        저자들은 지속적인 고열과 심한 기침 및 가래, 호흡곤란을 주소로 내원한 15세 남아에서 결핵 치료를 받고 있던 중 홍역에 이환 되어 악화되었고, 투약 중이던 모든 약제에 내성이 나타난 폐결핵을 문헌 고찰과 아울러 보고한다. The incidence of complications of measles is about 4% and most of the chief complications are in the respiratory system, such as pneumonia, bronchitis. One of other potential dangers of measles is exacerbation of an existing pulmonary tuberculosis. We report a case of exacerbated pulmonary tuberculosis in 15-year old male child after contracting measles during epidemic in year 2001.

      • 청주지역 청소년의 식사 행동과 심리적 적응

        The purpose of this study was to identify the aspects of eating patterns whether they could predict adolescents' eating behaviors and examine the differences in eating behaviors according to the sex, age, & physical characteristics. Also, this research was to investigate how the eating behaviors predict adolescents' psychological adjustment according to sex and age. Subjects of this study consisted of 596 adolescents drawn from middle schools and high schools in Cheongju City. The pilot study was used to examine the applicability of survey instrument. Data were analyzed by the frequency, percentage, t-test, ANOVA, and stepwise regression using SPSS WIN program. The aspects of adolescents' eating patterns showed that teenagers were likely to have overeating/binge eating, speed eating, and unbalanced eating behaviors. There were statistically different in eating behaviors according to sex, age, and physical characteristics. Overeating/binge eating, speed eating, unbalanced eating, and a negative atmosphere of family meal time were significant risk factors predicting adolescents' relative psychological adjustment. There was statistically different in the effect of eating behaviors on adolescents' psychological adjustment according to sex and age. The results implies that future research is needed and the teacher of home economics education can use it in a class.

        교육 개혁과 공업계 고등학교 교육과정의 방향

        The purpose of this study was to draw the directions of technical high school`s curriculum. For this study, establishment strategies for the New Vocational Education System, innovation strategies for primary and secondary curricula, the current 6th curriculum, and results from survey were analyzed. Based on the results of this study, the following directions of technical high school`s curriculum were drawn: 1. The curriculum should be composed with priority given to basic competences. 2. The curriculum should be composed on the basis of job analysis. 3. General subjects of the curriculum should be composed in consideration of the characteristics of technical high school. 4. The curriculum should be composed by the integration of theoretical and practical subjects. 5. The curriculum should be composed with interrelation to National Vocational Qualification and industrial field. 6. The curriculum should be composed with emphasis on cooprative role sharing between the schools and industrial firms. 7. The curriculum extending autonomous discetionary authority both of the schools and Provincial Educational Boards should be composed. 8. The curriculum securing the learner`s right of choice should be composed. 9. The curriculum articulated to vocational institutes in higher education sector under lifelong education system should be composed.

        공업계 고등학교 『2·1 체제』 의 운영 현황과 발전 방향

        The "2·1 System"at the technical high school to achieve the industrial experiences means a system of cooperative the parts of education as charging the literate and the basic education of a specialized subjects during the first 2 years, and the practical education in industrials during last 1 year. This study suggests developmental strategies through the literature review related with "2·1 System"at the technical high school on knowledge based society. Results from this study are as follows. 1. The major results of "2·1 System"are perceived the importance of practice on practical industrial field, solving the manpower problems, influencing affirmatively the revision of law, and laying the foundation of raising the ability of adaptation at field through the development of the Module teaching-learning materials. 2. The problems of "2·1 System" are the difficulty of the industry selection to training that due to inadequacy the agencies concerned, the evaluation of education in practical industrial field and the implementation of dual curriculum, the vulnerable training environment, the unenforcement of the soundly actual practice, and the disruption with developed teaching-learning materials and curriculum in the front of school. 3. The directions of development are the characterization of the school to work connection, the upgrade of educational standards, the advantaged and delayed military service, the exemption a qualifying examination through approval of experience in actual field and the expansion acquisition chances, the substantialization of the field education in industry, the benefit to participate in system, and the implementation and substantialization of public practical education through improve and expand the public practice center.

        보육교사와 부모의 부모면담 인식에 따른 관계의 변화

        본 연구는 부모면담에 대한 부모와 보육교사의 인식을 살펴보고, 면담을 통한 부모와 보육교사의 관계변화에 대한 의미를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 S 어린이집의 부모 7명과 보육교사 6명을 면담하였으며, 이를 통해 부모면담에 대한 인식을 살펴보았다. 부모면담에 대한 부모와 보육교사의 인식은 ‘영유아에 대한 이해의 차이 인식’, ‘부모와 보육교사의 관점이 다름을 인식’, ‘관계 형성 중요성에 대한 인식’으로 나타났다. 부모면담에 따른 부모와 보육교사의 관계변화는 ‘상호 관점의 이해’와 ‘부모와의 협력적 관계’를 만들어 나갈 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 부모면담을 통해 부모들은 자녀에 대해 주관적 시선을 극복하고 보다 객관적인 시선을 가질 수 있었으며, 교사에 대한 신뢰가 높아지고, 자녀양육을 위해 교사와 협력적 관계를 만들어 나갈 수 있다고 보았다. 본 연구를 통해 부모면담의 중요성에 대한 현실성을 이해하고, 앞으로 교사의 의사소통 역량강화를 위한 후속 연구가 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to identify parents’ and child care teachers’ perception on Parents Meeting. In addition, it aims to explore the meaning behind the change in relationship between parents and child care teachers through conducting interviews. For this study, 7 parents and 6 teachers of S Child care center were interviewed in order to identify their perceptions on Parent Meeting. As a result, it was found that the parents’ and child care teachers’ perceptions on parent meeting consisted of ‘perception on the difference in understanding infants’, ‘perception on the different perspective of parents and child care teachers’, and ‘perception on the importance of building relationships’. Furthermore, it appeared that the change in relationship between parents and child care teachers due to parent meeting can create ‘an understanding of mutual perspectives’ and ‘a cooperative relationship with parents’. In addition, through parent meeting, parents were able to overcome the subjective view of their children and have a more objective view, trust in teachers, and create a cooperative relationship with teachers for child rearing. Through this study, the significance of parent meeting should be understood in reality, and further studies should be conducted to reinforce teachers’ capacity for better communication.

        학교 교구 · 설비 기준 개정을 위한 기초연구

        The purpose of study was to investigate the status and problems of teaching instruments and equipment in kindergarten, primary and secondary schools for policy recommendations. The concept of teaching instrument and equipment was clarified through the theoretical analysis of related literature. Questionnaire survey was conducted to identify current status and problems of teaching instruments and equipment. The problems of the regulations on teaching instruments and equipment. The problems of the regulations on teaching instruments and equlipment were also identified through the questionnaire survey. The interview method and expert conference were applied to explore the improvement directions on teaching instruments and equipment. Judging from the research results, it is clear that kindergarten, primary and secondary schools have many problems with teaching instruments and equipment in quality and quantity. The regulations have turned out to be inadequate for effective preparation of teaching instruments and equipment. Some recommendations were drawn according to the research results. (1) The regulations on teaching instruments and equipment should be revised to meet the requirement of curriculum and textbook. (2) The service and hygiene facilities should be strengthened in general classroom. (3) The special classroom for lab and practical activities should be improved in the number as well as in their internal facilities. (4) A special institute should be established for the continuous research and development of teaching instruments and equipment.

        제 7 차 공업계 고등학교 기계과 학교 교육과정 편성·운영 방안 연구

        This study was aimed at providing a strategy for organizing and implementing the school-based curriculum of mechanical department in the technical high school. For this, the study had three steps. The first step was to review the results of preceding studies on the organization and implementation of school-based curriculum. Next, The 7^(th) technical high school curriculum was summarized laying stress on the organization and implementation of school-based curriculum. Finally, the strategy for organizing and implementing the 7^(th) school-based curriculum of mechanical department in the technical high school was presented.

        제6차 공업계 고등학교 교육과정의 분석과 개선 방안

        The purpose of this study was to analyze the 6th technical high school curriculum and to propose the directions for reform. The contents of analysis were the characteristics and objectives, the composition of vocational department and course, and the guideline for curriculum organization and operation of the technical high school presented to the 6th curriculum. The national curriculum, curriculum guideline of the local board of education, and the school curriculum were analyzed. Based on this results, the directions for the technical high school curriculum reform were proposed as the followings. 1) The technical high school curriculum have to be forcused on the basic competency of entry level. 2) The department of environmental technology should be a standard department in the national curriculum. 3) The subjects for theory band practice have to be integrated as one. 4) The technical high school curriculum should be composed in directions to enlarge autonomy of the local board of education and schools. 5) Students` the right of choice have to be reinforced. 6) The supervised occupational experiences should be presented as a subject. 7) Based on the job analysis, the subject contents have to be selected. 8) The national technical qualification have to be given after the students master the technical course and the technical high school curriculum should be articulated to the post-secondary education. 9) The technical subjects and its contents have to be reduced. 10) The national curriculum should be presented easily and the curriculum guideline of the local board of education and the school curriculum supervised and to be planed and operated correctly.

        Meckel 게실의 임상양상

        목 적 : Meckel 게실은 장출혈, 장폐색, 감염, 천공등의 합병증에 의한 증상이 나타날 수 있으며 급성 복증을 일으키는 다른 질환과 감별진단이 어렵고 진단이 지연되기 쉽다. 저자들은 Meckel 게실 환자에서 임상증상과 조직학적 소견을 비교하여 신속히 진단하고 치료하는데 도움이 되고자 하였다. 방 법 : 1993년 10월부터 2001년 8월까지 이화의료원에서 진단한 Meckel 게실 10례의 의무기록을 후향적으로 조사하여 임상증상과 조직학적 소견 등을 분석하였다. 결 과 : 1) 환자의 연령은 7일-14세의 분포를 보였고, 6세 이전(60%)이 많았다. 남녀비는 2.3 : 1로 남아에서 많았다. 2) 주요증상은 무통성 하부 장출혈, 복통, 복부 팽만, 구토 순이었고 나이가 많을수록 증상이 심하였다. 3) 수술 전에 Meckel 게실로 진단되거나 의심되어 수술 한 경우 5례, 초음파 유도하 수압으로 정복되지 않은 장중첩증(3례)과 장폐색(2례)으로 수술하여 발견된 경우 5례이었다. 4) Meckel 스캔($^{99m}Tc-pertechnetate$)은 cimetidine을 투여한 후 6례에서 시행되었으며, 이소성 위점막이 있었던 5례 중 4례에서 양성, 1례 위음성, 이소성 위점막이 없었던 1례에서 음성이었다. 5) Meckel 게실은 회맹판으로부터 35-70 cm 상부에 있었고, 길이는 4-12 cm이었으며 이중 80%가 5cm 미만이었다. 6) 하부 장출혈이 있었던 5례 모두에서 이소성 위점막이 발견되었고, 그 외의 조직학적 소견은 염증 3례, 궤양 3례, 천공 1례, 출혈 3례, 경색 1례이었다. 결 론 : Meckel 게실은 출혈량이 적거나 증상이 경미한 환자에서 신속히 진단하게 되면 출혈이나 수혈의 빈도를 줄일 수 있으며 회복도 빠르므로, Meckel 게실을 염두에 두고 조영술이나 내시경에 우선하여 Meckel 스캔을 시행하는 것이 좋다. 이소성 위점막이 없는 Meckel 게실에서는 Meckel 스캔이 음성이므로 임상적으로 의심될 때에는 복강경, 컴퓨터 단층촬영, 고해상도 초음파촬영 등의 다양한 진단법이 시도되어야 할 것이다. Purpose : The diagnosis of Meckel's diverticulum is difficult and delayed because it presents with various clinical symptoms. We evaluated clinical, imaging and pathologic findings of Meckel's diverticulum to facilitate detection of Meckel's diverticulum in children. Methods : Review of clinical, imaging, surgical and pathological findings in 10 children aged 7 days to 14 years with Meckel's diverticulum during an 8-year period, 1993-2001, at Ewha Womans University Hospital was undertaken. Results : The male to female ratio was 2.3 : 1. The chief complaint was painless lower gastrointestinal( GI) bleeding; others were abdominal pain, abdominal distention and vomiting, in order of frequency. The diagonsis before surgery were Meckel's diverticulum in 5 patients, non-reducible intussusception in 3 patients and intestinal obstruction in 2 patients. The diverticulum was located between 35 cm to 70 cm proximal to the ileocecal valve. The length of the diverticulum ranged from 4 cm to 12 cm and 80% of it was within 5 cm. A Meckel scan($^{99m}Tc-pertechnetate$ scintigraphy) after cimetidine administration was done in 6 cases. All 5 cases that presented with lower GI bleeding had ectopic gastric mucosa confirmed on pathology. Out of 5 cases of ectopic gastric mucosa, only 4 cases were positive on the Meckel's scan. Conclusion : In cases of unexplained GI bleeding, obstruction, or inflammation diagnostic workup should be carried out to rule out Meckel's diverticulum. Laparoscopy, high resolution ultrasonography and computed tomography of the abdomen may be indicated in the assessment of pediatric patient with lower GI bleeding, especially in patients with suspected bleeding from Meckel's diverticulum showing negative Meckel's scan.

        인터넷을 이용한 효율적인 공학 실험실습교육을 위한 가상 실험실 개발

        본 논문에서는 인터넷을 이용하여 전기전자 기초실험을 웹상에서 수행할 수 있는 가상 실험실을 개발하였다. 전기전자분야의 기본적인 이론이나 법칙을 학습자가 웹상에 구현된 회로를 이용하여 간단한 마우스 조작을 통하여 가상적으로 실험함으로써 전기전자분야의 기본 이론이나 원리를 쉽게 습득하도록 하였다. 제안된 가상 실험실은 실제 실험과 거의 같은 상황을 묘사하도록 프로그램되어 학습자는 실제 실험과 거의 유사한 실험 결과를 얻을 수 있다. 또한 개발된 가상 실험실은 웹상에서 구현되었기 때문에 학습자가 인터넷을 통하여 언제 어디서나 접속할 수 있으며 실제 실험을 하거나 보조학습 매체로 사용함으로서 그 교육 효과가 클것으로 기대된다. Recently, internet applications for efficient cyber education have drawn much interests. The world-wide web provides new opportunities for cyber education over the internet. This paper presents a virtual lab system which can be used on the world-wide web. The proposed virtual lab system provides the improved learning methods which can enhance the educational efficiency in engineering experiments. If the students enter the virtual lab system on the web, they can make an experiment on basic electrical and electronic principles through simple mouse manipulation. Since proposed virtual lab system is implemented to describe the actual lab system, the students can obtain similar experimental data through it. Several sample Java applets are illustrated as examples.
