This study was started with the question and problem about the modern city. The urban environment is divided into some separated functions; therefore the city is unable to support human life. The characteristics of 3-dimensional city and contemporary architecture with that characteristics are analyzed as a concept with a way to overcome the limit of the modern city. Through this study, it is cleared that the urban floor is an important factor of 3-dimensional city. To make urban floor in architecture is an attempt to get architecture to work with city and that process makes a human environment connecting to the city. After all, making 3-dimensional city is the matter of how to make urban floors naturally.
양곡창고의 패시브 디자인 요소에 관한 연구 - 정읍시 양곡 창고를 중심으로

This paper aim to record the building elements and performance of passive design strategies used in Koreas under-documented traditional Grain Warehouses. First, 8-Grain Warehouses, all located in Jeongeup, Saemgol, were analyzed per primary size, exterior material, and structure. Then passive design elements such as wall ventilation openings, roof fans, and thermal mass strategies were identified. Finally, we measured the indoor and out temperature and humidity to examine the effectiveness of the passive design elements. The following were the results; the indoor temperature was consistently at 24~25.5 °C; however, the humidity were consistently 10% or higher than the outside. These results are essential findings in understanding the passive design strategies implemented in neglected vernacular architecture typologies.
성층화된 유체 내에서 내부파와 표면파의 파형 변화 실험을 위한 수치적 연구

Internal waves occur at the interface between two layers caused by a seawater density difference. The internal waves generated by a body moving in a two-layer fluid are also related to the generation of surface waves because of their interaction. In these complex flow phenomena, the experimental measurements and experimental set-up for the wave patterns of the internal waves and surface waves are very difficult to perform in a laboratory. Therefore, studies have mainly been carried out using numerical analysis. However, model tests are needed to evaluate the accuracy of numerical models. In this study, the various experimental conditions were evaluated using CFD simulations before experiments to measure the wave patterns of the internal waves and surface waves in a stratified two-layer fluid. The numerical simulation conditions included variations in the densities of the fluids, depth of the two-layer fluid, and moving speed of the underwater body.
현대 교육사조에 비추어 본 초등 예비교사들의 교육철학적 사고 경향과 일관성

본고의 목적은 초등 예비교사들의 교육철학적 사고의 경향과 일관성 정도를 실증적으로 파악함으로써 교육철학 교육에 주는 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 초등 예비교사들은 어떠한 교육철학적 사고 경향을 갖고 있으며, 그들의 교육철학적 사고는 얼마나 일관적인가를 측정하고 분석하였다. 7개 교육대학 1, 2, 3학년 재학생 568명을 대상으로 조사·분석한 결과, 교육에 대해 실존주의적 사고 경향을 가진 예비교사가 절대적으로 많았다. 그리고 사고의 일관성 정도에 있어서는 일관적이지 못한 경우가 일관된 경우보다 훨씬 많았다. 특히 사고의 일관성이 부족한 경우가 많았다는 사실은 교육대학의 교육철학 교육에서 교육철학 관련 지식을 전수하던 전통적인 방식에서 벗어나 교육에 대한 철학적 사고 능력을 실질적으로 함양하는 방식으로 재구성할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. The main purpose of this study is to survey the elementary pre-service teacher`s inclination for philosophical thought of education and its logical consistency, and then infer its implications for education of philosophy of education in the elementary pre-service teacher training program. On this study, I classify into four large groups the current of modern educational thoughts. And on the basis of the classification, I develop questionnaires and survey the elementary pre-service teacher`s inclination for philosophical thought of education and its logical consistency. And I make an analysis of the results of the survey, interpret it in the philosophical view point, and analogize its important suggestions to the practice of education of philosophy of education. The results of this study are followings: (a) A lot of elementary pre-service teacher has existential perspective on education, (b) a lot of elementary pre-service teacher`s views on education do not have the consistency. The implication of these results is that we have to change the teacher training program focused on transmission of philosophical knowledge on education into program focused training of philosophical thinking on education.
