An effective balancing method for scroll compressors is developed based on vibration plane model By assuming the design range of balancer size is not large and considering only the radial axial direction rigid vibration of the scroll compressors, we can find the vibration plane (V-plane) describing the vibration level of the scroll compressor depending upon balancer design specifications. By using the intersection of two minimum lines (areas) obtained from the couple of V-planes we can find the design region to minimize vibration level of the compressor. The full design process is described by using an illustrative example with upper and lower balancer weights. Further more sensitivity analysis of parameters important for designation of size and positioning of the balancer is analyzed.

융합적사고력 및 과학적 문제해결력 신장을 위한 창의체험형 R-STEAM 프로그램 개발 및 적용

최근 교육 현장은 아날로그에서 디지털로 빠르게 전환되어가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 미래형 융합인재교육(STEAM)의 한 형태로 로봇을 활용한 융합인재교육(R-STEAM) 프로그램을 제안하고, 개발된 프로그램이 융합적사고력과 과학적 문제해결력에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 연구 내용은 첫째, 문헌 연구 및 교육과정 분석을 통하여 로봇을 활용한 융합인재교육의 학년별 주제 6가지를 추출하여, 각 주제별 R-STEAM 프로그램을 개발한 후 실험집단에 적용하였다. 둘째, 실험집단과 통제집단 학생을 각각 118명 선정하여 실험집단에 R-STEAM 프로그램을 투입하였다. 셋째, 융합적 사고력과 과학적 문제해결력사전-사후 검사를 실시하여 대응집단 t-test를 통하여 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 실험집단의 경우 융합적 사고력의 하위 요인인 과학선호도, 자기주도적 학습능력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한, 창의적 문제해결력의 과학적 태도, 창의적 문제해결력에 유의한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). Educational environments are rapidly changing from analog to digital. Thus, through this paper, we have suggested new type of future STEAM program named R-STEAM, and analyzed its effectiveness on the integrated thinking abilities and scientific problem solving skills. To achieve the goal, we have designed R-STEAM program through conducting literature and curriculum analysis. Then, 118 subjects for both experimental group and control group have selected to proceed the pre-post tests of integrated thinking abilities and scientific problem solving skills. As a result, the experimental group’s integrated thinking abilities and scientific problem solving skills were significantly enhanced than the control group(p < .05).
