복음이 뿌리를 내리기 위해서는 토양이 상당히 중요하다. 현대는 과학이 중요하게 부각되는 시대이기에 현대의 신학은 반드시 과학과 대화를 해야 한다. 특히 다윈의 『종의 기원』의 등장은 신학계에 여러 가지 질문을 제기하고 있다. 본 글은 지금까지의 과학과 신학의 대화가 어떻게 진행되어 왔고, 앞으로의 대화가 어떻게 진행되어야 하는지에 대한 방향성을 제시한 글이다. Ⅱ장에서는 과학과 신학 간에 바람직하지 못한 대화를 추구한 “창조과학” 운동과 “지적 설계” 논쟁을 다룰 것이고, Ⅲ장에서는 과학과 신학의 경계 논쟁을 짚어볼 것이다. “상대주의적 과학관”의 등장은 과학의 정의에 새로운 논의를 불러 일으켰는데, 이로 인해 과학과 신학의 경계에 대한 논쟁이 등장했다. Ⅳ장에서는 과학신학 연구의 최근 동향을 살펴보고, 과학적 무신론에 대한 대응 방향과 앞으로의 과학신학이 나아가야 할 방향에 대해 고찰해 볼 것이다. 결론에서는 글을 마무리하며, 과학신학의 가능성과 한계점을 간략히 논할 것이다. 이 글의 목적은 과학시대를 살아가는 현대인들에게, 하나님의 창조 사역이 현대 과학과 모순되지 않을 뿐만 아니라, 오히려 과학의 도움으로 더욱 생생하게 드러나게 됨을 논증하는데 있다. 또한 과학신학이 어디에 중점을 두어야 하며, 어떤 방향으로 나아가야 하는지에 대한 필자의 생각을 나누는 데에도 목적이 있다. This article examines the methodology of a scientific theology, focusing on the dialogue between science and theology. I analyze the past and present dialogue between science and theology to give direction to the future study of “scientific theology.” The main discussion is divided into three parts. First, I expound “creation science” and “intelligent design” as undesirable conversations between science and theology. The second part focuses on the boundary between science and theology. Relativism and the demarcation problem between science and theology deserve the fullest consideration to improve research. The third part of the main discussion relates to the recent research trend of scientific theology and my suggestion for its future study as a challenge against the New Atheists. After providing a short summary of the key points raised, I conclude with suggestions regarding the possibilities and limitations of scientific theology. I hope that these reflections will add scholars in the comparative study of science and theology and help Christians who live in a scientific age to gain a proper understanding of the relationship between science and theology.

Velopharyngeal insufficiency (VPI) is a disorder that presents difficulty in closure of soft plate against the posterior pharyngeal wall and causes failure of closing of the nasal cavity during oral speech. There are many available treatment modalities to treat severe VPI, and among surgical treatment methods, there is no consensus for gold standard. According to the anatomy and physiologic variations, we can choose the right modality for the surgical treatment. Some recent studies suggest an algorithmic approach for each patient classified by their velopharyngeal port closure pattern and the gap size. In this case report, we present a case report of a patient with congenital cleft palate and tongue tie, who has received superiorly based pharyngeal flap surgery and lingual frenectomy to treat velopharyngeal insufficiency and speech abnormalities. In the second case, the patient was diagnosed with submucosal cleft causing velopharyngeal insufficiency, therefore received pharyngeal flap surgery. In both cases the patient’s post operative speech ability was much improved, with satisfactory results.
가속도 신호의 주파수 분석에 기반한 종이용기 성형기 구동축 고장진단 요소기술 개발

As demand for paper cups markedly increases, this has brought about a requirement to develop fast paper cup forming machines. However, the fast manufacturing speed of these machines causes faults to occur more frequently in the final product. To reduce the possibility of producing faulty products, it is necessary to develop technologies to monitor the manufacturing process and diagnose the machine status. In this research, we selected the main driving axis of the forming machine for fault diagnosis. We searched the states of rotational elements related to the driving axis and suggested a fault diagnostic system based on spectrum analysis consisting of a real-time data acquisition device, accelerometers, and a diagnosis algorithm. To evaluate the developed fault diagnostic system, we performed experiments using a test station which resembles the actual paper cup forming machine. As a result, we were able to confirm that the proposed system was sufficiently feasible to diagnose any abnormalities in the operation of the paper cup forming machine.
조향감과 차량 안정성 향상을 위한 Steer-by-Wire 제어기 개발

In this paper, the SBW controller was developed for improving the steering feel and vehicle stability. There are two motors in SBW system controlled by one ECU. One motor in steering wheel is to improve driver's steering feel and the other motor in steering linkage is to improve the vehicle maneuverability and stability. The steering wheel and front wheel modeling is designed using bond graph method. The control aim of the steering wheel motor is that the equation of the steering wheel motor has output torque for following steering feel as a conventional steering system At high speeds, vehicle stability could be compensated using the under steer gradient and yaw rate feedback control minimizing a side-slip angle. As a result the performance of the SBW controller can be verified the controller of an SBW shows the as good performances as through the full-vehicle simulations and the controller was available for improving steering feel and vehicle stability.
