우편물 통합처리 시스템 구축에 대한 예비타당성 분석 연구

우편업무 효율화를 위해 주소정보를 활용하는 저비용의 주소인식 처리 기술이 본격적으로 도입되기 시작했다. 일반통상의 우편물류 전반에 걸친 정보의 통합처리를 위한 계획이 수립되고 있으며, 이에 대한 기초연구가 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 우편자동화를 위한 통합처리 시스템의 구축에 대한 타당성을 분석하여 사업추진에 필요한 의사결정에 도움을 주고자 한다. 인식 및 코딩과 관련한 요소들을 고려하여 통합처리 시나리오를 설계한 후, 후보안을 대상으로 경제적, 정책적, 기술적 요소별 타당성을 검토하였고 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 이용하여 다기준분석을 수행하였다. Address recognition technology, which costs less money, is being introduced to make postal automation efficient. The fundamental research is in progress to integrate and process information over whole life-cycle of letter mail. In this study, we designed several scenarios about construction of integrated mail processing system for postal automation after due consideration about information elements related with address recognition and coding. And we made a feasibility study of candidate scenario in accordance with economical, political and technical criteria. In addition, we used AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) to unify both qualitative and quantitative criteria and to reach a conclusion. Utilizing the analyzed result of this study will help Korea Post make a decision about planning and execution of automation-related postal services.

우편접수 서비스를 위한 정보기술 도입 전략

편지나 소포 등의 우편물은 한해 47억 통 이상이 접수되어 고객에게 배달되고 있다. 우편 서비스는 고객과의 접점에서 우편물 접수로 시작되는데, 접수 서비스는 구분 및 배달 부문 등에 비해 정보화와 자동화의 진전이 미흡한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 접수 서비스의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 해외사례 및 관련 기술에 대한 분석을 통해 문제점의 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다. 정보화 인프라와 이의 운용 측면으로 구분하여 전략을 수립하고, 시스템 및 기술의 단계적 구축?도입을 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 추가로 주요기술에 대한 기술성검토 결과를 간략히 언급하였다. 연구의 결과는 향후 우편접수 서비스 부문의 정책수립과 기술개발에서 활용될 것이다. Korea post delivers more than 4.7 billions of mails and parcels per year. Although postal service is invoked by mail acceptance from customers, mail acceptance service is not as mature as sorting or delivery service in terms of automation and informatization. In this paper, we reviewed current status and issues of the mail acceptance service, analyzed relavent technologies and foreign case-studies, and suggest an information strategy plan for better service. According to the strategies, we propose several action plans for applying adequate information technologies. In addition, we address important results of patents analysis for major technologies. The results of this study could contribute to determining the information strategy and the R&D plan for future postal service.

e-비즈니스에서 데이터 분석과 시각화 등을 통한 비즈니스 인텔리전스가 각광받고 있다. 특히 빅데이터 기술이 관심을 받으면서 분석결과의 시각화도 중요하게 다뤄지고 있다. 기업관리자들은 데이터 분석의 결과를 의사결정 과정에서 활용하길 원하며, 시각화 기법이 인지기능과 운영 기능에서 도움을 주기 때문이다. 본 논문은 제조업에서 정보시각화 기술의 활용사례, 현황과 주요 이슈를 기존 연구문헌을 검토하여 분석하였다. 프로세스 모니터링, 의사결정 지원등에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었고, 정보시각화 적용을 고민하는 제조 분야의 개발자 및 관리자 등에게 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. Business intelligence based on the data analysis come into the spotlight. Especially, information visualization of the analysis result is treated significantly. given the interest in big data technologies. Because corporate managers want to use the results of data analysis in the decision-making process and the visualization technology will give help with cognitive function and operation function. In this paper, the status of information visualization is reviewed and analyzed from the viewpoint of manufacturing service. Several implications are drawn and it is expected that they will help to developers and administrators of manufacturing sector who want to adopt information visualization applications.

주소정보와 위치정보의 통합 및 활용 방안 연구

비즈니스 개체와 고객과의 채널로써 주소 및 위치정보의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 도로명과 건물번호를 기본으로 하는 새주소 체계를 사용하도록 하는 새주소 사업이 전개됨에 따라 우편?물류 및 고객정보관리 측면에서 다양한 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 우편번호를 포함하는 주소정보와 지리정보로 대표되는 위치정보와의 통합 및 활용 방안이 요구되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 새주소 체계 하에서 정부기관 및 기업에서 주소정보와 위치정보를 관리하는 현 상황에서의 문제점을 분석하고, 이에 대한 개선 방안을 코드체계 및 데이터베이스의 연계 관점에서 제시하고자 한다. Address and location information is gaining importance as a channel between business entities and customers. However, as the new address scheme, which is based on street name and building number, is deployed, various problems occurred in the areas of postal service, logistics and management of customer information. And therefore it is necessary to make plans for integration and application of address information and location information. In this study, we clearly identify the problems when the governments and companies manage the address and location information under the circumstances of new address system. And we suggest improvement plans from the viewpoint of code scheme and database linkage.

철도는 친환경 교통ㆍ물류수단으로 각광받고 있으며, 세계 철도차량시장 점유율 확대를 위해 IT 기술을 융합하여 경쟁력을 강화하고자 하는 노력이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 철도 IT융합 기술의 연구개발을 진행하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 철도 IT융합 기술과 관련한 기존 연구결과물 및 특허에 대해 분석하고 기술분류에 따른 대상과제를 도출한 후, 전문가 설문조사와 다원속성효용이론(MAUT) 방법론을 이용하여 핵심 연구과제를 선정하였다. 연구 결과는 철도 IT융합에 대한 향후 정책 수립 및 연구과제 기획 등에 활용할 수 있을 것이다. Railway is paid attention as a means of environment-friendly transportation and logistics. Efforts to enhance the competitiveness by IT convergence, for railway vehicle market share of the world, has been promoted. This study proposes a technology development plan of railway IT convergence. We analyzed the results of legacy researches and technology patents related with railway IT convergence and derived the target tasks in accordance with our technologies classification. By adopting the multi-attributes utility theory methodology and using survey of experts, we selected the core research issues. The result of this study could help policy making and R&D planning about railway IT convergence.

RFID/USN 적용 산업에서 공급사슬 참여자들의 시스템 이질성 문제 해결을 위해 본 연구는 공통표준플랫폼 개념의 도입과 데이터의 분류 및 용어에 대한 통일된 관점을 제공할 수 있는 표준화된 데이터 체계를 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구는 공통표준플랫폼의 최초 적용 산업인 의약품 산업과 유사한 특징을 가지는 화장품, 주류, 농수축산물과 가공식품 분야를 대상으로 한다. 각 산업의 공급사슬 단계별 사용되는 용어를 수집 및 정리하고, 데이터의 속성에 따라 기준을 정의하여 분류한다. 최종적으로 구성된 분류체계를 기반으로 표준용어를 제시한다. 본 연구를 통해 플랫폼을 사용할 비즈니스 파트너 간에 사용되는 데이터의 통일된 체계 및 용어를 제시함으로써 플랫폼이 적용되는 산업의 개발자 및 사용자, 비즈니스 파트너 간의 정보전달 및 획득에 유용성을 제공할 것이다. In applying RFID/USN technology to various industries, it is needed to solve the problem caused by the system differences. Accordingly, this study introduces the common standard platform concept, and suggests the standard data scheme which provides the uniform perspective of classifying supply chain data and of using vocabularies. We selected several industry areas applicable for the platform, which are pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and liquor industry. We collect and organize terminologies used in the supply chain of each industry, and then classify them according to the defined data attributes. The standardized vocabularies are suggested based on the contextured scheme of data classification. This study could provide more convenient way of communication between business partners, system developers and users of the platform.
