        성과측정시스템의 상호작용적 이용, 심리적 임파워먼트, 창의성 및 경영성과간의 관계

        [연구목적] 창의성은 조직의 역량을 혁신하는데 있어 필수적인 요소이며, 조직에서 관리통제시스템은 창의성을 향상시키거나 제약하는데 이용될 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 성과측정시스템(PMS)의 상호작용적 이용이 창의성 창출에 어떻게 연관되어 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성간의 연관성을 확인하고, 경영성과의 개선에 미치는 영향도 확인하고자 한다. [연구방법] 본 연구는 KOSPI에 상장되어 있는 제조기업의 중간관리자로부터 수집한 설문자료를 이용하여 PMS 상호작용적 이용에 대한 인식을 확인하고 그에 따른 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성에 미치는 영향을 지지하는 실증적인 증거를 제공한다. 연구가설은 PLS 구조방정식 모형을 이용하여 검증하였다. [연구결과] 분석결과, PMS의 상호작용적 이용은 심리적 임파워먼트뿐만 아니라 창의성의 창출에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나서, MCS의 상호작용적 이용은 창의성을 관리하는데 도움을 준다는 이론을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성은 연관성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 심리적 임파워먼트와 창의성은 경영성과를 개선하는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 심리적 임파워먼트가 창의성과 어떻게 연관되어 있는지에 대한 이해를 제공하고, PMS의 상호작용적 이용이 창의성 창출로 이어질 수 있는 방법에 대한 증거를 제시함으로써 관리회계연구에 기여한다. [Purpose] Creativity as a success factor is greatly importance to secure competitive advantage and improve business performance. Depending on how senior manager uses PMS, there will be a distinction in the feeling of psychological empowerment by the organization members, which will affect the creation of creativity, and result in a difference in business performance. [Methodology] Questionnaires were distributed to the manufacturing firms listed on KOSPI, of which 85 of the survey data available were utilized for the analysis. This study use PLS(partial least squares) structural equation modeling to analyze empirically hypotheses. [Findings] The interactive use of PMS has been shown to have a positive effect on psychological empowerment and creativity. It was also shown that psychological empowerment had a significant influence on creativity, and that two concepts had a significant influence on business performance. [Implications] This study has empirically verified that psychological empowerment and creativity have a positive effect on business performance. The interactive use of PMS by senior manager enhances the psychological empowerment of the members and may improve business performance by forming conditions in which creativity can be created.

        Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물의 진동저감 효과 평가

        Recently, construction sites of offshore wind power tend to move from shallow water to deep water. From this tendency, the research on the support structure of offshore wind power in deep water will be a key issue. In this study, precast concrete block and suction pile are applied to existing jacket structure. In order to reduce the vibration of this structure, the tuned liquid damper is also applied in the precast concrete block. The applicability of the suggested jacket structure is evaluated by finite element analysis. And the vibration tends to decrease about 5%, when the tuned liquid damper is applied. 해상풍력발전의 건설이 여러 가지 환경 및 가설공법 등의 설치환경 등의 원인에 의하여 건설지점이 천해에서 심해로 이동하는 경향을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 경향 속에 해상풍력발전 지지구조물의 심해화에 따른 지지구조물에 대한 연구는 중요성이 더욱 증대될 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 Jacket 구조물에 대하여 Precast Concrete Block 및 Suction pile을 적용한 Jacket 구조물을 제안하고 이에 대하여 구조해석 및 안전성 평가를 실시하였다. 또한 제안된 구조물에 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하여 구조물 진동성능 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 제안된 신형식 Jacket 구조물은 충분한 안전성을 가지고 있는 것으로 평가되었으며, 동조액체감쇠기를 적용하였을 경우, 약 5%의 진동저감 효과가 있는 것으로 검토되었다.

        주행차량에 따른 개단면 강바닥판 교량의 국부거동 특성

        강바닥판 교량은 비교적 얇은 강판이 사용되며, 가로 세로리브 및 가로보 등의 구조부재가 용접에 의해 복잡한 형상으로 조립되므로 용접에 의한 변형과 결함이 발생할 가능성이 매우 높고, 용접연결부에서의 응력 상태가 매우 복잡하다. 또한 실제 강바닥판 교량에서의 피로균열은 주부재보다 2차부재와의 용접연결부에서 발생되고 있다. 그러나 강바닥판교량 설계시에는 대부분 주부재에 대한 응력 평가가 이루어지고 있으며, 피로균열이 발생하는 구조상세에 대한 상세 응력 평가 및 특성 분석은 거의 검토되고 있지 있다. 본 연구에서는 공용년수 29년된 개단면 세로리브를 가진 강바닥판을 대상으로 피로균열의 원인을 조사하고, 재하시험 및 실교통류 흐름하에서의 현장계측을 통하여 대상 교량의 피로안전성을 검토하였다. 또한 피로균열이 발생된 세로리브 및 다이아프램의 용접부를 대상으로 격자해석 및 상세해석 모델을 사용하여, 이들 구조상세에 대한 영향면해석을 이용하여 이동하중에 따른 거동 특성을 조사하고, 대상교량의 피로균열 발생 원인을 규명하였다. The orthotropic steel deck bridge made by using relatively thin steel plate, and structural members such as transverse and longitudinal ribs, cross beam, etc. in the bridge are fabricated with complex shape by welding. Therefore, the possibility occurring deformation and defects by welding is very high, and stress states in the welded connection parts are very complex. Also, the fatigue cracks in orthotropic steel deck bridge are happening fromthe welded connection parts of secondary member than main member. However, stress evaluation for main members is mainly carried out in the design process of the bridge, detailed stress evaluation and characteristic analysis is not almost reviewed in the structural details which fatigue crack occurred. For the orthotropic steel deck bridge with open ribs which has been serviced for 29 years, in this study, the cause of fatigue crack is investigated and the fatigue safety of the bridge is examined based on fieldmeasurement by the loading test and real traffic condition. Also, structural analyses using gridmodel and detailed analysis model were carried out for the welded connection parts of longitudinal rib and diaphramthat fatigue crack occurred. Additionally, the behavior characteristics due to running vehicles were investigated by using influence area analysis for these structural details, and the occurrence causes of fatigue crack in the target bridge were clarified.

        고려시대 왕실호위제도의 사적 고찰

        고려시대의 왕실 호위라 함은 오늘날로 보면 국가원수에 대한 경호에 해당한다. 고려시대의 독특한 정치제도가 완성되기까지는 신라시대나 태봉국의 제도를 답습하여 왕의 신변을 중심으로 경호가 실행되었다. 고려의 중앙군은 2군과 6위라는 8개의 부대로 편성되었다. 2군은 6위보다 위였으며 이는 응양군(鷹揚軍)과 용호군(龍虎軍)으로서 이를 근장(近仗)이라고 불렀다. 이를 오늘날의 공경호와 관련을 지어보면 근접경호에 해당된다. 고려 귀족 사회의 안정기에 귀족문화의 전성기를 누렸으나 그 뒤로 귀족분열과 상극대립으로 중앙통제력이 약화되는 가운데 무신란이 일어나고 무신들이 집권함으로서 왕의 신변은 안정되지 못하였다. 최씨 무인집권시대에 이르러 무인집권의 안전을 위하여 도방을 설치했고 최우 시대에는 그의 문객들을 모아 사병들뿐만 아니라 정방, 서방, 등의 문신을 거느려 인사행정을 담당케 했다. 몽고에 항쟁하던 시대에는 무신통치의 군사적 기반이었던 삼별초를 중심으로 항쟁했다. 최씨 정권시대의 그들 나름의 국가관과 국가 호위의 정신을 알 수 있다. In those days, a king represented a nation and any threat to the safety of a king could bring the destruction of a nation and the dispersion of the people. by reviewing the change of the 2-Gun 6-Wi system of the era, it can be, summed up as follow, Ther will be suggestions. The Guard might focus on a king's personal safety in the wake of the system of the Silla and Taebong dynasties until the establishment of the Goryeo Dynasty's unique political system. "Goryeo" rebuilt the royal palace in Gyeonyeong-gun to take the shape of unified country after its accomplishment of unification of the late three countries, Then it was afraid of the rebellion and uprising of local powerful clans, The country put them under control and organized the local army with them in the era of Kings, Seongjong, through the kings, Seongjong and Gwangjong. The army system of "Goryeo" consisted of 2-Gun and 6-Wi, and 2-Gun placed above the 6-Wi played the role of the Royal guards, and among the organizations a certain army under the specific name of "Gyeonyong-gun" guarded the kings in the nearest position. An aristocratic culture enjoyed its golden age in the period of stability of the aristocracy of "Goryeo", but afterward in the confusion of the aristocratic disruption and incompatible confrontation the country lost its control, and faced military rebellions by treating civil officials well and ill-treating military officials The safety of kings become unstable with the grasping political power by the military officials, and "Dobang" was established in the era of Choi's family to grasp political power. In the era of Choi Woo, he gathered his men and organized his familys army with them and managed the personnel administration with the civil officials of "Jeongbang and Seobang under his command. Such a fact shows the similarity to today's task of guarding. Considering the facts that "Sambyeolcho, the military ground of the military-men-rule, was at the center of the struggling against Mongolia and that even after the fall of the military regime, they rebelled and fought against Mongolia to the end, we came to know that the nationalism in the era of the military era was great. In the transition of external situations from "Myeong" to "Won"(Chinese dynasties), the conflict between the old "Won"-friendly power and the new "Myeong"-friendly power caused the weakness of the power to guard the royal household, and "Goryeo" at last gave way to the newly rising "Joseon" led by Lee, Seong Gye who won the people's confidence.

        목향(木香) 에탄올추출물의 항균효과(抗菌效果)

        Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the antibacterial activity of Saussurea lappa for the applications of herb-based extracts to both cosmetic and medicinal industries. Methods : Antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of Saussutes lappa (ESL) was assessed using agar diffusion and broth dilution methods, and determined by whether clear zone was formed around paper disc and in terms of the size (mm) of clear zone, Results : ESL provided activity against Staphylococcus aureus KCTC 1927 in concentration of 1 mg/ml with an clear zone of 16 mm, and showed an activity against Staphylococcus epidermids KCTC 1917 in concentration of 1 mg/ml with an clear zone of 18mm. Moreover, the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of ESL against S. sureus and S. epidermidls were 1 mg/ml for both bacterial species. However, ESL showed no growth inhibition against Pseudomonas aeruginosa KCTC 12513, Enterobactet aerogenes KCTC 2190, Escherichia coli KCTC 2571, Salmonella typhimurium KCTC 1925 and Propionibacterium acnes KCCM 41747. Conclusions : Antibacterial activity of ESL against Staphylococcus sureus and Staphylococcus epidermids causing eye and skin diseases was proved. The result suggest that ESL may be useful as a natural preservative on behalf of synthetic preservatives.

        Schwannoma are benign, solitary and encapsulated tumors originating from the Schwann cells of the nerve sheath. About 25% to 40% of all schwannomas are found in the head and neck and the acoustic nerve is most frequently involved, but schwannomas of the tongue is rare. When they do occur, treatment is simple. However, diagnosis is invariably delayed because of the vagueness of symptoms. Recently, authors experienced a case of schwannoma occurred in the base of tongue and the tumor was successfully removed through intraoral approach. So we report this case with literature review.

        프로테오믹스를 이용한 당뇨망막병증 환자의 유리체 분석

        Purpose: This study analyzed protein alterations between the normal vitreous and the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy by proteomics to find the proteins which may elicit diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Two-dimensional electrophoresis was used to make the protein map. Image analysis between the spots on each gels by a proteomics based approach were used to reveal vitreous protein alterations which may elicit proliferative diabetic retinopathy. MALDI-TOF/ESI-TOF mass spectrometry also was used to identify altered protein spots on the gel. Results: Of the 110 different spots on each gels, 36 different proteins were identified and among them 23 proteins were altered in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy compared with normal vitreous. Nineteen proteins including alpha-1-antitrypsin, Ig G and A, and complement C3 and C4 were increased in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy and 4 proteins includng pigment epithelium derived factor were decreased compared to the normal vitreous. Conclusions: The authors found that pigment epithelium derived factor may be the key protein that induces the neovascularization in the vitreous with proliferative diabetic retinopathy. Increased levels of Ig G and A and C3 and C4 is thought to be related to the autoimmune inflammation in early diabetic microangiopathy. Furthermore, proteins such as alpha-1-antitrypsin may contribute to protective functions of the ischemic retinal cells.

        통합된 상용 툴을 이용한 전투기급 항공기 개념설계

        Automated design program using commercial process integration and optimization program was developed for conceptual design of fighter-class aircraft. Wind tunnel test data and performance analysis results were compared for the verification of analysis tool of this program, and the usefulness of the tool was found. After integration with radar cross section analysis tool, the correlation with configuration design variables of wing, tail and performance parameters was identified by design of experiment, and the optimized configuration for weight and RCS was derived from optimization of empty weight and average frontal RCS value. After parameter definition of fuselage, the program can be implemented for full aircraft configuration.

        Circular tubular connection fabricated by welding become to be a vulnerable structure for fatigue in servicing by the affect of the geometric shape. It is necessary to improve the safety with evaluating SCF(Stress Concentration Factor) for the connections of offshore structure. In order to offer basic data using in evaluation of SCF for welded connections with complex shape, in this study, we investigated relationship between shape factor and SCF in simple K-type cross section.
