        수술적 절제 후의 망막혈관종성증식의 진행

        Purpose: To describe the clinical course of three eyes of three patients that underwent surgical ablation as treatment of retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP). Methods: Surgical lysis of the retinal feeding arteriole and draining venule was done in two eyes that had stage 2 RAP with serous pigment epithelial detachment (PED). It was done as the first treatment modality in one eye, and after failure of laser photocoagulation in the other. It was also performed in another eye presumed to have very early stage RAP that showed only retinal-retinal anastomosis without any definite intraretinal or subretinal angiomatous lesion. Results: PED decreased within 1 month after ablation in the two eyes with stage 2 RAP, but new anastomoses eventually developed after 1 month, followed by progression of the lesions. In the eye with presumed early stage RAP, successful lysis of retinal-retinal anastomosis was maintained and initially showed no signs of further proliferation at the original lesion site; however, four months later, hemorrhagic PED developed distally and progressed further to retinal pigment epithelial tear and massive subretinal hemorrhage. Conclusions: Surgical ablation may be unable to halt the progressive nature of neovascular proliferations in RAP.

        1단계 망막혈관종성증식의 치료

        `Purpose: To evaluate the results of single or combined treatment methods administered to patients with stage 1 retinal angiomatous proliferation (RAP). Methods: A retrospective clinical study was performed in 9 eyes of 8 patients with stage I RAP. According to fundus angiography findings taken regularly after treatment, the results were categorized as closure of stage 1, recurrence of stage 1, or progress to stage 2. Results: The mean follow-up period was 25 (14~40) months. In two eyes treated with laser photocoagulation only, the lesions progressed to stage 2. In two eyes treated with laser photocoagulation and intravitreal triamcinolone injection, the lesions also progressed to stage 2. In four eyes treated with photodynamic therapy and intravitreal triamcinolone injection, stage 1 lesions recurred in 3 eyes, and the lesion progressed to stage 2 in one eye. In one eye treated with photodynamic therapy, intravitreal triamcinolone injection, and laser photocoagulation, the stage 1 lesion recurred. Final visual acuity was stable in the case of stage 1 recurrence but was lower than the pretreatment level when the lesion progressed to stage 2. Conclusions: With either single or combined therapy, temporary closure of the stage 1 RAP lesion was possible, but complete closure could not be achieved for a long period because the lesion either recurred or progressed.`

        가정에서의 호칭어・지칭어 사용 실태와 문제점

        This paper investigates the use of address terms and reference terms within a family. This study was conducted based on the questionnaire result targeting 4,000 people in 17 administrative areas across the country. Our research focused on investigating whether the use of terms that has been recommended in <The Standard Manners of Language Use>(2011) corresponded to the actual use in Korean contemporary language life and determining how to resolve potential problems caused by inappropriate use of the terms. The result of current study revealed that there were a number of differences between the suggested terms in <The Standard Manners of Language Use>(2011) and the actual use of the terms in contemporary Korean. The difficulty in the use of address terms and reference terms within a family was largely due to its complicate system of kinship terms and the social change from patriarchal society. This study also reveals that sexually discriminated titles for husband s and wife s family need to be reformed to avoid potential problems.

        서술부 양태 표현의 부정 양상 -보조용언적 구성을 중심으로

        이 논문은 서술부의 보조용언적 성격을 지닌 양태 표현을 대상으로 하여 그들의 양태 의미가 부정될 수 있는지의 여부를 살핀 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 양태를 심리적 태도의 주체의 측면([행위자], [심리 주체 제약적])과 양태 표현의 의미적 특성([인지적])의 측면에서 하위분류한 기존의 연구를 검토하여 7가지 부류로 하위분류하였다. 이를 바탕으로 각각의 부류에 대하여 부정소가 양태 표현에 선행하는 경우와 후행하는 경우로 나누어 살펴보았다. 그 결과 [+행위자] 양태 표현의 경우에는 선행 부정이나 후행 부정에 의해 모두 명제 내용과 양태가 함께 부정되는 데 비해 [-행위자] 양태는 후행 부정에 의해서만 양태가 부정될 수 있으며, [-행위자] 양태 가운데서 [+심리 주체제약적]인 것과 [+인지적]인 것은 후행 부정에 의해서도 부정되지 않음이 드러났다. The purpose of this paper is to clarify whether the meaning of the modal auxiliary verb construction is deniable or not by the preceding or following negative. To do this, we divided the modalities of the verb construction into 7 categories by the distinction of subject of mentality([behavior][mental subject restricted]) and the semantic features([cognition][matter-centered]). The result of this thesis is that [+behavior] modality is deniable by the preceding or following negative, but [-behavior] modality is deniable only by the following negative. But [+matter-centered] or [+cognition] modality which also owns [-behavior] modality is undeniable even by the following negative.

        초등학생의 표현 어휘 능력 연구

        본고에서는 초등학생의 표현 어휘 능력 발달 양상을 살펴보기 위해 연령 변인과 성별 변인에 따라 NDW와 TNW를 분석하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) NDW는 1, 2학년과 3학년, 3학년과 4학년 사이에 유의미한 차이를 보였고, 4, 5, 6학년 사이에 차이가 없어 저학년과 고학년 사이에 발달 속도 면에서 차이가 있었다. 2) TNW는 1, 2, 3학년과 4학년 사이에 차이가 있었고, 4학년은 5학년과 차이가 있었지만 6학년과는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타나, 4학년의 큰 스퍼트 이후 5학년 6학년에는 어휘 능력이 큰 변화 없이 유지되고 있었다. 3) 4학년의 NDW와 TNW가 3학년과는 큰 차이가 나타나고 있어, 어휘 능력의 발달이 3학년과 4학년 사이에 급격히 이루어지고 있었다. 4) 어휘 능력의 발달은 학년 단위의 일정한 속도로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 완급이 있었다. 5) NDW와 TNW 모두 5학년의 수치가 4학년보다 낮아지는 `5학년 슬럼프` 현상이 나타났다. Under the goal of investigating the development patterns of expressive lexicaly among elementary school students, this study conducted analysis of number of different words(NDW) and total number of words(TNW) according to the age and gender variables. The results are as follows: 1) There were significant differences in NDW between the first and second grade and the third grade and further between the third grade and fourth grade. But no differences were observed among the fourth, fifth, and sixth grades, which suggests that there is a difference in terms of development rate between the lower and upper grades. 2) While there differences in TNW between the first, second and third grade and the fourth grade and between the fourth and fifth grade. But no differences were found between the fourth and sixth grade. After a big spurt in the fourth grade, the vocabulary abilities of the elementary school students remained about the same from the fifth to the sixth grade. 3) The fourth grade widely differed from the third grade in terms of NDW and TNW, which implies that there was a sharp increase of vocabulary abilities between the third and fourth grade. 4) The students went through ups and downs in the development of vocabulary abilities rather than maintaining a certain rate of development. 5) There was a phenomenon of "fifth grade slump," in which the fifth graders had smaller NDW and TNW than the fourth graders.
