        권장식사패턴의 수정안 고안 및 적용

        The objective of this study was to revise the target pattern in food guidance system for adolescents` balanced menu planning. Methods: The food groups in the target pattern were divided into detailed food items, and intake number were assigned to each food items based on the revised standard food composition table. The validity of revised target pattern was examined. Menu planning according to the revised target pattern was made available to 305 male and female middle school students and the nutritional assessment of the menu plan were carried out using SPSS WIN 12.0. Results: The energy contents, energy contribution ratios of carbohydrate, fat, and protein, and 4 minerals` and 6 vitamins` contents of the revised target pattern were adequate. The average energy contents of the menu planned according to revised target pattern were 400~500 kcal higher than that of the revised target pattern when the revised standard food composition was applied. The energy contribution ratios of fat were 28.9%, close to maximum of acceptable macronutrient distribution range (AMDR) (30%), and that of carbohydrate were 54.5%, lower than minimum of AMDR (55%). The nutrient adequacy ratios (NARs) of calcium and vitamin C were less than 1.0. According to index of nutritional quality (INQ) of food items, kimchi, milk·dairy products, and soybean curd were energy efficient source for calcium, kimchi, fruit, vegetable and seaweed were energy efficient source for vitamin C, with INQ of food items were higher or close to 2.0. Kimchi was the best energy efficient source of calcium and vitamin C. Conclusions: Revised target pattern based on the adolescent`s foods intake was not good enough for balanced menu planning by adolescents, because what they ate and what they wanted to eat were very much different.         커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 컬렉티브하우스 공간특성 사례연구

        This study analyses characteristics of space to facilitate community centering on cases of collective houses in Japan and uses the results as basic data to activate collective houses as an alternative form of housing in our country. To identify the characteristics of space for active communities with collective living space, this study conducted a theoretical examination on collective houses and housing, derived territoriality, accessibility, comfort and safety as factors of community activation and analysed various cases, and the results are presented as follows: First, territoriality is a necessary condition for formation of community, and a confined and physical space. It indicates the proper size of a space and diverse spacial areas which meet the needs of residents with the proper size and amount of space (space which can accommodate diverse generations including women, the aged and the young, flexible space which changes according to the purposes and program, space which supports leisure and hobby activities, and space which can accommodate outsiders). Second, accessibility indicates an environment which supports residents" easy use of space. As the more accessible it is, the higher the frequency of its use, spatial factors (piloti, backyards, benches and tables) should be provided, community space should be arranged in a central or decentralized way and community living space should be made for each floor. As for exits, accessibility should be considered in every way; entrances connected with community spaces, open entrances and entrances accessible from outside or individual living spaces. Third, comfort satisfies the physical and mental needs of residents through separation of floors and flows between the community and individual spaces for privacy and formation of eco-friendly spaces including vegetable gardens, gardens and plant arrangements. Fourth, safety should be considered for a higher quality environment with psychological stability and comfort, for which the following are recommended: installation of hand-rails, removal of thresholds, spacial design for the socially weak, duplex and open type structures for community space, open stages and halls, as well as indoor and outdoor openness through the use of windows.

      • 역사 테마 지하철 공간디자인 사례연구

        본 연구는 지하철 구성요소에 따른 전시연출방법, 전시연출매체를 바탕으로 지하철역 중 역사를 테마로 하는 전시공간 5곳을 사례 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지하철역은 긴 통로가 특징적이므로, 공통된 주제를 중심으로 하나의 공간으로 인식될 수 있도록 디자인하고 전시하는 것이 필요하다. 둘째, 일본의 모토마치 주카가이역과 같이 천장을 활용하여 전시공간을 확보한다면 공간의 확장과 개방성과 더불어 심미성을 고려한 전시공간을 조성할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 셋째, 지하철 공간요소의 특성을 고려해, 공간에 맞게 지역의 역사성을 부여하는 것이 필요하다. 통로(출입구, 승강시설)는 빠르게 이동하는 구간이므로, 동선의 혼선을 주지 않도록 감상시간이 짧게 소요되는 단순하지만 임팩트있는 전시가 필요하다. 머무는 공간(중앙홀, 승강장, 기타시설)은 경복궁역이나 토론토역에서 볼 수 있듯이 복제유물이나 모형을 사용하여, 머무르면서 천천히 감상하고, 알아갈 수 있는 구체적인 정보제공이 필요하다. 넷째, 토론토 박물관역에서 방향 사인물을 사용하지 않고 기둥의 디자인으로 방향성을 알려주듯, 다른 것에 시선이 가는 것이 아니라 역사전시공간에 주목 할 수 있는 쾌적한 환경이 제공되어야 한다. 마지막으로, 지하철 공간은 지역의 공공디자인으로 특정 지역과 연결된 역사적 특징을 반영하여 차별화되어야 한다.         컬렉티브하우스의 세대 간 교류를 위한 물리적 환경 및 프로그램 연구

        현대사회는 핵가족화, 1인가구 증가로, 사람들의 익명성과 고립화 및 형식적인 관계 심화, 인간소외 현상, 이웃과 소통부재로 발생하는 사건⋅사고, 고독사 등의 사회적 문제가 발생하고 있으며, 따라서 주거공간 내에서 커뮤니티가 활성화되어야 함을 파악하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 타인과의 커뮤니티가 이루어지는 공동주거 유형인 컬렉티브하우스의 세대 간 교류를 중심으로 사례 분석함으로써 우리나라 주거공간의 커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 새로운 대안으로 기초적인 자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법은 관련 문헌과 선행연구, 인터넷 자료를 통한 이론적 고찰과 사례분석으로 이루어진다. 컬렉티브하우스의 등장배경 및 개념, 특징, 커뮤니티와 컬렉티브하우스의 관계성, 세대 간 교류의 개념에 대한 이론적 고찰을 바탕으로 컬렉티브하우스 내 세대 간 교류를 위한 물리적 환경과 프로그램을 분석한다. 컬렉티브하우스는 전체 거주자 구성이 다양한 연령에 걸쳐 있기 때문에 비슷한 연령대 또는 가족구성원들 간에 공감대가 형성될 수 있고, 자연스러운 세대 간의 교류가 시작될 수 있다. 사례분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거주자들의 의견을 반영한 공동생활공간을 적극적으로 제공함으로써, 거주자들이 쉽게 모일 수 있고, 자신의 편의에 따라 생활영역을 유연하게 넓힐 수 있도록 한다. 또한 다양한 세대가 거주하기 때문에 특성을 반영한 공간을 제공한다. 둘째, 공동생활공간의 배치는 주로 중앙배치 또는 분산배치를 통해 거주자의 이용과 모임이 편리하게 한다. 또한 활발한 교류를 위해서는 적절한 프라이버시 보호도 필요하므로, 개별생활공간과 동선을 반대로 두거나 공동생활공간을 코어 앞에 배치해 프라이버시가 보호되도록 한다. 셋째, 자치활동, 당번, 이벤트와 같은 프로그램을 통하여 공동생활공간 유지 및 관리뿐만 아니라 거주자 간 협동으로 친밀감, 공감대를 형성하고 자연스러운 교류가 일어날 수 있도록 하며, 프로그램은 원예활동, 식사준비, 만들기와 같은 활동을 통해 노인이나 아이들도 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 한다. 또한 노인이나 중년층과 젊은 세대가 어우러질 수 있는 프로그램을 통해 지속적인 교류가 이루어질 수 있도록 한다. 마지막으로, 통유리창 설치, 복층식 구조, 복도형 발코니, 외부 계단 등 직⋅간접적 접촉을 유도할 수 있고, 우연한 교류가 일어날 수 있는 환경요소를 제공한다. As it has been identified that social problems such as accidents, incidents and dying alone have occurred in modern society due to an increase in the nuclear family, anonymity, being isolated, formal relationships, human isolation and the absence of communication with neighbors, this study suggested that the community should be activated in a habitation space. Therefore, this study aimed to present basic data as a new alternative for an active community in habitation space in our country. The purpose of this study performed a case study centering on exchanges between generations in a collective house which is a type of shared house where a sense of community is formed with others. The main method of this study referred to bibliographical data, previous research, and Internet data for theoretical examination and case analysis. Based on the background, concept, and characteristics of collective houses, relationships in collective houses, and a theoretical examination on the concept of exchanges between generations, this study analysed the physical environment and programs for exchanges between generations within collective houses. As the ages of collective house residents varied widely, sympathy can be formed between members of similar ages or family members, and natural exchanges between generations can begin. The results of the case study are presented as follows: First, when shared space where the opinions of residents are reflected should be actively provided, they can easily gather and have wider living area flexibly according to their convenience. Also, space reflecting their characteristics should be provided as diverse generations share the space together. Second, shared living space should be centrally or dispersedly arranged for convenient use and gathering. As privacy should be protected properly for active exchanges, it should be opposite to personal living space in the line of flow or the shared living space should be arranged before the core for protection of privacy. Third, how to maintain and manage the shared space should be devoloped through programs such as self-governing activities, being on duty, and events. Cooperation between people living together can facilitate friendliness, chemistry and natural exchanges between them. Even the elderly or the middle-aged can easily join in the young in programs such as gardening and cooking, which can lead to continuous exchanges. Finally, transparent glass windows, a duplex type structure, a hall-type balcony and outdoor stairs can lead to direct or indirect contact, and provide environmental elements for natural exchanges.

        The purpose of the study was improve improve the function and public role of community space by applying the concept of generational exchange to public rental housing community space, this study investigated the composition of community space, generational exchange program, and current status of space for public rental and happy housing cases in Gwangju Metropolitan City. understood. The layout and composition of community spaces, the current status of the main users of the spaces, generational exchange programs and existence of spaces were investigated, and the interrelationships between spaces were identified. Based on the spatial analysis results, the following conclusions can be drawn. First, regarding the space arrangement, the senior citizen center and the resident support center are placed underground in consideration of elderly households, but it is not easy to interact with childcare facilities on the ground, and there is no space dedicated to young people. In the case of spaces that can be used by all generations, such as sports facilities and gardens, it is necessary to induce independent exchange by placing them openly in the center of the complex or placing the entrances of specific household spaces facing each other. Second, a separate dedicated space is created at the point where the circulation of each generation intersects, so that a continuous generational exchange program is operated and voluntary activities between generations are encouraged.

        식초 첨가 증숙 전처리 조건에 따른 잎새버섯 분말의 품질특성

        Purpose: In this study, Maitake (Grifola frondosa) was pretreated by blanching with vinegar and the effects of the pretreatment method were evaluated. Methods: The moisture, β-glucan, crude protein and free amino acid contents of Maitake powder pretreated by blanching with vinegar were investigated. Results: The β-glucan content of Maitake powder pretreated by blanching with vinegar increased significantly compared to the control (not pretreated). The crude protein and free amino acid content in the Maitake powder decreased with increasing concentration of added vinegar. The free amino acid content related bitterness decreased. Conclusion: These results suggest that the pretreatment method of Maitake powder helps reduce the bitterness of Maitake powder and improves the organoleptic properties.

        커뮤니티 활성화를 위한 오픈스페이스 영역성 사례연구

        This study is focusing on Territoriality which is supposed to be one of the most important elements to activate open spaces in apartment communities. Case analysis with onsite visit is selected as the research method of this study targeting 6 apartment complexes in Bukgu and Gwangsangu, Gwangju city which accommodate over 500 households up to 800 households, which show high occupancy ratio and which were built after 2006 to minimize the physical environment variable. The result of this study is concluded as follows. First, we need the elements which can induce various action and the use of floor surface in color, pattern, and material should be considered in the stance of pedestrian for easy recognition of Territoriality change. Second, To secure the view, we should consider to plant shrubs or to plant trees wider apart. In most cases, enclosure is secured by using trees of Vertical Boundary for safety and comfort, but overuse in some cases make residents feel fear of enclosed spaces and insecurity. Third, Various and harmonious design elements can be recommended to increase aesthetic impression, to induce positive response for design, and to be used consistently. Finally, Unique space using notable landmark or design elements should be considered.
