1. Objectives Yanggyuksanhwa-tang for Soyangin was applied to investigate the immunological activities on antigen (Ag)-specific or Ag-non-specific immune responses on murine macrophage cell line (RAW 264.7) and ovalbumin/aluminium (OVA/Alum)-immunized mice. 2. Methods This study were carried out in nitric oxide (NO) synthesis on RAW 264.7 cells and cellular proliferation on mouse splenocytes. C57BL/6 mice were immunized intraperitonially with OVA/Alum (100 ${\mu}g$/200 ${\mu}g$) on day 1, 8, and 15. Yanggyuksanhwa-tang was administrated to mice orally for 3 weeks from day 1. On day 22, OVA-, lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-, and concanavalin A (Con A)-stimulated splenocyte proliferation and antibodies (OVA-specific antibodies of the IgG, IgG1, and total IgM classes) in plasma were measured. 3. Results Yanggyuksanhwa-tang significantly enhanced cellular proliferation by LPS and Con A on splenocytes from OVA/Alum-immunized mice (p<.001). Yanggyuksanhwa-tang also significantly enhanced plasma OVA-specific IgG (p<.001), IgG1 (p<.001), and total IgM (p<.01) levels compared with the OVA/Alum group. 4. Conclusions These results suggested that Yanggyuksanhwa-tang for Soyangin could be used as immunopotent.

Objectives: Three herbal formulas (Yuldahanso-tang, Chungsimyonja-tang, and Taeeumjowi-tang) for Taeeumin were applied to investigate the immunological activities on antigen (Ag)-specific or Ag-non-specific immune responses in murine macrophage cell line (RAW 264.7) and ovalbumin (OVA)-immunized mice. 2. Conclusion: These results suggested that three herbal formulas for Taeeumin could be used as stimulator of immune response.

이커머스에서 정보 탐색을 위한 네비게이션 인터페이스 디자인 유형 연구

본 연구에서는 Statista와 National Retail Federation가 선정한 100대 이커머스 서비스들을 대상으로 실제 사용자에게 제공하고 있는 정보 탐색 방식 및 사용자 인터페이스의 유형을 조사하고, 인터페이스를 구성하는 시각화 요소 및 조작에 대한 상호작용 방식을 분석한 후 각 유형이 가지는 특성을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 정보의 수와 위계단계가 많을수록 스프레드 형태를, 적을수록 드롭다운과 메가 메뉴 방식을 사용하는 경우가 많았다. 둘째, 정보 위계에 따른 시각적 구분 방식은 배경색상, 서체의 변화, 선을 가장 많이 사용하며 변화에 대한 인지가 가장 빠른 배경 색상과 영역간 구분을 명확하게 할 수 있도록 돕는 선을 사용하는 경우가 많았다. 셋째, 사용자 조작에 대한 상호작용 방식은 배경 컬러, 텍스트 컬러, 선 등 다양한 요소들을 두 가지 이상 동시에 적용하는 경우가 가장 많았다. 본 연구는 이커머스의 정보 탐색을 위한 인터페이스의 유형과 세부 요소들의 선택 기준이 될 수 있는 항목들의 분석을 통해 유형별 특성을 정의하였다는 점에서 의미가 있다. In this study, information search methods and user interface types provided to users were investigated for the top 100 e-commerce services selected by Statista and the National Retail Federation. And the characteristics of each type were derived by analyzing the interaction method of the user's manipulation with the visualization elements constituting the interface. The research results are as follows. First, as the information provision method, spread format was more often used as the number and hierarchy of information increased, and drop-down and mega menu methods were used more often as the number and hierarchy of information decreased. Second, as a visual classification method according to the information hierarchy, the background color, font change, and line were often used, and there were many cases where the background color and line were used at the same time. Third, there were various elements such as background color, text color, and line as an interaction method for user manipulation, and two or more of them were applied at the same time the most. This study is meaningful in that it defines the characteristics of each type through the analysis of the types of interfaces for e-commerce information search and items that can be the selection criteria for detailed elements.

모바일 게임 사용자 유형별 분석에 따른 유료결제 서비스 활성화 방안

스마트폰 사용자의 증가에 따라 모바일 게임에 대한 주목도가 높아지고 있다. 특히, 게임 내 유료 아이템 구매로 인한 게임 개발업체 및 개발사의 수익성에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있는 가운데 어떠한 요인들이 게임 이용자로 하여금 유료결제를 유도하고 있는지에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 먼저 문헌 연구를 통한 국내 모바일 게임시장에 대한 연구를 진행하였고, 각 이용자를 모바일 게임의 정기적 이용자와 비정기적 이용자에 대한 분류하고, 단계적인 설문조사 및 인터뷰를 통해 모바일게임의 이용행태와 유료 결제 방식에 대해 조사하고 이를 통해 유료 결제 활성화 방안을 도출 및 제안했다. This study conducted research on domestic mobile game market through literature review and analyzed failure factors through patterns of game use, persona and customer journey map by classifying paid users and unpaid users based on whether the users utilize paid contents. Through this research, this study found out that paid users have goals and awareness on game different from those of unpaid users and, thus, the two groups also have different level of satisfaction with games and different appealing points for the development direction of future service. Therefore, this study suggests differentiated marketing plan which suits the needs of each segment of users for the invigoration of the service of mobile games and paid contents in the game.

We can see Descartes` the two different opinions on truth of mathematics in Meditationes. At first Descartes doubts on truth of mathematics in ``First Meditation`` and ``Third Meditation``, but considers truth of mathematics as an permanent truth in ``Fifth Meditation``. In general, we can suppose that the first opinion was abolished and he changed over his opinion(or mind) from the first to the second after proving the existence of God in Meditationes. However that the first opinion not be abolished for him is noticeable. If truth of mathematics is opened to doubt, how could it possible to be considered as an eternal truth? It should be regarded that Descartes admits on truth of mathematics as certain truth in Regulares. Does Descartes come to have other opinion between Regulares(1628) and Meditationes(1641)? Therefore in order to understand how Decartes could take the two conflicting opinions on truth of mathematics at the same time, this paper aims to investigate ``The Creation of the Eternal Truth`` found in Decartes` letters and replies to the objections.

Objective: Astragali Radix (AR) and Cinnamomi Cortex (CC) are used to enhance immune response in Asian traditional medicine. Immuno-potentiation of the combination of AR and CC were evaluated on the cellular and humoral immune response using murine macrophage cell line (RAW 264.7) and OVA-immunized mice. Methods: This study was designed to investigate the immuno-potentiative effects of AR, CC, and AR with CC on nitric oxide synthesis in RAW 264.7 cells and proliferation and production levels of Intereukin-2 (IL-2) in mouse splenocytes. In addition, we evaluated the plasma-specific antibody responses and splenocyte proliferation on ovalbumin (OVA)-immunized mice treated with herbal extracts. Results: Combination treatment with AR and CC increased nitric oxide synthesis in RAW 264.7 cells and IL-2 level in splenocytes (p<0.001). Combination of AR and CC significantly enhanced the Concanavalin A- (Con A; T cell mitogen) and lipopolysaccharide-(LPS;B cell mitogen) induced splenocyte proliferation on the OVA-immunized mice. Combination of AR and CC also significantly enhanced plasma levels of OVA-specific IgG (p<0.01), IgG1 (p<0.05) and total IgM (p<0.01) compared with the OVA-immunized control group. Conclusion: These results suggest that combination of AR and CC could be used as therapeutic profile on activation of immune response.

Diese vorliegende Arbeit ist ein Versuch zu erklaren, wie Spinoza sich der Wahrheit der Idee versichert hat. Spinoza hat die Idee als Thema seines FrUhwerks genommen, weil er auf das Gewissheitsproblem der Erkenntnis, das von Descartes vorgelegt wurde, antworten will. Spinoza kritisiert Descartes, indem er deutlich macht, dass jeder Zweifel behoben wird, wenn wir eine klare und deutliche Idee von Gott haben, obgleich wir nicht mit Sicherheit wissen, ob nicht irgendein hochster BetrUger uns tauscht. In ≫Tractatus de intellectus emendatione≪ wird zuerst die Idee vorgelegt, die sich von ihrem Gegenstand unterscheidet. Weiterhin wird erklart, was die Idee selbst ist. Wir wollen beobachten, wie sich das Gewissheitsproblem nicht von der Existenz Gottes, sondern von der Idee selbst versichert ist, dass wir dadurch drei Seiten der wahren Idee ansehen-namlich die Seite der Idee selbst, das Verhaltnis zwischen Idee und Gegenstand der Idee und die Seite des Verhaltnisses zwischen Idee und Substanz des Erkenntnisses. Dadurch konnen wir verstehen, woher der Ursprung der Definition Spinozas fUr die Substanz oder den Gott in ≫Etica≪ stammt.
