        온라인 지식거래소에서 디지털 지식상품의 재구매의도 결정요인에 관한 연구

        Recently, the rapid growth of e-Marketplace for digital contents such as knowledge products and its related information products has presented a unique challenge. It would make an easy way to access knowledge and technology to anyone. But still there exist many problems in the transaction process of the knowledge products. Many users still hesitate for a moment to down load a digital product file, if it is charged, even thought he feel that it will be useful for his work. The purpose of this paper is to identify what factors affect to repurchasing knowledge products, also what is mediating variables between them. This paper focus especially on the user's attitude and the service quality factors, such as responsiveness, assurance and credibility, transaction convenience. This paper tests empirically their relationship between the precedents and dependent variables.

        e-Learning 운영기업의 성공요인분석

        Many e-Learning companies are incorporated for the last five years, but most of them are failed or merged by the other company. The main reasons are the absence of competitive strategies and recognition of critical success factors. There are many researches on the critical success factors of Information System OS) and Electronic Commerce(EC). We derived 51 e-Learning success factors from the previous IS and EC researches. We classified the success factors into five dimensions, ① contents management, ② learner management, ③ business strategy. ④organizational support and ability. ⑤ learning management system(LMS). We surveyed the perceived importance of the success factors from the managers of South Korea e-Learning companies. The paper proposed 14 success factors by the exploratory factor analysis. Each dimension has two or three factors which was interpreted by the grouped items definition. The rank of the factors was calculated, as result. system performance and convenience factor was ranked first, and<br/> contents differentiation was next. Finally. we suggested the strategic implications of the highly ranked factors for the e-Learning operation firms.

        만석꾼 지신정 허준선생의 부자정신과 LG/GS그룹 가문의 기업가정신

        본 연구의 목적은 대한민국 기업가정신의 뿌리를 찾는 데 있다. 2018년 7월 10일 한국경영학회는 진주시를 대한민국 기업가정신수도로 선포한 배경에는 우리나라 기업이 세계로 뻗어나가는 데 있어 정신적 지주를 삼을 만한 것이 있기 때문이다. 이러한 정신적사상의 근원으로 우리 조상들이 가장 소중히 여겨온 유학정신을 들 수 있다. 특히, 남명조식 선생의 실천중심의 경의사상(敬義思想)은 대한민국 기업가정신의 근원이라 할 수 있다. 남명 선생의 영향을 받아 실학적 사상이 강한 진주지역 양반 집안의 토지자본가들은농업사회에서 산업화시대로 넘어오자 그 변화를 빨리 감지하고 토지자본을 기업자본으로전환하였다. 이들은 엄격한 유교적 전통을 지키면서 인본주의와 노블레스 오블리주에 바탕을 둔 경영을 통해 오래가는 기업을 만들었다. 이 중에서 LG/GS그룹과 삼성그룹의 창업과 성장에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 인물은 진주시 지수면 승산마을의 만석꾼인 지신정(止 愼亭) 허준(許駿) 선생이었다. 세상을 보는 통찰력이 뛰어난 허준 선생은 선조들이 물러준재산을 잘 지키면서 근검절약과 지혜로 당대에 만석꾼이 되었다. 그가 근검절약하여 모은재산이 오늘날 LG/GS 그룹의 모태인 락희화학주식회사(현, LG 화학)는 물론이며, 삼성그룹의 모태인 삼성물산주식회사 건립의 기초가 되었다. 남명 조식선생의 경의사상과 지신정 허준 선생의 부자정신이 오늘날 LG/GS그룹 가문의 기업가정신인 인화와 인재제일주의, 도전과 개척정신, 정도경영, 부의 사회적 환원과 같은 기업가정신의 뿌리가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 지신정 허준 선생의 부자정신을 연구하고, 그의 후손들이 만든 구씨와 허씨 간의 동업정신 및 기업가정신과 관련된 여러 가지 문헌과 수집된 자료들을 이용하여정리함으로써 진정한 대한민국 기업가정신의 뿌리를 밝히고자 한다. The purpose of this study aims to find the root of Korean Entrepreneurship. On July 10, 2018, the Korean Association of Business Administration declared Jinju City as the Korean Entrepreneurship Capital, because great entreprenuers such as LG Group Chairman Koo In-hoe and Samsung Group Chairman Lee Byung-cheol were grown up. Moreover, their entrepreneurship were influenced by the Confucian Nammyung Cho’s practice-oriented ideology of Gyeongui(敬 義思想) as well as the noblesse oblige of Jishinjeong, Heo Jun. Jishinjeong not only had great insight, but was also very thrifty, so he was able to become very wealthy millionaire. The wealth he accumulated served as the basis for the establishment of LG/GS group as well as Samsung group. This study focused on the noblesse oblige of Jishinjeong, the entrepreneurship of LG Group Chairman Koo In-hoe, and the partnership of LG/GS family from Seungsan village in Jinju. The entrepreneurship of the LG/GS family through this study will provide the philosophical and ideological foundations necessary for CSR & ESG management as well as the economic development of Korea.

        온라인 지식거래시장에서 지식상품의 가격결정요인에 관한 연구

        We are in the era of knowledge and information society in which all peoples are undergoing a rapid transformation in the face of the digital information revolution. Korea has a great competency in information technology application, one of them is knowledge e-Marketplace. Everyday, internet users search information and knowledge for their work thirstily and want to obtain an exact item, so they willing to pay for the digital information or knowledge goods. In the digital knowledge exchange market (e-Marketplace), the pricing policy of the digital knowledge products are different from the tangible ones, because the digital production system have different characteristics than the analog production system. The digital products have massive initial development cost but the marginal costs are approximately zero, because the cost of reproduction and distribution is extremely negligible. We need different pricing policy and strategy in the knowledge e-Markeplace. What factors affect to this decision? This paper suggests the factors that affect to the pricing of the information and knowledge goods. The factors are classified into five dimensions, ie., supplier, customer, informediary, intrinsic knowledge value, and market characteristics. Each factor is surveyed through the explorative method and experience in the e-Marketplace trade.

        e-Book의 가격수용범위에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

        This paper intend to investigate factors that affect on the latitude of price acceptance of e-Book. The paper suggests a probability density function based on the Assimilation-Contrast Theory and Prospect Theory. The function follows Beta distribution which describe the gain and loss function of consumers. The empirical data showed almost same length of upper bound and lower bound from the internal reference price. The paper tested six variables, which influence on the ratio of upper bound to lower bound threshold. The internal reference price and e-Loyalty were influenced on the ratio of latitude at the three e-Book price level. Product involvement just has effect on the ratio at the low price level. On the other hand, the negative factors didn’t influence on the ratio of latitude except price consciousness in the case of women at the low and middle price level. These results give us some important implications. First of all, to increase site loyalty of customers is most important policy for whom have tolerance of payment intention to extend consumer’s loss function. Also, e-Book marketplace operators must have some differentiated pricing policies for the women customers who have price consciousness such as sales promotion and discount coupons.

        디지털 지식상품의 가격수용도와 구매인지부조화 영향요인에 관한 연구

        Digital knowledge and information goods as experience goods have some unique characteristics such as close to zero reproduction and distribution cost, high price volatility, and low price acceptability. For the reasons, the pricing policies of digital knowledge goods are very difficult and complicate. Also, most consumers of digital goods have experienced cognitive dissonance after buying decision. The purpose of this paper is to investigate what factors affect the price acceptability level and cognitive dissonance of digital knowledge goods buyers. This paper suggest a structural model that was established by the cognitive dissonance theory and S-O-R(Stimulus-Organization- Response) model. The model is consisted of four exogenous variables and three endogenous variables. The empirical test and statistical analysis suggest following results and practical implications. The variables such as product involvement and perception of price fairness that have positive roles to price acceptability have strong influence on the all the three endogenous variables. But the variables such as sale proneness and price mavenism that have negative roles to price acceptability have little influence on the all the three endogenous variables. In the model, the payment intention was very important mediating variable between exogenous variables and two dependent variables, ie. price acceptability and cognitive dissonance. These results imply that the digital knowledge portals must have some differentiated pricing policies to the customers who have price consciousness and price mavenism. Also, they need some special promotions to whom have positive attitude to the value of digital goods.

        IT 부서 종사자의 정서고갈, 직무만족 및 이직의도의 관계

        Most excellent IT engineers in the organization sometimes gave up halfway because of weak employment condition and emotional exhaustion. The turnover of high achievement manpower would affects to the performance of organization as well as motivation of fellow workers. Nowadays, IT is strategic weapon in the organizations confronted with a keen competition. The personnel management of IT department is the key to the success in the strategic management. The more the organization emphasize the role of IT department, the more IT workers will get job performance pressure. That`s why most IT workers are feel emotional exhaustion and not satisfied with their job. There are many factors that affect to the decision of turnover and leaving the organization. The intention to turnover is a good predictor of actual turnover. We assumed that emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction will affect on turnover intention. Researches have linked emotional exhaustion to a plethora of ailments and a general breakdown in feelings of community. However, a growing body of research has begun to demonstrate that emotional exhaustion can have deleterious consequences for organizations as well. And then, job satisfaction can also be seen within the broader context of the range of issues which affect an individual`s experience of work, or their quality of working life. Job satisfaction can be understood in terms of its relationships with other key factors, such as general well-being, stress at work, control at work, home-work interface, and working conditions. To test empirically what factors affect on the intention to turnover of workers in the IT department, we developed a compound structural model. In the model, we considered the organizational justice as an important independent variable and social supports by his supervisors and colleagues as an moderating variable. Many researches have been proved that the two mediating variables are crucial influencing factors to turnover intention. We assumed that the organizational justice will affect on two mediating variables, job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion, and the social support will moderate between two mediating variables and turnover intention. We classified the organizational justice as three types, i.e. distribution, interaction, and procedure justice. The results of the hypothesis test were some inspirable and model fitness was good enough. We could find that the three organizational justice sub-factors have influence on job satisfaction and emotional exhaustion, except for procedure justice on job satisfaction. The moderation effect analysis gave us some important implications. Both social supports by supervisors and colleagues have moderation effects between job satisfaction and turnover intention. But the only social support by colleagues has moderation effects between emotional exhaustion and turnover intention. We could conclude that the more the IT worker is supported by his department members, the more he is satisfied and does not think of turnover. Also, the social support by his colleagues is somewhat effective to alleviate his emotional exhaustion. The test results suggest that if an IT personnel manager would cope with the frequent turnover problem he should develop comprehensive social support program.

        정부와 한전은 ‘92년부터 정부 G-7과제의 일환으로 안전성과 경제성이 향상된 대용량급(l400MWe) 신형원자로의 표준설계 개발을 추진하여 왔다. 기술개발 Ⅰ,Ⅱ단계에서 노형확정, 개념 및 기본설계의 개발을 완료하였고, Ⅲ단계에서 설계최적화를 수행하였으며, ‘02. 5월에 정부로부터 사업의 목표인 표준설계 인가를 획득하였다. 선형경수로 1400의 기술개발과정중 개념설계, 기본설계와 설계최적화의 단계별로 국내외 운전중이거나 건설중인 원전의 시공, 시운전 및 상업운전 과정중 발생되는 경험사항을 발굴하여 설계에 반영하도록 노력하였으며, 특히 현장방문과 기술교류회 등을 통해 건설성과 운전성 향상측면에서 기술적 타당성을 확인하도록 하였다. 본 논문에서는 신형경수로 1400에서 반영된 선행호기 경험사항의 반영절차, 반영현황과 주요내용, 반영결과, 그리고 사업단계(상세설계단계)의 향후계획 등에 대해서 소개하고자 한다.
