본고는 텍스트 마이닝의 주요 방법론 및 경제 분석의 활용 사례를 소개하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 언어 특유의 다의성과 비정형성에도 불구하고 텍스트로부터 수치화된 정보를 추출해 내는 텍스트 마이닝을 활용할 경우 새로운 데이터를 만들거나 기존의 데이터를 보완할 수 있고, 기존 방법론으로 분석이 어려웠던 주제들에 대한 연구도 가능하다. 빅데이터와 전산 기술의 발전으로 텍스트 마이닝 방법론은 빠르게 발전하고 있으며 이미 학계, 산업계, 정부 부문에서 활발하게 연구되고 이용되고 있다. 기존 데이터 및 방법론을 보완함과 동시에 새로운 정보를 제공하는 방법론으로 텍스트 마이닝의 수요는 더욱 증대될 것으로 기대한다. Text mining or natural language processing is a multi-discipline technique that can distill and obtain useful information from text. With the development of AI and increasing abundance of big data, text mining is becoming one of the essential technologies in the fields of business, governement and academia. In this regard, the purpose of this paper is to provide detailed description of how text data analysis can be used for economic analysis by reviewing the key methodologies and related literature. We expect that text mining will complement the limitation of current data and methodologies by serving as a new source of information.

An Indium Zinc Oxide(IZO) transparent conductive layer was deposited on a large size glass substrate by using magnetron dc sputtering method with varying a deposition temperature. As the deposition temperature decreased to a room temperature, the sheet resistance of IZO film increased. But this deposition temperature range is included in an applicable to a device. From a standpoint of the sheet resistance, the differences of the sheet resistance were not great and the uniformity of the layer was uniformed around 10%. Crystallization particles were shown on the surface of the layer as deposition temperature increased, but these particles were not shown on the surface of the layer as deposition temperature decreased to the room temperature. It didn't make a scrap of difference in a transmittance of varying deposition temperature. Therefore, it is concluded that IZO thin film manufactured by the room temperature deposition condition can be used as a large size transparent conductive layer of a liquid crystal display device.

The TMDL (Total Maximum Daily Load) has been used to determine the water quality target. LDC (Load Duration Curve) based on hydrology has been used to support water quality assessments and development of TMDL. Also FDC (Flow Duration Curve) analysis can be used as a general indicator of hydrologic condition. The LDC is developed by multiplying FDC with the numeric water quality target of the factor for the pollutant of concern. Therefore, this study was to create LDC using the stream flow data and numeric water quality target of BOD and T-P in order to evaluate the pollutant load characterization by flow conditions in Heukcheon stream. When it is to be a high-flows condition, BOD and T-P are necessary to manage. BOD and T-P did not satisfy the numeric water quality target for both seasons (spring and summer). In order to meet the numeric water quality target in Heukcheon stream, management of non point source pollutant is much more important than that of point source pollutant control.

최근 지자체에서는 매립지 사용에 관한 갈등과 사용종료 시점을 앞두고 논란이 이는 사례가 늘고 있으며, 대체 매립지 마련이나 기존 매립지의 수명연장 합의를 이끄는데 난항을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 매립지 정비를 통하여 기 매립된 폐기물과 향후 매립될 폐기물의 순환이용 가능량을 산정하고, 매립지의 용량을 확보하도록 기여하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 부피증가율, 중량비, 겉보기밀도를 주요 파라미터로 결정하고, 기존 사업 사례를 통해 그 값을 산정하였다. 기존 사업 지역(아산시, 예천군, 안동시)에서의 부피증가율의 평균값은 1.42로 산정되었다. 중량비의 경우 세 지역의 토사류 평균값은 45.6%로 산정되었고, 가연성 폐기물과 불연성 폐기물의 비율은 「전국 폐기물 발생 및 처리 현황」 통계자료를 활용할 수 있도록 산정 방법론을 제시하였다. 겉보기밀도는 두 지역 평균값을 이용하였으며 가연성, 불연성, 토사류별로 각각 0.35톤/㎥, 1.40톤/㎥, 1.58톤/㎥으로 산정되었다. 본 연구에서 산정된 주요 파라미터들과 제시된 방법론을 통해 사례 연구로 청주매립지의 순환이용 가능량을 분석하였다. 기 매립된 폐기물을 정비하여 순환이용함으로써 새로 확보될 매립용량은 기존 매립지 용량 대비 45%에 해당되었다. 또한 매년 반입되는 물량을 선별하여 가연성분은 에너지화하고, 소각재, 불연성 및 토사류만 재매립할 경우 청주시의 매립지 사용연한이 20년 증가되는 것으로 분석되었다. 향후 본 연구에서 구축한 방법론은 특정 매립지를 선정하여 순환이용 하고자 할 때 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. As many local governments have faced increasing conflicts on landfill use and the time of end use, it is difficult to provide an alternative landfill or conclude a consensus of lifespan extension for the existing landfill site. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to contribute improving of the landfill capacity by calculating the resource recovery potentials of landfilled waste previously and in the future by landfill mining. For this, rate of volume increase, weight ratio, and apparent density were adopted as major parameters and their values were calculated through previous cases. The rate of volume increase was calculated to 1.42 by averaging previous cases of three areas. The average weight ratio of soil matter was 45.6% by calculating for the three areas. For the combustible waste and incombustible waste, statistical data can be used. The apparent densities were divided by combustible waste, incombustible waste, and soil matter using an average of two areas value, i.e., 0.35ton/㎥, 1.40ton/㎥ and 1.58ton/㎥. We analyzed the resource recovery potential of Cheongju landfill by using the estimated parameters. The additional landfill capacity was 45% of the existing landfill capacity by recovering landfilled waste by landfill mining. In addition, it is analyzed that the lifespan is extended to 20 years, if the combustible waste of new inputting waste is sorted and combusted for energy recovery and incineration ash, incombustible waste, and soil matter are only reclaimed into the existing Cheongju landfill. It is expected that the methodology and parameters of this study will be used as basic data when resource recovery potential is analyzed for another case study of landfill mining.

Measuring sleep stages is a very important factor in improving sleep quality. However, sleep stage classifying are still made manually in sleep expert. In this paper, we provide a network that automatically classifies these sleep stages using the EEG single channel. The model in this paper was designed by combining the Inception Time network, which is the sate-of-the-art classification model of time series data, with RNN. We also used a new approach in the study of automatic sleep stage classification, using EEG channels not used in other existing studies, and data from about 500 subjects were used to build a more generalized model compared to other studies. The accuracy of the Hold-out cross-validation results of these models was 80.7%, Macro-averaging F1-score 72.26%, and the compliance performance was shown despite the experiment using the data of many subjects.

This article deals with the development of the all electric range(AER) extended electric tractor. Owing to its heavy workloads, the proposed tractor is adopted the plug-in hybrid electric vehicle(PHEV) powertrain layout, which can be supplied with the necessary electric power while working. And the batteries of PHEV can also be charged by an external power supply; the enlarged all electric range can reduce the CO2 emission and the fuel consumption. Similar with a serial hybrid electric vehicle, the powertrain of the tractor in this study is composed with the electric system for an electric motor and the mechanical system which uses the motor power in driving and working of the tractor. The mechanical system of the designed tractor uses a two-speed reduction gear unit, which splits the motor power into running the tractor"s wheels and driving the PTO(power take off) system. In order to design the gear ratios and the driving control system, we performed the experiments on the various workloads of an agricultural tractor and analyzed the most frequent workload pattern. Finally we design and represent the energy efficient driving mode and control strategy for the AER PHEV tractors especially on agricultural uses.
