The Purpose of this study is to look for the total conspectus of Roo-Jong(RJ) Architecture in the middle and latter era of Koryo Dynasty. The method of this study is the review of old literature, the Roo-Jung description of Dong-Mun-Sun, which had compiled in the Ninth year of Seung-Jong (AD 1478) by confucian scholar. The conclusions of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) The main currents of thought having a great influence on the RJ are thought of Mountain God (or Sin Sun, which is dwelling in mountain) or Taoist, thought of Lao-tzu and Chuang-tzu. They had required the RJ Architecture to pursuit the life of God. In this existence value meaning, the RJ Architecturethe is the semi-sacred & profane space. In the being aspect, RJ is the transcendental architecture. 2) The way of life of in the RJ had strongly turned from the personal space, mainly mind control place, into the friendship-society space, pastime place. 3) The RJ had located after the images that is what should be. The images were formed on the ground of natural landscape elements, communication elements. And these elements were indicated on one's visual, auditorial sensation with oneself. 4) In planning aspect, the scope of visual, Pungsu and history were aided with the factors of climate, topography and geography. Specially in location and fabric planning, they had regarded more important the objects and scope of visual than the climate factor.

Hydraulic cylinder are mainly used to linearly move large object. Also, a large inertia occurs due to the movement of the object. Hydraulic cushions are installed at both ends of the cylinder to eliminate the impact caused by large inertia. In this study, the system inertia and spring force were analyzed for a single-acting hydraulic cylinder that opens the steam supply valve of a nuclear/thermal power plants. In order to optimize the hydraulic cushion, M&S analysis and prototype were fabricated, and the analysis results and experimental results were compared and analyzed.

굴삭기를 전진과 후진시키는 주행모터에는 주차브레이크(parking brake)가 내장되어있다. 이 주차브레이크는 굴삭기가 주차되었을 때 고정뿐만 아니라 전진 및 후진을 하지 않는 상태로 굴삭작업 할 때에도 차체를 지면에 고정시킨다. 정확한 굴삭작업을 위해서는 작업충격이나 자중을 포함한 굴삭부하가 발생했을 때 차체를 지면에 견고하게 고정해주는 브레이크 기능이 굴삭기가 주차되었을 때의 고정보다 더 중요하고 작용횟수 또한 훨씬 높다. 본 연구에서는 다중 마찰 판(multi friction disc)을 스프링 힘으로 작동(결합)시키고 유압실린더로 해제시키는 굴삭기 주행모터의 주차브레이크에 대해서 작용 압력별로 반복실험을 실시하여 측정된 데이터를 설계 이론값과 비교하여 주차브레이크의 특성을 분석하였다. The parking brake is an essential unit embedded in the track-driving motor of an excavator. The parking brake plays an important role in keeping the excavator in place not only when it is parked, but also during the digging operation. In fact, the load placed on the parking brake during the digging operation is significantly higher than the parking load, because the impact and rating loads caused by the bucket digging force cycle frequently and have very high load ranges. Therefore, the load conditions during the digging operation should be taken into account in the parking brake certification test. In this study, a series of experiments was carried out in which various operating pressures were applied to the parking brake, where repeated loads were reciprocally placed on the brake by locking the multifriction disc and releasing the hydraulic cylinder. The characteristics of the parking brake were investigated by comparing the obtained experimental results and the theoretical design specifications.
단일입력 다출력 PTO 기어박스의 내구성시험에 관한 연구

This study analyzed a life test method for a power take-off (PTO) gearbox. An engine transfers mechanical power (rotation and torque) to a hydraulic pump through a PTO Gearbox with one input shaft and three output shafts. PTO gear box durability under high loads over long time periods was tested using dynamometers. In order to reflect the rated operating conditions, power must be distributed to each output shaft, and experiments were conducted under various conditions to verify the characteristics of the distributed power. An accelerated life test was designed using speed and torque as acceleration factors. Also, efficiency tests were conducted under various load conditions. Also, a lubrication oil composition analysis was performed to analyze gearbox wear status.
발전소의 스팀제어용 유압서보 액추에이터의 공기배출 밸브에 관한 연구

원자력 발전소와 화력 발전소에서는 양질의 전기를 생산하기 위해서는 발전기에 연결된 고압 및 저압 증기터빈에 최적량의 증기를 공급하여야 한다. 터빈에 증기를 공급하거나 차단하는 특수한 밸브인 터빈출력제어장치를 사용하고 있으며, 이 터빈출력제어장치는 유압서보 액추에이터로 구동 된다. 발전소에서는 유압시스템에서 생성되는 기체로 인하여 유압서보 액추에이터의 성능이 저하되거나, 생성된 기체가 압축되면서 발생하는 열로서 씰을 태우고 마모를 증가시켜서 빈번한 고장이 유발된다. 일부 발전소에서는 고정형 오리피스를 사용하여 공기를 배출하고 있지만 많은 유량배출에 따른 동력 손실과 빈번하게 작동되는 펌프, 전기모터 및 밸브 등의 고장을 발생시킨다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 고정형 오리피스와 같이 초기에 많은 량의 공기를 배출하고 정상운전에서는 매우 미세한 유량만 통과 시킬 수 있는 부하 감응형 공기 배출밸브를 모델링하고 해석하여 장착함으로서 유압서보 액추에이터의 제어 정밀성 확보와 기체 압축으로 인한 고장을 방지할 수 있게 하였다. To produce adequate electricity in nuclear and thermal power plants, an optimal amount of steam should be supplied to a generator connected to high- and low-pressure steam turbines. A turbine output control device, which is a special steam valve employed to supply or interrupt the steam to the turbine, is operated using a hydraulic servo actuator. In power plants, the performance of servo actuators is degraded by the air generated from the hydraulic system, or causes frequent failures owing to an increase in the wear of the seal. This is due to the seal being burnt as generated heat using the produced compressed air. Some power plants have exhausted air using a fixed orifice, and thus they encounter power loss due to mass flow exhaust. Failures are generated in hydraulic pumps, electric motors, and valves, which are frequently operated. In this study, we perform modeling and analysis of the load-sensing air-exhaust valves, which can be passed through very fine flow under normal use conditions, and exhaust mass flow air at the beginning stage as with existing fixed orifices. Then, we propose a method to prevent failures due to the compressed air, and to ensure the control accuracy of hydraulic servo actuators.

For a reliability assessment of large machinery parts, reliable data should be obtained from testing many samples for a long time. However, in case of testing these samples, testing cost is excessive; in case of life test for long time, power consumption is high; and in case of accelerated test by over load, very high cost is required to build the life testing device. Especially it is very frequent that the expensive device"s life has ended during a accelerated test by over load. In this study, the design mechanism of the life testing device which excels in energy saving during the reliability test of large machinery parts has been introduced.
