      • 화생방 방호시설을 위한 방폭밸브 설계

        화생방 방호시설은 화생방전 상황 하에서 내부의 인원이 보호 장구 없이 일정 기간 동안 각자의 업무 수행, 휴식, 식사 그리고 생리적인 욕구를 해결할 수 있도록 하는 시설이다. 또한 화생방 방호시설에는 전시에 예상되는 핵 또는 재래식 무기에 의한 폭풍파, EMP 무기 등에 의한 강력한 전자기장으로부터 화생방 방호시설 및 내부의 인원, 장비의 피해를 막을 수 있는 장비 및 장치가 설치되는 시설물이다. 특히, 방폭밸브는 화생방 방호시설의 모든 환풍통로(급․배기구)에 설치하여 피폭으로부터 인명 및 장비를 보호하는 역할을 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 주요 부품의 재질과 가공방법을 변경하여 제품의 생산시간을 단축하고, 도금이나 도금으로 인한 부수작업 등을 없애고 내구성을 증대시킴은 물론, 장기적 측면에서 제작비용을 줄일 수 있도록 설계하였다. 기술개발의 가장 핵심인 방폭밸브의 유량성능 측정결과 기존 제품은 차압 150Pa에서 약 1,100~1,150CMH 정도이였지만, 본 논문에서 설계된 방폭밸브는 동일 차압에서 기존 제품보다 약 15% 이상 향상시킨 1,300CMH 이상의 성능을 나타내었다.

        지구성 운동과 MitoQ 섭취가 Alcl3로 유도된 알츠하이머 질환 동물 모델의 Tau 과인산화, 산화스트레스, 항산화 조절 요인, 미토콘드리아 기능 및 인지기능에 미치는 영향

        PURPOSE: This study aimed to investigate the effect of 8 weeks of endurance exercise and MitoQ intake on tau hyperphosphorylation, oxidative stress, antioxidant modulating factors, mitochondrial function, and cognitive function in an AlCl3-induced Alzheimer’s disease animal model. METHODS: For the experimental animals, 40 mg/kg of aluminum chloride (AlCl3) was diluted with physiological saline for 60 days and intraperitoneally injected to create an Alzheimer’s disease animal model. In addition, endurance exercise was performed at a speed of 12 m/min using a treadmill for laboratory animals for 8 weeks, and MitoQ was applied with a 100 μm concentration of negative water. The rats were randomly divided into five groups: a saline control group (NC, n=6), an AlCl3 injection group (AC, n=6), an AlCl3 injection and treadmill exercise group (AE, n=6), an AlCl3 injection and MitoQ group (AM, n=6), and an AlCl3 injection and treadmill exercise and MitoQ intake group (AEM, n=6). The SPSS program was used for statistical analyses. Differences between the groups in each variable were analyzed using the one-way ANOVA. RESULTS: Endurance exercise and MitoQ intake for 8 weeks showed positive results in cognitive function and decreased tau hyper-phosphorylation in the animal model with Alzheimer’s disease. In addition, they reduced oxidative stress (4-HNE, MDA) and had a positive effect on antioxidant indicators (catalase, SOD-1, SOD-2). Finally, they exhibited a positive effect on factors related to mitochondrial function (PGC-1, Tfam). CONCLUSIONS: Eight weeks of endurance exercise and MitoQ intake are thought to have a positive effect in alleviating Alzheimer’s disease in terms of improving cognitive function through AlCl3 accumulation, tau hyperphosphorylation, oxidative stress, antioxidant modulating factors, and mitochondrial function.

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of aerobic exercise in health related fitness, performance of exercise and serum Lipid in middle-Aged women. 1. Health-related physical fitness 1) Significant differences were found between exercise group and non-exercise group on muscular stregth, fexibility, agility, balance.13.9412.28, 2.311.02, 5.564.00, 26.3325.48 2) The rate of body fat reduced after exercise group companed with before non-exercise in an experimentation group but there was not any changes in a comparatine group -14.079.27. 2. Performance of exercise Exercise groups significantly make a heart rate at rest when comparing with non-exercise group -7.117.31(P(.05) and significantly differences were found between exercise group and non-exercise group on a maximum oxygen, aventiation at rest, and a maximum ventilation 9.604.47 0.380.21, 13.267.40 (P<,001) 3. No Significant differences were found exercise on T-Cholesterol -23.7831.37, but there was signifkcant difference of TG. HDL-cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol exercise group -33.1127.26 3.441.24, -26.7827.94.

      • 스포츠 마사지가 운동후 혈중 젖산농도 변화와 심박수에 미치는 영향

        The Purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of sports massage on the blood lactate concentration and heart rate during the post-exercise recovery phase. Twelve male jeonju Technical college students were selected as subjects. Each subjects was grouped into three groups(rest recovery group, an exercise recovery group and a sports massage group) using systematic random sampling. All of the subjects who participated in this study were healthy and diagnosed that they were not suffering from any internal diseases. Work rate was loaded to all-out condition during thirty second by (body weight multiple 0.05)Kp load using a bicycle ergometer. Blood was sampled on the capillary blood-vessel of the finger tip at the pre-exercise stage and at 3, 5, 10, and 20 minutes after exercise. the Blood lactate concentration was analyzed by YSI, 1500, USA belonging to the physical Education department laboratory. At the time, the heart rate was measured at the pre-exercise stage and at 3, 5, 10 and 20 minutes after exercise. The main results of this study were as followings: First, At 20 minutes. in the post-exercise recovery phase, the Blood lactate concentration of RP group was 6.48±0.36(mmol/L), ER group was 5.62±0.37(mmol/L), and that of the SM group was 5.71±0.62(mmol/L). the Blood lactate concentration removed more rapidly with exercise recovery and sports massage than with rest recovery(p<.05). Second, At 20 minutes. in the post-exercise recovery phase, the heart rate of RR group was 90.40±8.38(beats/min), ER group was 103.40±4.98(beats/min), and that of SM group was 75.40±4.98(beats/min). The heart tate was recovered more rapidly with sports massage and rest recovery than with exercise recovery(p<.001). Third, The recovery time of blood lactate concentration was significantly different from 3 minutes to 20 minutes during the post-exercise recovery phase(p<.05). Fourth, The recovery time of the heart rate was significantly different from 3 minutes to 20 minutes during the post-exercise recovery phase(p<.001).
