The purpose of this study was to describe a culture of horseback-riding s leisure in order to provide experiential knowledge to participants and potential participants of horseback-riding. Ethnography was undertaken to study the culture of how horseback-riders are experiencing their leisure experiences in their participations of horseback-riding. During field works, data was collected through participation observations, field notes, semi-structured one-on-one interviews, retrospectively recorded oonversations, personal narratives. Data were analyzed through the oontents analysis method and represented through the creative analytic processes ethnography. The results from applying the culture of horse-riding participants to Serious leisure perspective developed by Slebbins (l982, 2007, 2012) were as follows. Horseback-riding participants enjoyed sport as a casual leisure, developed horse-riding career as a project-based leisure, experience horse riding as a serious leisure. Nevertheless, it was found that those horseback-riding participants who do not have their own horses could not help facing harriers when it came to enjoying horse riding as a serious leisure.

당구의 여가스포츠적 가치에 관한 질적 연구

본 연구의 목적은 도심에서 가장 많은 동호인을 확보하고 있는 스포츠 당구의 여가스포츠로서의 가치를 탐색하여 당구가 스포츠로서 발전하기 위한 이론적 근거를 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해서 10명의 당구 동호인들을 대상으로 심층면담, 비 참여관찰, 관찰일지 등을 통하여 자료를 수집하였으며 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 당구에 참여하게 되는 계기는 놀이문화의 부재, 가까운 접근성, 주위의 권유, 시간제약이 없는 스포츠 등으로 나타났다. 스포츠 당구의 효과는 두뇌스포츠, 사교성의 증진, 몰입의 경험, 도박 심리 충족으로 나타났다. 스포츠 당구의 제약요인은 남성중심의 스포츠, 지도자의 부재, 비흡연자에 대한 배려 부족 등으로 나타났다. 스포츠 당구가 발전하기 위해서는 금연구역 활성화, 여성 동호인들을 위한 시설 개선, 지도자의 확충, 매스미디어를 통한 홍보 활동 강화 등으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 의의는 당구가 앞으로 더욱 발전할 수 있는 근거를 제시했다는데 의미를 찾을 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to present the characteristics of billiard as a displine of sports since it is very vitalized and there a huge number of participants over the country. The study was conducted through phenomenological research method with 10 billiard participants. The results were as followings. First, the motivation of participating billiard is due to the lack of play-culture, close accessibility, recommendation of friends, no time constraints. The characteristics of billiard as a sports are mental, enhancement of sociability, immersion, and fulfilling physiological gambling needs. However, there are some constraints of playing billiard in that it is very male-dominated, lack of skill development program, lack of consideration for non-smokers. For the better development and vitalizations of billiard, non smoking area, improving facilities for female participants, diverse program to improve skills, reinforcement of promotion through mass media are needed to be aware. study was meaningful in that it was to present solutions in horseback riding field. When the various education was conducted in horseback riding field, it would be useful for participants to protect themselves from injuries as well as to develope horseback riding industries.

정책흐름모형(Multiple Streams Framework)을 적용한 중학교 학교스포츠클럽활동 정책 결정과정 분석

본 연구의 목적은 중학교 학교스포츠클럽활동이 어떠한 사회·정치적 상황과 맥락에 의해서 정책 의제로 형성 되었는지 분석하는데 있다. 따라서, Kingdon(1984)이 제시한 정책흐름모형을 적용하였으며, 정책 형성의 근거는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 문제 흐름의 충격적 지표는 학교폭력 경험의 급증, 극적 사건은 대구 중학생 자살 사건으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정치의 흐름에서 여론의 동향은 학교 폭력의 심각성과 사회적 논의 방안을 학교현장의 이슈로 지속적으로 제기하였으며, 이익 집단의 활동은 한국교원총연합회의 역할이 주요 하였다. 셋째, 정책 흐름은 16개 시도교육청의 학교폭력 정책 대안, 창의 인성을 강조한 2009년 개정 교육과정 총론, 학교스포츠클럽의 효과성 평가 등으로 요약된다. 넷째, 이와 같은 흐름들은 학교스포츠클럽활동의 확산이 필요하다는 사회적 요구와 부합되면서, 정책의 창(policy window)이 열리는데 3명의 정책선도자가 역할을 수행하였다. 이 연구가 중학교 학교스포츠클럽활동 정책형성의 사회·정치적 상황과 맥락을 이해하며, 이를 근거로 학교스포츠클럽활동의 실효성 및 개정방안을 논의하는데 있어서 시사점을 제공하기를 기대한다. This study is aimed at making an analysis of what social, political circumstances and context made the currently implemented school sports club activity in a middle school form as a policy agenda with the application of Kingdon(1984)-presented policy streams framework; as a result of this analysis, the grounds for policy formation are as follows: First, in the streams of problem, a shocking indicator was found to be a sharp increase in students` experience of school violence while 2) a dramatic event was revealed to be a middle school student`s suicide accident. Second, in political streams, the analysis results showed that 1) the trend of public opinion has continuously raised the seriousness of school violence and the social discussion plan for this as an issue of school field, and 2) in the activity of the interest group, the role of Korea Federation of Teacher`s Associations was found to dominantly work. Third, policy streams are summarized as 1)school violence policy alternatives set forth by 16 Offices of Education in cities and provinces, 2)the 2009 revised curriculum putting emphasis on creative personality, and 3) researches on effectiveness of school sports club, etc. Fourth, with such individual streams coinciding with social needs that spread of school sports clubs is really necessary from social, educational aspects, the 3 policy leaders carried out their role in opening the policy window. This writer hopes this study will serve to understand social, political circumstances and context that form the foundation of the policy formation for school sports clubs, on the basis of which this study could provide implications in discussing effectiveness of school sports club activity and revision schemes.

생활체육 참여 노인의 건강신념이 스포츠태도 및 수면장애에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 생활체육 참여 노인의 건강신념과 스포츠태도 및 수면장애의 관계를 규명하는데 연구의 목적이 있으며, 2020년도 생활체육동호회에 소속된 노인들을 모집단을 선정하였다. 서울과 경기에 소재한 생활체육동호회 중 총 289명을 표본을 추출하였고, 이 중 응답의 일관성이 결여되는 것으로 판단된 12부를 제외하고, 총 277명의 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 이 연구의 가설을 검증하기 위해 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 생활체육 참여 노인의 건강신념 중 유익성은 스포츠태도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 생활체육 참여 노인의 건강신념 중 민감성, 장애성은 수면장애의 모든 하위요인인 수면양상, 수면장애, 수면결과, 수면저해에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 한편, 유익성은 수면결과에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 생활체육 참여 노인의 스포츠태도는 수면장애 중 수면장애, 수면결과, 수면저해에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 따라서 스포츠에 직접 참여하는 것으로 얻게 되는 긍정적인 스포츠 태도를 높일 수 있는 노력이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between health beliefs, sports attitudes and sleep disorders of the elderly participating in life sports, and the population of the elderly belonging to the life sports club in 2020 was selected. A total of 289 people were sampled from the life sports clubs located in Seoul and Gyeonggi, and a total of 277 people were used for the analysis, except for 12 copies, which were judged to lack consistency in response. The SPSS 22.0 program was used to test the hypothesis of this study, and the following conclusions were drawn. First, among the health beliefs of the elderly participating in life sports, the beneficial effect had a significant positive (+) effect on sports attitude. Second, among the health beliefs of the elderly participating in physical education, sensitivity and disability had significant positive effects on sleep patterns, sleep disorders, sleep outcomes, and sleep disturbances, which are all sub-factors of sleep disorders. On the other hand, profitability had a significant negative effect on sleep results. Third, the sports attitude of the elderly participating in life sports had a significant negative effect on sleep disorder, sleep results, and sleep disturbance among sleep disorders. Therefore, it was considered that efforts to increase the positive attitude of sports obtained by directly participating in sports are necessary.

광역 , 기초자치단체간의 갈등에 관한 연구 - 부산광역시를 중심으로 -

이 연구는 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체간의 불균등한 관계실태를 고찰하고, 이러한 관계를 토대로 양자간의 갈등원인을 분석하여 그러한 갈등원인별 사례분석을 실시하고 그 해결책을 중심으로 양자간에 합리적인 관계를 형성하기 위한 대안들을 탐색하였다. 연구결과 몇가지 중요한 사실을 발견하였는데 첫째, 양자간의 관계가 대등하지 못한 이유는 여러 가지가 있겠지만 무엇보다도 기능배분의 불균등 문제와 불합리한 지도·감독의 관계 때문이었다. 둘째, 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체간의 갈등의 원인은 크게 두가지로 요약되었는데 그것은 민선시대에 역행하는 행정행태와 불평등한 권력관계 및 불합리한 기능·사무배분관계로 나타났다. 셋째, 광역자치단체와 기초자치단체간의 합리적인 관계를 형성하기 위해서는 크게 두가지 대안이 필요한데 그것은 인식 및 행정행태의 전환, 기능·사무배분의 함리화와 지도·감독의 개선이다. 양자의 인식 및 행태전환을 위해서는 인사교류와 활성화, 광역시의 정책결정과정에 당해 자치구·군의 참여보장, 주민참여의 보장과 정보제공의 활성화 등이 필요하다. 그리고 사무배분의 합리화와 지도·감독기능이 유인제도를 통한 비권력적 관여로 전환되는 것이 요청된다. 앞으로의 연구과제로서는 외국의 풍부한 사례 및 법·제도·관행 등과 우리나라의 사례 및 법·제도·관행 등을 비교 분석하여 우리에게 맞는 법·제도·관행 등을 모색하는 것이라고 하겠다.

都市成長指標로서의 '삶의 질' 分析

Most studies on quality of life(QOL) concerned with urban growth on quality side focus on the discrepancy of QOL between cities. In fact, there are short of analytic studies which connect urban growth change with QOL supplied within a city. Thus, this study is intended to analyse QOL as urban growth indicators supposed that in order to establish balanced urban growth there need to consider not only quantity-side of a city but also the quality-side of a city. Results from this analysis are as follows : First: as a whole, metropolitan cities in Korea have been grown until recently. Second: QOL of medium and small cities has been improved faster than other-size cities. Third: the level of QOL in big cities has been deteriorated from 1995, and QOL was at lowest level in 1997.
