        Thermocycling이 Cobalt-Chromium 합금과 의치상 레진의 결합강도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of thermocycling on the shear bond strength of Co-Cr alloy to denture base resin. PMMA denture base resin such as heat-cured $Vertex-RS^{(R)}$, self-cured $Vertex-SC^{(R)}$ and 4-META denture base resin such as heat-cured $Meta-Dent^{(R)}$, self-cured $Meta-Fast^{(R)}$ was bonded to Co-Cr alloy. Samples were divided into 3 groups : no thermocycling group as control, thermocycling between $5^{\circ}C\;and\;55^{\circ}C$ with 15 second dwell time as group 1, thermocycling with 1 minute dwell time as group 2. The shear bond strength was measured and the interface between metal and resin was observed by SEM. The results were as follows. 1. The shear bond strength decreased significantly according to thermocycling and dwell time(P<0.001). 2. The bond strength of Co-Cr alloy and 4-META denture base resin was significantly higher than that of Co-Cr alloy and PMMA denture base resin(P<0.001) 3. In SEM, there was no gap in control group, but there was much and large gap in group 1, 2. The longer dwell times, the lower bond strength. PMMA denture base resin had more gap than 4-META denture base resin in the interface. These results revealed that thermocycling decreased the bond strength between Co-Cr alloy and denture base resin and dwell time of thermocycling changed the effect of thermocycling. The results suggested that oral temperature change affect the bond strength of prosthesis.

        The purpose of this study was to measure the degree of gravidas' knowledge of infant care activity, and to identify the factors influencing the difference of gravidas' knowledge. The subjects of this study consisted of 159 gravida visited 2 general hospitals, 2 OB/GY clinics and 2 midwives' clinics in J city for anenatal care. The data were collected from December 1 to 30, J.989. The instrument used for this study was true false type question which was developed by investigator through literature review. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, t-test and ANOVA on significant difference with SPSS program. The results of this study were, summarized as follow: 1) The degree of gravidas' knowledge of infant care activity was 36.75, the degree of gravidas' know ledge of physical care activicy was 16.70, and the degree of gravidas' knowledge of psychosocial care activity was 20.00. 2) Among the physical care activity knowledge items, the diaper should be changed whenever it is soiled, $\lceil$shortly after feeding is over, bathing is bad$\rfloor$, $\lceil$gently patted or stroked on the back when bubbling$\rfloor$, $\lceil$10 minutes time in bathing is appropriate$\rfloor$, $\lceil$infant is crying whenever he is hungry per 3-4 hours$\rfloor$, and "room humidity controled 60 percent, more or less> were over a' percentage of 80 of right answer.         메트와 필드운동이 노인의 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향

        65세 이상 노인 30명을 대상으로 매트 운동과 필드 운동을 6주간 실시한 후 운동전, 3주 후, 그리고 6주 후에 균형과 보행에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보기 위해 실시하였다. 측정은 외다리 기립 검사, 버그 균형 검사, 그리고 3차원 동작분석기를 이용하여 보행 분석을 실시하였다. 반복측정자료 분산분석 결과, 시간과 그룹 간 상호작용 효과는 활보길이에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 외다리 기립, 버그 균형, 분속수, 속도는 유의한 차이가 없었다. 중재기간 별 효과크기를 검정해 본 결과 중재 전과 중재 6주 후, 중재 3주 후와 중재 6주 후에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. This study was conducted to investigate whether mat exercise and field exercise have effectiveness on the balance and gait in older adults. Thirty subjects were participated in this study. And they were all randomly divided into mat exercise and field exercise group. To evaluate the effects of mat and field exercise, subjects were evaluated by using One Leg Stand test which was static balance test, and Berg Balance test which was dynamic balance test. Finally Gait pattern was assessed by using 3-dimensional gait analysis system. The assessment parameters were evaluated before, after 3 weeks, and after 6 weeks treatments. And we received a consent form from all subjects. The results of repeated measures analysis of variance showed that One Leg Stand, Berg Balance, Stride length, Cadence, Velocity were significantly increased after than before exercise in both groups. So we conclude that therapeutic exercise that is mat and field exercise has effectiveness on the balance and gait in older adults.

        3-6세 유아의 영역별 발달 촉진을 위한 단계별 음악치료교육 활동 연구

        유아기는 발달의 가소성이 높은 시기로써, 이 시기에 적절한 발달 과정을 거쳐서 성장한 유아들은 학령기에서 성인기까지 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 따라서 유아를 대상으로 교육을 할 때 발달 특징을 충분히 이해하고, 단계별로 진행되는 적합한 교육 프로그램을 제공하여 유아가 균형적이며 전인적인 발달을 하게 하는 것이 중요하다. 반면, 유아를 교육할 때는 신뢰를 형성하고 유용한 관계를 발전시키는데 있어서 즐거움을 갖게 하는 것이 중요한데, 음악은 즐거운 교육 환경을 제공하고 참여하도록 유도하며 음악의 다양한 요소를 활용한 음악 활동은 유아의 각 영역별 발달을 촉진하는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 음악치료에서는 이러한 음악의 효율적인 사용을 통해서 대상자의 연령별 수준에 맞는 음악 활동의 과정을 단계적으로 계획하여 대상자로 하여금 긍정적인 경험을 제공하고, 성장을 돕는 것을 궁극적인 목표로 한다. 유아는 운동, 인지, 언어, 사회성과 정서 영역에서 각각 발달의 특징을 보이며, 각 영역의 발달을 위한 음악적 접근 방법이 많은 선행 연구들에서 모색되어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 선행연구와 이론을 토대로 유아의 영역별 발달 단계를 구분하고, 각 발달 단계에 따른 세부 목표를 설정하여 목표 달성과 발달 촉진을 위한 음악치료 교육 및 음악적 접근 방법을 적용한 음악치료 교육 활동을 연구, 개발하였다. 연구방법은 크게 문헌 조사와 검사지 조사 방법을 사용하였다. 문헌 조사는 유아의 영역별 발달 특징과 음악적 접근을 모색한 선행 연구를 파악하는 단계에서 활용 되었으며, 이를 실제 유아의 발달 단계에 적용하여 적합한 음악치료 교육 활동을 개발하는 과정에서 전문가의 검토를 받는 검사지 조사 방법을 사용하였다. 개발된 활동들은 관련 영역의 전문가 5명으로부터 타당도를 검토 받았으며, 검토 분석 결과, 유아의 영역별 발달 단계와 각 단계별 목표를 달성하기 위한 음악 활동의 구성이 적합하고, 현장에서 활용하기에 유용성과 효율성이 있으며, 유아의 영역별 발달 촉진에 적합하게 사용될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 각 전문가들의 의견을 수렴하여 음악치료 교육 활동을 수정, 보완하여 제시하였다. 이는 유아를 교육하는 현장에서 유아의 발달을 촉진하는데 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이며, 음악치료를 하는 현장에서는 치료사들이 장애아동을 치료하는데 단계별 수준에 적합하게 적용하여 활용할 수 있을 것이다. The early development of an infant is crucial due to the enormous impact it has throughout an infant's life. Therefore, it is important to understand the development process of an infant and provide a high-quality educational environment so that an infant can progress at an innate pace to learn how to exercise, understand, speak, socialize, and empathize as well as having a balanced growth. When educating an infant, joy is a substantial factor in the formation of trust and development of relationship that makes education efficient. Music can be an effective means to offer a fun atmosphere vto the infant in which it stimulates active participation of the infant and development of a variety of dimensions to the infant's development. Also, the purpose of music therapy education is utilizes to plan for the different age groups' level of understanding of music and allow the infant to have a positive experience and develop properly. The purposes of this study are as following: to examine characteristics according to an infant' developmental steps thoroughly, to suggest interventions using music therapy education to stimulate development of an infant, to prove that infants age 3 to 6 obtain the necessary ability and skill through the effective educational therapy through music, and finally to create a music program for educating infants or music therapy. This study has examined theories of the music approach targeting infants age 3 to 6 and made character observations of infant' Motor, Cognition, Communication, Socialization, and Emotions. With the basis of the above theory, the different levels of development has been divided, specific goals has been set up according to the levels, and various music therapy education for infants have been created. The music therapy education activity has been approved by five professionals who are renown in their specific field. They made comments that the development levels were properly divided in the paper. They also commented that the music program is adequate for achieving the goal of each developmental level and it stimulates the different levels of an infant's development. In conclusion, the study reflects that the approach of music therapy education stimulates the different levels of infant development. Music therapists can utilize this music program to help handicapped children identify characteristics of progress and develop at their own ability.
