        당뇨병성신증 조기진단법의 비교 고찰

        N/A Background: As a late complication the diabetic nephropathy is a major cause of death in diabetic patient. For early detection of diabetic nephropathy, the morphologic examination by renal biopsy and the urinary excretion of microalbumin, N-acetyl-p-Dglucosaminidase (NAG), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), transferrin, leucine aminopeptidase (LAP), kappa light chain, retinol-binding protein and β-galactosidase have been measured. Methods: The 38 NIDDM patients and 21 control subjects were studied and the diabetic patients were divided into three groups according to the results of urinalysis and Micro-Blumintest (group I: no proteinuria in random urine and microalbuminuria negative, n=19; group II: only microalbuminuria positive, n=7; group III: overt proteinuria, n=12). We measured the urinary excretion of NAG (Colorimetric method),β2-MG (EIA) and microalbumin (Micro-Bumintest), and compared with the diagnostic availability of these for early detec- tion of diabetic nephropathy among groups. Results: The urinary concentrations of NAG were 5,0±0.9U/L (mean±SE), 21,l±32,7U/L, 28,8±6.2U/L, and 2.7±0.6 U/L in group I, II, III and control, respectively and the value of group II was significantly higher than that of group I (p <0. 01) and the value of group III was significantly higher than that of group II (p <0. 001). The urinary concentrations of p-MG were 87,1±38,4 p g/L, 143.8±62.2pg/L, 1182,9±724.4pg/L, and 34.3±8,0pg/L in group I, II, III and control, respectively and significant differences among groups were not shown. Conclusion: In addition to the measurement of urinary microalbumin, the urinary excretion of NAG may be useful test for early detection of diabetic nephropathy

        $Zn_{2-x-y}SiO_4:Mn_x,\;M_y$계 형광체의 발광특성

        본 연구의 목적은 기존의 $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$형광체에 새로운 co-dopant를 첨가하여 발광특성을 향상시키는 것이다. co-dopant로서 선정한 Mg와 Cr이온들은 Zn자리를 치환하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 실제로 co-doping 시 각각 발광휘도와 decay time을 개선시키는 효과를 거두었다. $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$에 Mg와 Cr이온들이 co-doping될 시에는 lattice 및 $Mn^{2+}$의 에너지 준위를 변화시키는 것으로 추정되어 발광휘도 및 decay time의 변화를 일으키는 것으로 해석된다. 특히 이 원소들은 발광과정에 긍정정인 영향을 끼쳐 Mg는 발광휘도를 중가시키고 Cr은 decay time을 감소시키는 결과를 얻었다. $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn,\;Mg$ 형광체의 발광휘도 개선은 DV-X${\alpha}$ embedded cluster 계산방법으로 설명할 수 있었고 반면에 $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn,\;Cr$ 형광체가 decay time을 줄이는 원인은 Mn이온과 Cr이온사이에 energy transfer가 일어나 발생되는 것으로 추정된다. The main objective of the present investigation is to improve the photoluminescent performance of existing $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ phosphors by introducing a new co-dopant. The co-doping effect of Mg and/or Cr upon emission intensity and decay time was studied in the present investigation. The co-dopants incorporated into the $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn$ phosphors are believed to alter the internal energy state so that the change in emission intensity and decay time can be expected. Both Mg and Cr ions have a favourable influence on photoluminescence prpperties, for example, the Mg ion enhances the intensity of manganese green emission and the Cr ion shortens the decay time. The enhancement in emission intensity of $Zn_2SiO_4:Mn,\;Mg$ phosphors was interpreted by taking into account the result from the DV-X${\alpha}$ embedded cluster calculation. On the other hand, the energy transfer between Mn and Cr ions was found to be responsible for the shortening of decay time in$Zn_2SiO_4:Mn,\;Cr$ phosphors.

        자체평가와 방문평가가 학교평가 영역별에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대구시내 45개 초등학교를 대상으로 학교 평가 영역별로 학교자체평가와 학교방문평가간에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 구체적으로 밝혀 보고자 한다. 연구결과 평가영역별로 학교자체평가와 학교방문평가간에 상관 분석을 실시한 결과, 교육과정, 인성교육, 교직원 관리 등에서는 상관이 있었으나 학교관리, 학교경영개선활동, 주요추진과제 등에서는 상관이 없었으며, 학교자체평가가 학교방문평가보다 교육과정운영, 인성교육, 교직원관리, 학교관리, 학교경영개선활동, 주요추진과제, 전체 영역 등에서 평균점수가 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 학교자체평가와 학교방문평가는 서로 상호보완적인 관계에 있으므로 학교평가를 실시할 때 이 두 가지 평가를 함께 실시하는 것이 필요할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to investigate differences between school's inner evaluation and outer evaluation on the evaluation domains. The subjects of this study was 45 elementary schools at Daegu city. A five main areas of school evaluation were curriculum, personality education, personnel managements of teaching and administrative staffs, school management in general, activities of school improvements, and special tasks. Total score of these domains were 500. To investigate the questions of this study, we applied Correlation analysis and analysis of variance by use of SPSS/PC+ 10.0 There were a significant correlation between school's inner evaluation and outer evaluation on curriculum, personality education, personnel managements of teaching and administrative staffs. But there were not a significant correlation between school's inner evaluation and outer evaluation on school management in general, activities of school improvements, and special tasks. There were a significant differences between school's inner evaluation and outer evaluation on curriculum, personality education, personnel managements of teaching and administrative staffs, school management in general, activities of school improvements, and special tasks. Therefore, school evaluation should be performed on the integration of school's inner evaluation and outer evaluation in order to raise the accountability and improvement of school education.

        Capsaicin 의 체온조절반응에 미치는 영향

        Effects of subcutaneous injeetion of capsaicin(5mg/kg) on thermoregulation were studied in male Wistar rat. Oxygen consumption was measured for the evaluation of thermogenesis, and temperature of skin and colon was measured by thermistor probe, simultaneously under the general anesthesia with urethane, and the following results were obtainef. Skin ternperature increased to 30.9±2.0℃(mean+SE) at 50 minutes after capsaicin injection and returned to basal state at l20 minutes(n 8), Temperature of colon decreased to 35.5±0.3 ℃ and elevated from the baseline during 120 to 430 minutes after capsaicin injection. Oxygen consumption increased significantly from 6 minutes after capsaicin injection and showed maximum level (17.2±0.4mL/min/kg^(0.75)) at 50 minutes. These oxygen consumptions were significantly increased until 400 minutes after capsaicin injection. Howeuer, there were no changes of oxygen consumption in cantrol group(n=5). In the group of pretreatrnent with hexamethonium(n=5) before 1 hour of capsaicin injection, 0.75 oxygen consumption was increased to 18.0±0.4mL/min/kg^(0.75) at 60 minutes, and ternperature changes of skin and colon were attenuated by capsaicin administratian. In the group of resection of adrenal rnedulla, increment of oxygen consumption by capsaicin injections was attenuated during 20 to 100 minutes(15.0±0,7ml/rnin/kg^(0.75) at 60 minutes), and temperature of colon was more decreased significantly, while skin temperature changes were similar as control group. The above results suggest that capsaicin may activate both heat production and loss simultaneously, and heat production and loss could be in independent action system.

        백서갈색지방조직에서 열생산에 미치는 Capsaicin 의 영향

        This studies included observation of effects of capsaicin on thennogenesis of interscapular brown adipose tissue(IBAT) of rnale Wistar rats. And the results were as follows. 1. Capsaicin(5mg/kg, S.C.) increased temperature of IBAT 0.24±0.05℃ than colon tennperature at 400min, and 0.10±0.08℃ in muscle, however, there was no change in the liver by capsaicin administration. 2. Pretreatmenl with capsazepine(10mg/kg, SC) and denervation of intercostal nerves in IBAT bloeked the inhibitory effect of capsaicin(lmg/kg, S,C.) on naradrenaline-induced thermogenesis in IBAT. 3. Subcutaneous injection of capsaicin(lmg/kg) attenuated the increase in temperature of 1BAT induced by ventromedial hypothalamus stimulation(from 1.01±0.l2℃ to 0.28±.07℃) which was persist for 3 hours after capsaicin injection. These results suggest that major site of thermogenesis by capsaicin administration is IBAT, and capsaicin may act through peripheral and central routes for control of thermogenesis.
