제1형 양극성장애 환자에서 대뇌피질 주름 패턴의 변형 : Local Gyrification Index 분석

Objectives Local gyrification reflects the early neural development of cortical connectivity, and is regarded as a potential neural endophenotype in psychiatric disorders. Several studies have suggested altered local gyrification in patients with bipolar I disorder (BD-I). The purpose of the present study was to investigate the alterations in the cortical gyrification of whole brain cortices in patients with BD-I. Methods Twenty-two patients with BD-I and age and sex-matched 22 healthy controls (HC) were included in this study. All participants underwent T1-weighted structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). The local gyrification index (LGI) of 66 cortical regions were analyzed using the FreeSurfer (Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging). One-way analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) was used to analyze the difference of LGI values between two groups adjusting for age and sex as covariates. Results The patients with BD-I showed significant hypogyria in the left pars opercularis (uncorrected-p = 0.049), the left rostral anterior cingulate gyrus (uncorrected-p = 0.012), the left caudal anterior cingulate gyrus (uncorrected-p = 0.033). However, these findings were not significant after applying the multiple comparison correction. Severity or duration of illness were not significantly correlated with LGI in the patients with BD-I. Conclusions Our results of lower LGI in the anterior cingulate cortex and the ventrolateral prefrontal cortex in the BD-I group implicate that altered cortical gyrification in neural circuits involved in emotion-processing may contribute to pathophysiology of BD-I.

디젤 엔진에 대한 배기 규제가 강화됨에 따라 새로운 연소 기법을 이용하여 엔진 자체의 배출물을 줄이거나 후처리 장치 등을 이용하여 최종 배출물을 줄이는 등의 노력이 이루어지고 있다. 특히, 질소 산화물(NOx) 감소를 위한 실린더 내 연소제어와 후처리 장치의 효율을 최적화하기 위해서는 실시간으로 배출되는 NOx 에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구(Part 1)에서는 실린더 압력과 ECU에서 활용 가능한 정보들을 이용하여 실시간으로 발생하는 NO 를 예측할 수 있는 모델을 개발하였다. 모델은 확장 Zeldovich 메커니즘에 기반한 0-D 모델로 엔진 운전 상태에서 ECU 자체에서 계산될 수 있도록 단순화 되었다. 개발된 모델은 CFD 모델 결과를 이용하여 동일하게 주어진 조건 하에서 모델 자체의 신뢰성을 검증되었다. Part 2 에서는 실험적 검증을 위해 2.2L 디젤 엔진을 이용하여 다양한 운전조건(RPM, 부하, EGR, 주분사시기 등)에서 배기가스 분석기 결과와 모델을 비교 검증하였다. 정상상태와 과도상태 실험 결과 넓은 운전영역에서 모델이 실험 값을 잘 예측함을 확인할 수 있었다.

Automatic oil pump pressurizes oil for transmission components to operate under high pressure and circulates oil to the lubricating part under low pressure. The oil pump elevates oil pressure to high level to be possible to transfer torque. Pressure control valves in the valve body reduces the pressure of some of the pressurized oil to low level. That is, over-design of the oil pump is a major cause of power loss and it is possible to reduce power loss by separating oil pump into the high pressure pump and low pressure pump. This paper introduces the 2-stage oil pump which has two oil pump in one housing and is driven by the same shaft, the low pressure pump supplies lubricating oil and the high pressure pump generates transmission oil pressure. In this paper the performance of th 2-stage oil pump for automatic transmission system is analyzed by computational fluid dynamic method.

프로세서 파이프라인 깊이가 증가함에 따른 높은 분기 예측 실패 페널티를 막기 위해 고성능 프로세서에서 높은 정확도의 분기 예측기가 필수적이다. 대부분의 기존 분기 예측기들은 분기 히스토리 패턴을 정보로 사용한다. 하지만 분기 히스티 패턴은 값에 영향을 받는 분기나 먼 분기에 영향을 받는 분기 등 효과적이지 못하다. 그래서 레지스터 값들의 정보인 Available Register Value Information(ARVI)이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 이 ARVI의 형성 방법을 디펜던시 추적과 인코딩 두 단계로 분류한다. 그리고 각 단계를 개선하여 레지스터 값 패턴의 형성 방법을 제안하고 성능을 측정하였다. 레스터 값 패턴은 ARVI 보다 최대 4.41%(183.equake) 평균 0.97%으,ㅣ 정확도가 향상되었다.
가솔린 직분식 멀티홀 인젝터의 분무관통길이에 대한 연구 및 통계적 분석 방법

DISI engine has higher efficiency, power output and less carbon dioxide emissions compared to the conventional SI engine due to lean, stratified combustion, and high compression ratio. In order to obtain the desired spray movement in the DISI engine, it is crucial to understand the penetration length and shape of spray of each injector regarding the ambient pressure and injection pressure. There have been many previous researches on the spray characteristics of cone-type and pantype injectors used in wall-guided and air-guided system. However, a few studies have been done for spray characteristics of multi-hole injector used in spray-guided system. Therefore, the spray penetration lengths of multi-hole injector were measured at the various ambient pressure and injection pressure by using a high speed CCD camera and image processing software. High pressure chamber was used to obtain similar conditions to engine. For quantitative analysis of the experimental data, penetration length was defined as a function of ambient pressure, injection pressure, and time by using 2nd order regression analysis. And weighting factors of each variable were confirmed. In order to validate the equation, calculation results were prepared with experimental results.

Recently, To improve fuel efficiency and power consumption reduction technology in automobile parts is the issue. Automatic transmission oil pump for electric vehicles(EV) generates high pressure(HP) for shifting and low pressure(LP) for lubrication. There is the problem that unnecessary power loss by reducing automatic transmission fluid(ATF) pressure HP to LP. Power loss of the oil pump is a cause of deteriorating the fuel consumption of automobiles. In the case of EV, it is necessary to large capacity of the electric motor. and it grows the power consumption of the pump. Double discharge single suction 2-stage oil pump configures the HP pump and LP pump part to the single axis. It is possible to pressing the pressure required and reduce unnecessary power loss. In this study, HP, LP line pressure rotational speed of the rotor, ATF oil temperature of 2-stage oil pump has confirmed the effects on flow rate by using the CFD analysis. The pump characteristic according to the change in the rotational speed of the rotor was compared by experimental researching.

Vane type binary vacuum pump is the equipment that make vacuum in the brake booster using the negative pressure caused by the rotation of the rotor for decelerating or stopping the vehicle. Mechanical vacuum pump in diesel engine, the negative pressure of engine intake manifold in the gasoline engine is used as the primary vacuum source. Recently, according to the introducing engine downsizing and turbo charger technology for improving fuel efficiency, electric vacuum pump is used as additional vacuum source. In this study, the effect on flow rate and outlet pressure with respect to the design parameter such as clearance, vane angle and outlet position has been examined using CFD analysis.

Torque is a key factor of engine performance. It is distributed to various parts of the vehicle such as valve-train, power-train, generator and water pump. However, the exact torque of each part cannot be determined. To find the exact torque of a part, a new type of torque meter is needed because almost all of existing torque meter type is axial which cannot be installed in a real vehicle. This paper, will discuss the development of the disk-type torque meter which can be installed in real vehicle. It makes use of the elastic deformation of the drive plate. It consists of a strain node, power node and telemetry node. To transmit torque data, Bluetooth technology is used. The disk-type torque meter was installed in a Hyundai New Avante XD and the torque was measured successfully.
