on organization performance showed that human resource management of service orientation was a significant factor about it. The effect of employee`s job satisfaction on organizational performance was significant as shown in previous studies. In conclusion, service leadership and service system should be a priority in order to improve service orientation and job satisfaction because employee`s job satisfaction and organization performance have a direct relationship.
세라믹 필터를 부착한 디젤엔진으로부터 배출되는 가스상물질특성에 관한 연구

날로 심각해지고 있는 환경오염문제중에서 자동차로부터 나오는 배출가스가 급격한 자동차수의 증가로 중요성이 증대되고 있으며 특히 자동차는 생활과 밀접한 관계가 있으므로 더욱 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 세계적으로 디젤엔진에서 배출되는 NOx와 입자상물질에 대한 규제를 강화하고 있다. 따라서 대기질개선을 위해서 우리나라도 디젤엔진의 배가스를 감소시키기위한 노력을 기울려야 한다. 본 연구에 사용된 엔진은 3920cc MX6W-2(CUMMNS)이며 Honeycomb ceramic monolith여과재를 이용한 디젤엔진 정화장치에 의한 가스상물질 배출특성에 관하여 연구하였다. Blank test 결과 8모드하에서 CO는 2.93 g/kW-h, THC는 0.72 g/kW-h, NOx는 15.28 g/kW-h, 입자상물질은 0.394 g/kW-h로서 CO와 THC는 기준치이하이지만 NOx와 입자상물질은 기준치를 초과하는 것으로 결과가 나타났다. 따라서 미국의 2000년 기준치와 비교해 볼 때 NOx는 49%이상, 입자상물질은 44.2%이상 저감시켜야 한다는 결과를 얻었다. 11.25"×12"세라믹 필터 장착후의 모드별 가스상물질의 배출량으로 NOx는 15.257g/kW-h, HC는 0.888g/kW-h, CO는 6.340g/kW-h 였다. Blank test와 11.25"×12"세라믹 필터 장착후 가스상물질 배출량을 비교하면 모드별 NOx의 배출량은 1, 2모드에서, THC배출량은 모든 모드에서, CO배출량은 4모드에서 11.25"×12"세라믹 필터 장착후가 blank test보다 높았다. Among increasingly serious environmental problems, the exhaust gas from automobiles was important because the number of car increases rapidly. The cars are closely related to our lives so are subject over our attention. The restriction over NOx and particulate matters out of diesel engine was enhanced worldwide. To improve the atmosphere quality, therefore, we must not lose time to take a measure to reduce exhaust gas from diesel engine. The engine used in this study was diesel 3920cc MX6W-2(CUMMNS) and we studied the characteristic of exhaust gaseous matters using diesel engine purified equipment with Honeycomb ceramic monolith filter. As a result of blanktest in 8 mode, CO was 2.93g/kW-h, THC 0.73g/kW-h, NOx 15.28g/kW-h, particulate matters 0.394g/kW-h. CO and THC were below the standard value but NOx and particulate were above. Compared with the standard value of America in 2000, we have to reduce more than 49% of NOx and over 44.2% of particulate matters. With 11.25"×12" ceramic filter, NOx was 15.257g/kW-h, THC 0.888g/kW-h, CO 6.340g/kW-h. Compared with the amount of gaseous particulate exhaust using 11.25"×12" ceramic filter and blank test, the value of NOx was higher than that of blank test in 1 and 2 mode, THC in every mode and CO in 4mode with 11.25"×12" ceramic filter.
전로제강 슬래그(BOF-Slag)를 이용한 고온탈황에 관한 연구

고온 석탄연료가스의 탈황에 BOF-Slag의 이용가능성을 실험해 보았다. BOR-Slag의 온도, 유량, 탈황제의 특성등이 H₂S 제거효율에 미치는 영향을 조사해 본 결과, 최적의 H₂S 제거효율은 700℃에서 이루어졌고 입자크기가 작을수록 황포집능은 향상되었으나 0.214-0.631mm에서는 큰 영향이 발견되지 않았다. 조업온도 800℃이상에서는 탈황제의 응집으로 내부물질전달저항이 증가하여 탈황제의 반응성이 저하되었다. Experiments have been made to test the practical feasibility of using BOF-Slag to desulfurize hot coal-derived fuel gas. In this study, the effects of particle size, temperature, flow rate and sorbent characteristics on the H₂S removal efficiency of BOF-Slag were investigated. Experimental results showed that the removal efficiency of H₂S was optimum when the temperature was about 700℃ and the smaller sample size, the better sorbent capacity had and the sample size in the range of 0.214∼0.631mm didn't influence. When the temperature was above 800℃, the reactivity of sorbent has lowered because agglomeration of sorbent increased intraparticle transport resistance.
